It was basically 'watch gordan jump into the portal'. Also, the original Half-Life' s ending was "flagging". It had a mind numbing Super-Mario jump-athon, and gordan wracked his brain about the killing aliens 'moral problems'. Now if you've ever played Rune, it's this game where your a viking and you around killing people. you cut them limb from limb. it is gorey and bloody. you can chop off their heads and pick them up as they bleed. your swords and axes get bloody, you can throw your weapons at people and have them stick, i think you get the point. well, at the end, you walk over a [i]rainbow[/i] bridge into Valhalla(norse heaven). you, this big tuff viking, who has killed many and is still bloody, walk over a [i]rainbow[/i] bridge. that ending sucked. Fall Posted November 27, 2001 Share Posted November 27, 2001 virtaul pool!!!! believe it or not, but i actually sat there for an hour, trying to finish that load of crap. and when i did, an ending appeared, and all it was was an old man with spikey white hair, shooting an 8-ball into the right-hand top hole!!!! now how crap is that for an ending................ He had to get to be an adult to master certain levels, use certain weapons, etc. etc. . . and he plain looked awesome as an adult.
