Shun looked a little worn out. It seemed like Tomoe was the only one smiling. Tomoe squeezed Shun's lump, and gave him a kiss on the cheek.[/b][/color][/size][/font]

[font=Comic Sans MS][size=2][color=#00bfff][b]"Hey, cheer up. You can give me the rest of my birthday present later." She said, smiling.[/b][/color][/size][/font]

Lee looked back at her.
"....Well yes, that was a curse that could have killed you." she made a shocked face.
"Your not serious?!"
"....no."
Lee could tell that Tomoe was studing them both. He didn't know what was up with Hitomi and those 3 at his house was just tearing him apart.
"Well, how about tomorrow. We can go visit the ancestor shrine in the morning." Lee gasped for a second. A shrine? He didn't know there was a shrin like that around the town.
"Sounds like a good plan to me." whispered Lee as Hitomi only nodded.
"Great! Then lets go take a bath, shall we?"

Mailynn looked at him and smiled.

"Sure I believe you. I don't believe any rumors I hear about someone. Acually when I was younger, I gave a boy a concusion with a baseball bat, because I was really angry. Everyone started making rumors about me too, I lost all my friends, and was alone for the next two years. So I believe you."

Makai looked at her for a second and smiled.

"Maybe we should ge see what those kids are up too."

Mailynn grabbed his wrist and ran out the door dragging him behind her.

"I have a bad feeling, theres alot of trouble up ahead."

Lee entered the shrine. It wasen't shiny or anythign like that, but it was a dusty dump. He walked slowly, exmaining everything around him. he studied at the statues on each sides. 4 women ninjas where on the right, and 4 man ninjas on the left on the right. He stopped at the end where he saw a stone with ome kind of writing curved into it. It was very old, so Lee couldn't read it. He turned to the left at the man ninjas. the last one of the line of statues was a ninja that was holding a weird sword. He looked down at the foot of the statue...Arus, the ninja of darkness...Then the voice reappeared.
"...So you have come back to your ancestor." the voice said.
"Who the hell are you?"
"...The only ninja out of the 8 that braced the darkness...the only one that deserve to rule."
"I'm not going to ask again..."
"Think about the power.....Ruler of the world."
"I'm nothing like my ancestor..."
"Don't be foolish.." Lee got pissed and rose his palm up. a ball of dark chi fired at the statue turning into dust.... Lee gasped at what he did and stared at his palm...
"How...?" The voice made a small laugh.
"You are more like your ancestor then you think....." The voice vanished leaving Lee confused at the discovery. He knew it was a possiblity....He was the descendant of the ninja of darkness.

Shun woke in Tomoes parents room laying face down on the bed. He looked around the room quickly and thought back on all that happend last night 'man, last night was weird'. Shun got up and saw the others leaving, he quickly got up and went after them. He followed them throught he thicket to an old shrine, it was well hidden, no surprise that this was the reason he had never seen it. He didn't actually see them, but he knew they were up there. He walked up the steps leading to the shrine high up at the top, curious to what he would see. As he reached the top he looked around and saw that it looked like and old training dojo, but what were they teaching here. He turned his focus to the central shrine and walked toward it. Atop the doorway rested a strange mark that he couldn't read and beneath it read 'mark of the guardian'. What did that mean, Shun stopped and thought on this as if hypnotized by the mark on the wall. As he stood there he reached back and he started to rub his right shoulder, he could feel something touching it. He turned and saw nothing there, but the trembling continued. He reached under his shirt and touched the spot and felt it was eerily warm. he could feel a groove, he ran his hand along it and tried to think of what made such a strange mark. As he rubbed it it became warmer, he started rubbing at it more violently, like he was trying to make it stop. He started turning his head and looked up and saw the mark on the wall glow. He stopped immediatly and the glow quickly faded. he stood dumbfounded at what he had just seen, but it couldn't have been glowing. Any way the trembling was gone as was the heat, so turned his attention to the inside where he noticed Lee standing looking over the remains of a smashed statue.

"hey, what's up?" Said Shun has he walked into the Shirn. Lee stared at the remains of the statue.
"Nothing...Just looking around, thats all." Shun walked up next to him and checked out the destroyed statue.
"mmm, this looks like it just fell... Did you punch it or something?"
"No......It just fell." He knew sooner or later he was going to find out about the ninja acestors form Tomoe....But he was going to tell no one who was his ancestor.
"Have you seen Tomoe and Hitomi?" asked Shun.
"Yeah, there training...I wouldn't like to distrub them....But youneed to check it out." Shun made a cunfused face as Lee started walking out of the shrine. Lee was not feeling like his normal self.. Not at all..

It's the voice that you've heard before. I don't know the name of your ancestor yet, but hopefully with some training, we'll be able to find out."[/b][/color][/size][/font]
[font=Comic Sans MS][size=2][color=#00bfff][b]Hitomi nodded, thinking about all of the things that Tomoe had said. It did sound a bit hard to believe, but then again it explained everything.[/b][/color][/size][/font]
[font=Comic Sans MS][size=2][color=#00bfff][b]"We'll stop at this pond. Your ki might be related to water, so we're going to go skinny dipping for a little bit."[/b][/color][/size][/font]

Lee and Shud walked into the central part of the Shrine.
"Where are they?" said Shud looking around. Lee wasen't worried about that. Something was watching them...it wasen't the feeling.....it was someone.
"...Shun do you feel that?' Shun looked around.
"No....Feel what?" Lee stopped and felt the wind push him forward.
"Something wants us out of the shrine...."
"What the hell you talking about?' Then Lee spotted it.
"Get Down!!!" Lee roared pushing Shud down. The blast of Ki barely missed them as it blew off a part of the Shrine wall. Lee looked back at the enemy. It was a old man, but he was all green. His body was barely visiable.
"Who...what are you?"
"I'm the ghost guardian of the shrine... No mercy to the one that disturbs my resting place.

Shun got down as a nother flare came at them "What the hell did we do?" The old man replied "You have violated the sanctity of this place, for that you shall be punished." Another charge came at Lee. Shn grabbed his sleeve and pulled him to the ground with him as the flare ripped by Lees head. Shun rolled over his back to his feet, as he did the old man charged another blast and went for Lee who was trying to get back to his feet. Shun reached out and tried to pull Lee out of the way and fell in the path of the charge. It came charging at him, Shun brought his hands to his face and then a flash. Shun dropped his hands and saw that he was perfectly fine, the old man recoiled "That's not possible." The old man struck again. Not wanting to tempt fate Shun jumped out of the way. The old man seemed addamant on getting Shun now, failing the first time must have hurt his pride. The old man attacked violently, he was awfully tough for a dead guy. Shun could hear him saying something under his breath, but he couldn't make out what it was. The old man fired again and Shun rolled back out of the way as he did the old man fired in attiscipation of his move. The blast was coming for Shun, who lifted his hands and hoped for a repeat of his luck. The same flash over came the room and Shun was left unharmed again. The old man suddenly stopped and made his way to Shun "Boy, who are you?" Shun stared at the old man "I'm Shun, Ibuki Shun." The old man hesitated for a moment and then lowerd the staff he held in his right hand "Here, let me help you up?" The old man said in a curious tone. Shun reached forward and grabbed the green glowing staff, as he did the old man gasped "Where are you from?" Shun was now more interested in the old man and why he was acting so strange "What's it to you?" The old man set his staff on the ground "Pick it up for me, would you?" Shun bent over and picked up the staff and he got the same feeling he did when he was standing out side by that weird marking, what did it mean.

Lee stuffed his hands inside his jacket. So Shun was a descendent of the ninja ancestors. So fate brought them together.... As Shun picked up the staff, it was confirmed...he was....but which one? Sparks of pain came inside his head....The voice wanted to talk.
"What the hell do you want?" he thought to the voice.....It....is.....your destiny....to kill......all of them.....
"Shut the hell up." He said to the voice trying to ingore the pain. The old man looked at him with his green eyes. Lee searched through his coat and brought of some shades and put them on. He didn't want the old man to read his eyes on what was going on. The old man finnally spoke.
"So, why did you destroy the statue of Arus, the ninja of darkness?" Shun seemed lost looking at the staff.
"So old man....What does this mean for Shun?"

[COLOR=Plum][FONT=Century Gothic]Hitomi try her bestif she could control the water. She try to move her hands a certain way. Nothing at all.
Hitomi said angry " it ain't working..."
Tomoe frowned " Try harder" . Hitomi splashed, kicked, and try as her might to control the water.
" THE ONLY THING I"M CONTROLING IS HOW STUPID I LOOK!" Hitomi said pissed. God i bet her ancestor probally laughing her ass off, rolling at the ground try to stop laughing so hard.
" Can we try something else? Wind...ohh about Earth?!" Hitomi asked [/FONT] [/COLOR]

Lee was lost when the old man began to baffel to Shun. Lee felt his cell phone rng and answered.
"Lee matsuo...." There was a pause.
"Don't think we forgot about yesterday Mr. Matsuo." Lee took a look at Shun an started to walk away. It was Tensi on the phone.
"What the hell do you want with me?" He whispered mad tone.
"Better watch your mouth...One of my top agents are watching Your girlfriends playing in the water..." Lee's eyes widen.
"I want you to go and meet us at the shopping district downtown. You have one hour..." He hung up making Lee really pissed. He took one glance at Shun who was talking to the old man and Sped off. Lee wanted to know who this Tensi guy is working for and what does it have to do with him and his parents...

[COLOR=Plum][FONT=Century Gothic]Hitomi got out of the water. She mabey thought this be the one she was sure of it. She got in to a land base field. Hitomi stomped the ground. Maybe that would work. Nothing at all. She stomped again. Nothing at all. Okay this was getting annying. She jumped up and down on the ground. Nothing. UGh okay this is it. She kicked the ground and swinged her arms widly. " WHY WON"T THIS WORK". SHe said and swinged a arm forward. A few rocks can up as she swinged.
" Stay that form!TRy to hold it!" Tomoe said
"Er...okay..." Hitomi kinda send her hand up on the air. She clentch her hand and the rocks shattered creating dust. Some voiced gigled " Light as a feather yet,can control earth. Being one of the tall girls, weight lifter wasn't my thing. Pretty good combination don't you think?" Hitomi noded " Ohh good, Mimirue controler of earth, weopon maker/master, and don't forget cute to boot"
Tomoe coughed " Did you really had to make all this dust?"
Hitomi scrathed her head " Hehe sorry got carried away!"

Lee made it to the shopping district in 30 minutes. Because it was a saturday, there was awhole bunch of people. He looked around carelessly for Tensi. With no luck. He had 3 minutes before the hour was up when a note came form above.
"On the roof of the clothing department. Lee went inside and ran up to the stairs. He busted down the door to the roof. Tensi was there grinning. He hand his chain and a dagger with him.
"Your late Mr. Matsuo..." Lee stared at him.
"I'm here arn't i?" Tensi's grin got wider.
"By 2 minutes....Right when it hit one hour, i told my agent to attack your friends." Lee gasped.
"You Bastard!" Lee roared getting into a fighting stance.
"Be careful Mr. Matsuo. I went easy on you last time..." With that, Lee charged at him fist pulled back.

" Nope not at all. Ki is hard to control needs full concetration, but you get it. I swear " Tomoe said
"Okay..." Hitomi scratched her head. Hitomi heard footsteps. After a while they stopped

" Ya i know..." Tomoe said. The both got into fighting stance. The heard a big thunk on the door. They winced. It kept on...thunk...thunk...thunk. The last thunk the door fell
" God i hate doors..." One women said " I was thinking of a more graceful entrance
Hitomi yelled " SHUT UP LADY! Get out.. we don't want to hurt you!" Hitomi yelled
" Hurt me...ya right."

Lee pulled back his fist and swung at Tensi. He blocked it and at countered by slcing his dagger at Lee. The blade cut him, but not deep on his arm. Lee bounced off the ground and sent a flying kick at him. Thats when Tnesi pulled out his chain and wrapped it around his leg. Lee fell flat on the gorund in pain as Tensi laughed.
"Oh how Miss. Fu is going to kill your girlfriends..." Lee widened his eyes. he had enough of these guys. He turned back up and hold out his palm.
"Burn in hell, you monster!" He fired a dark ball of ki at him. Tensi was shocked by the blast that the blast didn't miss any bit of him. He fell 10 feet away smoke rising from his body. Lee got up quicky and spat. He turned around to run back to the shrine, but Tensi wasen't dead.
"Your....not...getting...away." Tensi got up. Blood flowing down his face. He went into his black jacket and pulled out a red bottle. He unclipped it and drank it till there was no more. At first Lee thought it was a healing potion...He was wrong. Tensi's body transoformed. His muscles grew 10x bigger then before.
"Ahhh this is excatly how i killed oyur parents." He yelled as he made a crazy laugh. All the life in Lee's face disseappered....His parents where dead?
"....no......NO!!!!" He rose his palm in the air and sent a wave of Dark Ki balls at the monster. They made contact, but with no effect, Tensi was stilling with the crazy grin.
"Now you shall see your parents.....in the after life!"

[font=Comic Sans MS][size=2][color=#00bfff][b]They ran for the door, but the women blocked them. Without thinking, Hitomi made the ground open up underneath the woman. It slowed her down, and got her out of the way of the door. Tomoe and Hitomi ran as fast as they could to get to Lee. They just hoped that they would make it in time...[/b][/color][/size][/font]

Makai had stayed out with Mailynn that night. They had walked and talked a bit then went home their separate ways. Makai had followed Mailynn home, though, to make sure she got home alright. He kept a good distance and kept to the shadows so he wasn't seen.

After he had seen her go saftly into her house, Makai had went home to his house. The next day he got up and met up with his gang on the corner of Junen street then walked up to the abadoned house.

"Come on out, we know you're in there!" Makai shouted. There were a few more shouts as the other members of his gang yelled their 2 cents. The door slowly opened and a older kid with brown spiky hair walked out. He was followed by about ten other kids, ranging from 11-17. Makai had six more kids with him, ranging from 13-16.

"Ya little fucks think you can take us?" the brown hair kid, the leader, yelled.

"Don't think...I KNOW!" Makai yelled back as he ran forward. His gang followed behind him and the two collided in a mad sea of fighting. Makai ducked under a punch and threw his elbow into a kids neck, knocking the wind out of him and knocking him down. Makai then spun to block knee and one of his fellow gang members kicked the kid on the ground to finish him off. Makai punched this kid in the face then sweeped his legs out, stomping on him to keep him down.

After a few more minutes of fighting, Makai found himself in front of the gang leader. He had a few red spots on his face, probably where he had been punched. The leader also had a knife in his hand. And there was blood on the end of the knife.

"What the...?" Makai muttered.

"Makai, he stabbed Genji!" shouted a random gang member.

"WHAT?!" Makai yelled. He looked at the leader and let out a shout of rage. He lunged in and nailed him in the face with a ficouse punch. The leader brought his knife up, but Makai was ready. He kicked the knife out of his hand then kicked the leader in the gut. The leader doubled over and Makai delivered a ficous elbow to the small of his back. The leader fell down and Makai began stomping him in the face. After a minute, he stopped and ran over to his fellow gang-members. The other gang was spread through the grass, all beat-up seroiusly, some more then others.

"Genji, you alright?"

"I think so...it's just a small stabbed-" Genji was cut off by a coughing fit. Some blood came up as he coughed. Makai picked him up over his shoulder and looked around frantically.

"I know where we can take you...she's just a street away." Makai and his gang all began walking, sporting their battle wounds. Makai was the only one to remained untouched that fight.

After a few minutes he was in front of a house. He pounded on the door. After a minute of waiting, Mailynn answered the door. She was confronted with a scene of a gang, all sporting injuries, and Makai supporting Genji with ihs stabb wound.

"Please, he got stabbed...help us..." Makai begged.

Shun stood locked in a trance, he was seeing his past and his fate through this staff. He could hear the old mans voice "Your friend was right, you had a desendant attached to this place, but it was not one of the ninjas. You are my desendant, you are the rightful guardian of this place and all who reside here. Your duties are to protect this shrine and all those who train here. Those girls lack the neccesary control to protect themselves for the moment, until they do and trancend your power, you must protect them from harm til there full power awakens." Shun was hit with a flash of brilliant light and he looked to see the old man was gone. He looked to the staff still in his hands, then he heard the old man one last time "This will be your weapon. For me it became a staff, it will change itself to best suit your skills." The voice faded away for the final time. Shun lifted the staff in the air and looked it over, he saw another flash. He looked again to see that the staff had become a long straight blade. Shun could feel imself gaining knowledge he lacked before "I.... am...... the guardian of this place,[B] THE GUARDIAN OF SOUND!!!" [/B] He shouted filled with a new energy. The room rattled and settled again, Shun could feel the cold chills again "Yes, theres someone here who dares threaten this place on my watch. That's what they think." Shun charged out of the shrine and headed toward the disturbance, he could hear Hitomi and Tomoe like they were right next to him. He listend carefully and heard a voice he didn't recognize "Don't worry, I'm on my way girls."

Great why did they have to come when she was just learning? Why did they have pick after a month or two?After she learn some ninja techniques or two. OR AT LEAST WHEN SHE FIND AN NINJA ILLUSION FOR SOME CLOTHES!. Hitomi huffed and heard someone was close by them.
" Tomoe she coming near...." Hitomi said

Hitomi blinked " Hnn...I stay you go on ahead. You go find Lee and protect the stupid idiot. I give him five seconds before we had to save his ass..."

" Just go..." Hitomi said as she stop in her tracks and faced the other way in attack position.
" Okay Hitomi good luck" Tomoe said as she ran foward and went to get Lee.

Shun could hear Hitomi getting closer, but Tomoe still seemed far away "Hitomi must be trying to fight her off. Crazy fool." Shun came to the edge of the shrine and looked down to see Hitomi standing in front of a woman he didn't recognize, she was the enemy. Shun whistled and they both looked up to him "Hey you crazy bitch, what do you think your doing to my friend there." He said as he noticed Hitomi was naked. The woman smirked "And what do you plan to do to stop me little boy? Why don't you run along and let the big girls have some fun." With that Shun drew back his sword ans with a swing dropped a shock wave on the woman who quickly got clear of the crushing blast. Shun jumped to the bottom of the stairs, lightly landing as if he had wings. He stood in front of Hitomi "You got to try your power why not let me have turn to see what I can do, I am the guardian of the shrine, the master of Sound, lets see how powerful I really am." Shun lifted his blade and aimed it tot he women and let out another powerful shockwave that she dived clear of. Shun quickly charged her and swung for her as she retreated from the swing. They fought and fought, Shun constantly remaining on the offensive not giving her a chance to attack. Shun was going where himself out if he couldn't land a hit and the lady seemed to know that. Shun stopped and looked at her, the point of his blade still focused on her as it had been the whole time always prepared to strike "You think if you bounce around long enough you can just where me out." The woman smiled "You already seemed pretty worn." Shun was sweating and his arm was feeling numb from holing his sword straight at her the whole time. She began to walk towrd Shun "Since you don't seem able to fight at your full anymore I'll just deal with you then your little girl friend." The woman began rubbing her head. She continued to walk toward Shun, but was slowing in pace. She began to scowl "What's happening to me?" Shun began to laugh "Neat thing about being both a master of sound and a science wiz, I know how to hurt you without you noticing. By constanly focusing a ultra-low frequency wave from the tip of my sword toward you for so long your brain is actually begining to tremble in you head. I suggest you retreat or soon your brain will begin to hemeridge." The woman looked at Shun with a great hatred "This isn't over." She said as she disappeared into the trees. Once Shun was sure she was gone he went to one knee "Only problem with that is I have to constantly put out more power and I'm new at this." He said huffing and sweating. Shun turned to Hitomi "Where did Tomoe go?" Hitomi looked him over quickly "She went after Lee." Shun rubbed the sweat from his forehead and used it to slik back his hair "Come on, they might need us."
