Writing Pokemon: The Fourth Legend of Reves [PG-13:Some V, and some L]

This is a fanfic idea of mine that I decied to do recently.

Firstly. The c[color=black]ontinent's name is Reves. It is named that because of the way the terrain is on the continent. In the artic aera of the continent, is an area of warm wheather. On the coastline, are two other strange things. One is a forest that decends into the sea, yet their is no swamp; and the other is a mountain range that comes from the sea. The sea surrounding the continent, is called 'The sea of ending' for everyone who has gone in that sea has never returned. [/color]

Secondly. You need to know the towns. In the order that my characters will be going to them:
1)Crossburn Town
2)Everwinter City
3)Slowking's Cross Station (A train station the conects my continent, with Frankie's continent.)
4)Great Vine Village
5)Midway Bay (A boat dock that will take people to a fishing contest.)
6)Poro Village
7)Neo Tech Metropolis
8)Hugo Mountain Entrance/Exit (A rest stop for travelers.)
9)Cliffside City
10)Town of Whispers
11)Advent Drake Metropolis
12)Champion Cavern (Basically Victory Road)
13)Battle League (The Elite Four.)

Thirdly. You need to know my characters.

Amon Steed:
Age:11
Gender:M
Apperance: In the attachment, the dude in the red.
Personality: Easy going, lazy, and superstious. One of those 'lucky bastards'.

Ellie Dalton:
Age:Just turned 11
Gender:F
Apperance: In the same attachment, the girl with the skrit. Except she doesn't have the stalkings, and she wears a black t-shirt, with grey cargos.
Personality: Paitent, Calm, Relaxed. Despite her apperance, she is actually quite a girly-girl.

And now... for the story.

Chapter 1, Part 1: The begining of a legend.

In the middle of Crossburn Town, lives two kids. Each with the same goal in mind, to become Pokemon Masters. Both of them are 11, and are now ready to begin their quest. Yet, this journey will be written down as legend. The Fourth Legend, and by far the largest.

"AMON! WAKE UP!" Amon's mom yelled into his ear. Amon was always a hard sleeper, he got it from his dad. His dad, however, didn't live with them. he had imbarked on a journey around the world, after quiting the Battle League. They don't know where Amon's dad is, but they know he is okae.

"...Wha-what?" Amon asked dazzily, as he slowly sat up in his bed. "Why do I have to get up? I am out of school, and it's a Mon... OH CRAP!" Amon stated as he realized what day it was.

"Finally, Ellie has been here for a while, waiting on you. You know that's a polite thing to do." Amon's mom stated as Amon juped out of his bed, still in his pajamas.

"...But how was I supposed to know she was here, I was asleep? ...Mom. I need to get dressed." Amon stated.

"Oh! Sorry. Leaving." Amon's mom replied as she started to leave Amon's room.


"So, is he up?" Ellie asked as Amon's mom came downstairs.

"Yes, he's up. *sigh* So much like his father..." Amon's mom said as she thought of her husband.

"...Is that a good thing?" Ellie asked sarcastically.

"Actually, yes. His dad was a Pokemon master. Yet, he quit that and went exploring." Amon's mom said in reply.

"Wow. So you think that Amon has the skills from his father to become a Pokemon Master?" Ellie asked to make sure she was getting everything right.

"From what I can tell, I know he is. I guess we will have to wait and find out." Amon's mom said. Just then, Amon came flying down the stairs.

"Okae, I'm ready." Amon said as eh grabbed a peice of toast. "...Sorry about keeping you waiting Ellie." Amon continued as he took a bite out of his toast.

"I forgive you. Now, can we get to Professor Maple's before it's to late?" Ellie asked.

"Yeah... let's go." Amon said in between bites. He and his mom said their good-byes just in case, and then left. This marked the end of a child, and the begining of a legend.

EDIT: If anyone has a character they want to be in this I can incorparate them into the story at no cost of plot loss. I would actually apprciate it if you did put your character up. Of course, I would not kill anyone off or anything like that, and would complete respect your character as if he (or she) were my own.

Hah, It is good. You also better be good with descriptions. Because If I am going to use your continent for my Sequal ill need good descriptions.

Yeah I realize that. And if something isn't detailed enough, just tell me. But, i didn't go into detail to much here, because it is only Amon's house. It's not like we're going to see it much, or that other people are going to use it. I will elaborate next part though. I will have to.

[color=blue][size=1]Ooh! Very nice! I love pokemon fanfics (don't ask why <<) and it's rare to see one on OB these days, so I really enjoyed this one. Even with a few spelling errors (I'm big on spelling/grammar, so don't take it personally), it was an easy read. ^_^ I do agree with Frankie, though, that you didn't do much describing of the environment. But I read your post, and I understand.

Hey I'd like to add a character if you don't mind? I also love the story, I think it's funny. First of my character's name is Reika, She is a pokemon watcher, She wears a red tank top that shows part of her midrift,(I hope that's okay with you?) Blue jean knee-Knockers, Black boots, She wears a blue pendant necklace her father gave her. She has Long straight pitch black hair that goes to the middle of her back, with a mix of white streaks, Her eyes are cobalt blue. As far as personality goes she is sort of headstrong and stubborn. She gets it from her father. But she calm around her friends. Her father also gave her a growlithe when she was 6. She named it Zeike. It evolved into an Arcanine when she turned 10. She is now 11 years old.

Eh... Kitsune, what pokemon does she have, and what kinds do ou want her to catch. No legendarys, unfortuantly, that goes for Eevees as well. On this contient, Eevees, Pidgies, Tygoues, and Geodudes are Legendary. Sorry if they are one of yours.

You can have an Arcainine, bu twould post all of her pokemon please. I highly doubt she has one pokemon. Aslo, post the pokemon you want her to catch. It's not like I know which ones she will want to or anything. There's like 300 something out their.

A story with potential, the characters aren't reminiscent of the television show or at least not similar enough to irritate me in the way the series does so often. Like the other's have said the level of detail needs to be upped, even if it is only your character's house I'd like to hear a bit about it, where's the TV ? Does your character's mother do much cooking ? Is she a good cook ? You know hear a bit about what might be some of the main character's influences. It's just a thought though, take it as you please[/SIZE]
