digiX Posted September 16, 2005 Author Share Posted September 16, 2005 Kiya looked forward at Flint then back at Tommy divided between the two she seemed worried then she sctratched her nose and found the black runed reappeared on her nose and ears she sniffed the air and smelt something from flint and tommy her eyes now had black runes she focused on flint and saw a red glow and and a blue glow she saw the same with tommy red and green she heard voices from both of them "Both of you stop right now!" She ordered but flint kept walking Kiya felt black runes on her legs as she dashed for Flint gave him a glare and yanked him then ran back and yaned tommy and sat them down "somethings up and I sense it so I am gonna see if ur possesed by a spirit" she said as black runes formed on her hand she touched flints face he flinched as a spirirt appeared "curses" the spirirt said as Kiya went over to touch tommy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He hard a young man yelling something about staying out of sight and not worthy of something. He also heard another voice saying that he would stay with him no matter what. "Damn kids. What the hell are they doing in the woods." He stood up and breathed in deep,"Smoke. Someone around here has a pipe." He began to walk twards the yelling and saw the two doing it. There was a girl in the middle trying to stop them, another guy putting his swords up, and a third leaning agianst a tree smoking. "Well, the worst thing is that he wont let me get a puff or two." He casually walked out of the woods and up to the guy smoking. "Hey, bub. You think you can spare a couple of puffs from that?" He tried to sound happy, buy concidering he was just awoken, he didn't feel like it. "Who are you? Why should i give you some?" The guy looked from Bleach, back to the trio that kept getting louder and louder. "Do they do that alot?" Bleach asked. "Hell if I know. i just met them." Striker said as he took another puff,"Names Striker." "CAll me Bleach. Say, you give me a puff if i get them to stop?" Bleached looked back to Striker. "You do it, then we will decide." Striker said with a smile. At the same time, all three of the arguing people turned around,"Will you two shut up!" They seemed to know that each of them said that and begun yelling at each other agian. "Well, guess i am not getting that puff, huh?" "Guess not." "Maybe i should try to go bear." Bleach began to scratch his head. "What did you just say? Something about going bear?" "Huh? Oh nothing." Bleach looked back at the yelling trio. He walked up and away a few steps silently, making sure no one was whatching, two people farther away. He let out a small hisss, teeping his poison claw ready to strike. They were going to beat him up anyways, better run. Steve turned saround and ran nice and quick. I'lln follow them, he whispered to himself like an insane person. " I'll see what they're up to." She looked at him surprised "What happend to the spirits?" tommy gave no response he wasn't even aware there were spirits, yet he went with it cause she seemed adamant taht there was. Flint looked at Tommy " He's the only alien force here." Kiya scolded Flint for continueing to talk down to Tommy that way. tommy didn't care, to be honest he was more familiar with hatred then kindness given his line of work. Tommy looked at Kiya, who was still al ittle upset at Flint for being so rude " It's okay. I'm used to having people hate me. Theres no need to worry about me." Tommy stood up and leaned against a tree. Flint got up "So you thnk your worthy of the soreceress presense, huh." tommy gave no response " What? Now your to good to talk to me, I guess it's because I'm a savage who dosen't worship money!" Flint now erratic screaming with intense rage. Taht's when Tommy felt the cold chills down his spine "Were being watched." Flint jumped straight up "What, from where?" Kiya started to look around " Their all around us." Kiya shouted as runes covered her body she let loose a agonaizing howl of pain as "U two just be quiet owhhhh!" she howled before transforming she lept at spirirts making them fade "Fox fire spririt Beast!" Starwind Posted September 16, 2005 Share Posted September 16, 2005 Tommy reached behind him and pulled his wan-dou out. He lunged straight forward through a small group gathering. As a spirit drew in on him from behind he plunged the spear end into it's gut as a shriek was let out. Flint summoned another fire spirit which quickly engulfed the area in a blue flame. A spirit, in a final desprate attack, made a lunge at Tommy closing the distance quickly. It was to close for his wan-dou to help. As Flint prepared to provide assistance Tommy dropped his wan-dou and with amazing speed brought the finger tips of his right and down spliting the spirit. It dissappeared as Tommy took on his normal placid look once again. Flint stepped forward " How did you do that without your weapon?" Tommy turned and showed them two steel gauntlets with 6 inch long curved claws " I'm a bodyguard. I'm ready for any type of combat." Tommy lowerd his hands " So, are we still headed for the capital?" "YOU TWO GET ALONG OR YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH MORE WORSE THAN JUST SPIRITS!" He sighed as he braught his great sword out from on his back and swung it a couple of times, taking out any spirit that dared to get in his way. "Is it just me, or are these things kinda puny." He looked over at Striker, who seemed to be doing about the same thing. "I am right there with you. When is the real thing getting here." "What real thing?" Flint said turning twards the two. "Well, to put it simple, him." Bleach pointed to a giant spirit that seemed to fly behind Flint. "Umm, he is kinda big." Flint said teking a step back. "Yeah, he is. But he is pretty weak." Bleach said as he stood up. There was a devilish smirk on his face as he began to let out a deep growl. Brownish fur began to grow as he slowly changed into a giant bear. "Uhh. Your a bear?" Striker asked looking Bleach over. Bleach slowly walked over to the spirit and raised up onhis back legs, almost the same height. The spirit made out a loud cry as Bleach swated at it a couple of times, taking peices off, one by one. The spirit let out another scream as Bleach took one more swing, this time ripping it in half. There was a shriek and the spirit disaapeared. Tommy simply stood back up and looked quietly at Kiya "I have no prblem working with you or your friend. I am here for my mission and I will work with who ever I am told to." Flint looking irratated by the emotionless way he made the comment "An I will if it is truly the will of the soreceress for you to join us." Flint still obviously not thrilled with idea and Tommy still seemed indifferent to the whole event. Despite the fact they still weren't happy with each other, Kiya was happy they weren't fighting anymore. Kiya, now in a more chipper mood " Well lets get going to the capital." Tommy and Flint looked at each other and nodded. Tommy thought to himself 'I can finally continue with my mission, but why does Kiya make me feel so strange?' he thought as Kiya and Flint continued to converse. Starwind Posted September 17, 2005 Share Posted September 17, 2005 tommy felt uneasy letting two strangers come along, but if they were trust worthy enough for them he wouldn't complain. tommy still in a daze from the days events. He couldn't yet wrap his mind around it but he was on an important journey, that much he knew. As they continued tommy couldn't focus. His thoughts scatterd. Why was thid happening now, at such and important time. Everytime he looked up he saw Kiya. Why did he feel this way. He knew he could never realize these feelings, but he couldn't stop. 'How can I feel this way for a person I just met' He thought over and over again. He didn't understand why. Was this really what he wanted or was this simply an act of his libido. 'No. I have to keep my thoughts clear. I don't need her. I don't need anyone' He thought to himself. He was so deep in thought he barley noticed where they were. "I see you can turn into a bear" Bleach nodded and shook his hand. "Bleach. Yeah I dont know why, but I can shapeshift" Striker looked up as the sky began to darken. "I can to, but only at night I think. Well that was when it happened" Bleach took another puff on his pipe. "What did you turn into?" He had no idea spirits were following him. He now followed the bumch, there'd be nless hiding places soon, so he was careful. "Yeah I don't have anything better to do" Striker smiled and looked at Kiya. "I will travel with you from now on if that is acectptable with you" He turned and looked at the moon as it came out. He slowly changed into a dragon with crimson scales. "See what I mean" Bleach looked him up and down. "ohh I see" Striker looked at his feet. Now all he had to do was change back. He slowly began to change back into his normal form. He was happy his clothes were loose on him to begin with so he didn't rip them when he changed. But what other choice did he have, it was his mission to stick with them. Kiya got up and left for the shower and Flint began meditation, Tommy not wanting to interrupt either went outside to sit in the trees for a little while. It was dark and the stars shone so brightly, yet Tommy didn't change like he did the night before. Tommy glanced at his hands "Guess it was a one time deal. But why just the one time? Somethings been wrong with me lately. I better keep my composure." Tommy said quietly in the tall tree. Tommy spent almost an hour just sitting there. When he finally came down the moon was looming high over head. It was so large it felt like he could reach out and pull it from the sky. He walked back in and rejoined the others in the room. Kiya was preparing to go to sleep and Flint looked like he was still in meditation. Kiya looked to the door at Tommy " Oh, hi Tommy. So where did you go? You were gone for quiet a while." Tommy looked at Kiya with an almost embarrassed look on his face "I'm sorry if I worried you. I was just outside in the tree reflecting." He said shakily. Kiya giggled a little bit "For such a stern fellow you sure act awfully shy." She giggled a little more to Tommys embarassment. Tommy looked down to the ground " I'm not use to being with others. I've lived alone for most of my life, so I don't know how to act around people." Kiya giggled again "Oh really. Well you'll get used to it." She smiled at Tommy, which made his heart race, and laid her head down. Tommy still a little flusterd, went over to te corner and sat down, proped against the corner. Tommy quietly spoke to himself "Why does she make me feel so uneasy? It's not befitting a bodyguard." Tommy closed his eyes and laid in the corner of the room. Tommy's mind was so cluterd with thoughts he couldn't bring himself to sleep. being with others made him uncomforatable. Kiys treated him in such a different way then he was used to. The way Flint treated him was much more familiar, love and friendship were strange emotions to him. He was much more comfortable with anger and hatred. Bleach came around the corner with a smile on his face as well. "This is going to get intresting. Two guys, one girl. I'm going to love this" Bleach began to laugh harder. "It is going to be a nonstop show, two rivals fighting over one girl" Striker laughed as he changed back then him and Bleach headed for the door to the inn. Anyway we should head inside too." they bothe turned and went back into the inn. Tommy walked in ahead of Flint who followed immediately after. tommy returned to his corner and flint sat on the bed. Flint looked over to Tommy "What are you doing on the floor?" Tommy glanced up "I'll be fine. I can get comfortable enough down here." Flint looked on feeling almost sympathetic "Are sure wouldn't just rather share the bed?" Tommy looked up again "I'm fine" He said lightly. Tommy put his head down and went to sleep almost immediatly. For some reason Tommy stirred in the middle of the night and was awoken. He looked to see Kiya and Flint still asleep and the sun would soon rise. He decided to go ahead and get breakfast for everyone. As he left he said to himself "Let's see, theres me, Kiya, Flint, Striker, Bleach and..... I think that's all." he said quietly. He quickly left to find something to eat.
