On a more serious note, I often find myself looking back on a quote I just laid out with a "GOD I am AWESOME!" But none really come to mind. Some of the songs I wrote were really good, but those aren't exactly quotes. I do enjoy this conversation from I story of mine. "we have to put our heads together" "won't that hurt?" This isn't people talking, but I'm pretty happy with it... this is from my story Silver Hair, which was a present to someone. [i][color=slategray]The girls silver hair twisted and spun with the pooling blood. It was red, now crimson, now black, and then red again, with silver entwined. Her pearl-white hands were dried and frail as they lay in the crimson pools. Dark grey ash fell, sifting over the massive pools in the bedroom, covering them like snow. All was silent. Soon, a white ash soaked into the blood. The body was gone. Nothing remained. Me: "I'm so confused, I don't really know where we stand anymore." Her: "We're together, perfect you and I, I'm standing next to you, and I like standing that way." Her: "I just got my hair done, how does it look?" Me: "..." Her: "What, you don't like it??" Me: "Sorry, I was just struck dumb by the vision of beauty blessing me with her presence." "Any passerby would have thought she was just a realistic statue, but any mind reader would have seen several forces frantically scampering around for the solution to some unknown and possibly unattainable answer." And then there's one from this story about a cat that I just giggle at: "'Hi Naitali!' I said to all the other Naitali. 'I'm Naitali!
