Long ago when myth and legend were real, dragons among other creatures ruled the Earth. That was?until the Dragon Tamers came. They tamed the dragons allowing the human population to go unchecked. After several years the Dragon Tamers began fighting among each other to see who had the strongest dragon out of all of them. Pretty soon kings started hiring Tamers to go out and get as many as possible so that they would have an army of them. After years of this going on the dragons eventually disappeared from existence leaving men to have to fight in the armies again and the Dragon Tamers went out of business. That is until now?.

The dragons have come back and this time they are working together to destroy the human race. They have already burned over half of the cities and villages and only five major ones remain. Each of these five trained one Dragon Tamer to take care of this new problem. The city of Corinth, *Gladring, Frenas, Rishek, and Wisla have banded together and sent their Tamer to meet at Tar Valon.
Basically the five main cities have each sent a trainer to save mankind. Easy enough. Now more than five people can sign up for this rpg so if there are already five don?t let that discourage you. You can be from the same city as someone else. Just whoever is one of the main five write so in their bio. The main five characters will somewhat follow a storyline but most of the time you can do what you want. All others can burn down every village they come across for all I care. (Except for the five cities) Each person can have up to 2 dragons but can only have one at the beginning. You can have yourself come from another village if you want but you need to make up the name and be sure that it sounds good. I will list the types of dragons later on and I don?t want a lot of dark or fire dragons a maximum of two of each type to start off with.

[b]Personality:[/b] Generally a good guy, however there's two things that could be his flaw, he's sarcastic, and he treats people like they owe him something (most of the time)

[b]Weapon:[/b] This would be the guy I'd want to have with a cloak filled with knives of every shape and size, but I'll have to change that to a long and thin sword which he is incredibly skilled with (think fencing).
[b]Bio:[/b] Kaige is an expert in the dark arts, he makes his pain his greatest strength. Rishek sent him because the one they originally chose suddenly died in his sleep the next day, no wounds, nothing. That's right, Kaige did it. He is a master at tricking people. His only vice is his extreme lust of power. No, he doesn't want to be king or anything big, he wants to dominate the weak minded with his more capable intellect. How'd he get this way, you ask? (Let me know if this messes anything up) There was a revolt in Rishek a few years back, Kaige was about seven. His parents, as well as himself, were faithful to the old king. However, that faithfulness ended when the rebels began to storm into residences and kill people who weren't with them. Kaige's parents saw this and told him to hide. He hid, but peeked out of a crevace and watched his parents get brutally murdered right in front of him. Some say that this drove him mad. All things considered, he's a valuable asset to the team, but just watch out when he starts seducing you into thinking his way.

[b]Appearance:[/b] A black dragon with bloodshot yellow eyes, it's said that the dragon can't see, instead, it senses its surroundings. It breathes blackish flames. Anyone who touches these flames feels all the pain they've experienced in their life all over again, all at once... as opposed to being burned alive. People who survive this become insane, some kill themselves, others are kept in places where that's impossible. This dragon is badass, this where the term "Good Guy" becomes a little loose.

[b]Appearance:[/b] A red dragon with yellow markings, getting this dragon initiates a personality change in Kaige, as this dragon is a valiant, good guy dragon. Simply breathes and manipulates fire. When provoked, it can send a whole city ablaze.[/size]

Personality:She's hyper, fun, annoying, naive,selfless, and optimistic. (What a great combination! :animeswea )
Appearance: Long brown pigtails, grey-blue eyes, average height and twiggy-thin. She wears a short black dress, a belt around her waist, another belt around her right shoulder and her left rib to secure her scythe, and a pair of runner hide boots.
City: Corinth
Weapon: Scythe
Bio: Levvy was chosen to be Corinth's dragon tamer solely because she is the niece of the king. They gave her a dragon when she was but barely 10. She's grown up with it and is now recognized as one of the greater tamers. Growing up in a castle, you'd think she'd be a brat, but instead she stayed with the servants and grew up right and caring.She's ready to defend the human race at all costs without caring what will happen to her in the process.

Appearance: A white dragon from a far away glance, but up close she is an opal hue, changing colors in the light. Larenth has to long, golden, goat-like horns and large white fleshy spikes along her back and tail. Her leathery bat-like wings have a large wingspan. She breathes white/blue flames. Like her tamer she is very playful, but knows when it's time to get serious.

Bio: Because the city of Frenas is the smallest of the five, there werent as many people to pick from. The only way to be chosen is to be able to make a special bond with the two dragons of the city at first meet. There were about thirty signups, but only one would be able to go.

Kyoske was the only person to actually make a bond with both dragons. Most people only made one with one, some with neither. Now that he is chosen, he plans to go and protect his city, not really caring what happens to the others.

Bio: Ivy was born into a rich family and was given a small dragon when she was born. When she turned 7 her whole family was murdered and she was protected by her pet dragon wich she named Fang since he had very sharp teeth and he bit people alot.Fang was almost killed protecting her, but Ivy knew alot about medicines and healing magic.As Ivy got older her and Fang got really close and became best friends. Ivy decided to devote her life to training in martail arts, archery, and training her dragon. By the age of 15 she was an exspert in all of these fields. And for the next couple years she spent her time traveling the country, and doing some assassin jobs for rich slobs, and batteling other dragon trainers.

Bio: Rini was born in Gladring, there she lived a peacful life with her parents until her father died of heart cancer when she was nine. Her mother couldn't afford food or shelter, so she put Rini in a foster home. However, the fosters ended up treating her like dirt so she ran away two years later. Since that time Rini has been wandering around, stealing food, seeking shelter, and hunting booze. During her travels she encountered her dragon and tamed him (although that took awhile ^_^''). She's currently looking for ways to make money on her endless journey.

Appearance: Attachment. City: Home Town: Nerull, though she can seldom be found there. Weapon: Claw-like gloves she always wears. Bio: Mieruru wasn't always insane. Her life could be considered something of a tragedy, the events of it drove her into her madness. Her parents died shortly after her fourth birthday, leaving her in the care of her two older brothers. The three children were always close to each-other, the last of a dying family. One day, the eldest brother found a nest of dragon eggs, and brought three of them back from his exploration. The eggs hatched, the dragons matured rapidly. Mieruru was never aware of the different sub-types of dragons until her eldest brother's dragon lit a field on fire, and the other brother's dragon froze the field over to contain the blaze. And yet, Mieruru's dragon never showed any signs of special power. Until one night. When she was out stargazing with her 'pet', her brothers decided to play a prank on her dragon. The eldest brother's dragon knocked Mieruru's dragon over. Mieruru felt a strange presence in her mind, an all-consuming rage threatening to burn her to ashes from the inside. Her dragon, 'Syn', as it was called, took control of her mind. She watched, helplessly, as she killed her brothers with her own hands, that night. So, from that event stems her insanity. the image of her killing her own brothers, by the will of Syn, is burned into the back of her mind for all eternity. Name: Syn Gender: Male Type: Psychic. Personality: A cheerfull, kind sagely man that remembers, and yearns for the times when the dragon tamers were at the hieght of their power.

Appearance: Most would never guess that this tower of powerfull muscle and sinew was fifty five years of age, were it not for his gray hair and beard, and wethered features. His gray ayes sparkle with the wisdom of his years, and his body carries the scars of a dozen feirce battles.
The studded leather armor, once elegant, has become worn with the passing of time, looking as old as it's owner, but still retaining it's effictiveness.

Weapon: Zeitsander- A massive razor sharp two handed blade. The handgarud was fashioned after that of a dragon breathing it's deadly breath of flames, the eyes sparkling red rubies. The blade itself is the color of granite, and the guard is folded steel overlaid with bronze

Bio: Cyrus had been a young tamer at the height of the tamers power. his Dragon StoneTalon, had bonded with him early on, recognizing a common spirit within the young human. He constantly trained with Stonetalon, one pushing the othre to their limit, then forcing themselves to break that barrier. Cyrus, having spent so much time around Talon, began to take on traits of the earth as well, his skin taking on a more earthen color, his eyes went from blue to gold, and his muscles became almost as rock themselves.They reached the highest ranks of renown in the dragon arena's with the effort that they made.
Then came the tamers downfall, the dragons, sick of their missuse left humanity for their on world. Feeling the call of his bretheren, Stonetalon left cyrus to wander the world lost for many long, arduous years. after almost 40 years of waiting came their return, cutting a burning swath through the humans that had once manipulated them. StoneTalon returned also, Cyrus beleived Talon meant to slay him, like the rest of the dragon kin. but it was not to be, stoneTalon placed himself back under Cyrus's control, and together, they set out to strike back.

Appearance: Sleek and powerfully built, the power of the mountains, and the earth flows through stonetalon as blood flows through us. His Sandstone colored scales can shrug off most human made weapons, and his claws are each as large as horseplows, and his mouth is filled with teeth sharp as scimitars. His long, snaking tail flicks about like a whip, ending in a long hook of bone. His massive, leathery batlike wings fill the sky, and his roar plows through the stone, seemingly shanking the world at it's core.
