In the largest city on the continent you would think the people who lived there would have good jobs and fine homes. The city was a city of gangs; these gangs were battling thief?s clans. There are over one thousand gangs in the one city of Mentain. The harbor city. The Black Island is about two days journey form the harbor city of Mentain. The first ever gang of thieves that started the entire thief?s clan idea was known as the Guild. They were composed of the best thieves in the city, and their reputation was well earned. The last place they raided was the governor?s home, his mansion. They were followed and cornered in their own hide away; the army destroyed the entire Guild that night.

Over one hundred years later gangs of thieves that idolize the theory of The Guild overrun the city. There are over one thousand gangs and each has a different name and a different enemy gang. The White Panthers and Black Dragons are the worst gangs in the city that fight. The leader of the White panthers is a 17-year-old girl, but her skills are just as good as an elder thief. Walking through the street she spots an older women standing by an old run down shack. She smirks and walks over, every intention on ripping her off. As she reaches for the women purse her wrist is caught.
?I am not one for youngest thieves but you dear are quiet good?
The young girl looked at her astonished.

?That?s impossible, the Guild id dead, the army destroyed them over one hundred years ago.?

The girl stared in disbelief, she looked up and down the street, and no one else was looking at them, or even watching.

?There is a battle going for the gangs of theifs city, a battle for the ultimate prize. A boat to the Black Island?

The old women handed her a piece of paper, the girl looked at it her eyes growing huge.

She looked up at the women but she had vanished, she was gone. On the paper four gangs were left, her gang, the White Panthers had already been scratched off.

She looked up at where the old women had been not a second before, the gangs she didn?t mind were here, but the one gang she could NEVER work with was there as well, The Black Dragons?only this was a chance of a life time, she heard that pirates would leave whole ship filled with treasure and gems there, in the coves of the Black island and build new ones every time they went. She heaved a sigh and decided she?d kill two birds with one stone, take the prize of the Black Island, and kill the leader of the Black Dragons all in one chance. She made a notice and left it in the tavern window, hoping to get signatures on it very soon. She signed it her-self to show that she was calling a truce between the gangs and that this was a very important deal, and would bring prosperity to each gang that joined her.

Personality: He is kind and nice helping people who havn't gotten on his bad side.
Gang: The Obsidian Serpents
Skills: Assassination, lock pick, stealth
Weapon(s): two short katanas and a 9mm custom handgun(if this is in modern times)
Bio: He never reveals much of his past people just know not to ask or you get on his bad side. He had wandered into the city a few years ago covered in blood some people tried to rob him and ended up without fingures. He created hi own gang of assassins which takes onhit contracts from any gangs. They are feared by the other gangs able to come close enough to whisper in your ear before they kill you. He doesn't involve them in the gang rivleries except when payed to kill someone.

Apperance: cut, built, tall, skinny, But don't let his looks tell you how he is. He is 6' 2". Jet black hair, Blue eyes.
Personality: Outgoing, Hard-core, Fun, Someone you would want on your side, Mysterious, Quiet, Highly Skilled.
Gang: Leader of the Black Dragons
Skills: Sword master, Master assassin/thief
Weapon(s):Two double sided daggers (both sides of the blades are sharp) and a double bladed sword (a sword with blades on both ends of the hilt)
Bio: His father was a member of the Black Dragons, that's how he became one. He started at the bottom but quickly rose by challanging the leader. The leader underestimated him and started to look around at the croud of Black Dragon members, laughing and making jokes about and at Riever. Riever severed the leader's head. He was 16 and is now the current leader. He has been challenged but is currently undefeated.

Apperance: A little on the scrawny side, but don't let that fool you. Trimmed blue hair with just a hint of stubble growing across his face. Black shirt underneath a brown vest and blue shorts.
Personality: Loves to joke around and laughs at the missfortunes of others. He doesn't care too much for the Grey Owls, but is willing to work with them to deepen his own pockets and stab them in the back at the end. Not really worth being trusted by anyone and avoids close combat when he can.

Skills: Master bluff/ con artist, skilled weapon thrower

Bio: He was always a hidden leader. He tried to never stand out in the open in the Blue Wolves, but he masterminded every sceem and managed to get away with them. He even was able to knock off a couple of gang members and pin it on their rival gangs. Of coarse no one knows this but him and no one knows he is the leader, but him and several underlings. That was until he saw the sign and registered his name for this quest, so to speak.

11 years ago- Reports indicated that wanted criminal Sol Tempest joined The Red Falcons. Charges dropped on account of successful bribe.

06 years ago- Sol Tempest (21 years of age) named prime suspect in another Grand Larceny. (Artifacts: Sunfire Ruby, Moonglow Sapphire, Celestial Emerald) Later dropped from list of suspects.

04 years ago- Intelligence received stated that Sol Tempest had been named as the new Leader of Red Falcons after presenting the missing Gems (reference above) as a burial offering to former leader Brandon Heat.

01 year ago- Overwhelming evidence names Sol Tempest (26 years of age) the prime suspect in another Grand Larceny (Artifacts: Hellfire Diamond, Staff of the Magi, Other item: Royal Scepter) Name cleared due to political influence.

Addendum: Sol Tempest grew up in a normal family environment until the age of ten, when his home was burgled and set ablaze. He was the lone survivor. He was then placed in a foster home until the age of sixteen, when he joined the Red Falcons. It has been rumored that he began his life of crime in order to escape the strict policies set by his foster family, but there is no conclusive proof.

Personality: calm, laidback, loves to comfuse others by looking harmless, then knock the crap outta them later.

Gang: leader of The Grey owls

Skills: Very good at seeingand and hearing in the dark, hotwireing things, and speed.

Weapon:A short sword with an owl on the sheath, steel toed boots, and steel covering the top of her gloves.

Bio: She was second in command when her best friemd, the leader of the Grey Owls was mysteriously killed in a car robbery. She then became the leader and swore to go after the killers.

It turned out to be a small time gang looking for fame, but that didnt stop her, she beat the leader of the gang until he was in a coma. She loved every minute of it.

A few of the members managed to get away from her, but she tracked them down, at night, and killed one of the three. When she got back to her base, the new second in command, Keith, dubbed her Nighthawk. The name stuck, and soon, every member of the Grey owls started to call her that.

That was three years ago. In the begining, the Grey owls were a small gang of their own, but that changed when Shina took first role. Soon the gang became known, and feared in some cases.

Apperance: Somewhat short, measuring at just 5' 2'. Long,black hair that's held back by a greay, black, and white bandana. Dark, almost black eyes and pale complexion. She's got a woman's body, but remains thin. She wears bleak/grey/white camo pants and a black halter. She has numerous wrist bands each matching her black, grey, and white theme. Around her neck is a black choker with a white and grey owl eye upon it.

Personality: Very calm, rarely ever loses her head. She's laid-back and can be fun when around people she trusts. Works hard to not seem childish, but fails. She's not one you'd normally imagine in a gang, but she's a hard-core, mysterious fighter when it comes down to it.

Bio: She rarely ever speaks outside of childhood friends... And still, that's rare. She works hard to make a life for herself in the whirling world of gangs. She is currently never seen with anyone besides one or two peopel in her gang at a time. Numerous attempts to kill her have been executed, but she's made it out alive, making her one of the most respected gang member in the Grey Owls for a loooong time.

Vega has started out as a small time thief, it wasn't his choice of a job but he decided it was best if he wanted a prosperous future. Vega had a four-year degree in psychology and analytical thinking, and would have gotten a job in it if theives hadn't infested the towns. Soon he had been robbed himself and pickpocketed, and Vega was left with no money at all. Thus, he was forced into living the low-life. First thing he wanted to do, was get his money back, and he wouldn't stop untill he found it. He still hasn't found the exact person but by now he had stolen an equivalent amount of money.

He believed in many various ways that you could steal from someone, unlike any other. Lockpicking and pickpocketing were one way, but Vega had little or no interest in them. Instead he used his special talents to his advantage, his psychological and analytical abilities came in handy when facing guards. Not to mention his voice-throwing technique he had picked up many years ago. A typical strategy of his would first to find out what the man was thinking, and after that use that to his advantage, throwing his voice into other objects making it seem like they are being haunted.

At first, this new art of theft didn't catch on until Vega became a big time thief when he stole the Mona Lisa from the Louvre. It was said that the painting was replaced with an exact duplicate of the Mona Lisa, except this Mona Lisa wore a white mask over her face. The guards were classified as psychotic, they said they heard voices coming from sculptures of inanimate objects or people and they swore the paintings talked to them, possessed with the voices of the criminals they had locked away. This became knows as Vega's special skill, soon after he applied for the guild of the White Panthers. There were many others to choose from but... The White Panthers intrigued him the most.[/color][/FONT]

Bio: Always was the power of any job he did. He has been almost arrested three times and escaped everytime cause no one could keep him down. He killed eight cops before he disappeared back into the shadows. He trains everyday to make his body stronger. Jason despises fighting with swords and perfers to be up close and personal, staring in their eyes making them hesitate in fear before he rams his spikes in their stomach. He tends to go berzerk sometimes if he is pushed to far. He overheard a plot to overthrow Riever from a group of lower Black Dragons' theives and quickly dealt with them but hasn't told His leader yet.

I'm sorry for the delay, I had things to do and then I was WAY tired to do anything last night.
