I tihnk your site is awesome, each day I'm on the computer, I visit this site the most...until recently. That's why I'm writing to you. I have a question. Usually when I type theotaku.com and click go, I'm directly sent to theotaku and my account is already opened up...but strangely, whenever I type in theotaku.com and click go, my internet explorer immediately and unexpectedly closes...and it happens every time...I'm not able to view my Anime hubs or look at my buddy list(not like there's anyone in there anyway) and I love to check out other people's work and see where I need to improve...I don't know why this happens, but it happens every single time...can you guys please tell me why, if possible?

Is it possible that somehow theOtaku.com is blocked from your computer? Or, it may be a problem with your computer's cookie settings. Something like this happened to me a while back, and I was baffled. Someone suggested adjusting my settings on the cookies. You could try that; adjusting the cookie settings.

Annie's probably hit the nail on the head, usually stuff like that occurs because of a changed setting on your Internet Option though the cause of this could be one of a number of things, spyware for instance. The first thing you could try would be changing the Cookies settings, and if that doesn't work I'd suggest deleting your Temporary Internet files and then resetting your Internet Options to their default settings. If that doesn't work then it might be something that's occurred at TheOtaku.com but it's probably just a tripped setting.

Cough Cough *Double posting* Cough,Cough

Try running a search on your computer for cookies and it should come up then do what Gavin and Annie mentioned, If it still doesn't work then try using a new browser. I used to have this problem except when I changed to Mozilla it stopped. It might be a problem with Internet Explorer but I am not sure.

All right, to adjust your cookie settings you will need to go to your Control Panel. There, you'll see a listing of options; choose the Security Center. At the bottom of the window, you should see three options: "Internet Options", "Windows Firewall", and "Automatic Updates". [This is assuming you use Windows XP? If not, I'm sure there is something similar in your control panel] You're going to want to choose the "Internet Options". There it will give you a list at the top; choose "Privacy". This is where you set your cookies. I have mine on medium high. It all depends one what you want to do. It will give a detail as to which level would be best for you.

Good luck with that.

Cookies are the sweet things you eat, DUH! EAT YOUR COOKIES BEFORE THEY CRASH YOUR COMPUTER!

Well not really. Like The Monster and Annie said, search your computer for the "cookies" file and possibly clear them out manually (maybe cookies from another site is messing it up?) or edit your cookie-logging-inny options.
