"I don't see why I need to keep on letting you get by without paying the Rent", Nathan Francesco snapped at one of the folks staying at the Daminoru Apartments, a short skinny Japanese fellow that had been staying for the past month without paying up the rent.
"I'll get it for you" The man said nervously, obviously unnerved by Nathan who stood a good half a foot taller than him. Nathan scoffed at this, he had heard the same excuse too many times to fall for it, Too many times within one month to fall for it.
"And when might that be? Hmmm?" He questioned sarcastically, Being manager meant he could give people the boot if they failed to supply a good reason.The other man shrunk backwards as he knew what was coming, He had seen a couple of people kicked out because of failure to pay up. He still mumbled a reply of 'soon' and backed away through the door.

Nathan stuck his head out the door of the office and shouted after him in a threating tone, "Either your Rent on my desk or you will need surgery to remove my foot from your ass." As he watched the mans retreating back he muttered to himself "Skiving Bastard" and took a seat at his desk to review some forms.

Well, The RP has started so lets get cracking.

[COLOR=Red][SIZE=2][FONT=Century Gothic]Rororu step up to the apartment bulding, it was nothing like home. It was alot smaller then she was used too. She was used to a big garden up front, seen birds everwhere and smell many fragrences.She looked down at her feet and there was no rolled out carpet. All there was, was dirty cement. No garden, no good smelling fragences and no butler. The only birds here wasa pigeon sitting on the roof looking at her. She stared back, then the bird aimed and before she knew bird poop barely missed her. She stared back at the bird, then to the front door of the apartment building, all she can do is give a big toothy smile.She enter the apartmen building with kitty plushie, guitar on her back and a suitcase with few of her stuff.

She walked in and heard people yelling. She saw it was coming from a room with a half falling off sign saying " Rom 1: Manager's room". She looked blankly at the door and heard something about rent and removing foots. She stood afront of the door , seen if one of the two people fighting are going to come out anytime soon. The door opened and a slender disgrunted japanase man walked out mumbling. She looked blankly at the man as he passed by her. Then slowly peeked her head inside the door the man just came out from. She mumbled to her self in a curious voice "Any...dead..bodies?" [/FONT] [/SIZE] [/COLOR]

[B]Coming from the direction of his room number, 16, Erriku walked up to the counter and counted his money once more, he noticed he was shorted. He was pissed at his master, Erriku looked over at Ruroru who was standing at the managers room, unable to tell what Ruroru was saying wondering what exactly he was doing? He then looked over at nathen and handed him the money that was short a few dollars and hoping, He would understanding his poor situation?

He looked at Nathen in a friendly way as of which he had known him for a long time when he only had been living there for a few months. Erriku exclaimed please understand, I will go get the other money and turn it in by tonights" Erriku turned his head and noticed cats running down the hall and the one most of all, was a black cat.[/B]

Aiko looked in the mirror. She was pretty. At her new school many guys liked her. At her old school she was very unpopular. she was called ugly. But the guys who liked her at Daminoru she didn't. She turned of the bathroom light and walked out the door.

Knock! Knock! Knock! She heard the pounding on the house door, so she peeked through the peep whole in the door.

"Shit!" She breathed. "Land lord."

Aiko hurried to the closet sized bedroom that belonged to Dillan. She pounded on the door hard. "Dillan!" She waited a moment and when he didn't reply she pounded again. "Dillan!" She said forcefully. "Get your ass out of bed!" Aiko struggled to open the door but it was locked so she knocked again.

"What up sis?" Dillan groaned tiredly and rubbed his eyes as he opened the door. "Why the foul language? It's still early."

"Early? It's 3:00 pm." She said irratated.

"well It's early for me."

"Never mind. Did you pay the rent? It was your turn." She said seriously.

"Nahh... it was Sos's." He said and collapsed back on his bed.

"No." She said shaking him. "No... it would have been Sosake's, but he payed last time because you were broke. This time is yours. Remember." She said slowly and attempted to stay calm.

"Shit. Then no." He sat up

The pounding continued.

"Well what are we going to do. Do you have money?" She said worried.

"No I spent it all partying." He shrugged.

"You idiot!"

"Hey just be quiet and pretend your not here." He said carelessly.

"He has a key!" She said like he was stupid.

"Then we shall escape through my window." He started opening the window. "If they can't find us they can't make us... urgh... Pay."

"No!" She shook her head.

"Why ...not." He gasped as he forced the window open.

"Oh fine." she jumped out of the window and landed on the lid of a dumpster. He followed soon after.

Muttering some thing, Ren walked down the hall an envelope in hand. She flicked her hands through it counting the amount of money she had inside it and sighed a bit.?just barely enough..? she thought and sighed in a releived way. She walked a bit faster picking up the black cat before standing by the door to the office. ?Come here Cain.? She scratched its ears lightly and the cat lightly purred. She put the cat down and basically placed the envelope with her name and room number on the desk, like she had been doing for the past few months.

?Moneys on the desk"She said quickly and walked back to her room seemingly a hurry. The cats ran around the hall some sitting by doors and others just laying around in the hall way lazily. She swung the door to her room open and slammed it closed after she was inside barely missing one of her cats that was still making it's way out the room. ?I?m late....? she muttered and gathered together a messy folder with papers scattered over the floor.She tripped over a book on her way out the door and looked up staring down the hall for a second before quickly starting to walk down the hall.

[B][LEFT]As Erriku walked at the side of the building he looked over and noticed that Aiko and Dillan were climbing out a window. He stared confused and though to himself,"I dont understand how they can just escaping the problems of fucking life, *sigh* oh well, of course the land lord will realize they never walked out the front and notice something is wrong when Dillan has his night clothes on?"

As Erriku walked on, aproaching his sencies house he picked up a stone and hit the window yelling "you shorted me... the last thing you want is Nathen coming and beating the piss out of you?"

Sencie threw him 10 dollars which is enough to haveenough extra to get milk and bread from the store, sencie seemed to be cleaning...

Erriku ran home and into Nathan's office sat the money in the room next to an envelope which had,"Ren" writtin on it, and put the extra he got from his sencei, in his pocket and ran outside to goto the store.[/LEFT][/B]

"I feel bad." Aiko said walking next to her brother.

"Why?" Dillan asked pulling up his baggy P.J. pants. They were green with little chicklets on them. He wore a pale faded blue T shirt that was a little tight around his musculer chest. His hair was messy and spikey like a surfer bum.

"Now Sosake is stuck dealing with Nathan's wrath. All because you forgot to pay your share." She said annoyed.

"Better him than us. Hey he'll cope he'll get out of it easier than us cause he's an adult he speaks there language." Dillan smirked

"Retard." Aiko couldn't help but laugh at another one of Dillan's lame Adult's are an alien species jokes.

"Why Sosake? Usake get's out of work at Four, Sos doesn't get out till five."

"Use Goes to Yoko's first. You know her black hair, it's frosted midnight blue, D.J.,... marriing your lil brother in a month and a half." She said trying to make something click.

"Oh Yuuko." he picked on her name.

"So what are we doing today?" Aiko jumped around and walked backwords as apose to walking next to him.

"Well I have $60.00." He checked his pocket.

"And you didn't use it to pay the rent?" She said furiously.

"Nahhh... Th-this is my spending money used for spending the rest of my pay check goes to bills or when I don't pay the rent partying." Dillan explained quickly.

"I!- Never mind yiu don't know any better. I forgot yo wer.. MENTALLY RETARDED!" She flicked his forhead.

"I am not." He rolled his eyes. " Do you want to use my money or what?"

"Let's go to that convienent store." She decided.

[B]Erriku was running and zipped right passed dilian and Aiko... As he did he said," I saw that you guys escaped nathans wrath... well im off to that convinient store to buy food, bye!" He ran towards the store crossing the street almost getting hit by a car, he sreamed, "Aww ,you almost hit me, you stupid fuck!" He then ran into the store grabbed a quart of milk, bread, and butter. He waited in line and grabed a candy bar. the total was $4.48 but he had $4.00... "ehh" Erriku moaned... The shop keep said, take it, since were such good friend!" robert the shopkeeper said. "Uhh..." erriku hesitated..."thanks alot, bye"He said embarased. He grabed his stuff and ran out to go home. He passed Dilian and Aiko on the way out, "Bye" he said out of breath.[/B]

"it's.." she looked at her watch and then back ahead of here."3:35...I still have like an hour and a half...' she muttered and started to power walk. She wasn't the type to run anywhere unless she had to. So she tried to get out at least an hour or two early when she had some place to be. She was a fast walker though, she rolled her eyes getting irritated and walked passed a few people taking their sweet time.

She looked down at her folder while she walked, making sure she had all the papers and looked up before nearly walking into Erriku."watch it." she said automatically even though she was the one not paying attention. she continued to walk quickly, passing by Aiko and Dilian. She took the time to stare at Dilian's PJ's.'I'm not asking..' she thought to herself talking a deep breath before continuing to walk quickly, counting the steps in her head.

[B]'Well, she was sure in a hurry', Erriku said to himself... 'oh well, i need to get back before the butter melts and the milk sours', So he ran as fast as he could. once he got to his apartment, he almost triped over a cat. He walked in and his room was neat with everything put away, (not like he had much) only his bed was a mess. He put the bread in the cupboard, with the cereal and other food, he put his butter and milk in the fridge, he jumps over the couch and sits down... *squish* he reaches in his pocket only to find a melted choclate bar... He mumbles, oh crap...[/B]

"Did you see that chick?" Dillan smiled.

"The one speading past us." Aiko made a motion with her hant that looked like a plain taking off.

"Yeah here I think she was checkin me out." He smiled proudly.

Aiko burst out laughing. "Hah! Like any girl would do that! Please! She was probably looking at you gay ass pants."

"Hey every one knows I'm a total catch." He put out his hands displaying himself and then did a turn.

"That why you can't keep a girlfriend?" She rolled her eyes she knew her brother was hott but to her he was her goofy Dillan.

"No It' cause you alays lie to them so they won't want to see me ever again with kioko You said I had three other girlfriends and a boyfriend. Yeah she told me and wouldn't let me explain. And Simone, I don't even know what you said to her! Frankly I think you're jealous." Dillan said.

"I never did that. You're so paranoid. besides they weren't good enough for you anyways. They were all bitches and sluts not right for you." She explained.

"Yeah let me decide next time Kay." He opened the door to the convient store and walked in.

Erriku picked in the couch pockets and found a dollar, He decided to go and give robert the conviniet store owner the money back plus a tip. As Erriku walked out his door he heard Nathan raising a comotion, so Erriku gat out of the building as fast and quiet as possible... He ran towards the shop, He reached the shop out of breath... he panted and panted and decided to walk on in.

Dillan And Aiko watched as Erriku once again entered the shop.

"Dush bag." Aiko giggled.

"He always is out of breath cause he never walks just runs." Dillan went on.

"Not at all like us slackers. Naahh. We just chill and take our sweat time. Let it go were it wants." She said in a mock stoner voice.

When the looked back at Erriku he was glaring at them.

"Shit think he heard us?" Dillan asked.

"AA DUHHH." She said sarcastically.

[B]Erriku just looked at them and stuck his middle finger up, "Fuck off!" He said joking around... After he gave Robert the money, He walked on out saying sarcasticly," Is this slow enough for you?" Then he continued on out...[/B]

"Looser." Aiko laughed and continued looking at sunglasses.

"I am not a looser." He defended him self looking at comic books.

[COLOR=DarkGreen]at 5:00 the two siblings realised they had nothing left to do. Aiko had bought some oversised seventies cop sunglasses thet surprisingly looked good on her. Dillan had bought an inuyasha Manga. They had both went to a T-shirt shop and bought two T-shirts each. Aiko's were one that said help end poverty eat the poor on the front and the devil mad me do it on the back, and one that said I screwed my step sister in our past life and on the back said but then she ran off with some blond dude so I killed my self. Dillan's said "It's not a beer gut it's a gas tank for a sex machine" and "The top ten reasons I Reasons I procatonate 1.)....". They went to the arcade. To a fast food resterant bought a lizzard and a rabbit on sale at a pet shop. They had to tap into tne twenty bucks in Aiko's pocket and the came up broke so they walked home. They walk slow so it took a half an hour.[/COLOR]

Ren yawned and stared down at the ground making her way back home."I got the job, whooo...." she said in a sarcastic way. Really everything that could have gone wrong could have that day. She spilled coke on the person she was meeting, Her folded had a strange amount of cat draws in it that she accidently stuffed in with her designs. Despite her clumsy mistakes that day the person seemed to like her design for the room and hired her."Just don't mess up my house like you did my shirt . . . hum" she remembered what the man said and put her hands behind her head sighing some.

"God.,That was embarrassing . . . " she muttered walking inside the building. She heard meowing down the hall and blinked some looking at the cats."Got the job . . . " she smiled lightly watching one brush against her leg affectionately and then walk over to the door and wait for her to open it. She opened the door to her room and then pulled her hair behind her ears some before closing the door and sitting down on the floor.

she sighed some and reached up putting her folder on her desk before watching the cat walk towards the kitchen. She stretched out on the floor for a second staring at the clock. It took her a second to actually notice the time, it was 5:36pm or so.

[B]As Erriku was sitting down, he decided he would go take a walk till about 8:00 for about 2 and a half hours... He got up put his shoes on and walked out of the room he slung open the door... he came about a foot away from hitting a cat... He was walking to the door at the front office. He noticed nathan yelling at the skinny man again... Erriku sighed lightly,"Hes gonna get kicked out by Nathan one of these days..." He said softly trying not to be heard... He continued out the door.

About 2 hours later he decided he was gonna go on home, about half way there, he noticed down an ally There was a car... Erriku was curious why it was shaking... he slowly and quietly walked over stealth like. He took a peek in and he saw a man... on top of a woman kissing her... He thought a second... He whispered in his mind..." uhhh... oh" He ran away laughing once he was outta sight... "Well... I hope they are ready for a... hold on what do I care... oh well, atleast I saw it before I do it..."

He arrived to the apartment building, He opened the door and saw cats in the fake ficus tree beside the dorr way, Erriku just giggled to himself and walked to his room to go to sleep early...[/B]

[COLOR=DarkGreen]"Honey we're home!" Dillan called as he opened the door. He then set the rabit and the lizzard on the table.

"You know it's funny." Sosake began. "The most pecular thing happened while you two were off."

"What up Dock?" Dillan sat on the arm of the couch.

"Nathan, the land lord, Told me our rent wasn't payed. Now why wo- ahh what the hell is on the table!" Sosake exclaimed.

"Oh Sosake meet litia and David." Dillan said picking up the rabit and lizzard.

"You bought more pets 2 fish, three dogs, five cat's, a parat and two rat's weren't enough!" Sos yelled angrilly.

"Oh but Sosake they were so cute." Aiko begged.

"How much did you spend today?" He asked attempting to stay calm.

"About $80.00." Dillan shrugged.

"AND YOU DIDN'T PAY THE RENT?" Sos screamed.

"Chill bro it's cool." Dillan attempted to calm him.

"It is not cool!" Sos seemed like he was on the verge of a nervous break down or he had rabies one of the two.[/COLOR]

Ren got up and walked out in the hall way quietly before hearing screaming coming from one of the rooms. she stopped in front of the door for a second thinking how sound travels in the apartment so well. Ren looked around seeing the hallway empty and took a deep breath."Here! kitty kitty kitty kitty!" the loud annoying scream continued for only a few minutes before the hall was quiet again. Ren left her door open walking back to her room, with in seconds meowing was heard all through the hall way, cats were scattered around near the door.

After feed the cats, whether they where hers or just some strays that started hanging around the building, she picked up a folding chair and sat in front of the front door with a pencil and some paper. Cracking her neck lightly before looking down the hall, hell, maybe some one will walk by and give her some thing to do...or some one to torment for the day. She leaned back some in the chair and yawned a bit.

[B]As Erriku sat in his bed thinking to himself. He heard screaming, so he walked up to the door and looked out the peep hole... nothing, so he ran outside the room ha noticed Ren sitting in a chair he walked up to her and scratched his head... "what was all that screaming" he asked wonderously.[/B]

she picked up her pencil and started to draw just that moment. Blinking some she looked at him."I was feeding the cats." she looked back down at the paper and then scratched her head. She watched one of the cats run out the room past his foot, a small back one. Ren smiled lightly and then scratched her head looking around the hall way for a second. She blinked not looking up."you almost ran into me today." she said, even though it was the other way around.

Ren pulled her hair behind her ears some and continued to draw the hallway. She waited watching the cat disappear down the hall first.

[B]He watched a cat for a moment, and looked at her and said slowly, "So, Your cat screams when you feed it... so... what are you drawing?" He stared at her untill a cat pawwed at his feet and pet it, then looked at her while petting a cats ears.[/B]

"yes that?s exactly what happens...they scream when I feed them" she said sarcastically and shook her head some what."I was calling the cats to come and eat..." she said and sighed before looking down at the picture."I'm drawing the hallway." she looked down at the cat for a second and then started on the room across from hers. She crossed her legs lightly and looked up for a second. she was really into her drawing, most likely because their was nothing else to do. She hummed some what and then looked at him.

Really she didn't talk to any one in the building besides the land lord when she was paying her bill. "what?s your name?"she asked still looking down at the paper. Ren broke the lead of the pencil and cursed lightly going inside to sharpen it before returning to her spot in front of the door.

It was some and compact for sure. She went in and looked at the closet , small space for her clothes. She said and thought to herself [I]" Lucky i didn't bring to mmuch stuff"[/I] She started unpacking her stuff. She put her clothes in the closet, her underwear and the drawer and her pajamas. She took the guitar off her back and laid it on a corner. She sat on the bed for a bit after finishing packing, the bed was a bit firmer then she use to. She sighed to her self and loked at the floor.Her moment of silence was interupted when she heard some of the other tenants talking. She peeked her head outside the door. "He....llo?"
