Tyler Koregaten
Who's seen Macross? That question just keeps popping into my head. If so, what's your favorite one? Please, I MUST KNOW! P.S. PM me to join the Anime Lovers 4 Ever Club!
Dragonboym2
I'm a big fan of both Macross and Robotech. Macross was a great series, and it was one of the first anime's I've ever seen in Japanese. I have Macross II, and Macross Plus Directors Cut, but I can't find "Macross: Do you remember love?" any place. I saw it once, and I really enjoyed it. Do you know where I can find it? "KAMEHAMEHA!" Qukey
The original Macross is great. It brings in a good twist with the ordinary alien-attacking-Earth type of story. The characters are very well developed and the story is well written, for the first 27 episodes. I also enjoy Macross 7 alot. It is something original. There is not much plot but the characters are highly likeable. Also, the music is excellent, especially the song Angel Voice from Basara. It is close to impossible to find "Do you remember love?" in English translation. The movie is well made, one of the best at its time.
r2vq
I have seen Macross Zero. It was a beautiful anime with amazing music. It was just an OVA so it was short though. I really enjoyed the realistic nature of the mecha/dog fights. ^^ It could explain how human shaped mecha came about. -ArV
Tyler Koregaten
Have you tried looking at Best Buy? If it's not there, check either amazon.com or ebay. Believe it or not, I found all of them on DVD last Saturday at a yard sale!!! Apparently, the owner got tired of anime. He had Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, and the complete FMA Japanese DVD box set!!!!! I bought every bit of anime stuff he had, DVD's, CD's, mangas, and merchandise, and I got it all for $35!!!! The FMA DVD box set was only $10.00!!!!!!!!!!! Now, that's what I call a once-in-a-lifetime deal! Anyhow, I'm really enjoying it!
