[size=1]Evolution is a macabe of pain, tourture and change. We, humans, have been the latest change for fourty hundred thousand years. We pushed out the predators like the lion, the bear, the tiger, the wolf, anything big and strong. Its because we had more... brainpower, I guess you could say. We could comprehend and build, we could create art and literature, and we figured out the universal language of the world, math. Today we can talk to someone halfway across the world in split seconds over computers or phones. We can kill people with our high powered guns and explosives. We....are evolution in its current finest. Well, move over humanity, cause evolution has taken a new step.

"Now, goddamn it!" The technitian opened the containment field with a welder and a patch of metal. However, he wouldn't ever get that patch on the tank. With an explosion of glass and liquid, the containment tank burst, and something broke the tech's neck. It walked out as hot lead snapped the air, into its body. To it, the bullets felt like a soft massage on the chest and back. It walked out of the NASA research center, and lay in hiding.

In the same plot of land, experiments were just finished on teenagers. They had been released with a tracker placed under their skin and no knowledge of what had been done to them. NASA hadn't felt remorse for what they had possibly and most likely done to the teenager's lives. Once they found out about what had been done to them, they would try hard to keep it under control, until they were found out. However, little did anyone know, their hatred at NASA would be turned into what would possibly save earth or destroy it forever.

At school, she's very good at the sciences and art. Because Kefira comes from Africa, she is fairly popular.

Kefira was born on the Kenyan savannah. Her parents were scientists who studied the lives of the big cats of the world. Kefira was named after one of the lionesses they followed everyday. Her name literally means 'little lioness'.

As Kefira grew a little older, she joined her parents on their studies in the Masai Mara Park. Her love for predatory animals grew as she helped her parents with the study of big cats.

When she turned 10, Kefira was sent on exchange to America. She was taken in by a Hispanic family in Miami, Florida. Kefira went to an American school before NASA took an interest in her.

[B]Personality[/B]: Alec is a scared, confused young man, who doesn't have a good idea of where he is going in life. He can become violent at times, and lash out at those closest to him. When he is enraged, his power takes him over and he becomes a killing machine, until he is dragged out of his rage.

[B]Bio[/B]: Born in England, Alec was home-tutored as he didn't tend to get on well with other children. He became soft and weak as a result of this, without any real physical challenge for him. He realised this one day when he was out walking and he was mugged. He was beaten up and left unconscious at the side of a road. A driver found him and took him home. After this experience, he became quite agoraphobic, but began to train himself up physically.

He became a prime physical specimen, much stronger than the average human teenager, but he did not seem particularly muscular, having a kind of sinewy muscle which was strong but small. He has always been able to run for a long way without getting tired, but now he can run faster than before.

NASA saw that he was competing in many different sporting events and winning them easily, so they picked him up and genetically altered him to give him super-powers. His life has not been the same since.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

In school she is average, not the top of the class, but not at the bottom either. She studies hard to get where she is and doesn?t mind either. Poppy prefers quite places to loud crowded areas, so she does not go out much. In a fight she won?t back down, but first try to resolve it with words. If that does not work she doesn?t mind kick the person?s ***, she learned a few things living in the Alaskan wilderness.
[b]Bio:[/b] Poppy was born in Alaska, her father is a Nunamiut Eskimo and her mother is an American forest ranger. They had met on a rescue mission. Though it rare for an Eskimo to marry outside of their tribe her father did anyway. Poppy learned all about the land, sea and air from her father and mother. Poppy could be alone in the wildness for days and not see a single person. This is most likely why Poppy is not a big fan of crowded noisy areas.

When Poppy turned nine she came home to find out that her father had been in accident. She never really found at what had happened. She went into a state of shock. Her mother mother devastated by what happened took Poppy and moved back to New York, where she lived and worked as a cop. For a while Poppy was made fun of her accent and her tolerance to colder weather.

But sometimes she can have a quick temper from a case of mood swings, and if someone annoys her for a long period of time, let's just say you won't want to be around when that happens. She'll fight valiently if her friends are ever in danger.[/color]

[b]Bio:[/b] Cassie was born and bred in the city of Tokyo, Japan. She got used to the busy lifestyle and slowly started to enjoy it, as she realised it gave out its own sort of music. But not wanting to be caught up in all the technology of the city, when she was 12, she asked her parents if she could take extracurricular activities. They didn't have a problem with that and let her make a list of what she wanted to do and places that taught such a thing.

For the next week, she travelled around Tokyo, looking for the small places that taught classes and found them, taking them all down. When she got home she put them into a list and gave them to her parents. They looked over the list, she had written acrobatics, gymnastics, karate, kung-fu, judo, and several other forms of martial arts. They decided to let her have the classes and trusted her to do well.

Cassie continued them through her entire school life and had already emerged from the martial arts as black belts and exellent at gymnastics and acrobatics.

When Cassie graduated from school, she decided to become a teacher of the martial arts because it was something that she loved. When Cassie had gotten enough money from being a teacher at her old dojos, she set up her own one and started to accept customers and any teachers that were willing to help.

One day when she was walking to her dojo she was picked up by the NASA and taken away.

[b]Biography:[/b] Johnny is a purebred American. Born and raised in New York, he was a tough street kid. He wouldn't let people mess with him, and if they did...oh hoh ho. By the age of 10, he had joined a dojo, one that had been free of cost for him. He took classes every day, training when not at the Sun Jian Dojo. He dedicated his life to his martial arts.

Johnny had no family he remembered, so when he left at the age of twelve for Japan in order to further his training, he had no remorse. Only a few of his street friends missed him. Johnny didn't really go to school, but he learned from an old man who had once been a professor at Harvard.

Coming back from Japan, he was more carefree than ever. However, he was battle hardened. He didn't care for anyone, cause no one had been attached to him when he left Japan or New York. However, his rugged good looks inspired many girls to fall for him at the high school he attended, near the NASA Military Base.

Powers: Kite has the abiltiy to control wind and all of its functions. Anywhere to a gentle breeze to a tornado and anywhere from burning hot to freezeing cold. He can also use a vaccume as part of an attack.

Personality: Kites personality is as gentle as a nice spring breeze. The only problem is that his personality can change in the blink of an eye to a rageing tornado.

Bio: Ever since Kite was a little kid, he always had a love for the sky. He mostly loved how the wind acted in relationship to the weather. Growing up he loved to build things that would fly through the sky. He always went out with his little brother and flew kites in the park. When Kite got a little older his parents baught him a model airplane. He would tear it appart and put it back topgether then go outside to the park and fly it.

When kite turnded 15, his parents and his little brother were going to a school play, that Kite hated, so Kite stayed home. The later it got the more worried he got about them. He fell asleap and woke up the next morning to his aunt knocking at the door. She told him that they were all killed in a car crash by a drunken driver. Kite went to live with his aunt and attended a private school. He hated everything about this. The only cool thing was that his aunt worked for NASA and would let him have a tour of their buildings every now and then.

One day he had gotten a call from his aunt telling him that she had a suprise waiting for him. He went to her office and thats when NASA took him.

[b]Appearance[/b]: Phelan stands at 6' 3" and has a thin, but well-muscled frame. His hair is midnight black, and his eyes are a light-blue/silver color. His usual attire is a pair of black jeans with several holes torn into them, and kneepads sewn onto the front of its knees. He also wears a white T-shirt with grease stains, a blue denim jacket with the arms torn off, and gloves that lack the fingers.

[b]Power[/b]: Phelan can control gravity, to a limited degree. He is able to negate, reverse, or even amplify the effects of Earth's natural gravity, or can create temporary gravity fields in mid-air. The amount of space he can affect is based on how strong the fields are, and how much energy he can spare.

[b]Personality[/b]: Phelan is a stubborn, stuck-up s.o.b. He tends to look down on others, and is often starting fights with those who disagree with his viewpoints. In addition to that, he seems to have a death-wish, as he is obsessed with taking his motorcycle out and driving wildly at high speeds.

[b]Bio[/b]: Having grown up in a large city orphanage Phelan was always looked down upon by others with families. He was always in trouble for starting fights, and learned early on how to deal with the average street brawl. At the age of 14 he joined up with a local biker gang, and earned quite a reputation for his driving, both within the gang, and within the local police precincts.

If not for a mistake that landed him in the county lockup he would have remained just an average street punk. Destiny, however, had another plan for him. It so happened that at the time NASA scientists had begun to search the police lockups for "expendible humans," ones that no one would even notice were missing. Since then things have become much more insteresting in his life.

Then they added a little twist, they made the perfect little fighter girl out of her too. Making her deadly and drives people off that way too.

When she went to concerts with her friends and the sing touched Ami?s hair she would just shrug and go back to bobbing her head to the music. Basically not having a care in the world Ami is a very carefree person.

Ami doesn?t really like to be like everyone else, it?s just the way Ami was since she was released from NASA. It?s like they took her emotions away from her?

When she was little she didn?t understand where she lived was actually a very busy place, which annoyed a lot of people. The lights were always flashing at night so you had to close the blinds and every single curtain in the house to get a little bit darkness to sleep.

By the age of 12 Ami had completed Elementary School and was moving on to Junior High. The present was celebrating in the big city. Some mysterious figure got a hold of her while she was in the mall. They quickly took her away one a jet plane waiting on the rooftop. Ami lost consciousness from being so nervous.

For 4 years they tested on her, giving her the power to control emotions and be a very experienced fighter without training once. Ami isn?t that powerful with her fighting, she has lost 5 or 6 times, but she can use her powers to help her win a fight. [/COLOR] [/FONT] [/SIZE]

Her hair falls down midwaist and is a shimmering blue. [B]Power-[/B] Enyo is a lab-created being who is nearly indestructible. She was created to be bulletproof, highly intelligent, extremely strong, fast, and furtive, a great tracker, and have great stamina, stealth, and heightened senses. She was also created to have the ability to shape-shift, some psychic abilities, heal herself rapidly, camouflage to her environment, slight clairvoyance and clairaudience, and have a low band of force field. Though it may not be a power, Enyo can speak over 10 different languages and she has the power of music. The psychic abilities that Enyo possesses are teleportation, cryokinesis, pyrokinesis, geokinesis, psychometabolism- a rare ability that allows a psionic, such as Enyo, to be able to alter and control their own body; i.e.: harden skin, strengthen bones, increase adrenaline flow, etc., hydrokinesis, telepathy, telempathy- a very powerful and extremely rare ability that lets Enyo to sense emotional changes at the lower band, it also enables her to transmit and overload someone?s mind with them at the highest, telekinesis, biokinesis- a psionic ability that manipulates the natural energy of biological beings, allowing Psionicists to heal themselves, heal others, stop someone?s heart, create neural shocks, and many other talents. Her shape shifting ability is a different story whereas she was created with different alleles of DNA and given the different genomes. Currently, Enyo has found that she can transform certain body parts into different animals and beings. Though she does not know this, her power permits her to transform a full form, half form, quarter form, etc. She can also shift herself into creatures from myths and creatures from the past or even from movies. Therefore, it is supposed that Enyo can transform into creatures that she sees. The limit to this power is unknown. [B]Personality-[/B] Enyo is quiet and distant. She is an enigmatic stoic that keeps people guessing, always unpredictable in the strangest of cases. She is intelligent and knowledgeable with a sharp wit and a quick tongue. Though she is a mysterious and isolated being, Enyo can be fiery, temperamental, volatile, militant, and belligerent. She has a way of talking people down and having them fear her though she is a small girl. She may be small, but she can bring herself up to levels higher than anyone could imagine. Her innuendos and speech are far greater than any human could comprehend to. [B]Bio-[/B] There is not much known to Enyo, only that she was created in a lab. It follows a golden retriever for unknown reasons and it seems to have a deep hatred for it. Other than that, Enyo?s life is a mystery.

Name: Treana Alkalero

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Appearance: Treana is a very tall woman, well over six feet. She's strong, athletic, and can pull off moves you normally only see in gymnastics competitions. She's also very good-looking, and it's all-natural. However, she's normally unkempt, dirty, and wearing cloths that most people would have thrown out long ago. She also carries two metal poles, her weapons, with her pretty much at all times. She keeps them strapped to her back.

Power: Treana was, to put it simply, an accident. She was one of the few attempts at combining two unrelated powers in one person, and as with the others, this attempt failed. However, unlike the other failed attampts, Treana didn't die. Treana was intended to have both strong psychic powers (the whole set; telepathy, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, etc.) and the ability to change into virtually any kind of creature, including mythical beasts. Instead, Treana ended up sharing her mind with another being.

The other being in Treana's mind, Akansola, is an anomaly as far as NASA is concerned. Nobody can explain how she is possible, and these are the people who've given people psychic abilities, shaeshifting powers, etc. What baffles them is that Akansola has a body of her own. The body can be changed from Treana's to Akansola's at will. And Akansola's body is not human. Akansola is a dragon.

NASA scientists could understand even that. What baffled them was that instead of Treana gaining powers, a new being was created in her with the powers intended for her. Not the sapeshifting, however; Treana and Akansola can only swicth between their two forms. But Akansola has the mental abilities that were intended for Treana. And in addition to those powers, the fact that the minds of Treana and Akansola are combined in the same body is very useful. One mind is in control (normaly the one whose body they're using), but the controling mind can be switched an any time.

Personality: Treana is very antisocial, but not to the point where she isolates herself. She just doesn't socialize. She'll work with others, but if it's not related to whatever task they're doing or important in some other way, she won't participate. She's a fast thinker, and very smart. She's also the last person to give up.

Akansola is a lot like Treana. Like Treana, she prefers agreesive methods instead of more diplomatic solutions. she'n not the type who interrogates people; she'll take the information she wants right from your mind, and she doesn't care what happens to your mind in the process. Of course, she can tell allies from enemies, and avoids harming allies if at all possible.

Bio: Treana has few memories of her early life. The cause of her amnesia is unknown, but she's accepted this. There's nothing she can do about it, and she needed to focus on survival. See, she lives on the streets.

Treana doesn't remember why, but she has no home. She used her looks to get taken into a pretty large gang, and lives with them. She worked her way up the ranks, and was sleeping with the second-in-command when she went missing. The gang assumed she was dead, not knowing that she was taken by NASA.

Personality: Tamara is a chatty person with a werd sense of humor. She loves fighting-so long as her opponent is decently strong. As and underage drinker and chain-smoker, she developed a bad reputation. But those who know her best know better: she's just a kid with too many bad habits for her own good.

Born and raised in America, yet not an ounce of American pride. Tamara was born in Detroit, Michigan. When she was young, her parents were killed in a drive-by shooting. She wandered around the streets for a few months (avoiding cops or anyone who looked like they might be with the orphanage) until a young man named Tino found her sleeping under a bush and decided to take her in.

Tino taught Tamara the ways of the world, and treated her like a daughter. Tamara looked up to Tino, he was probably the only person she ever really looked up to. But when she was 16, Tino got killed in another drive-by shooting. Tamara was left with a slight fear of drive-by shootings and the dream of avenging Tino.

NASA took intrest in her two years later when she was sent to state prison on numerous counts of fatal injuries, and Voluntary manslaughter.

Appearance: 6'2", 200 lbs. He looks like a younger version of Dante from Devil May Cry with black hair. He wears a black suit with a black trench coat. His eyes are black.

Power: He is able to create concentrations of pure energy of any size and blast things apart, capable of destroying large cities. He can fly faster than a jet and run faster than any car. He has incredible strength, able to lift large cars with one hand. He can increase all of his powers with training. He can crush 5" thick steel bars into dust with his powerful grip.

Personality:
He pretends to not care about anyone else but he will help those in need. He only wants to improve himself and become better and stronger. He really likes girls but doesn't know how to approach them. The only emotion he really has at the moment is rage. He is headstrong and can't be controlled by anyone else. He likes to be alone with his thoughts. He tries to not let his emotions get the best of him. He always tries to suppress the rage that burns through him and keep a cool calculating head.

Bio:
He was an orphan from China brought to the USA by the government. The government took him to NASA and began to modify him. They tried to make him the perfect warrior, making him like a Super Saiyan. He won every fight that he was ever put in within less than 10 seconds. NASA was proud of what they had created. They wanted to keep him and make him even stronger and better. After they completed his last modification they placed a tracker on him, in case he escaped. NASA placed him in isolation, away from all of their other experiments. However their plans to keep him backfired. They had made him too powerful. One day, after NASA had erased his memory, Johnny broke through the 4 foot thick concrete walls that had imprisoned him earlier. He flew into the air, a power that they had never seen him use, and blindly headed north east, eventually reaching New York City. The NASA people loss track of him, Johnny?s energy had burned away the tracker that they had placed in his body. He still resides in New York City, being a vigilante.
