RPG The Mixed Experiment [PG VLS]

Emilio nodded to her and began to walk up to the town on the hill. He waked through the gates recieveing the reception he expected. Even if they did just save them the fact was they were still demons, and weren't trusted. This was teh way life was for him so he was used to it. They weren't neglectful, since he and Chrys did just save them, but they weren't exactly welcomed warmly. They were pratically ignored and avoided in place of the returning soilders who were celebrated. Emilio shrugged it off and headed to the inner city to book a couple of hotel rooms. He walked in to the hotel lobby and a sudden hush came over everyone. It was as if seeing there power had made them even more afraid of them. He walked with Chrys behind him, they could still hear the people outside screaming and shouting for the return of the soilders. The receptionist quickly gave him a room as if trying to rush him off. He took the keys and passed one back to Chrys. They began to acend the stairs of this rather large structure, standing at roughly twelve stories, it was quite immpressive it hadn't been lost in the fight. As they walked he noticed that Chrys seemed to be very irratated. He stopped and turned to face her "What's got you so worked up?" She just looked at him like he was an idiot "Can you believe how they just treated us down there? They act like were going to attck them after we just went and risked our lives for them." Emilio shook his head "Your not used to this feeling are you? Demons, regardless of rank or status, are despised. The only reason they probably tolerate us is because we fought for them. They usually over look us in the outer parts of the city, but we're in the inner city now. This is where the upper class live and they don't take to demons very well." He began to walk up the stairs again and stopped again "Have never had this happen before?" She kind of hesitated "I just widh we would hav gotten something from them. Even just a pat on the back for us putting our lives out there. I mean you should be just as upset, you almost died." Emilio smirked "I don't worry about that. I've been close to dying so many times, one more dosen't mean much." He bit his lip a bit and headed up the stairs again "You'll get used to how humans treat us." He headed up to the next floor with Chrys following him. He stopped at the eighth floor "Well this is me. I'll see you in the morning." He left her standing there. Before he went into his room she called to him "How long did it take you to get used to it?" He stopped with his head half-way in the door and without bothering to look to her "Don't worry about that. You just worry with what we have to do tomorrow. Tomorrow we leave to launch our own attack ot the dark army." He walked into this room and kept himself leaned against the door and thought about the last thing she asked him and he whisperd to himself "a life time."

Chrys walked all the way down to the other side of the hall to find her room for the night, still thinking. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"I think I get it now. Why we've always been isolated as far as I've known. Why they didn't approve." [/COLOR] She laughed bitterly as she sat on the bed. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"Now I'm a cast out in two societies."[/COLOR]

The girl drew out a few things on a couple of parchment pieces before she'd forget them. Glancing back at what she'd done she thought, [I]'Achilles knows more then I do, I'll ask him in the morning.' [/I] Placing the papers on a small table next to the bed, she decided sleep wasn't going to come and just stared at the wall. She blinked back a single tear. [I]'Sorry Emilio, I don't think I'll ever get used to it.'[/I]

[Starwind]

Emilio sat in his room, he realized that they couldn't attack the dark army alone. They were going to need some assistance. The army here was purely for standing purposes, they weren't ready for full mobilization. So they were no good, and no matter how tough Amer and Sarin say they are, even with all our power, we could put up one hell of a fight, but we could never win. He ponderd what they would do, who would they turn to? After about an hour of hard thought he realized there was only one person he knew who might really be willing to help, but he really didn't want to see her. However much he didn't want to there was no one else to turn to. He would have to turn to Tsubaki, the mistress of the northern waters. He groaned into his pillow "She's gonna give me shit for not visiting in so long."

[Darth Vectis]

[COLOR=DarkGreen][SIZE=1]Achilles walked through the crowds, avoiding the people who got to close. Trying to stay away from the congratulation of the people. He didn't deserve it nor did he want it, after the voice had spoken to him in the forest he found he was becoming intolerante of his own race.

Finding that he could no longer stand the voices or even the presences of the people. Anyone who would get close he would push away and move quickly through the people.

Amer growled as he walked through the streets. Everyone was walking up to him, thanking him, but he could care less. "Get out of my way now before I kill you!" He shouted at the top of his lungs, causing many people to stop and look at him.

"If I were you people, I would do what he says. He is not in a good mood." Sarin said, trying to calm the people down.

As they made their way inside the inn, Amer smashed his hand into the wall, causing it to destroy a partian of it. "I swear, next time I meet that bitch, she is gonna be crushed. I am going to beat her until she is a bloody pulp." Amer said, looking around the building.

"Are you sure you are up to the task? We cannot be so stuck in out bloodlust next time. We may be killed if we do it agian." Sarin said, acting calmer than he was.

"Fine then, you stay out of your lust, I always fight better when I am overwhelmed in it." Amer smirked as he heard the sound of lightning.

"Be careful. Get struck to many times and I shall be looking for a dead man in the morning." Sarin said with a smile.

"Yeah, yeah, I know." Amer waved over his shoulder as he began walking twards the tallest building he could find.

[Starwind]

Emilio rose the next morning and gazed on the open streets, still liter with the remnants of the celebration from last night. Emilio yawned and started to get dressed, they had about half a days worth of traveling ahead of them, and that was provided nothing happed along the way, so they needed to get started soon. Emilio left and headed downstairs to the lobby to await the others arrival. He arrived to see Chrys was already there, he walked over and sat next to her. He looked to her "I hope you slept well last night. Today we've got some work ahead of us." She nodded back. Then she looked to him "So, what's the plan of attack." Emilio sighed "Well, even with the power we have now, it's not enough to attack them head on. We're going to need an ally who can back us in the fight. I only know of one person with enough power who would be willing to help me." Chrys leaned to him "Can we rely on them?" Emilio nodded "I'm pretty sure we can trust her. I just hope she dosen't go over board." Chrys raised an eyebrow to this "SHE. Is this another girlfriend?" Emilio sighed again "No, absolutly not. Her name is Tsubaki of the northern waters. She's considerd on of the pinical of my species. She acts as guardian to the great lakes of the north, we can trust her. As long as it's me she'll probably be willing." Chrys kept a raised eyebrow to the whole idea "You have some weird women in your life." He just glanced back "What can I say. Crazy chicks just love me. Demon or not." He laughed a little "Well, that's the plan as it stands. We'll wait til the others come and we'll fill themin and then we'll set off." Chrys nodded and they began there wait for the others.

[Deadpool]

Sarin walked into a dark allway and closed hs eyes. Suddenly he felt himself slip int the dark void, he immediatly regained his strength, then opened his eyse trying to find anything that would help him against this holy water. "Nothing" He saw Emillio trying to get help. "I think I will help him" He went from city to city, town to town, every nearby place where humans lived, recruting their help and telling them to meet him and a certain place. He counted up, going to need more. He went from evey demon clan he could find and got their help as well, including the Dragon clan.
They had raped his mother before he was born, which gave him the demon blood and the ability to shapeshift into the dragon, but it made his ability to take in demon souls a lot harder and depeneding on theri strength almost killed him. Amer could do it a lot easier since he was full human. But they were brothers and fought well as a team. He got all of their help and had them meet him at the same spot. "The council" He went to the council ad appeared in a round room where fiftenn memebers sat. The counicl was small since a lot of Harmonizers either died or had to be killed because of their greed. "We need the council's help ahainst this new threat" Each one agred and got the help of the other five wandering harmonizers, making twenty in all. "Might be enough" He went to the spot and sent Amer a message. "I am getting help. Make sure non of them die will you, and try to be nice" He saw the small armies in the distance. "Might be enough" Soon every race was their, dwarves, elves, goblins, trolls, orcs, humans, various demons, and the twenty harmonizers. "I am Sarin, your commander." One of the orcs laughed. "Why should we slisten to you" Sarin cut him in half with a shadow that came up from teh ground. "I could kill all of you that way right now. So yuo better listen to me. If you fight among one another you die, by one of the harmonizers and it will be painful. Got it" He saw all of them nod. "We are going to face one of the biggest armies ever, you know who I am talking about since they have most likly attacked soem of your kind before. We will make them pay" Cheers went up as they began moving out. They woulnd't make it until after the batle had already begun.

[Lionheart]

[FONT=Arial] Gale Lionheart, prince of Fujin was now back. Ever since that day when he met his mother, Queen Eva and told him to sideline the war. He was crushed, but now The queen saw that this was there chance to attack.
"My scout as said that the shadow army is attacking the city of Mamin. There is a huge army from both sides. They will collide soon." said the commander of the Fujin army. The queen looked uneased in her chair as Gale got up form his chair.
"Mother, if the continent army is taking on the shadow's main core army, this is our chance to strike! We could strike a blow to their main control and finish this hellish war!" Everyone in the throne room looked at the queen.
"......Assemble the army." The crowd of knights roared as she looked at Gale.
"Control my army, win this war." Gale nodded as he walked away to his room.

Belian, the commander of the army was now riding beside Gale. The Fujin army of 200,000 was right behind them.
"The battle between the two armies is not far from here. Scouts say they have a base south of Mamin." Gale raised his hand for the army to stop. He had totally forgotten about his friends at the city. He looked down form his white horse.
"Belian, take half of the army and attack thier base. I will take the rest to help the city of Mamin."
"Sire, that wouldn't be the best plan."
"I am not going to let them face that army alone....They might have a gaint army, but the shadow army is well advance. Now go."
"As you wish, my lord." He yelled afew commands as the army slowly broke apart. Gale turned to the rest of the 100,000.
"We ride to Mamin!!!" They gave a great war cry as they moved out.

Chrys and Emilio were just about to get up and go find everyone when they spotted Sarin and Achilles. They met the two half way.[COLOR=DarkOrchid] "Emilio wants to get help from some Tsubaki of the northern waters for this fight," [/COLOR] she informed them.

[COLOR=DarkOrchid]"I already pulled together help from everyone I could. Elves, dwarves, orcs, harmonizes, and various demons. We'll be meeting up with Amer as soon as we leave,"[/COLOR] Sarin said.

Chrysanthema couldn't help but be really hopeful. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"Perhaps by chance you were able to convince those of my species?"[/COLOR]

He shook his head and Chrys sighed, she figured as much.

[COLOR=DarkOrchid]"The assembled army is already on the march to meet with the enemy." [/COLOR] Achilles said. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"Those who were left to retreat apparently met with another division and are more prepared than last time."

"Anything about Kami?"[/COLOR] Emilio asked, sounding like he already knew the answer. Chrysanthema put a hand on his shoulder, never in a good mood after hearing about Kamilla.[COLOR=DarkOrchid] "We'll soon find out," [/COLOR] the fire demon answered. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"I guess we should head out. Wouldn't want to miss anything." [/COLOR] The whole time Chrys was wondering where Gale could be. He disappeared after everyone arrived in the city.

[Starwind]

Emilio nodded to Chrys "Well, I think I'll still go to get her. Every ally we can muster should be taken into account." They all nodded in agreement. Turned and headed for the door "If I go it alone it should only take me a day to get there and back." Without looking back he left the hotel lobby and headed for the city gates, and the river. As he was leaving he could hear someone following him. He turned and saw Chrys standing behind him "I'll come with you. If get attacked your going to need help." Emilio nodded and though he didn't say it or show it, he was happy that she had decided to come with him. He turned and they began to ourney for the northern lakes. The lakes found high atop the mountains. Emilio set himself in the water and Chrys took to the skies as they rushed north, trying to move as swiftly as possible. IT had only been eight hours since they leftt he city gates, but they were already at the base of the mountains. Now all that was left was to get tot he top and talk to her. Chrys took it upon herself and began to fly toward the summit of the mountain where the lakes lie. Suddenly the air became thick with mist, Emilio new this wasn't a good sign. Suddenly the mountain side erupted with arrows and spears of ice flying toward the duo. Chrys ducked and dove to avoid a direct hit. Emilio looked to her "Let me go." She looked to him for a moment "It's alright trust me. Just don't return fire." She took what he said adn let him go. Emilio started to grab for the arrows coming at him. He was forming a chain adn with it he hurled it and pulled himself to the mountain face. As he hit the face the barrage began to fall down on him almost immediatly. He had to run quickly and with great reaction speed. He was approaching the lip of the face and would soon reach the top. As he broke the lip of the cliff the arrows seemed to stop and a young woman stepped forward with a look of shock on her face, while Emilio had a look more of irrataion "Damn it Mom. You could at least check to see whos coming before you open fire like that." The woman, without a word, broke into tears and started to hug Emilio "Oh, where have you been? I thought for sure your father had killed you." Emilio still had a look of irratation and embarassment as Chrys approacked with a smirk on her face.

Chrys let the two have their moment. She almost started to laugh a little; the look on Emilio's face was priceless. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"So sorry, pardon my interruption," [/COLOR] she said with the smirk still on her face as the hug ended. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"And I thought [I]my[/I] family had issues,"[/COLOR] she added under her breath so that no one could hear.

[COLOR=DarkOrchid]"Mom, this is Chrys,"[/COLOR] he introduced.
The girl stepped forward to shake the woman's hand. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"It's short for Chrysanthema. Pleasure to meet you." [/COLOR] A moment later she hissed at Emilio, [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"You didn't tell me she was your mother?"[/COLOR]

[Starwind]

Emilio looked back to her witht he same sharp look "I didn't think it would matter." Chrys snapped back "Well it does." Emilio rolled his eyes and set his attention back on him mother "We need some help, something bigs about to happen." His mother nodded in response "I know. They tried to storm the mountain not even three days ago. that's why my defenses were so high." Emilio nodded "That's why we've come, we need ssistance. We're plotting a direct assault, and we need some more backing." His mother nodded and she whistled and a group of men and women began to emerge from the lake, all of them kappas. As they approached one of them stopped, as he did all the others stopped behind him "Hail to the queen and to the prince." All of them went to one knee and Chrys stopped as well and stared at Emilio. She sharply jabbed his ribs with her elbow "Your a prince too!?" He stummbled for a bit "Sort of, yeah. My mom is the mistress of teh northern waterd, what did you think that would make me, her son?" His mother stepped forward "My son has called for aid in there brave attempt at the vicous enemy who had made an attenpt at our home land only three days gone. Who amoungst you will volunteer to stand by him in this venture." Instantly thousands of them rose to there feet. Tsubaki bowed to them "I thank all of you for your assistance in this time of need." She turned back to face her son and hugged him again "Take care and come back to visit me more often." It had turned back to the same thing as it was on the lip of the mountain. She finally released him and returned to the lake, while the ones who had volunteered walked to Emilio. A single man leading them forward "Sire, your family has done us a great service and has kept our homes safe for centuries. We will follow you to any end." Emilio nodded to them and shock the commanders hand. Emilio turned to Chrys "Now we leave for the black capital." With a smirk on his face and a brightly burning flame of hope, they now stood not only a chance of fighting, but a chance of victory.

[Lionheart]

[FONT=Arial] Gale jumped down from his horse as the army stood still for a command. They where on a large hill behind the town. He still couldn't see the enemy.
"What should we do? Enter the city?"
"Nay, I don't want the city turning into a fort. Makes the people feel unsafe. We shall wait here." He turned to one of the captains. "We camp." He still wonder if Achilles or Chrys where still alive. He never really cared about those demons. It had left the city before saying goodbye or why he was leaving. Then he saw the black army approching. Fujin army watched in awe as the army was huge.
"They must have aleast half a million. No army can stayed against that!" Gale turned to his captains.
"We shall surround the city as a shield until the other armies arrive. Move out!" His army of 100,000 surrounded the city as people on the streets acted confused or feared. Gale took post at the main gate that was directly in front of the shadow army.
"Whatever the cost, they shall not enter the city. Understood?" The captains noded as the black army opened fired.[/FONT]

[Starwind]

Emilio and Chrys hurried to take there place on the battle feild. Chrys was carrying Emilio, she finally spoke up "So why did you leave? It seems like it was such a nice place." Emilio was silent "I'm sorry if it was little personal. It's not my place." "You know..." Emilio started in "My mom was always nice as she is now, it was my father that was the problem. When I was young he sought to use me. he wanted me to become his personal little weapon, doing anything it was told to. He took me to the western deserts, to the eastern fire feilds and to the frozen south. He was going to make a war machine of me." He stopped and sighed for a moment "One day, I finally woke up and saw what he was doing to me and I refused to let him do it to me anymore. As I'm sure you've guessed he didn't take it too well. Me and him had it out there on the mountain and he won. He left me there atop that mountain for dead. I survived and crawled down that mountain and met her." Chrys looked to him "You met Kami like that." Emilio swallowed hard "Every thing that happend to me in my life can be attributed to him." Chrys looked ahead again "I'm sorry." With out a moment of hesitation between "We're almost there." Emilio looked down to the kappa army following below "We near the battlefeild. Let us fight proud and strong. Let us place the seed of fear in the hearts of every last one of these cowardly men." The troops from below sounded off loud and in unison "HUWAHHH". They all charged the for the enemy on there flank. Emilio looked to Chrys "Looks like we have the element of surprise on our side, let's use it." She dropped him and fell toward the advance troop as Chrys flew to take a place along side Gale.

[Deadpool]

Sarin watched as the huge black army collided with the defense force and the small force of water demons. It was easy to tell who would win. "Now is a glourious day to die" The army moved forward as hundreds of arrows and other projectiles from the machines of war flew into in the dark army. Elemental blasts from the harmonizers hit the great machines that the dark army was raining on the city. Sarin began to change into a black dragon as the rest of the clan flew over head with the winged fire demons on their backs. "I lied Chrys. Wanted to surprise you" Every flying demon began attacking the large airships, easily outmanuvering them.

[COLOR=DarkOrchid]"If I wasn't so happy, I'd hit you Sarin." [/COLOR] Chrys said. She flew off to look for Gale, having spotted the telltale flanks of the Fujin army. Setting down next to him, she practically attacked him with a hug. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"What happened to you? You just left without saying anything!"
"Sorry, I had something?personal to take care of. I'm glad you're all right. What about Achilles?"[/COLOR]
[COLOR=DarkOrchid]"He's fine, too. Emilio, Sarin, and Amer-the other demons- have stuck around also." [/COLOR] She could tell that Gale wasn't really worried about those three. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"Anyway, you ready for this?"
"We're giving them all we've got."
"Don't sound so grave about it. Not only are we going to fight until the end, but we will win."[/COLOR] Chrys grinned, trying to seem a lot more confident than she felt. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"If you'll excuse me,"[/COLOR] She took off again, intent on not missing any of the fun as airships began to fall down upon ranks of the dark army, scattering some and crushing others.

[Starwind]

The sky was alive with fire and falling debreis, as the airships burned and the dragons attacked. Emilio was running rampant on the ground, leading his force through rows of armored divisions. Fire fell from the sky and was quickly qwenched by the surge of water running red with blood on the battlefeild. Emilio sought out the blood of these men on his only true home; the feild of war. This was his nirvana and this is where people like him belonged. In the presence of his own kind he drew from there own excitement and became more vicious as the battle drew longer. Screams, gunfire, cannon blasts, and grinding metal was all that could be heard on the ground, as the skies burned. The air was black with smoke and the ground red with blood. Emilio thought to himself 'this truly must be what hell is like' he thought to himself as the smell of blood reached sickening levels. The blood of demons and men ran together til no one could tell the difference anymore. But throught that smoke Emilio could smell his true calling. The enemy he truly sought was here some where. He couldn't see him, but he could smell his sickening odor. And he wasn't alone, her scent hung with his, Kamilla was with him. These two stood silent and unwavering, they were simply enjoying the blood bath from the comfort of a vantage point we couldn't find. Emilio could feel his blood boil in his skin, as he ran through the mountains of corpses and the dying. In the smoke and fire he could see only a silhouette. No one more thing, a sickening smile that shown through the smoke like a single beakon of light. Emilio charged the dark image and it's sinister smile. It was as he charged that he felt the cold wind; Kamilla was finally on the move. As she rose the smoke around her seemed to clear in pillar as she reached for the sky. Emilio gave this little mind, as teh target he sought was still sitting, waiting and smiling. Emilio saw the man come into focus. He was a taller man, roughly 6'9, he had a very trim build, while not appearing gaunt, he had the same red eyes as Emilio and his smile was a source of fear. As he rose to his feet from under the tree he and Kami had rested, a cool wind seemed to sweep the ground. The mans' smile reduced to a smirk "Emilio, your still alive. I'm impressed, lesser men would have been dead long ago." Emilios' red eyes seemed to be burning "SHUT UP! Don't think you just sit there act like some piece of shit villianous stereo type, because the simple matter is, I'm not going to kill you...... I'm going to torture you.... an I promise, you will beg for death before the end." Emilio drew all the blood stained water from the ground and pulled it around the base of his feet, he was preparing to fight this man and he was never going to stop.

Amer smelled the air and spat on the ground. "Pathetic mortals, and demons. This is not a fight, but a slaughter." He looked around him at the dead bodies, the numbers growing by the second.

"Now, I think it is about time for me to make my entrance." He smiled a wicked smile as he began walking through the dark amy's forces, killing anyone who got in his way.

"C'mon men, he is only one man, lets get him!" One of the stupis soldiers said as about twenty soldiers gathered around him.

"Stupid mortals, you are not dealing with an ordinary man, no. I would not even classify myself as a man, but a demon sent from hell to make sure you stay out of my brother's, and my way." He gave anotehr wicked smile as he slowly began to change into his lightingwerewolf. He gave a wicked laugh as soldiers started to back off.

"Wha, What is he? He is no man!" A soldier to close to Amer said. In seconds a bolt of electricity shot from his body, frying the man to death.

"Now, you think your guns are going to hurt me? Give me a break, this war is pointless." Amer looked around him then slowly put his hand on the ground. "Now, I call upon the gods from the sky, clear my path for me, HELLFIRE!" He pushed hards onto the ground as a giant lighting bolt shot from the sky, it killed everything around Amer in a white flash, then fadded, leaving Amer kneeling with static comming off of his body.

[Lionheart]

[FONT=Arial] Gale watched as she flew off. He was glad to see her alive at least. He pulled out his sword. Time for the prince to join in. he bounced into the rumble as he slashed through the army like a knife with butter. He cut and slashed away as the army started to retreat back.
"Ha! Look at them go!" He roared as the Fujin soldiers laughed, but somehting caught his eye at the last second.
"GET DOWN!!!" He fell to the gorund as a strange light barely missed him as it beamed through the lines of soldiers and at the city.
"NO!!" The light exploded at impact as rocks flew everywhere. Dust swirled around as Gale shield his eyes. The cloud settled as Gale gasped. The light had blewn away the strong gate with acouple of houses. He turned to see a large man wlaking towards him.
"Well this must be the prince of the land." said the deep voice. He didn't care how he knew him.
"You bastard! You killed..."
"War is war, you should know that." Gale saw his arm had smoke coming from his hand. He was a machine. Gale used his quick wrist to swing at the man, but he dodged it. He then hold out his hand.
"Time to die." Gale's jaw flew open as the light boomed in front of him. He cried in pain as he flew back. Blood was pouring down from his face. It was burning badly.
"Ah, still alive? No matter, once your dead. Your queen will give us the stones." He wlaked towrads Gale, but stopped. A loud sound came form the mountains. Gale would have smiled if he wasn't bleeding from his face.
"Hear....That....Fujin war horn." Belian had came to join the fight with his men.[/FONT]

[Deadpool]

Sarin watched the dark armies began to retreat. "Not so fast" The sky went pitch black as the black dragons were hidden from eye sight. Soldiers fell at random and some came across a solid black wall.

"We are trapt. They are going to kill us all"

"Sarin laughed as shadows cut them to peices then made his way through the ranks taking out scores of soldiers. He saw Chrys out of the corner of his eye and then a figure come up behind her. "Shit" he slid in front of her and sheilded her from a large blast of light energy. "Taka" He looked at Amer. "Behind you" HJe watched him jump away as a huge hand of rock came down at were he was. "So Taka. You and your brother Levi couldn't take it that the council liked us more.

The man smiled. "The council is dead" He waved his hand to the dead harmonizers. "We are the only four left" He changed into a large white tiger.

[COLOR=DarkOrchid]"Thanks."[/COLOR] Chrys took a step back. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"I'm going to just remove myself out of the way. Wouldn't want to be the cause of any problems."[/COLOR] She cut through more of the soldiers left. Hearing the Fujin war horn, the girl grinned and took it as a good sign. Standing still, Chrys realized that she had lost her sense of direction for the moment in this bloody mess. Don't get her wrong; she loved a good fight as much as the next person, but this was almost sickening.

Seeing stuff burst into flames near her, she looked up and waved to her mother, who in turn nudged the man next to her. Chrysanthema's dad. He didn't even glance at her. Shaking off the apologetic look from her mother she almost laughed. Now she knew whom she inherited her stubbornness from. [I]'I guess he's still mad at me. But I was right.'[/I]

Spying everything from a vantage point above the field, she started taking mental tallies. That is, she tried to until she spotted Emilio through a small break in the smoke, and then Kamilla. She wasn't far away at all, definitely within earshot without having to yell. Chrys locked eyes with the woman coldly; there was something about her she really just did not like.

Kami ascended and left Emilio with the man with a smile composed of the blackest evil. The man was coverd from head to toe in blood "Emilio, have you enjoyed your time with the humans? I hope they treated you well." Emilio smirked "Nope, they were assholes the whole time. But, I guess it's better then dealing with a bastard father." The man laughed "How cold you can be to me. Very well, show me who much you've learned." Emilio let burst the water around his feet and flew at his father at great speed, closing the gap almost instantly. A loud clank could be heard as there two blades met. His father stood unmoved, while Emilio did all he could to push him back. His father stood strong with the same grin he had when Emilio arrived at the scene. His father grabbed hold of the sword with his second hand and flung Emilio off him "Come now. Don't tell me that's the best you've got." Emilio was filled with rage and turned the blade to a flail and flung it at his dad. The blade stopped the blades strike with ease. Moving the strikes around him with a simple motion of the blade "Emilio, you've grown soft. These people aren't any good for you. Perhaps I should relieve you of your burden....." he was cut short by a barage of arrows sent at him by Emilio "Leave them alone. They've got nothing to do with this." His father smirked "Now you seem more like yourself." His father drew back his sword and swung his blade causing the trees at his feet to fall. Emilio managed to get clear with only a slit on his stomach. Emilio held his abdomine, stopping the bleeding "Well dad, this seems familiar." His father laughed "Yes, and I won that time. This time I won't leave you til I know your dead." The two preped for the battle ahead, things were not looking very good for Emilio.

[FONT=Arial] The machine man stared at Gale. He got up and hold out his sword.
"If you want to fight me, bring it."
"This is foolish of what you are doing. You might kill countless men, but we will bring twice as many then before. Why don't you give us the stones."
'What the hell you talking about? Stones?" The man seemed ticked as he began to walk away.
"this is not over, next time we meet, you will give us the stones." He motioned his troops away as they retreated back.
"Should we pursue?"
"No, get the medics to everyone in need."
"like yourself." Gale's face was still burning.
"Just get me a towel. Tell Belian to follow in the city."
"What of the other armies." Gale thought about the demons,elves, dwarfs.
"Its not my army..." He grabbed a towel from the medic and went into the city. Belian as he was told followed up.
"Why not pursue?!" He was angered by this decision.
"Send a messager to Fujin castle for the airship, Rose Maker. We will take the battle to the air."
"Are you crazy?!! One airship to many?!!"
"Then we gather the rest of the armies and surround their so call base. they can't retreat when we block all the exits."[/FONT]

Tha army was falling back around them, as the two stood locked in a gaze. Emilios father broke it to look around the battle field as his compatriots fell back. He looked to Emilio and smiled "I guess we'll have to wait..." Emilio jumped without letting him finish "Like Hell you get to leave!!!" Emilio charged and swung his flail. His father rounded through the air and disappeared in the smoke "Come home. I'll be there." Emilio started hacking at the trees like he was hiding from him. He screamed for him to return and fight him to the death. Then, as if to rub his nose in it, Kami appeared in the sky just in his line of sight and waved to him. He lashed out after her now, swinging for her as she disappeared just as his father had. The two of them had him on the ropes and they both knew it. Emilio fummed and raged as he took more and more swings the trees. He heard a voice call to him and it began to calm him. He looked behind him and he saw Chrys floating down ot the ground. She approached him "Looks like you got yourself hit. Was it Kami?" Emilio, still fumming a little "It's nothing, just a scratch. And no, it wasn't Kami who gave it to me." He looked to the ground and walked past her not making eye contact headed for the command post at the gates of the city. He needed to talk to gale, he needed to know when they could be mobile again. He was adamant on getting home and finding his father and settling everything. Chrys followed from behind, she was worried he was gonna do something stupid again.

[COLOR=DarkOrchid]"You know, sometimes I really think you're going to do something incredibly stupid and get yourself killed," [/COLOR] Chrys sighed shaking her head. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"Come on, I think Gale was over this way." [/COLOR]

She stepped forward and tugged on his arm, adjusting the direction of travel slightly as she pointed. After all, the quickest way between two points was a straight line. The girl kept thinking about how odd Emilio was acting, but she didn't ask. Merely kept looking at him once in a while out of worry.

Reaching Gale, she opened her mouth to ask about the injury. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"I'm fine,"[/COLOR] he said first. Chrys shrugged. [COLOR=DarkOrchid]"What's the plan?"

"We're sending word back to send our airship, Rose Maker. Then we'll gather everyone else around the so-called base."[/COLOR] Chrys nodded, then looked at Emilio, wondering what he was thinking.
