Anime Best Anime Girl Tournament R3 M2: Asuka (Evangelion) vs. Kaola (Love Hina)

The great second child vs. the annoying little girl that I want to punt across the hallway!

My only rule is to not spam up these threads. Don't just post the character that you voted for's name. If you're going to say who you voted for, then explain why you voted for who you voted for, even if that explanation is just quoting someone that shares your sentiments. It doesn't need to be complicated. Even something as simple as "I voted for Asuka because she has a lot more spunk than Rei" or "I voted for Asuka because she has a lot of spunk" will work. So long as it has more substance than "Asuka" or "Asuka's better", its fine.

Asuka's my favorite anime girl... and I've always wanted to de-limb Kaola Su... it should be a no brainer who I want to see win.

Asuka was one of those characters that I started off hating. Seriously, my first time through NGE, she was the only character that I wanted to stangle more than Shinji. (there's an ironic statement for you) Well, her and Kawaru. However, every time I watched, I found that I liked her character more and more. Now she's just slightly above Misato as my favorite NGE character.

Like I said in R1, Kaola's the only character in this tournament that I would send to the hospital in an ambulance if she were real and I saw her walking down the street. And now that she's beaten two of my favorites here, I like her even less. She just annoys me! I hate those genius kids that are hyperactive act random! She's not bad as an adult, when she's actually calm and not-random, but if the anime's anything like the manga, that'll only account for about 5 minuntes out of the whole series, if that.

Oh, and Kaola's a kid. Asuka looks better by default! (Pedos)

Mostly because her character was just really cool.... but also because there's currently a pinky st. figure of her on top of my computer and it's glaring at me (eek XD)

I also totally love Tiffany Grant, who did Asuka's english voice.

I don't know anything about Love Hina ^^; but I find the characters all look pretty boring... so, there you have it.
Hahahaha, and I hate Kaola for bumping Urumi in the previous poll T_T

My favorite (naru narusegawa) got knocked out by one of bloodseeker's favorites (i forget who), so i'm glad that two of bloodseeker's favorites got knocked out by Kaolla. Yay kaolla! :naughty:

Lucy deserved to win that one... Naru's cool, she's my favorite LH character (with Motoko trailing closely behind), but she can't tear people apart with invisible high frequency hands, she doesn't have an ultra-cute alternative personality, and she doesn't have Lucy's attitude!

I think personally Asuka is more physiclly attractive than Kaolla, but her twisted personality is what really throws me. thats why Kaolla gets my vote, because she she's perkier and has a cute personality.
