Missing Threads?

I have a question. I was reading several threads in the Otaku lounge when suddenly when I tried to go from one thread to another several of them just vanished. I can think of at least three that I was reading:

Favorite and least favorite animal
Past lives
Random questions

Is it just me who can no longer access these threads? Or did they disappear for everyone else too? Or did they get removed? I've never run across this problem before so I would really like to know what happened. Thanks! ^_^

I was wondering this myself but I figured that I just couldn't find them for some reason ^^;; I think more than that went missing too, at least five I think but I'm not sure. It just seems like the Lounge suddenly shrank by a lot. They didn't seem like bad threads so I'm assuming they went missing somehow but I don't really know.

Glad I'm not the only one! I was even writing a reply in the thread random questions and when I clicked on submit reply it brought up a window saying invalid thread! I wasn't sure what to think! When I went back to look it and at least five others had vanished! I wonder what happened to them?

There was, unfortunately, a bit of a mishap. Basically, the important point to clarify here is that the threads didn't vanish because of their content or anything like that. [strike]It's my understanding, however, that it won't be possible to restore them, as they seem to have been physically removed rather than simply deleted. So feel free to re-create them.[/strike]

I just wanted to convey that we've got it under control, and to apologize on behalf of the staff for the inconvenience this may have caused. That said, hakuna matata.

I knew the Random Questions Thread was missing, but I didn't realise those other two threads were gone as well, though a cursory glance in the Lounge indicates the Caption Contest thread gone too. Well that's probably twelve or fifteen of my posts lost, which is a pain in the behind. I just hope that they can be restored, given Dagger has struck out that part of her post, if not I suppose we'll just have to start those threads again.[/SIZE]

I'm glad I found this thread. I spent the last 30 minutes off and on searching for the Picture Caption Thread....

SOo... when Dagger says "physically removed" I would assume a server problem?
