EVA Unit 100
So with Powerpuff Girls Z coming out next year, let the speculation begin on any other possible anime remakes of American cartoons! A MEGAS XLR anime by Madhouse must happen or else! The Madhouse-done pilot episode was better than 80% of the rest of the series, so if Madhouse took total control over the third season, the show would rock! There must be some reason they're putting off season 3 until 2006, and Madhouse might be that reason. I was always intruiged by the possibility of a Batman anime. If it actually happened, WB would likely screw it up and turn it into a Pokemon wannabe, but if they actually had any sense and had Kia Asama (creator of the Martian Successor Nadesico anime and the manga Batman: Child of Dreams) do it, it could be dark, intruiging, and just plain badass. Also, to combat the pain and suffering that will endure once Loonatics premieres, having J.C. (the people who did Excel Saga and Azumanga Daioh) do a series of theatrical comedic Looney Tunes shorts in the classical style. And you thought their previous work was crazy? :p
stararnold
Well "Batman" did get the Anime treatment: in short films compiled into U.S. film "Batman: Gotham Knight" (2008) I'd love to see Japan try to do Anime based on "Jonny Quest", "Space Ghost", "Battletech", "Super Friends", and "Star Trek: Animated Series" and try to combine Anime art-likeness with the retro Sci-Fi feel.
Kikyouchanx
I'd like to see at least "Space Ghost", "Super Friends" as well.. I can't think of others. :P
KojiroJames2K9
You did know that Avatar was an American anime, right? Speaking of Mr. Craig McCracken and his creations, I'd love to see an anime of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
