A wizend old man stands at the front of a board room, talking to unmasked Ninja in futuristic sneaking suits. They all had katanas on their backs, and they all looked like something out of an anime.

"Though dissapointed in our loss of Ninjas, I am proud that we have gained the neccesary intel needed to take down the Cannon Mercenary Guild. With them out of the picture we can reign supreme in our protection and assassination agency.." the old man is cut off with the sound of explosions and sirens. "Go, defend our establishment.", with that said the ninjas in the room evacuated the room.

A loud blast is heard, and outside armored soldier breech the walls of the Shogun Ninjas HQ, guns blazing and gas grenades being lobbed around. The Ninjas inside feverishly attempt to take on the advancing soldier, but being caught unaware they stood no chance against their superior weaponry, though soldiers did fall they still had the upper hand and pressed on, gunning down any ninja in view. Man, women, young and old alike. If they bore the mark of the Shogun Ninjas they were quickly eradicated by the armored soldiers, clad in white and black camo with helmets upon their heads. A lone soldier, obviously the commander steps into the hole blasted into the side of the HQ, and barks orders over the gunfire.

"Find our stolen data, and eradicate every damn ninja you see! Watch for shadows, those ninjas are tricky! Do not hesitate! Though they are as human as you and I they possess far superior agility and speed!" The commander lifted his shotgun and pumped a round into an advancing ninja, and continued foward into the compound.

What seems like hours pass, and soon the gun fire dwindles and finally stops. The soldiers retreat with their regained data, and leave nothing alive. They should've checked harder...

A masked ninja speaks to his comrades, with an opposing tone.
"We have been humiliated and our agency director has been slain. In a weeks time he head to America, and we infiltrate the Cannon's head quarters. Amass what gear you can and be at the designated LZ...That is all." the ninja turns on his heel and darts away, into the shadows.

Chicago, Illionois - 2010 ~ Cannon Mercenary Guild HQ.

The same commander who had barked orders to his soldier before joining them in battle stood at the front of his own board room, and soldiers without helmets on sat and listened to him brief them.
"We know they will probably retaliate for our actions on their headquarters, but we know they have too much pride to assauly us head on and they know they would be out-matched if they did so. They will eventually attempt to sneak in and reclaim the data we recovered a week ago. You soldiers sitting her will be in charge of security detail on the 13th floor, where the data is being stored. They will likely attempt the data retrival in the dead of night so your shift starts now. There will be replacement forces at dawn. Keep that data out of the enemies hands. Do what is neccesary. You've been issued the weapon of your choice and there are ammo resupply points scattered around the 13th floor if you do engage in combat. The enemy will try stealth so your helmets have been tuned to sustain thermal and night-vision optics, the sound recievers in your helmet have also been tweaked to pick up even a mouse moving, ten yard away. Be careful and good luck.", the commander exits the room and the soldiers soon follow.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

The Cannon Mercenary Guild's tried and true gun-toting soldier. Trained in firearms, and hand-to-hand combat. These guys don't mess around with assignments and are outfitted with the latest military equipment.

Heavy, black bullet proof vests
State-of the art tactical helmets with night vision and thermal detection capabilities.
Most of these soldiers are equipped with assault rifles of some kind or a shotgun, these mercenaries don't play around and they shoot to kill.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Equppied with titanium-diamond katanas, sharp enough to slice through even the toughest material. Trained in stealth and spy tactics, these Ninjas can bypass nearly all security systems.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

~~This is a duel of teams. I'm looking for something around 5 mercenaries and about 3-5 ninjas. Again, this is a duel but I would like it played out in RPG fashion to prolong it. Ninjas would be smart not to attack the soldiers head on...They would get killed that way.

~~My parting words are...The ninjas are restricted to what the human body can do, but they have been trained to be faster and more agile than the normal human. Though, dodging a bullet or deflecting it with your sword it OUT of the question. You are human, not superhuman.
The Soldiers, while heavily armed and slow moving are not restricted to just shooting, they can do unto ninjas what has been done unto them. As in, if a Ninja can choke a merc. out then a merc. can do the same.

[b]Weapon[/b]- Aside from the traditional Ninja weapons (kunai, shuriken, katana), and the modernized weapons, Shinsei loves to use explosives. She carries them in her leg pouches, and in the vest she wears on missions.[/font]

Though while being careful, she's brave and fearless, completely able to lead a group. She has a cunning mind and can quickly formulate good plans of attack or defense. She mostly remains emotionless, but sometimes reveals emotion, though quite rarely.

As I predicted, people would pick Ninjas over Soldiers...Crazy anime warping everyones minds. Anyways. I will play a soldier, as of now just a regular 'ol soldier but if no one else signs-up I'll start it anyways and control various NPC soldiers.

Personality: Boisterous, loud, out-going but most of all...Deadly. He has accuracy with that of a sniper, and he knows such tactics like the SWAT, and he can be as cold as a Navy SEAL. He can be called a one-man army, or a silent assassin. He knows how to deal with each threat of the spectrum, having seen both. As stated before, he may be loud and boisterous but he is calculated and cold. A natural born killer.
