Writing On The Mountain's Peak [Poem] E

Well, I am new to this whole Otaku deal, but I wanted to give it a try. For the sake of time, I'm just going to post a poem that I created a while back here and get the feel for things. Anyway, please give me some feedback, after all, thats what this site is for.

[CENTER] [B]On The Mountain's Peak[/B] [/CENTER]

Nothing explains the plea
That our souls all cried
We mourn for the trip
The adventure up the mountain's side

The path you set now showed the way
With raw emotion there to guide
Up the mountain trail and away
So long, we?ll watch you stride

On the mountain?s peak you shall stand
Alone with your cane in hand
Your memories embroidered in gold
The treasure too much to hold
We?ll never forget the day
By your side all the way

On your long trip from home
with only your will wishing to stay
Still teaching
I never said thank you for that
The lessons you taught- so pure
You glance up the path
And soon follow your guide

On the Mountain?s peak you will stand
Alone with your cane in hand
