Lena loked at the small white card that had been set down with her meal.

I don't even want to know...do I open it now, or after I eat? Looking around, she noticed that some had already opened their cards; some were pocketing them...I believe I shall do both... She began to eat, despite her nerves. She had hardly eaten anything all day, and it all smelled so delicous...and tasted twice as better as it smelled. Her appetite began to fade, however, as she watched her fellow diners. All who had opened their cards looked...shocked; bemused, fearful...next to her, James had gone completly and utterly white.

"I'm sorry," he said in a shaky tone that she wouldn't have associated with his seemingly constant confidence. "I appear to have lost my appetite." He stood, and began walking from the dining hall. Lena looked back at the card. Forgeting about her meal, she ripped it open with shaking hands. It can't be that bad, can it?

It was. She read her card; reread it; reread it again...

How...what kind of a request is this?! She looked up to see the Master staring at her; it was subtle, you could hardly tell, but he definetly was. Why is he...oh...James....James! She stood hurridly, taking an apple from one of the other trays before almost scurrying out of the dining hall.

James seemed thouroughly torn up about the card; whatever he'd recieved must have been ten times as bad as hers...just thinking about her card made her flush as she tiptoed along behind him, making sure to keep her eyes on him. I don't think I care much for this game... She spent a few uncomfortable moments standing near the stairs, watching James, half-wishing he would turn around and see her. I can't do this... He seemed to gain control, if only a little, and made it the rest of the way up the stairs. His room's door had swung half closed before she'd made it up the stairs; she hurredly stuck her foot in the door, sliding in before it shut the rest of the way. Great, Lena...what do you do now? Sure he seems nice...but he could turn out to be an axe murderer...serial rapist...communist, even... She sat down in one of the armchairs, waiting for James to come out of his bathroom; he'd left the door open, she could just see his back as he splashed water on his face. This is only gonna work once...you'll have to think of something different now...maybe there are cameras? The bathroom door creaked a little as James came through it. He stopped, staring in shock.

"W-what are you doing in here?" Lena hugged herself, trying to looked scared. Well...not even trying, she knew she looked scared already.

"I - I can not stay in a room alone in a house like this. C-could I just stay in here tonight? I - you seemed like a gentleman, and...I just do not wish to be alone. I will be perfectly silent, you will not even know I am here..." She bit her lip, waiting for an answer.

OOC: Kairi....*grumbles*

Imogen wrung her hands and sighed, twisting her head slightly to work out the nerves.

She looked down at the table; her white envelope in front of her, her own name seemed to be smirking at her through that gold cursive writing.

Eventually, Imogen gave into her own curiosity and picked up the envelope, sliding her finger under the flap gently to pry it open without any effort. A card dropped out and Imogen picked it up, reading what it said.

She gasped and almost dropped the card, her face twisting in mild disgust as she re-read it once again.

A shiver went down her spine as the young woman looked up to the master's face, wrinkled as he smirked wickedly back in her direction. A wave of nausea mixed with terror swept over her and she dashed from the table, hand clamped firmly over her pale lips.

Imogen couldn't throw up though she felt as if her whole world had been thrown upside down. This was her first night and already she knew it would be one of the worst of her life.

Entering the hall again, Imogen saw that the master was watching everyone else's faces as they read their cards. Shivering again, Imogen walked over to the master and just stood next to him, arms folded in front of her. She nibbled her lip nervously and looked down at him, somewhat happy to see that for the moment, he was ignoring her.

James sighed and looked at the girl. Her eyes were bloodshot, and her face was stained from tears streaking down it. She looked a mess. He was reminded of how he looked when he had looked in the mirror a few minutes ago.

"Of course you can," he said, "I don't think I could stand being alone tonight either." He smiled weakly at her, and she smiled weakly back. She curled up in the recliner that sat in the corner of James' room.

"No, I couldn't do that to a lady. You take the bed, I'll take the chair, or maybe the floor," he said, being a true gentleman. She smiled, thanked him, then moved and curled up on the bed. He threw some blankets down on the floor to lie on, and some pillows, and laid down, taking his shoes and tie off.

"It's strange. I'm finding myself hating the Master of Games already," he said, "I wasn't sure it was possible to hate someone in the first day you met them, but here's my proof." Yelena laughed slightly.

"Well, goodnight, Yelena. Sleep well," he said softly.

"Goodnight, James," she replied. James found himself unable to sleep. He sat up, took a notebook from his pocket, saw that Yelena was fast asleep, probably exhausted from all the sudden excitement. He took a pen out, clicked the top and began writing.

"Yelena," he wrote, "After the money to pay her way through college. Kaine-After the excitement. Tucker-Wishes to build and fly his own aeroplane. Imogen-Motives unknown. Sakura-Motives unknown." Then, he clicked the nib back into the pen, flipped the notebook closed and put both items away.

"Ok, I'm ready," he told himself. He got up, and walked out of the room. Then he took the stairs down a few floors, until he got to a long hallway.

"This is it," he said to himself. He took a deep breath and began walking down the corridor...

Tucker sat silently at the table. He wasn't really hungry, his only reason for attending the dinner was to recieve his card so he could leave. When it was finally given to him he examined it quickly. His jaw dropped in disbelief of his instructions. He grumbled, but then thought of all the Game Master had given him, and figured the least he could do in return was follow the rules set for him. As he contemplated how he would accomplish this task, the young man named James got up and excused himself from the table.

As soon as James had left the room Tucker arose "Uh, thanks for the dinner, but I'll be leaving too." He quickly left the room and walked far behind James down the hallway. James took a seat on the stairs and Tucker pushed himself up against a wall, simply watching. James seemed to be worried, or stressed about something, Tucker did nothing, but made a mental note of the situation. James eventually rose to his feet and continued up the stairs to his room. Tucker followed in suit and as James' door closed he ran to it and placed his ear to it in an attempt to hear what James was doing. He heard someone plot on a mattress and assumed it was James. He waited a minute or so and opened the door slowly. James was asleep on his bed so Tucker took it upon himself to enter the room.

He examined some of James' things and eventually noticed a picture of a plane on the wall. It wasn't the kind Tucker was use to seeing, much more advanced. He assumed it was one of James' planes but took the picture from the wall to examine it none the less. However, as soon as the painting had been removed from the wall he saw a switch.

Hmm, what could this be? he thought to himself. He decided to flip the switch and watched as the wall slid asside. Tucker walked slowly into a dark room eventually finding a light switch to his right. As the room was illuminated he saw it was almost identically to his own. His jaw dropped as even his things were here. This is crazy, my room isn't here, but, it is? Tucker assumed this room had been created to help him accomplish the task given on the card. He closed the wall from the inside and looked through the hole previous covered by the painting. Hah, a new show to watch, it'll be fun watching this youngsters squirm. He gave a quick laugh and continued to watch.

Lena lay on the bed, feigning sleep. Does this mean I can't even sleep? This is only going to last so long... She wanted to sleep...but...James seemed restless, writing in his notebook, mumbling to himself, seemingly lost in his own little world. It wasn't long before he stood, heading for the door. Lena sighed slightly. This was NOT going to be fun. The door was most of the way closed when she got up, following James silently as he headed down the stairs. All the while he was steeling himself, it seemed. Wonder what his card was...

The floor was cold on her bare feet...but she hadn't been able to stop and get shoes. Guess I'll just have to deal with it...there are worse things than cold feet... Slowly, she began to realize something. The hallway was getting dimmer. The bright lights that seemed to fill the rest of the mansion were fading. She tried to pay attention to the light while focused on James' back...

OOC: So now I'm evil now huh:) Oh you've seen nothing yet.

Imogen stood obediently beside the master as he watched the rest of his guests leave the dinning room table. He had not once looked up at Imogen who said nothing...

Suddenly a man in a black cloak walked in...its very presence stirred Imogen's spirit as it approached; standing on the other side of the master. Leaning over, something was whispered into the Masters ear as he listened intently.

"My dear Imogen..." these were his first words to the woman..."Please accompany me..."

"As you wish.." she replied emotionless as the master stood to his feet.

***James Room***

With the lights still on, 4 massive men walked into James' room. Neither James nor Yelena were in the room as they entered the spare room which Tucker resided in. His face looking upward towards the ceiling, it wasn't but a minute after he feel asleep when he was shaken by the four men. He shot up quickly, but was suddenly knocked out by a club to the back of the head.

Carrying Tucker on their shoulders, the four men walked down the hallway to where no one else knew...two of the men made sure that they weren't followed.

***

Minutes later...Tucker found himself strapped to a iron pole stuck in the ground. A single light shined down upon him from the ceiling as he tried to figure out what had happened. Before was another light shining in the concrete room...there stood both the master and Imogen. Imogen had a worried expression upon her face as she looked back at Tucker.

"What the hell is going on!" proclaimed Tucker as he struggled from his bondage; but to no avail.

Keeping his voice below the hearing of Tucker..."you must not tell a soul what you are about to see Imogen...do you understand?"

No words came from her mouth, only but a simple nod was expressed as the master turned his attention back towards Tucker lying on the ground.

"You've broken a rule my friend..." his voice was profoundly spoken, showing no sign of weakness whatsoever.

"What rule...I didn't do anything..." Tucker was confused...lost...everything was happening so fast. He had just gotten his card and he already did something wrong.

The Master, with his cain in hand began to walk towards Tucker. The light upon him and Imogen seperated, leaving her still in the light as the master walked forward with light following him.

''You've entered the darkness Tucker...when you found that room...and you took your eyes off James..."

"Are you serious..."

"Ah........" as the master knelt down and brushed his hair back..."Yelena herself has the same card as you...and she didn't fail."

"But she was asleep!" Tucker protested as the fear began to spread across his face.

"She wasn't sleep. She's quite the stealth artist you know...pretending to be asleep...but really awake. Just slightly closing her eyes so that she didn't fail her card...even now she follows him..."

Tucker lay in silence...he now knew that he had failed.

"And you entered the dark...only for a moment...but you did...only for a moment before they took you."

His heart seemed to stop beating right there..."before who took me he asked?" Tucker was now paranoid...

The master simply laughed as he brought his voice close to Tuckers ear so that Imogen didn't hear....

Tuckers eye shot wide open as his body began to shake.

"And so...my friend...you shall be punished for breaking these laws. I hope that you will learn from your mistakes..." and with that...the master lifted himself with the help of his cane and walked back towards Imogen as he took her hand and walked out of the room, locking the room behind them.

Tuckers breathe became rapid, quick...a sense of panic. He began to sweat as the light above him began to fade...soon...becoming nothing...leaving him completely alone in the dark...something being heard stirring in the darkness...

"Now Imogen...I would like to talk...please tell me about yourself..." his voice suddenly became kind, compassionate, even loving towards her as if he were her father...leading her into a large library where two chair were place before a blazing fire.

Maria walked away from her spot at the table and up to her room. She let out a big sigh and her face emotionless. Her card made her feel? odd. She walked into the bathroom and turned on the faucet and cupped her hands under the water and splashed it onto her face. She combed her hair and got into her pajamas.

? How do I do this?? she thought and went over to her bed, she sat up in her covers and looked over at her book of Latin History. A wave of sadness and angriness as she slapped her book against the wall. She started to cry and curled up in her bed.

2 hours later?.

Mari lay on her side looking at the purple wall, her eyes emotionless her face pale. The phone started to ring, she turned over and picked it up slowly. ? H-h-hello?? ?Maria, I wanted to talk to you?I..I..

Maria hung up the pone quickly and stared at it, she quickly got up and looked under her be she retrieved a small box and put it on top of her bed and opened up the cover. There lay in a cushion was a metal device with a trigger. She siged and put the cover back on and laid it next to her. ?Por que?por que?

OCC: Here you go Kairi, as for everyone else, take my advice, don't break the rules...

There Tucker stood, shackled to a pillar, his head down as he stared aimlessly. Sweat dripped from his forehead and hit the ground. He heard it, but only that, he couldn't see it or where it had landed. He went back and forth in his head regreting his decisions and justifying them at the same time. So I entered darkness, so what? It was only for a second, and it was just so I could follow his stupid card, now look at me. He wondered what could become of him and where he was. Was he even still in the Master's mansion, or was he somewhere else?

A small noise interrupted his thinking "Whos there?!" he shouted. There was no answer, only the echo of his voice. "I hate this place..." he mumbled to himself. He heard another noise louder this time. He became more frantic, struggling to be released from the pillar. He cursed to himself unable to break free. All of a sudden he stopped. His body went limp and he felt overwhelmed by a power unknown to him. His eyes closed and he lost conciousness. When he awoke he was no longer bound to his pillar. He sat up quickly panting and looking around. He was home. He rolled out of bed, but instead of standing and stretching, he found himself on the floor, his legs feeling weightless.

His arms worked just fine, strong as ever, his legs however did nothing but take up space. He tried to move them, but failed. "Whats going on, what happened?" he spoke to himself. He dragged himself out of his room and cursed as he made his way down the stairs. He reached his front door, pushed it open and rolled outside. There he saw all of his friends and fellow pilots. They looked over at him and asked why he was on the ground. "My legs, they're not working, somethings wrong with them." Everyone stared and just walked off "W-Wait, come back!" Tucker shouted dragging himself as fast as he could. He soon ran out of energy and fell to the ground panting heavily. "W-What the hell is going on here?"

He used his hands and turned himself over on his back, laying there, staring at the sky. Planes flew by and Tucker grew infuriated "Why?! Why am I like this?!" he shouted to no one but himself. "Master of Games, I know you can hear me, get me outta here now!" he shouted as tears began to stream down his face.

Kaine watched as Karyan walked away from the table. He looked towards the master and clenched his teeth, angrily. he wanted badly to punch that man's teeth in, but he, himself had gladly agreed to come here. He set himself up.

Dammit! He wants me to...I...I don't know if I can...Shit! This guy knows everything that goes on around here...he's got everything well played out...I'm starting to resent this competition..

He clutched the card in his pocket, his teeth gritting. He finished eating and had aother glass of wine, then stood up. Kaine turned to the Master and forced himself to bow. He thanked him for the meal and walked towards his room.

When he got to his room, he was going to walk right by, when he saw that the hall in front of him was encased in shadow. Shit... He walked in and changed into casual clothing.

He sat on his bed for a while. Listening to the water run in Karyan's room, he decided that he would go to her. He really didn't want to fulfil his card tonight, but he knew he would have to. He knocked on her door and it creeked opened. Kaine made his presence known.

"Karyan? It's...it's Kaine. May I can come in? If that's okay?" He heard Karyan yell from the shower.

"Oh! Kaine? Um...su..sure. Make yourself at home. I'll be out in a second." Kaine gulped and waled over to her bed, sitting down. He waited, ruffling his hand through his hair repeatdly. He really fancied Karyan, but this?

Karyan came from the bathroom, in her bathrobe, and still slightly drunk. She sat down next to him on the bed, and they sat in silence. Kaine asked Karyan what she thought of dinner.

"It was pretty good, but the nerve of that man. Forcing us to do what he wants..." Kaine was going to warn her about mentioning the cards information, but she passed the subject. Karyan eyes began to droop, and then she shook it off. Kaine looked at her, regretting what had to be done.

He moved closer to Karyan and put his arm around her. She leaned her head on his shoulder. His eyes began to water, and he quickly had to wipe away the tears. He cared for her, and wasn't sure what the right thing to do would be. Is it worth it? He thought to himself.

OOC: As if it hasn't been said enough, you are truly a malicious guy. *grumble* Must say though, didn't expect my card to say that...Hope that's alright, Reiku. Tag.

"Wow. It looks pretty," she said.

"Hmm...I wonder what's there to do here."

Geneive got out of her room and started to go to the picture gallery once more. She stared at the painting she liked before and sketched it on her notebook.

A pretty picture indeed, she thought to herself.

She smiled and thought of her card and how interesting this game would be.

Karyan laid her head on Kaine's shoulder. He was so warm... She wanted to touch his face to let him know that even though that this is what she feared, it was what she desired the most too.

The card's words sprang into her mind. They haunted her like lost ghosts, swirling around aimlessly in her mind.

I want to show him..... but.... damn that man....

For the moment, the two just enjoyed each other's warmth, each other's company. Both were battling inside each other. Finally, Kaine decided to break the silence.

" Karyan..." he started.
" I know what your card says Kaine..." she interrupted.
" What? How?"
" I gathered it from your reaction at the dinner table, and why you're in here." That and my card...

Kaine grew silent.
" I don't know whether its proper or not..." he trailed off yet again.

Karyan turned to him, holding her towel up with one hand. She ran her other over his cheek and then softly kissed him on his lips. Kaine's eyes widened before he closed them and kissed back. Karyan pulled away from him after their kiss. Her eyes told of fear, but also of desire. Kaine touched her cheeks gently with his hand. She lent close into him and whispered into his ear.

" You may seduce me if you want. But I don't want to go all the way."

OOC: Uh oh.... Karyan and Kaine are both going to be in a lot of trouble. Kairi, can you please be a gentleman and wait until they are finished? Your turn Seiryuu!

OOC: Sorry I haven't posted. I like this card better than my last.

Sakura had arrived at the dinner table and took a seat. The master gave a speech to them and she listened, he explained further about the cards they would recieve, and if they revealed the content to any other contestant they would be punished. She was listening for sure, but her mind was on her stomach, she hadn't eaten for the whole day, she'd taken some water but that was it.

When the master announced that dinner was served she straightened in her seat in anticipation. The chefs from the kitchen whirled out carrying dishes laden with food and white envelopes. Sakura focussed on the food instead of the envelopes, she couldn't wait to dive into it.

The master reminded them again that they had to obey the cards and the chefs placed the dishes down, laying the crisp white envelopes infront of each person that the golden print indicated to. Sakura sighed and reached out, picking up the envelope. She looked around and saw the others doing so too. She ran her finger over her name and flipped it over, she carefully pulled out the card so no one could see it and read it. As soon as she saw the words, a look of pain crossed her face. She excused herself from the table, despite the welcoming food and returned to her room.

Sakura sat on her bed, clutching her stomach, it was rumbling from lack of food, but she kept her will strong. She got up and turned on one of the OSTs she had in store, lying on the bed and listening. She just thought, thinking was the best way she knew to get rid of hunger.

James stepped from the dim gas light into the darkness. He was shaking with what was probably a combination of nerves and excitement. His palms were sweating, as was his forehead. His silver hair was plastered to his head with sweat, and it dripped down his face and onto the floor.

The sudden darkness was almost overwhelming. He waited for a second for his eyes to adjust, and then moved further into the dark hallway. He walked slowly, as his eyes had not fully adjusted, and he saw things as he passed through. Pale, ghostly figures, who floated silently towards him. He recognised the first two figures.

They drifted towards him, and spoke to him.

"James," they said, apparently in unison, "You are in the darkness. Now that you have entered our realm, we are free to do with you what we wish."

He stared at them in disbelief. Tears began running down his face, and he saw who the ghosts were.

"Mum? Dad?" he sobbed, "What are you doing here?"

"This mansion holds many secrets. Secrets from your past. Like us, the parents who never loved their child."

"What are you talking about?" James sobbed, "You loved me!"

"No we didn't. We never spent any time with you. We hardly even spoke to you. Doesn't it seem obvious that we despised you ever since we first laid eyes on you? We only paid for you to go to Eton because we wanted to get rid of you. Imagine our disappointment when we had to withdraw you."

James fell to his knees. He cried, his tears mixing with his sweat as the droplets fell to the floor.

"Don't listen to them, James, they are merely apparitions. They are not your real parents!" shouted a voice. It filled James with hope. He stood, and, assuming that the voice had come from another ghost, he carried on, walking slowly through the corridors filled with ghostly figures. Some tried to talk to him, but he simply ignored them and continued walking.

Yelena continued following James, stalking him through the darkness...

OOC: O-Ren, I think I know what you need to do. lol
IC:

"Hello? Hello?" He said, mumbling into the phone. The flat-line drone on, so he hung up the phone. Why? Why did she hang up? Her card. It was quite simple. She didn't like her card either. But why not at least talk?

The questions riddled his brain as he lay in bed. He had strolled up from the library a while ago, and his sobbing had drastically decreased to a mere throbbing of his heart. He wanted to just walk out of the mansion.

"What the fuck am I talking about?! This is for millions! Billions even! I can do whatever the challenges are!" He said, genuinely happier. Some things were worth breaking your morals -- It'd pay off in the long run. Besides, he could do so much good with that money. Donations to the poor, but still have a good amount left. A renewed zeal was in his heart, replacing the sadness. He would win, no matter what. He would obey every rule to the T, and not risk getting punished. Walking out of his room, he had a bit more confidence in his stride, but still felt slightly uneasy about the card he had gotten.

Knock knock. No answer.

Knock knock knock. "Halo? It's Sergio." No answer.

"Open the door? Por favor?"

He became worried, took a step back from the door, and leaned his back against the wall adjacent to the door. He'd wait here until she answered. Every now and again, he'd knock on the door sideways with his left hand, the hand closer to the door. The silence bugged him, but he wouldn't open the door against her will.

I...I think I know what his card was now... Ahead of her, James was disappearing into the darkness. The darkness...

Rule one...you must obey your cards...rule two...you must stay in the light...so...which do I disobey?

This mansion was odd. Sure...it had been growing darker gradually...but here...here, it went from still fairly light - to almost pitch black, the shadows no longer growing subtly, but cutting off, like black paint on an otherwise white floor. She could just barely make out James' back.

"If either one of these rules are broken, you will be punished...."

But which punishment would be worse? James' was disappearing quickly. Which do I want to risk? How did I get myself into this mess? She moved a trembling inch forward. And is it too late to back out? Another inch. I...I guess I'll follow...the darkness can't be that bad...can it? Wincing, bracing herself, she stepped into the darkness.

Nothing.

She almost sobbed with relief, hurrying to keep James in sight. Guess it wasn't that bad...I - what was that? Shadowy figures were moving at her, figures with familiar forms. She closed her eyes. No, they're not here...they can't be here...they... She peeked an eye open. The ghosts, apparitions...whatever you would call them , were gone...but something had changed. She was standing on a bridge - a two foot wide bridge - over a gaping chasm. She moaned.

Not real, not real, not real...but it sure looks real... She tried her best not to look down...focusing all her attention on James.

Wouldn't do to disobey your card now that you've already broken one of the rules...

OOC: I've explained to Kairi of my absence, and many of you know of my annoying internet. My muchly apologies to all! -I don't like my card much, lol, not really much I can do with it.

Sean backed away from the table very late, and darkness fell outside, the lights glaring down at the table Sean had just gotten up from. The hallways beautifully coloured in ornate colours. Even though Sean had left the table quite late, he hadn't eaten anything, and had left the table with an empty stomach.

Sean was walking to his room, and realised he had barely socialised apart from once, he wasa tempted to randomly chap on someones door, but thought it pretty rude, until he saw a random that he had only glimpsed at dinner. He was calling into someones door, and seemed adamant to get in, but wasn't going to open the door himself.

Sean walked over to him. "Nice to meet you, I'm Sean"

The man gave a slight nod, and then continued calling into the room. Sean laughed and walked off, back to his bedroom, he needed social interaction, he wasn't necessarilyn in the mood for an all nighter, but he would have one.

He pondered over going to Sakura's in a little bit, she was really the only one he said 'Hi' to and got a reply. He washed himself, and got ready to leave his room, but he got changed quickly, and left, scanning the doors to find hers.

He found it within minutes, and knocked, waiting for an answer.

Tucker sobbed, he'd never felt like this before. What the hells wrong with me? he thought. The feeling of lonliness was overwhelming. It'd been years since he cried and even longer since he felt the need to leave his home. Anywhere but here, anywhere but here... he thought. He crawled back to his garage huffing and puffing, his arms almost limp from the stress. I will fly, I will fly he reassured himself as he made his way through the garage. When he finally reached his plane he looked up at it. It had always been big, but it seemed enormous from his current place on the ground. He used the strength he had left to pull himself up and into the pilot's seat.

The keys were already in place and he gave them a turn igniting the engine and the propeller on the front of the plane. He'd done all this before several times, he reassured himself, he was an expert. He steered the plane from the garage and lifted off the ground. He could use his hands to take off and control the engine, but steering was difficult without the use of his legs. He flew higher and looked down. Its been to long he thought to himself as he flew. The wind through his hair.

As he flew he began to descend. He attempted to pull himself up but to no avail. "Shit" he shouted. He lost control the plane began to plumit towards the ground. He closed his eyes as he fell, expecting the worst.

Kaine took Karyan's hand in his own and leaned closer again to kiss her. He closed his eyes as he did so. He stroked her hair gently, longing to be with her, but not in this way. He didn't..he didn't want it forced upon him.

He then kissed her neck softly, his hand on her leg. Half of Kaine was cusing himself, and the other half was enjoying it. He hated the Master more very second for this, and was sure he would find someway to gain revenge.

Kaine kissed Karyan's chest and she lowered him down into the bed. She layed on top of him, whispering sorry into his ear. Kaine nodded, sorrow in his eyes. They began to kiss once more. Kaine whispered into Karyan's ear.

"I don't what to take it to far either. Not now. But...I can't disobey my card. And neither can you. So, what do we do?" Karyan just kissed his ear, obviously signaling that it would be better not to speak of it now.

Kaine kissed her tightly again, this time full of desire. He wanted to be with her, he knew it, and he had been using the Master's orders as an excuse to try and escape from this situation. He kissed her passionately, rubing her leg.

OOC: :animeblus Kairi...grr...*grumble*...Well Reiku, you can go ahead and, eh, elaborate on the situation. Hope I did alright Reiku. Seeing as Karyan doesn't want to go to far, Kaine's being a gentleman. But...he'starting to enjoy this. Oh, the drama. ~__^

Sakura was still thinking when she heard a knock at her door, she sat up quickly which made her stomach rumble again. She stood and brushed her hair down and answered. Sean was standing in her door, they had talked earlier.

"Hi Sean, would you like to come in?" Sakura invited, stepping aside.

Sean nodded and entered, thanking her on the way. She gestured him to a chair and sat herself on her bed.

"So how do you like it here so far?" Sakura questioned, trying to constantly keep her mind working so she didn't remember the hunger.

"Its....ok I guess. What about you?"

"Well....I like it, its a good place, nice people, hard game to play."

Sakura sighed and the song on the OST changed.

The two of them continued to talk over things, mainly just enjoying each other's company and having interaction with others. As the time continued the hunger pains gradually minimalised and she couldn't feel them as badly now, that was the cure besides thinking, talking to another.

"So what's your room like?"

"Its great, its got books, DVDs, CDs, and an XBox. Your room looks good too." Sean said, looking around the bedroom.

"Yeah, I love floorboards, and its full of everything electrical. I love it." Sakura smiled, pulling her mini computer out and plugging something into it. It was the charger because the battery was low.

Maria had no choice but to open the door. Sergio stood there looking at Maria, ?May I come in?? asked Sergio. Maria nodded and he entered the purple room, he took a seat on the bed and Maria at a desk. ?I am sorry about the call, I was just not feeling well at the moment.?

Sergio nodded and sighed, ?You know?these cards? I wonder what happens if we don?t fulfill them.? Maria shrugged and looked down at the desk and there was a long moment of silence. ?I? well? just forget it.? Maria took a sip of OJ that was on her desk. ?What were you going to say Maria?? she looked away once more not saying anything.

Sergio got up and walked out the door, ?Just wanted to make sure you were ok?? he went into his own room and shut the door. Maria sighed and shook her head, she slipped into her bed and left the light on. She went to sleep right away.

4 hours later?

Maria sat up in her bed, she heard nothing, it was 5 o clock. She walked out and saw a array of glasses of water, she thought of an evil plan and went to her bathroom to retrieve the ingredients. She soon returned with a hand full of? pills. She looked around and dropped the pills into one glass, she watched as they fizzled, the person to pick up this glass and drink it was about to get an overdose.

OOC: You can choose to take this glass but no one has too. Just needed something to write about.

James heard something behind him, and, against all his better judgement, he looked back. He saw the narrow bridge he had just crossed, and at the other end of it was Yelena.

"Yelena!" he shouted, "What are you doing here? Why did you follow me?"

"I had to!" she replied. James understood. She didn't need to reveal any more for him to get it. He ran back across the bridge, and grabbed her hand. He led her across, and they went further into the darkness together.

Ghosts flew past them, and Yelena looked around feverishly.

"Don't look at them, Yelena. Just look straight ahead and keep going. We'll get out of the darkness eventually. Ignore the ghosts. If you can't, just keep talking to me. That will take your attention, so you won't have time to look around."

"What do I talk about?" she asked.

"I don't know. Anything. Tell me about your family, or your artwork, or something. Just don't look around."

Maria heard a shatter then a thud, she shot up from her bead and ran out into the hallway. What the heck? Maria thought as she looked down and up the hallway for the source of the crash. She slowly walked down the hallway; no one was up? or were they? Maria was very scared, had someone broken into the mansion? They were supposed to be safe here, and had no one hear the crash?

As she neared the stairs she looked over the railing slowly clutching her robe tightly. ?AI DIOS MIO!!? Maria gasped. She ran down the stairs to see Geneive laying on the floor. Her face was bleeding from the glass that shattered all over her face, Maria kneeled down and held her up in a sitting position.

She started to shake her, ?What have I done? Please? wake up, wake up!!!!? Maria began to get scared and started to yell for help, ? Someone help me!! Somebody help me!!? a few people arrived at the scene, their eyes wide open with schock.

Karyan shivered with desire. Kaine's light touch on her skin was heavenly. Her breathing deepened and became more erratic. His hands slid down her sides. Her body again shivered. She hadn't been touched like this for a long long time. Ever since....

Suddenly Karyan jerked away from kissing Kaine softly on the neck, her eyes full of fear and anger.

" Karyan, what's wrong?" Kaine's smooth, reassuring masculine voice came to her.
" N...nothing............. Kaine..." She looked up at him with watery eyes. " I don't want you to get punished for not doing your card."
" What?"

Standing, Karyan undressed herself, masterfully taking off her clothes to make Kaine as mad with passion as possible. She wanted him to do it, although she didn't want it to be at this moment. She wanted to develop their relationship a bit further before something major like this happened.

Kaine watched as Karyan undressed herself, feeling passion and desire over-ride his rational mind. Naked, Karyan walked over to him and lay on top of his, her body against his. Sliding her hands down his sides, Karyan took off Kaine's shirt masterfully. Kaine wondered for a fleeting moment how easily she seemed to be naked in front of him, and how masterfully she was removing his clothes.

Both of them now lay naked upon Karyan's bed. Kaine looked up into Karyan's eyes. They looked emotionless on the exterior but he could see past that, past into the turmoil that lay beneath. He watched her lower her lips to his. The kiss took his breath away. There was something about it that... wasn't entirely right...

Closing his eyes, Kaine enjoyed the sensations that were given to him by the woman that layon top of him. Her soft feathery skin ran against his. His blood felt like it was boiling - boiling with passion. His desire for her over-rode his rational part of his brain as he began to ravage her.

Kaine flipped Karyan over so that he was on top. Kissing, licking, biting her naked body, he realised that he had penetrated her. Feeling explosions of sensation run through his body, he kissed her breathlessly, not noticing tears in the woman's eyes.

Rocking back and forward, the two were in union with each other. After for half an hour of making love to each other, Kaine fell back on th bed, completely and utterly exhausted. Karyan got up quickly off the bed and covered herself immediately with a robe. Her whole body was shaking, but she hid herself away in the bathroom so Kaine couldn't see her tear-streaked face.

All she could hear was Kaine's hard breathing in her bedroom. Looking herself in the mirror, Karyan started cursing.

" You idiot...... you damned idiot... "

OOC: There you go Kairi. Kaine completed his card, and Karyan broke hers. Have fun you evil man!

As soon as Tucker crashed into the ground he awoke abruptly in the room he had been in before. He was still shackled to the pillar and unable to move. The room was still dark and he was unable to see anything. This is messed up... he thought to himself. He broke the Master's rule, but only while trying to fulfill another. He thought this torture was unfair, and the punishment didn't fit the crime. Just then he heard another noise "Ugh, not again." Just thin he became unconcious once again and his body fell limp.

He woke in his bed, but this time, it was a different bed. He awoke as a child in his old home. This was the home he stayed in when he first moved to Brazil with his parents. He stepped out of his bed cautiously afraid his legs might not be in working order. He was surprised when he realized that he could walk again. Well, at least its not as bad as last time he thought. He walked downstairs to find his parents sitting at the dinner table. It had been years since he'd seen his parents, after he moved out they barely ever visited. He was never really close to them. He admired his father as a pilot, but his father never really paid much attention to him. He said hello to his father and mother, but recieved no response. "Yo pops!" he shouted as he slapped his dad on the back. His father fell forward onto the table facing smacking hard against the wood. Tucker noticed the knife in his back and jumped at the sight.

His mouth dropped as he stared at the knife in his father's back. Blood covered his shirt and began to drip to the floor. He ran to his mother and realized that she had suffered the same fate. He pulled the knife from his father's back and checked his pulse. He felt nothing "No dammit, no!" he shouted as he did the same to his mother. Both his parents had been killed and he was left alone. "T-This is only a dream, just like last time, I know it, I know it, none of this is real." he reassured himself. He took the knife in his hand and cut his arm, he flinched in pain as blood began to drip to the floor. He had felt the knife and was worried that this was no longer a dream. He wasn't sure of the Game Master's power and knew that if he wanted to, he could probably make this Tucker's new reality. A reality of nothing but death and loss. A reality Tucker just couldn't take.

OOC: Save me Kairi *hides*
