A normal login for a normal teenager in the world of the new state-of-the-art MMORPG, Lore, played directly from a head-set and gloves for a total immersive gameplay where you can smell the smells and see the sites, taste the tastes, and even feel what can be felt. The year is 2010 and in 2008 the videogame industry was brought to its knees when the developers of Lore, GameAdder, released it to an unsuspecting world of gamers hell bent on the latest console or newest computer doodad. When it was released many complained that the game was too pricy and "just another MMORPG." They were wrong. Many people caught onto the new gaming fad and began playing, and soon it became more then just teenagers, it became adults. Many people even have paying jobs within the servers of Lore, it only makes sense. However, with total power comes consequences and was such the case when peoples minds began slipping into the game itself, leaving the outside body in a coma of a sort. The horror of the situation was that, whatever happend to you in Lore happend to your body in the real world. Some liked it, some didn't but the game went on without skipping a beat and continued to pull peoples minds into the game without any regards to their safety whatsoever, because GameAdder wrote it off as some consumer scandal to get them to shut down Lore. Now, though, it seems that Lore needs to be shut down and fast.

[B]Hero:[/B] Your tough fighter class with little magic abilities. Can wield: All melee type weapons, but no long range weapons.

[B]Guardian:[/B] Not quite as potent in fighting abilities as the Hero but has some minor attack and defense spells at their disposal. Can wield: Dagger, Shortsword, Longsword, Katana, Saber, Cutlass, Spear, Axe, Mace. Can also equip short bows.

[B]Tempest:[/B] Very weak fighting abilities, but a slew of magical arts. Can wield: Longsword, Staff. Can also equip Short and Long bows.

[B]Cut-throat:[/B] Decent fighting abilities, can sneak alot better than any other class. No magic. Can wield: Dagger, Shortsword, Club. Can also equip Shortbow, Longbow, Composite bow.

[B]Sniper:[/B] Weak fighting prowess but excellent long range capabilites. Can wield: Dagger, Club. Can also equip all types of bows.

Kameulon specializes in evoking fire-based offensive spells. Dresses in a dark red robe that handily conceals his weapons, which normally lie sheathed on opposite side of his belt.

Hugh is a teenage technophile who lives in Seattle, Washington, USA. Before the release of Lore, he was an intern at a software company. He spent his leisure time playing the more primitive RPGs, but quickly began to play Lore as soon as he could. Soon he neglected his job and school altogether to make for time for Lore.

Bio: She was introduced to it by a friend on her 16th birthday; she basically lives on her own in one of her mother?s old sheds used for her mother?s practice. Her grades slipped until she dropped out of school and commandeered a house in Rem?s nearby forest. The game became very addictive and she only logs out long enough for a five minute break to eat.
