[Redemption]

Kefira looked around and shivered. She ate the chicken, cheese and vegetables slowly, gaining back her energy. She looked at Alec and Kite, then at Cassie and Johnny. These people were like her. Sighing with small relief at one question being answered, she continued to eat the meal Johnny gave her.

After she finished, Kefira slowly got to her feet, a blanket wrapped around her. She took the clothes of Cassie's and went into a room to dress herself. Coming out in a few minutes, she saw Johnny and Cassie talking to each other in front of the TV which was switched on. Alec and Kite were talking to each other quietly, discussing things about their elemental abilities.

Walking over to Johnny and Cassie, Kefira suddenly became aware that all of them, not to mention Johnny, had seen her naked. Two patches of scarlet appeared on her cheeks. She felt like crawling under the blankets and staying there. Just when she was about to do it, Johnny and Cassie turned to see her up. Johnny gave a big smile.

" Nice to see you up Kefira," he said in his smooth masculine voice. Kefira melted.
" Do my clothes fit you ok?" Cassie asked.
" Yes. Thanks. Both of you," Kefira replied, a little embarassed still. She withdrew into her shell a bit.
" That's all right. Any time," Johnny said, a pink tinge on his cheeks.

" So.... what are we going to do next?" Kefira asked.[/COLOR][/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]Kit looked out the window then closed the blinds."I think I know. What we should do. Well what I should do. My aunt, I think, may know something. Well not exacally but somehow I fell that shes hidding something from me. Something important." He turned to look at everyone else. "She said something strange when I woke up. Well not really said something, just said it in a weird way. My guess is that this is going to be out center of location. so I'm gonna leave my number. I'll be back when I get some more information." He slowly walked to the door and opened it slowly looking back at everyone when he had it fully open. "Weather or not this Enyo is still around, we all need to be careful. Who knows when shell strike again." After that he walked out and closed the door and sighed. "This is turning out to be one hellova day."[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]When he got to the street it hit him hard. Enyo's presence. He had to catch his breath before he could realize where he was agian."Ohh shit. its her. And she isnt that far either.." He looked down both streets till he got a feeling of about where she was, then he turned around and walked back into the house, leaning agianst the closed door when he was in. He turned and saw that everone was staring at him."I uhh felt her. Her presence. She isnt that far off. Sooo....I think I'm gonna stay here for a little bit k?" He gave that a weak smile and then sat down next to the door.

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=#C82356]The wind picked up a bit, though Enyo and Treana were not bothered by it. Enyo did not feel threatened by this female nor did she feel that she had to fight only to live. She felt safe with Treana, which was quite odd for Enyo had only been outside of the NASA base for only several hours.

?Thank you,? Treana said. ?Now, I don?t want to say anything about my powers, but because I?ve asked you a few questions, it?s only fair to allow you to ask me some. So, is there anything besides my powers you want to know about??

For a moment, it felt as though the world had silenced itself, only to allow Enyo to think. She then looked at Treana with indifferent eyes.

?Enyo wants to know what it is like to live in the human world. Enyo is confused about humans and how they act. She wants to know, she is curious.?

?Well, that?s sort of difficult to answer, Enyo.? Treana was in deep thought, trying to piece together an answer. ?There are many different points of views on what it?s like to live in this world. Each person is different with complex characteristics that have different morals, beliefs, and whatnots. Because of this, we are able to live together, not peacefully, but manage to live in it.

The creature did not blink or move when Treana had explained. She merely processed the information given to her and let it simmer. Many questions arose, though Enyo knew that Treana would not be able to answer most of them. She then resorted to asking simple, yet complex, questions.

?Enyo wants to know, why did Treana fight against that male human?? This question made Treana chuckle lightly to herself. ?What makes Treana want to battle against a lowly human as that boy who calls himself Alno??

?You see, Enyo, it?s something called a challenge. You call out someone; tell them to step up, and whoever accepts the challenge is the one you fight with. If you back out when you were the one who told someone to fight, then you have no honor and no dignity. I had to fight Alno because he claimed he could take up five of us plus a personal fight. I had to show that people need to think before they speak and that boasting is not good when it comes to gangs.?

The wind picked up and the deserted park seemed desolate. Treana looked around as Akansola spoke to her, telling her it was time to leave.

?I guess if you don?t have any other questions, I should leave.? Treana turned to leave but the fact that she was leaving Enyo by herself, even though she was not exactly human, made her feel protective. She turned to face Enyo. ?Enyo, do you want to come with me??

With confusion setting into her mind, Treana merely waited and Enyo followed Treana, as if there was something in store for her. What could come of her if she trusted? Was it something gravely dangerous or was it something honorably valorous?[/size][/color]

[Zephyr]

Phelan watched the fight between Treana and Alno out of the corner of his eye. Right now he was more worried about being prepared for any Diablo suprises. [i]They'll probably wait until the fight is over. It would be easier to deal with both gangs at that time.[/i] To his right, David visably flinched as Treana delievered a devastating blow to Alno's knee. The Marja leader crumpled. "That has got to hurt," was David's only comment.

For the next minute Phelan scanned the area intently, waiting for signs of an ambush. Yet none came. The Marja gang pulled their injured commander from the field, and shortly after the Koteiro's left too. Everyone, save for Treana, disappeared. [i]I guess it was a false alarm, but what is she up to out their alone?[/i] The answer came in the form of a young girl clad in red, who seemingly appeared from out of nowhere. The two looked as though they were talking.

"David, take the rookies and return to the garage. Let them know it was a false alarm. I will stay here and try to figure out what Treana and that girl are up to." Without arguement David turned around and led the pair who had joined them away. Phelan remained where he was, watching through the binoculars in his hands.[i]What are your up to, Treana of the Koteiro gang?[/i]

[color=green]Johnny sighed, looking at the ground. His mood went from happy to depressed in a matter of seconds.

[b]"Well, I guess we go to the NASA Base near here. I can recall laboratory instruments and stuff...and that's the only type of place near here. I can't be seen too much, regarding the whole...."[/b] Johnny trailed off. He stared at the screen, the blood seeping from the wound, the knife so cruel...

He got up, and grabbed everyone's bowls. He took them to the sinks, and began washing them. His rough, calloused hands worked across the dishes with a washing towel, the water hot and refreshing. It gave him time to think.

Johnny thought about many things, from what to do to why he would do it. Every possible seniaro flashed through his mind, from his death, to finding out what happened. He closed his eyes, hands still.

[b]"Everyone, we need to go to the NASA base. Now. If we just sit around, we'll never find anything out. We've used our powers in the public eye, things are going to get suspiscious. And, well, according to everyone, I am, simply, dead."[/b] Johnny laughed, hollowly. This ment he was cut off from sociity....only these other people who shared his predicament were there. Small world, and its still fucked up.[/color]

[size=2]"If you're going to stay with me, then there are things I have to tell you," Treana said to Enyo as they neared Koteiro HQ. "See, I know you can read minds, and many of the people in the Koteiro gang are not nice people. You will pick up a lot of... unkind thoughts, and I'm sure many of them will be directed at you. For example, there will undoubtably be thoughts of abusing you. You must not react to these thoughts. Only react if someone actually makes a move intended to threaten you. Just don't kill anyone, and don't use your powers."

"Why must Enyo not use her powers?"

"Because we need to maintain the apperance of normal human beings," Treana explained. "We can't let them know we're not normal. You can read their minds, because they won't know you're doing it, but nothing else. Besides, if you read their minds, you'll know what they're going to do. That alone should be all you need."

As they approached the factory, Treana knew exactly what would be happening. A scout would see her and Enyo approach, and would pass word that she was coming with an unknown person. Kajo would go out to meet them, taking a couple men with him for protection. He would look for a signal as to which identity Treana was using, and would be shocked when she didn't give one, but he would say nothing about it. And that's exactly what happened. It was while Kajo was walking towards them that Treana made her decision. [i]I should go now. The longer I wait, the more they'll have recovered from Enyo's escape. If I go now, they won't be as prepared.[/i]

Kajo got right down to business. "Who's this?" he asked, indicating Enyo.

"This is Enyo. She will be remaining with me for a while. I believe she can help me learn what happened to me. She's already pointed me in the right direction. Now all I need to do is get to the right people. Unfortunatly, the longer I wait, the harder this will be to do. Which is why I'm going now. Tonight. In fact, I've told you now, so I have no more reason to delay."

"Tonight? Are you sure about this, Treana?"

"I can handle it," Treana assured Kajo. "Don't worry. It may be a couple days before I'm back, but I'll definatly be back." With that, Treana turned around and left, followed by Enyo.

[i]I hope Treana knows what she's doing,[/i] Kajo thought as he watched the two of them walk off.

As they walked, Treana let Akansola take control. enyo noticed a difference, but knowing she would get no answer, she didn't ask about it. While Akansola was in control of the body, Treana's mind was able to get some rest. It wasn't quite sleep, because the body didn't get to rest, but it was the next best thing, and it would help a lot when they reached the NASA facility. And Treana was willing to bet that they'd need all the help they could get.

[Redemption]

[COLOR=#FF0066][FONT=Trebuchet MS]Kefira looked around Cassie's house. It looked like she lived there alone.

" So? Is this going to be our headquarters then?" Kefira asked the group as she returned from inspecting upstairs.

Johnny looked at Cassie then at Kefira.
" Well, Cassie's parents are going to be home soon I guess. Maybe we should find somewhere else to make our headquarters? Somewhere where no one would think of looking. We don't need to be found out. Especially me since I'm officially proclaimed dead."

Kefira's expression saddened as she heard the tone of voice Johnny used in the last sentence. She walked over to him and gave him a hug, which surprised him. She let him go and backed away a little.

" Sorry. I just thought it was a nice gesture," Kefira said, a little hurt by his expression on his face. Johnny looked at her, puzzled but didn't say anything.

" I know a place we can go," Kite spoke up. " There's an old army barracks that I know of. I'm sure no one will care if we stay there."
" All right then. Meet everyone back here in an hour," Johnny said. Everyone went except Kefira, Johnny and Cassie, who disappeared into her room for a few moments.

Johnny looked up at Kefira.
" Are you going to go back home for a while Kefira?" he asked softly.
" Umm.... yes... not before I want to talk to you about ... something." Her heart beat against her chest rather hard. She looked at his blonde hair and warmly sighed.
" What is it?"
" Well.... um.... Sorry, I'm not normally like this..... well.... are you and Cassie..... well do you two like each other?"
Johnny looked shocked. Kefira had her head bowed so he couldn't make out what emotion was on her face. But no doubt she had to be blushing a bit.
" Well.... I don't know if she likes me, but I don't think I like her in any more than a friend," Johnny replied innocently.
Kefira brought her head up smiling. " That's good."

With that, Kefira left.

Kefira returned with a bag of clothes and her box of kittens. She gave Cassie back her clothes and thanked her for them. Then she sat near Johnny and started to talk to him, waiting for the others.

[color=green][b]"So how are you, Kefira? Didn't know, you passed out pretty fast back there."[/b] He smiled, but was confused. Why would she ask about Cassie and him? Unless....

[b]"Yeah, I'm fine, thanks."[/b] She smiled back at him.

[b]"So...why did you ask about...Cassie and I?"[/b] Johnny asked nervously, biting his lip on the inside.

[b]"I...I don't know...I...uhhh..."[/b] Her cheeks were covered with a red blanket. Johnny's own were tinted with that scarlet tingle.

[b]"I'm sorry, I shouldn't of asked."[/b] He spoke quickly, leaning his head down, so only his hair was visible.

[b]"Don't worry about it, Johnny. You had a right to ask."[/b] She replied. The kittens mewled. [b]"Did I tell you how I went... a little crazy over the people who were abusing these little guys?"[/b] She seemed to want to change the subject.

[b]"Well, no, I don't think you did. We've got time before anyone else shows up, so go on."[/b] He smiled. She began to tell what happened.

[b]"Wow...I know how you feel."[/b] Johnny explained his own story. [b]"So there it is."[/b] He smiled grimly.[/color]

[Redemption]

[COLOR=#FF0066][FONT=Trebuchet MS]Kefira blushed when he asked her the question about why she asked that question. Whether she liked to admit it or not, she was beginning to like Johnny. The way his hair cascaded down into his face when he looked concerned, his sharp eyes that felt like they could look into her very soul, his smooth masculine voice that almost lulled her into a dream.

The six kittens miaowed at their surrogate mother. She looked down at them and stroked each on the head. When she stroked each of them, they fell silent and dozed off to sleep.

" So your power is turning into a giant panda bear?" Kefira asked, stroking each of the kittens so that they would feel comforted.
Johnny nodded. " Kind of a weird power, don't you think?" He laughed at himself. Kefira joined in.
" Well, I can't really say much because I could turn into a panda too. But then, I'm not a sword-wielding samurai panda!"

Johnny chuckled at her joke. " Very true. So, what extent do you think your power is?"

Kefira thought for a minute. " Well, in human form, I have the abilities of my favourite species of animal, any type of cat. That's probably why I turned into it as my first transformation. That, and I used to live in Africa, in Kenya on the savannah. I'm in America on exchange. When I transformed, one memory of home stood out amongst the rest."

" A lioness was protecting her cubs from a new male lion. When a new male takes over the pride, he kills any cubs sired by the previous male, that he can, and chases the older males off. This lioness was protecting her young cubs so fiercely that the new male had to be tranquilised and taken to a nearby rehabilitation centre. It was the most awesome thing I have seen a lioness do."

" Wow," Johnny said, " That's amazing. So what type of animals do you think you can turn into?"

" I think I can turn into any creature that you can show me a picture of. Like an angel, or a demon, or a dragon. I think I have the ability to do that. Maybe even change into a different human. In a memory about the experiments on me, I turned into a vampire and devoured the doctor that was testing me."

Kefira shivered. Her kittens miaowed again, sensing her unease. Johnny tentatively put an arm around her shoulders.

" Since those experiments on us, I think that all of us has done things we regret," Johnny said comfortingly. Kefira nodded.

" It was horrible watching those boys die. It was like I was a spectator to the whole thing. I couldn't control the cat's body. The cat's mind just took over. The whole alleyway was painted red with their blood..." Kefira trailed off.

" Try not to worry about. All of us, I'm sure, have done things that we didn't mean. We just have to keep our powers in check now. Ok?"

Kefira nodded. She looked up at him with a weak smile.

" Next time I'll have to remember to take my clothes off before I transform, and try not to faint again, naked, in your arms, hey?"[/COLOR][/FONT]

He saw the note on the kitchen table from his aunt but threw it away because his aunt was comming thrugh the fron t door."Hey. Where have you been Kite? I've been worried sick about you!" Kite turned around and looked her straight in the eye,"No joke? I haven't been worried. But I have been confused about alot of things that have been going on. Lite my sudden ability to control wind." Kite raised his hand as the room started to fill with strong gusts."See? Now can you explain anything or not? Because i think you know more than your letting on." He let the wind fade as his aunt grabbed a chair and sat in it."Well kite, do you remember the accedent that your parrents and little brother were involved in? It was set up. Turns out that you father had found a wayto owe the us government alot of money and the only way that he could payit off was to list you as a test subject.Half the trips i go on are to see them. Man do they mis you." Kite stumbled back till he felt his hand go over another chair. he grabbed the chair and sat down."What else is there to know about everything?" Tears started to come down her eyes as she talked."Well, no one was sure on how to start the tests, so I called and tried to get you to the office. WE had soldiers at the door waiting for you. When you walked in, we got you with a tranquilizer.Do you remember the people in white coats? Those were the doctors that tested on you. You had gotten alot of shots then, so many that you cant get another virus or infection till you die. Neat?" She saw a little bit of rage build up inside as she continued."Did you know that your family had come to see you? I think it was right after the girl that ate a docter as a vampire. We knew that you didn't have that power but we were still cautious. You werent able to say or do anything. After about a month and a half, I braught you here and you were in a coma uintil recently. Everyone at NASA are affraid that you and the other test subjects will return Especially Enyo." Kite stood up and shook his head,[I]That girl. No she isn't even a girl. Shes a creature bent on killing humans. In anycase, we need to go and figure out why they were doing this.[/I][/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]kite walked to his room leaving his aunt at the table crying. He grabbed a change of cloaths then looked at a bastardsword his aunt had gotten him for his birthday. He thought about getting it but decided that he could just make one out of wind if he needed to. He started to walk to the doo and saw his aunt on the phone. He knew that she was calling NASA but didnt care. All he knew was that he needed to gat to Cassie's before NASA did. His aunt saw him running out the door as she hung up the phone.[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]Kite came bolting into Cassie's house and saw Johnny with his arm around Kefira." We got a problem boys and girls. My aunt just got off the phone with NASA. Wether we go tonight or the next day, thye know we are comming." Kite walked over the the window and looked out as he dropped his bag. Then he turned twards Johnny and Kefira."Umm.. where's Cassie?" Johnny indicated that she was in her room. Kite walked over to the door and lightly tapped on it trying to be descrete,"Umm... Cassie? You ok in there?"[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

[Sakura]

[color=Navy]Cassie was sitting on her bed, she was silently conversing to Ryu about hints on making the changes between forms easier. Then her mind started to think about Kefira and her attachment to Johnny. Ryu sensed her thoughts and questioned her about it. Cassie brushed it off, she didn't even know herself what she felt. But then decided that it was ok if Johnny prefered Kefira to her, after all, Kefira wasn't the one that clearly showed she was a freak from some experiment.

Cassie shuddered as a memory of needles, test tubes, some metal instruments, a female scream that sounded like herself, then a growl, followed by a roar, followed by a wolfish howl and finally the terrified scream of men and the sounds of running footsteps.

Cassie sat up straight as she heard a quiet knock at her door.

[b]"Umm...Cassie? Are you ok in there?" [/b]she heard the voice of Kite on the other side.

Cassie smiled and walked over, she opened the door.

[b]"Yeah, I'm fine. What's going on?" [/b]Cassie asked, walking out into the lounge where everyone was.

[b]"We have to go, my aunt just got off the phone with NASA. They know we're coming, no matter when we decide to take action." [/b]Kite informed her, the others didn't look surprised, which probably meant he had already told them.

[b]"Did you check out the army barracks?"

"Yeah, they're abandoned, just as I suspected." [/b]Kite answered.

[b]"Ok, I'll gather my stuff up, I suspect that you guys already have." [/b]she said, looking around at them, they had bags with them.

Cassie went into her room and packed a bag full of things, including a photo of her and her parents, her wolf plushie, clothes, toiletries, torch and batteries, her pillow and a sleeping bag. Cassie grabbed a pen and paper and wrote a note to her parents quickly, explaining why she had to leave, she didn't want to put them in danger. She told them she'd be safe and folded it into a heart, she addressed it to her parents and left it in the hall where they put their letters.

Cassie walked back to the others and they knew it was ok for them to leave now. They gathered their belongings and set out, Cassie locked the door behind them and walked away with the others, tucking the keys into her pocket, hoping she would come back sometime. Cassie took a last fleeting look before concentrating on what they would be doing.

Desire stood at the edge of the forest with her stuffed cat in her arms."What happened?I can't remember a thing."

She started to run again, she was alot faster than she remembered almost like she was gliding on the air.Then she relized she was gliding cause her feet wern't touching the ground.She stopped and rubbed her eye's.*I must be dreaming.I can't fly.I'm probably just fell asleep in the park or the old carnival, like I always do.

*Well if this is a dream and I can fly then I can just jump off that cliff over there and land on my feet without getting hurt.* Desire ran as fast as she could and jumped off the cliff. Her long black hair flowed in the wind and her arms were holding her dress down as she landed on her feet without a scratch.*I knew it, I am dreaming.* "Wow how did you do that?"A crowd of people had gathered around Desire and were talking about her."Are you crazy you could have died doing that you know!!!?" She looked around and saw all the people."What is she?""I don't know but she seems really wierd.""Yeah...maybe we should call the cops..oh to late."

The cops shoved through the crowd and grabbed her arm."All right wise guy.Your coming with us." Desire closed her eye's and tried to wake up, but she couldn't.Right then a large group of bats flew in and attacked everyone except Desire.*Where did they come from?It's like they came out of my rage and fear.I'm not dreaming!!!Holy sh*t.hat the.....*

Desire felt a very wierd feeling when she saw a young officer around 25 neck who was holding her.*He looks so young, so full of life*right then her eye's turned a pitch black,*so tasty*Desire grabbed the man and slowly sank his teeth into his neck.She felt her self getting stronger and happier by the second.Then the man dropped dead,but he wasn't youmg anymore he was old very old.*Oh my god!!Isucked the life out of him!!!*

[b]"Yeah, I guess you better, heh."[/b] [i]Not that I mind...[/i] Johnny felt like slapping himself in the face with a butcher knife.

[b]"I think I have more powers, but I just haven't discovered them yet. Whenever a thunderstorm passes by, I feel like its part of me, when earthquakes happen or volcanoes explode, I feel like part of me is ripped away. Like...I've got a primal connection with the Earth."[/b] Johnny looked into her eyes, his blonde hair running down his head, light blue shirt with a tie on his chest.

[b]"That's strange...I thought everyone would have only one power."[/b] She looked back at him, and Johnny felt a smile edging on his lips gently, then realized...it wasn't a smile. It...was a kiss.

[b]"Yeah...maybe..."[/b] Johnny went on, and leaned into her, his arm around her neck already. His face was closed to Kefira's, his breath cool, his blue eyes gentle. He felt her lean in, and for a single moment, felt her lips touch his. His lips were hot, and when he pulled away, were hotter.

[b]"I...I I'm sorry..."[/b] He looked at her apologetically, wondering how heavy his arm seemed on her shoulders.[/color]

[Redemption]

[COLOR=#FF0066][FONT=Trebuchet MS]Kefira blushed the colour of a red rose. She quickly looked at the ground, her cheeks crimson. She didn't expect that so quickly. It was nice for her first kiss..... [i]Wait! That was my first kiss![/i] Her eyes widened and she giggled.

" What's so funny?" Johnny asked, sounding a little hurt. Kefira brought her face up to him, smiling.

" Nothing's funny. It's just that..... that my first kiss.... that's all." With that she moved out of Johnny's grip and followed Cassie out the door. Johnny was a little shocked but collected his things to and headed out.

Alec, Kite and Sakura were in the lead, talking to one another, Kite the only one knowing where they were going. Kefira was close behind them with her backpack on her back and her litter of kittens in their box in her arms. Johnny was a little way back from them, looking at Kefira mainly. She noticed his gaze and blushed.

[i]Damn.... why am I blushing.... I don't blush when guys look at me.... but's he's really cute.... and he kissed me.[/i] Kefira giggled again before looking ahead once again. Johnny heard her giggle. He liked it.

For an hour they walked the street, along Johny was now closer to the group and had a hood over his head. It would cause mass panic if a proclaimed dead person was walking the streets. Kite led them to a rundown army barracks on the outskirts of the city, in the general direction the NASA base was. Kite broke the padlock on the doors and he and Alec pushed them open. The group moved inside.

It was quite nice considering it had been abandoned for a while.

" Wow! It looks like that these weren't normal soldiers' quarters..." Kefira said in awe.
Kite smiled. " Nope. The majors stayed here. It's a nice place once we fix it up a bit, I'm sure."

Kefira ran to the bedrooms. All were separated to each other with walls. There was a small kitchen and living room where they had entered. Kefira looked at the bathroom, which looked fairly grubby and mucky. There was a door to the basement where the plumbing and circuit box was.

" This one's mine!" Kefira proclaimed, finding a nice bedroom for herself. She set down her backpack and her kittens. They stayed in the box, wondering where they were. Kefira looked down at them. " Now you guys stay where you are. Have a sleep. Don't get out of the box!" The kittens understood and began playing with each other. Kefira sighed with relief and walked back out to the living room. She passed Cassie and Alec's rooms which were on the other side of the corridor. Kefira had chosen the one right down the end. Kite was in between her and Johnny.

When she got to the living room, Johnny was giving out jobs to do.

" Well we'd better get this place cleaned up a bit. Kite and Alec, you two can check the plumbing and electricity. Cassie and I will clean up the kitchen and Kefira, you can do the bathroom."

" But we need cleaning products. I didn't bring any," Cassie said, pointing out an obvious problem.

" Hang on. I'll go steal some," Kefira said. Before anyone could object, she was gone. In a matter of a few minutes, Kefira returned to the quarters with all the cleaning utensils and products they needed.

" Wow! Where'd you get these?" Alec said.

" I hope you didn't use your powers!" Cassie said.

" Nope. I used my charm and wit," Kefira said, poking her tongue at Cassie. " Let's get to it!"

Everyone dispersed, now having the utensils and products to do their jobs, and started cleaning up the place.[/COLOR][/FONT]

[SIZE=1]Alec and Kite looked at the plumbing system, seeing only a mass of lead piping, all of which was rather confusing. Alec scratched his head, and turned to Kite.

"Maybe we should just go and try a tap or something," he said.

"Hm. I guess you're right." They went back upstairs and Alec walked over to the sink. He turned on the cold tap. Water rushed out of it. He turned it off and tried the hot tap. Water came out of that one as well.

"Well, I guess we have water. I wonder whether we have electricity," said Kite. Alec flicked the light switch. Nothing happened.

"Dammit!" he shouted. They walked back to the kitchen area, and, seeing everyone around there, they told them the news.

"Ok, we have hot and cold water, but no electricity."

"I wondered why this stove wasn't sparking. The gas is coming out, but there's no spark to light it," said Cassie, fumbling around with the stove. Alec stepped up.

"Maybe I can help," he said. He concentrated hard on his finger, and a small jet of flame shot out. He held it to the stove, and as Cassie turned the gas on, Alec's flame ignited it. Then, Alec drew his finger up to his mouth, and blew the flame out gently.

"Wow," said Cassie, "I didn't think you really had that much control over your fire."

"Well, I dunno, maybe it's just being with you guys, I feel much more confident using them now. I think it's just a matter of not being afraid of my powers, then they won't go out of control." Just to prove his point, he created a tiny ball of flame in his hand and spun it around his fingers, then, in a slight act of clumsiness, he dropped it onto the carpet, where it began to set fire to the carpet.

Alec panicked and stamped the flame out before it could get too big. He blushed, and edged off, apologising profusely.[/SIZE]

As they neared the NASA facility, Treana retook conrol of the body. "We're here," Enyo said, pointing it out. "Be careful. they are ready for us."

"I don't think they have a clue about what we're going to do to them, but yes, they will be as ready as possible. But I think we can handle anything they've got."

"The place is locked down," Enyo said. "Breaking through the wall will take some time."

"Who said anything about that? We're going to let them open the door for us."

Enyo looked at her. "What do you mean?"

"Simple. We're going to walk straight at the place. I'm sure they's gotthis whole area under observation. They'll see us coming, recognise us, and send men out to re-capture us. When they do, the'll have to open the door. We'll use that opportunity to enter. Do you know where to find one of the bosses in there?"

"Yes."

"Good. In that case, you lead the way. Don't show any mercy to these people. Kill anyone who is armed, because They'll be after us. Now, enough talk. Let's do this."

"How are you talking?" "I have no idea I just started...ummm...I think it was a spell or something I can't remember."
"Whoever made you like this they made me alive well mostly, I still have a stuffed animal body."

"No I can't fly I can..well have you ever played Final Fantasy X?"

"Well You know Lulu? I'm kinda like her stuffed animals, I can do physical/element attacks (he can't do long distance he can only run up and attack you with any element Desire wants him to) and thats it, oh and I can talk." Desire smirked and hugged midnight.
"Can't breath.." Desire stopped and started to walk down the street, until she noticed a swarm of bats hovering over her head and people starring at her. Then a single bat wich looked like the leader of the swarm landed on her other shoulder (Midnight was on the other one) now she had a bat, and a stuffed animal onher shoulder and a swarm of bats following her.
"This is wierd I mean why are these bats following me. Can I make them go away?"
"Sure, they only came cause you wanted them to." Desire looked at him in bewilderment and looked at the bats. *So they did come from my anger. I knew it...I wanted them all to go away..to leave me alone..I..I...wanted them dead!!!!!* Desire ran into the park and ran behind a group of tree's like she usually did and started to cry."I didn't really want them dead..I'm a murderer, evan if I didn't know I could call the bats...." Desire turned to the group of bats and scowled."Go away ..JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!" The bats did as she said and flew away, except for the leader bat it just sat there on her shoulder not caring what she said, it just starred at her then bit her finger.
"Ow..what the f*ck did you do that for?" The bat just starred at her and turned his head to the side and flew into one of the tree's. Desire looked at the bat and smiled. *I'll call you fang er somtin.*She thought while petting Midnight.

Phelan had followed Treana and her young companion across town, keeping his distance as best he could. He had ditched his motorcycle in a safe place, knowing it would draw attention. Perhaps the part that bothered him the most was that the two seemed to be heading toward the side of town that was know for housing people from the military and other government branches. [i]Your behavior is very strange, Treana of Koteiro.[/i]

Without any sign of change the pair suddenly stopped a few blocks from a NASA controlled base. They seemed to be talking, and Phelan decided this was his best chance to get in close. Dodging into an alley he let off a burst of gravity and landed on the roof of the building in front of him. Using the rooftops as cover he made his way to another alley just ahead of Treana, and the girl in red. Another jump and gravity burst, and he landed softly in the alley, and walked out to the edge. As Treana and the girl started moving again he stood at the opening to alley, leaning against the brick wall, facing the direction the pair was heading.

"Taking on an entire military facility with only one kid as backup?" He spoke out loud as they passed. A smirk crossed his face for a moment. "You are as crazy as they say, Treana of the Koteiro gang."

Treana spun around quickly, looking ready to kick Phelan's ass right then. Her young companion turned around slower, and seemed to show no emotion at all. Phelan just stood there, leaning against the wall, and smirking.

Just two things I ask: 1) My character isn't there for a fight, so at least don't have [i]him[/i] start one. 2) Keep having him refer to her as "Treana of Koteiro (gang)" (no, I don't why he does that :p )

[color=Navy]Cassie smiled at Alec and set about with cleaning the kitchen along with Johnny. Kefira had left to do the bathroom and Alec and Kite were thinking of how they could get the electricity to work.

Cassie sprayed the cleaning product on the counter and started to rub at it with the cloth in her hand. She frowned, she didn't know what she felt for Johnny, but she didn't like Kefira much, they had been fine without her around. Cassie thought back to when Johnny and Kefira kissed on the couch, she had seen it, after all, she did have to lock the door behind them.

She shook her head and sprayed another spot.

[b]"Cass, you ok?" [/b]Johnny asked, seeing her facial expression.

[b]"....Yeah, I'm fine...." [/b]Cassie made out, scrubbing to get the dirt off.

[b]"Are you sure?" [/b]Johnny continued, walking over to her from where he'd been.

[b]"Yes!" [/b]Cassie cried out in frustration.

[b]"No...you're not ok. What's wrong? Tell me!" [/b]

Cassie glared at him, her eyes had changed into the wolf eyes and her fangs were longer than usual.

Cassie growled at him angrily and dropped her things, running away. As Johnny saw her go she was sprouting fur. Johnny dropped his things too and went after her.

Cassie ran outside and growled as she changed into her wolf form. So changing was affected by emotions, which was why she always changed when something that angered her happened. Johnny came out of the base and Cassie fled.

She didn't know where she was going, she didn't know why she was so angry either. Cassie stopped running eventually and looked around. She wasn't sure where she was but it was near water because there was a pier. Cassie padded along the wooden planks, she sat at the edge of it and whimpered, lying down and resting her head on her paws, her tail drooped over the edge of the pier and she listened to the crashing of the waves.

[color=green]Johnny sighed, lost her, and went back inside. He was such an idiot. He went back to cleaning, abesntmindedly.

Johnny stopped cleaning. He closed his eyes, and realized what he had done. Passing out on her doorstep, blood covered and wounded, being a nice guy, he...was leading her on all along. [i]God...I'm a jackbag...[/i] he told himself, hanging his head. He cleaned off the windows, and as he went to the last one, he saw Cassie sitting outside, shoulders shaking, as if she was crying. He could only barely see her as a speck on the horizon, but he knew it was her.

She must of heard him, but she showed no signs of notice. Johnny had to wage an internal war on himself Go talk to Cassie, and yelled at or maybe just bitten. Or just stay away, let her have her time, and talk to her when she was ready? He decided to talk to her now.

The screen door slid open. The cleaning supplies were set down. Johnny stepped out, biting his lip. He walked to Cassie, who was in wolf form, and quite a far ways away, and sat down next to her. However, she just moved away. Johnny went to her again, and she just stopped there. She looked up at him, the fur around her wolf eyes matted with tears, eyes bloodshot.

treana and enyo resumed walking towards the NASA facility. As they did, Treana had Akansola enter Phelan's mind. Phelan found himself incredibly disoriented, having trouble even seeing straight. By the time he recovered, Treana and Enyo were closer to the facility than he wanted to go.

[color=Navy]Cassie glared at him, her golden eyes narrowed at him and she bared her fangs. She didn't want to reveal anything else to him. Her tail waved in frustration as him interrogated her.

Johnny winced as the mental voice verberated around his head.

Cassie curled her body up, her tail came up to cover her eyes, she didn't know what she was feeling, not at all. When she saw Johnny kiss Kefira she had felt jealous, but why? She hadn't thought that she liked him, but it seemed that she did have feelings, that were unknown to her, about him.

She was deeply confused, Cassie had never had a close relationship with a male person, not even her father because he worked a lot so there wasn't much time for family in his life. Boys at school used to hit on her but she always refused them. These feelings and emotions were too new to her, she didn't know how to handle them.

Cassie whimpered and Johnny looked up from his train of thought, seeing her position, her body was curled up, her ears were flat against her head, her tail drooped over her eyes, her head resting on her forepaws.

[COLOR=Black]Desire walked down the street with Fang and Midnight on her shoulders and ignoring everyone as usual. She walked into the mall and went into Hot Topic and looked around. A boy about 19 with spikey black hair, a baggy t-shirt that said "Skate or Die" on it in red letters and baggy black pants with chains hanging off them , with a cross necklace and two silver loop earings in his left ear, and a spike bracelet, walked over and rest his arm on her shoulder.
"Hey Desire whats up!?" A girl walked up and wacked him on the head.
"Stop flirting with the costumers and get back to work."
"Fine. And I wasn't flirting with her, were friends."
"Yeah sure whatever."
He looked at Desire and smirked "Can I "help you?"
Desire did a half a smile and shoved a(n) elfit (consisting of a black and red plad skirt and a tight t-shirt with a evil looking kitty on the front with bat wings and red eyes) into his arms and started look around again.
"I want this elfit so go ring it up or something.Oh, and Mark I like the elfit." Mark smirked and brought the cloths up to the register and rung them up. Desire walked up to the counter and leaned over to play with a chain that was hanging from the cash register.
"That'll be $61.95.But i'll make it free since your so cute." He said with a wink."It'll come off my pay, how does that sound?" Desire blushed and turned her head towards the ground.
"I...ah..I..thanks but you, but you didn't have to." Mark handed her the bag of clothes and stepped out from behind the counter.
"I'm done with my shift, do you wanna go take a walk and maybe get some lunch? Don't worrt it's not a date or anything just as friends, what do you say?" Desire looked up (still blushing) and Marl smiled.*How can I resist that smile? He's so cute..no...he's hot totally hot.*

Mark put his hand in his pockets and and walked out the door and Desire followed and when they walked out of the mall Fang landed on Mark's shoulder.

Mark and Desire walked by a house and saw a wolf laying on the porch and a couple teens walk by the window with cleaning supplies.
"I wander whats going on in there. Do you think there volunteer workers or something.?" Mark said."Hey there's a wolf." Mark ran up to the wolf started to pet it's head. Desire ran after him.
"Mark thats dangerous, it could bite you."
"Come on don't you trust me? I used to always get bit ,but lately after I had amnesia or something a few days ago it's like animals are attacted to me or something, it was kinda wierd but I don't really care." Desire smiled and nodded her head in agreement. Then the wolf sat up and looked strait into her eyes.[/COLOR]
