I can't put an event on the calender

Could it be that I'm just retarded and don't know whether or not you have to be an admin or something to put up an event?

Anyways, all I wanted to put up was that I won't be on much during August...I'll be hyped up on Vikoden or something...I've got surgery coming up. Oh, and that I'll be getting blood work done for the first time tomorrow...-cringe- Stupid doctors and their precautions...
