The elemental swords have reawoken and are calling for their weilders to come and save humanity from the shadows. As the prophacy states the only real enemy that they have is each other, to save humanity, or to kill it to cleanse the earth. The choice is theirs to decide. They must find their sword that has chosen them, eight kids, eight swords, eihgt elements. Will the world live and humanity be destroyed, or will they all ralley together to cleanse the earth and save humanity? One enmy can come between them and their fate. Rasputin, the councilor of the Rominovs in the late years. A powerful sorcerer who will stop at nothing to have the Elemental swords. He will offer the eight kids anything to get them to join him and his dark purpose.

Age~ 20

Personality~ Good natured, she is happy and fun loving. A hard person to stay angry at she loves people and believes that there is good in every being. A good fighter she loves to train and work her hardest.

Apperance~Tall, light pink hair and green eyes. She wears A blakc coat with bolth sleeves torn off, and dark blue hip hugger jeans. Her facial features are just like Rinoa's from FF8. Bio~Born and raised in a military base Arni wants to see the world. Her mother died at her birth and she was rasied by her father. Him being a commander she was taught to fight and to hadle guns and use machinary. Even through all this she is still very lady like and beautiful. She gained a strange tatoo on her upper left arm that began to glow that night she dissappered. She left her father and the base, the only home she had ever known since she was able to walk in search odf what ever is calling to her. The tatoo glowing Red the whole way.

Name~ Kahlan McCarthur
Age~ 22
Personality~ Devilish at times and can pull some pretty nasty comments out of his hat, but generally he is nice to people. He only acts out towards people that he knows doesn't like him. If he does get someone angry with him he won't stop appologizing until he is forgiven.
Apperance~ Well tanned skin, but very rough, he appears the barely shave leaving a thin stubble across his entire face. His eyes are an empty brown and hsi hair is a dark green which is cut long. He usually wanders around with a button shirt that he leaves hang open and pants loosly held up. A belt around his waist with small holders on them.
Bio~From a small city he worked in an underground movement that aquired illegal weapons from out of the main lands. He quit only after his best friend was killed in a raid by the officials that ran the movement. Now he works for neither side and is hunted by both. He finds money in any mercinary work that he can find.

Personality: Kuro is an outgoing person whom cares much about himself and his friends. He is the kind guy who will be there for his friends when they are sick, sad, or mad.

Bio: Kuro was abandoned at a monastary when he was just a baby. He never knew who his parents were. Kuro grew up training in the ways of light, his teacher was the high priest of the monastary. One day he decided to leave to see the world, so he packed up his stuff and left the monastary. Later on in life at the age of 16 he was taken in by a great swordsman who taught Kuro how to wield and fight with a sword. After he was done there he left again, but this time at the age of 19. Kuro met a beautiful woman who knew how to use a gun quite well. Kuro began to learn how to use a gun, he trained with it for one whole year. One night he felt strange, he felt a cold burn on his right hand. When he looked there was a strange marking, it was pulling him to something he didnt understand. He knew he had to leave but he didnt want to, because he was in love with the beautiful woman. He told her that he had to go but he didnt know why. Kuro kissed her softly on her cheek and said "I'll come back for you, I promise."

Personality: Saio has no personality. He is under complete control of the darkside, an unwilling host to parasitic evil. He used to be a cheerful person, untill a servant of the darkness took Saio under his control.

Bio: Saio Marquise was the child of a french man and a japanese woman. Wneh Saio was only 9, they were both killed, and tuned into undead warriors, for the forces of darkness. But, a master of the dark captured Saio, and did dark things to him, things that the forces of light have never seen. Now, with terrible scars all over his body, and his soul trapped, aware, he is forced to do the deeds of the dark.

Okay, I've made a change...there are now eight elements. I've resighned from thunder, so anyone who wants it as a baddy can take it. One thing, if you've already posted you CAN NOT change your element. I changed mine because I had someone who wanted in not get the element they wanted and I hope that thunder will be suitablr for them, it's to make this story more intereting. hopefull we'll have five goodies and three baddies...if anyone ever sighns up for earth...lol. so that's the deal for now...besides, I've stated that my chars. tatoo is blue and well, blue thunder? Not really...so that's what's goind on. If anyone wants to change or has any questions and doesn't understand PM me and I'll try to sort it out.

Personality: As a villain, it is quite obvious that this man is not a very nice guy. He is power-hungry, spiteful, greedy, and wicked. He will do anything to succeed, and doesn't care who is hurt in the process.

Appearance: Zaier is 6'2", with green eyes and long black hair. Has a tatoo of [I]kaminari[/I](Japanese for thunder) on his back in a strong, dark symbol. He often wears a black suit with a fluorescent yellow shirt underneath his jacket. He never goes anywhere without his black sunglasses.

Bio: Zaier Malkior is a skilled scientist and a cunning adversary. He was raised in the slums with a by his mother, who became clinically insane after she was abandoned by Zaier's father. Needless to say, his childhood was not a happy one. Zaier's heart became cold at the tender age of 5. After turning his back to the world at 12, Zaier began his research in weapons. He developed many powerful weapons and trained in countless forms of combat. He then became the tyrant owner of Omega Industries, a technology manufacturing company with a hidden agenda.

Extra Weapons: An energy glave (designed by Omega Industries) and a hand gun with powerful neuro-toxins loaded in the bullets.

Personality:
Yuri is a very bright young man, highly confident in himself without any sense of cockyness...he stands firm in his convictions and is very independent. Friendly and outgoing...you wouldn't take him to be an enemy. His voice is gentle and yet profound, never a moment of hesitation nor doubt. Despite his age, he looks like he's still a teenager.

Apperance:
With red eyes and brown hair, Yuri stands at about 5'10'' with a fairly toned body. He isn't big, but you can see the muscle tone on his body. Typically he wears black pants and boots with a brown, unbottoned trench coat which its sleeves covering the silver bracers on his arms (see extra weapon below). He wears a long silver chain around his neck with two silver earrings in his left ear.

Bio:
Simply known as Yuri, he was the first to be tainted by Rasputin. Taken away from his boarding school at the age of 16, Rasputin didn't teach him vengance, nor hatred towards the world. Better yet, he showed Yuri a great many things of the world. Teaching him the powers imbedded within him...the power of earth, to manipulate the spirit of Gaia, mother to all of the earth. Leaving behind his entire life to persue knowledge, wisdom, and strength from his new master...Yuri has become a remarkable man and leader, walking the world looking for others like himself...

Two silver/metallic claws on each hand which are strapped to his forearm and bicep as they run all the way up to his shoulders, giving him another weapon to attack with as well as a shield against attacks. Only his hands are revieled from his trench coat.
