well peoples?

well I have several..and they're all from NGE..I haven't see all of Kenshin..so I don't know..but I bet that anime has emotional/shocking scenes. I also think Akira and Lain have scene like that..just that I haven't been able to watch either anime. :(

***SPOILERS***

DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE STILL WATCHING NGE!!!!!!!

First, I'd like to say each episode in NGE has some kind of shocking/emotional scene. However, the ones that got to me were the following ones:

When Eva 01 goes beserk, regenerates and eats the S-2 engine from the angel. I can barely watch that scene. I feel all numb and my stomach gets really upset

When the dummy plug takes over Eva 01 and it destroys Eva 03. The way Shinji screamed brought me to tears.

When Eva 02 is being eaten by the dummy Evas after it is speared to the ground by the Lance of Longinus. Another scene which made my stomach queezy<--sp?

When Nerv is being attacked and seele is killing everyone there. That episode makes me scream in anger. I keep wishing over and over that everyone will survive, eventhough I watched it that scene over and over and I know what's going to happen. :(

Overall, the whole anime is just beautiful. It makes people react with their emotions and stimulates your mind. I LOVE IT!

I've seen a whole lot of anime, but most of the emotional scenes I can think of come from Eva too. But the one that got me the most was when Suzuhara was piloting the 4th Eva I believe, and Shinji's Eva went all berserk on it and I thought for sure he was dead. I actually cried, but I was really happy to find out he survived. And also, in the MOVIE, when Shinji was like strangling Asuka...I HATED that...because she is my favorite character of course...and it hurt to see her neck looking like that...*shudders*

i think the most emotional is in dbz when vegeta was bout to blow himself up to kill buu. he finally showed his sorrow.
ugh. that was bad. that whole ep was emotional, esp. the scenes w/ vegeta & trunks...

others are: vegeta's original death by frieza, vegeta turning to majin vegeta, goku sacrificing himself during the cell games esp. the look on gohan's face after it happened.

i haven't seen much anime, though, so there are probably worse/more emotional shows or movies.

sazan eyes-when pai and yakumo kiss, and then pai dies/disappears/who knows?

eva-that scene with kaworu's head

eva-when shinji breaks out of that shadow angel that looks like a sphere, that was awesome

the guyver-when shou has to fight his father when he has no control over his body, and then his head gets crushed

dominion tank police-when brent puts out a cigarette on the street in front of the old woman, lol

choukousenki kikaioh-keyser having to kill his father who has succombed to the dark side, sounds like star wars

gee, there's so much more I can't be bothered to type them out....

For me it has to be the ending of Rurouni Kenshin when.......oh wait a minute I know that Mystical Pan at least hasn't seen it so I won't spoil it. If you've seen it you'll know what I mean if not then go out and watch it it's excellent!!:D
HUGE SPOILER!!!!

When that big monk guy, i can't remember his name at the moment, talked about how his adopted family was well toasted in the temple he lived in, because the village wanted some tax breaks

EVA frum wut i hear is really emotional/shocking, but ive only seen like 5 eps, and they didnt bug me that much
Kenshin OVA was shocking when i first saw it frum the massive blood spill, plus the way he kills ppl with his sword.
Session 9 from Cowboy Bebop (cut out by Cartoon Network) was kinda emotional for me, but thats just me.

Session: 18: "Speak Like A Child."

When Faye and the rest of the crew were watching a home video from her childhood, I wanted to cry; it was so deep. I seriously believe that every CB session has a powerful, and at times, emotional message or moral...

The anime is pure genius..

********SPOILER***********

I'd have to say in the Kenshin OAV or in the Manga, depending on what you've read or seen, when Himura-sama kills his wife, Tomoe as she trys to protect him from the secret knife the enemy was hiding.... she sacraficed herself to save the life of a killer, an assassin, the man she loved, the man she betrayed...

Alot of things in Kenshin are extremely emotional... I cried through some of watching that series....

Also, it seems everytime Vegita-sama dies, it's the most emotional in the DBZ series.... he was killed by Furiiza and it was damn emotional... then he sacrafices himself in the Buu saga.... talk about extreme and even in movie 12 where he has to go back to hell.... the scene where he fades away and Gokou says "Goodbye friend" is just sad... My poor Bejita!

I cried too:bawl: Kenshin was so sad, just wondering did you see the motion picture and what did you think of it? I thought it was really bad compared to the orignal. I didn' t like the way the drawing style changed or the way te facial expresios and such like became more "mainstream anime" - if you know what I mean?

In Japanese class we had to watch Princess Mononoke. I thought that part was funny though..."You stupid humans..."*more come out* Somethin like that. EVA is Neon Genesis Evangelion...you should watch it sometime.

Yes I saw the movie. I liked it myself. Kinda a different twist than the series, seeing as how it goes into the past of Kenshin, back when he was a Hitokiri. And then it all comes forward. It's really good. The artistry wasn't that different from the series, unless you are talking about the OAV, which looks different. But that was drawn by different people and it gave a darker scene to the OAV, which is what it needed because it was dark times.
