Request Mermaid Banner/Ava set

[size=1]All right, I'm looking for a more.. cheerful set this time. ^_^; I'm going for an anime mermaid theme.

Banner: make sure the colors are blue-ish, with the quote: "I've hit rock-bottom... the only way to go now... is UP." Could you have the words fade in, one part at a time, and then have my name last?

Ava: just have it match the banner, with my name.

For fonts, could you use white, and a sort of curly or cursive font? Please and thank you, everyone! (I included a pic, but if you can find a better one, please use it!)

[size=1]XD Four times, huh? Well, we'll see. ^__^ And Nashville, not bad at all! You picked a nice font, but the colors you used for the font make it hard to read. The banner and ava also have no border. And (this my picky part of my brbain speaking) I don't like banners over a certain size. They just seem... ugly to me. >.>
