Suzu walked back into the cave.

"Go..." Javen said

"Theres one last thing i need to do for you, give me your sword"

Javin passes him the sword weakily. Suzu picked the sword up and jabbed it into the ground next to Javen.

"If you say you must die then you have died a warriors death" Suzu said"Goodbye my friend" A tear came running down Suzu's face.

He rushed out of the cave and caught back up with Ruby and the girls.

Sashanea looked back as they walked, and noticed that Suzu's face was wet. It caused a tear to escape her as well despite Javen's words. Everyone was down in spirits. 'It should have been at least one of us under the rock?' She looked at Kalysta, knowing she was thinking something similar. 'I won't forget it Javen. When we meet again?' the thought was left unfinished. Not even the forest could grab hold of her thoughts and claim her attention. "Let us get out of this place as quickly as time allows," she said glumly.

Kalysta couldn't believe it. It's my fault! She wanted to scream, cry, anything. I shouldn't have shot the thing... Sashanea looked at her, with regret on her face as well. Javen... She wanted to cry, it was her fault. It was me who had riled the damn thing up. Javen... She blinked away the tears, his complement fresh in her mind.

"I won't die," she said in a low, murmured whisper. "I'm too stubborn." That last word caught her attention. He was also stubborn, possibly a little more than I am... I'm going to kill you for giving up so quickly Javen. A cold breeze blew her water-colored hair. The others were ahead of her now, but she turned to face the place they had just left, a friend still inside. She wanted to run in there and get him out, but so weak she was. She wouldn't have made much of an impression.

"You weren't playing fair, you know." She grabbed one of her arrows and using the small, sharp tip, she cut a lock of her hair. Using some string, she tied the lock to the arrow. Putting the arrow in her bow she shot it at the tree beside the opening of the cave. Anyone who left the cave unharmed would see it plain as day. She turned around and caught up with the group.

Sashanea looked at her, and pointed at the left side of Kalysta's hair, where Kalysta had cut off a piece of hair. Kalysta shook her head, not wanting to tell what she did. It wasn't a big thing, she just did it because it made her feel a little bit better. But only just a little.

Suzu unsheathed his sword. Everyone looked at what he was doing. He thrusted the sword in the ground and pulled out a knife. He slashed it cutting the sling for his arm.
He took the sliced piece of cloth and tied it around the handle.

"I...I swear... by t-this cloth from my wound while with Javen, I will avenge him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Suzu yelled into the air.

The ingraving of the word 'RAGNAROK' on the sword glowed a blue light. The sword started changing shape and they all gaped in awe. The blade turned into a straight blade with a curved horn coming out of the back. The serrated blade shone with a blue glow. Inscribed on the sword that replaced was ' ETERNAL AVENGER'.

"Holy crap..." Suzu said. "What the hell just happened?"

He picked the sword up and a spirit came out. "You have found someone to avenge for that we grant you the transformation of Eternal Avenger. The sheath had changed to fit the sword. He sheathed it back in. The cloth from the sling hung off the hilt.

"Lets go guys!" He exclaimed.

Ruby watched in horror as the troll picked up an enormous rock. ?Damn!? He swore under his breath. He moved in behind the troll and stabbed it in the spine but not in time to stop it from throwing the rock. In short order the troll was dead, but Javen was pinned by the huge rock and despite their efforts, it was too heavy for them to move.

?Here? Javen handed Ruby a map showing the way out of the cave and into the forest. It also showed that they would be crossing a desert and then a marsh before reaching what looked like a temple on the map.

Ruby listened as Javen finished explaining what they were suppose to do. Damn it all to hell! He thought.

Javen ordered them to leave and Ruby walked over and knelt next to Javen.

?I told you to leave.? Javen whispered.

Ruby took out a small seed and handed it to Javen.

?What?? He started to ask.

?If anything else should come for you while you are pinned here, eat that seed.? Ruby paused and then continued. ?It will give you a quick and painless death as no man deserves to be eaten alive. You can keep it, or toss it. It?s up to you.?

Ruby got up and left without looking back. He didn?t really want to be in charge, but at least he did have some command experience from being a mercenary. He paused before leaving the caves into the forest and whispered, ?Go quickly my friend to what ever awaits you in the hereafter.?

Ruby could tell that the elves were upset. They must be blaming themselves for what happened. He thought. He had seen it all too often on the battlefield.

He watched as Suzu?s blade changed to say ?Eternal Avenger? Hell! He thought. That?s the last thing we need. Magical blades were useful, but all too often the damn things had a mind of their own. He preferred to avoid them if possible as they usually attracted trouble.

?Listen up everyone.? Ruby said. They all turned to look at him. ?I didn?t ask to lead your group but I intend to honor Javen?s last wish before he died and continue the hunt for the Scion. You might be wondering why Javen asked me to lead so I?ll tell you. Before I joined your hunt for the Scion I had just finished a three-year tour as a mercenary Captain. I was working in the Inn as the last battle I was involved in; the front line was completely destroyed, including my company; other than a few men. There were so many of the enemy that we were literally overrun.?

Ruby paused and then continued. ?I want to find the Scion so we can put an end to the madness the war has caused. I?ll do my best and I?m counting on each of you to help me. And one other thing?Sashanea and Kalysta, stop blaming yourselves for his death. There was nothing you could have done.? Both elves were expressionless but he knew they were blaming themselves. He had been around elves enough to know that they were feeling that way. Their very body language was showing their distress over the subject.

Ruby turned to leave and stopped. The others who had started to follow him stopped as well.

?Before I forget, the map shows that we will be crossing a desert after the forest and then a marsh. I may not be able to read what is on this map, but this symbol,? he pointed to one near the edge of the forest, ?I?ve seen it before and it usually means there are Orcs around so everyone be careful.? He looked at each of them in turn and also said. ?Any suggestions?? They had none.

?All right, lets go.? They left the cave entrance and began to work through the forest, keeping an eye out for Orcs.

Javen sat inside the cave tossing the seed up and down in his hand, then spied his sword. "In pian there comes honor" He tucked the seed away in his pocket , then heard a noise. He turned and saw several goblins and tried to grab his sword but it was just out of reach. I would be mad at Suzu but he tried to honor me so I can't be mad at him." He smiled. "He did a good thing. They all did" His mind flashed back to the two elves. Anger coursed through his body. "It can't be over" He turned to the goblins which were right next to him. "Hey I will give you gold to move this thing off of me" He knew that would spark their intrest and instatnly they brought more helpers and soon the stone was rolled away. Javen threw a handful of coins over to the far end and struggled to move as they went after them. He had losted a lot of blood and he felt weak. He saw a man stadning before him right before he passed out.

They walked through the forest. Suzu had his hand held tight on his new sword that had transformed. They all had their weapons ready and they were looking out for Orc. Suzu saw something move in the bush next to him.

'Was that an Orc?' he thought. Then he started thinking about what the Orc said about him having a mystical blade, guess he was right on that one. They were about halfway throught the forest when they all heard movement.

"What was that?" one of elves asked.

"Don't know' was Suzu and Ruby's reply.

But they continued moving.' This place looks kinda familar' Suzu thought.

"Where are we?" Suzu asked himself.

One of the many scouting parties sent out snuck quickly and rather quietly through the brush. One of the four members of the group they watched had noticed some of their movements. The two scouts signaled each other and silently left the path side to return to the camp.

Judas sat with a bowl of soup in one hand and a map in the other. Drinking as he studied the lines he grumbled out what could have become orders if he was given time to think much on them, but instead he was interupted by as scouting party,
"Sir, we have seen a group of four traveling in the forest. Two elves and two men." Judas nodded, "Which way are they headed then?" One of the scouts waved at the ground, "This way sir." Judas set down the map and scratched his chin, "Well, be ready to welcome them, and be on guard." The scouts nodded and went off to do finish out their day.

Someone was following them, Ruby was sure of it. The question was whether or not they were friendly. He deliberately ignored the signs of movement coming from one of the bushes; the last thing he wanted was for them to realize that he knew they were being followed. Unfortunately Suzu noticed the movement and the Elves heard it.

?What was that?? One of the elves asked.

Both Ruby and Suzu said, ?Don?t know.?

Ruby continued on his way, if they were scouts then they would leave shortly to report to who ever they were working for. That?s right. Ruby thought. Return to your leader and tell them what you found. Once they did that he would take the group on a detour. It wouldn?t be too far off their trail and if the map was right the solid bedrock would leave no trail for them to follow. Though if their commander was clever enough he or she would think of that as well.

Sure enough Ruby heard the tell tale whispers of movement indicating that who ever was following them had left.

?Quickly everyone, we need to go this way.? Ruby said. The others started to ask why but he cut them off.

?Someone is following us. Their scouts just left to go and report.? Ruby pulled out the map and pointed to the terrain. ?I intend to follow this ridge as the solid rock will hide our tracks making it harder for them to find us.?

?What about the symbol you mentioned that means Orcs are about?? Sashanea said pointing to the map. ?That path will take us right through where they are located.?

?True,? Ruby said. ?But this map is very old and there may not be any Orcs there anymore. Which do you want? The possibility of encountering Orcs? Or facing those who are following us? If they have enough men to send out scouts, the chances are that their group is much to large for us to face alone.?

Sashanea looked over to Kalysta who nodded. ?Agreed, your plan is logical.?

Ruby turned to Suzu to see what he thought.

He nodded his head as well. ?Excellent plan, besides Orcs are easy to kill.?

Ruby put the map away and headed towards the rocky ridge the map indicated was there. Within a short time they found it. Moving carefully to make sure they only traveled on stone to hide any signs of their passing, they continued towards the desert. At this rate they would make it to the desert in no time. Now if we can just avoid running into any Orcs. Ruby thought to himself. He watched the Elves and Suzu as they traveled on the stone. Excellent. He thought. The Elves were naturally good at this type of movement and the kid caught on quickly enough. Definitely a good sign.

Kalysta crept quickly behind Sashanea, careful not to step on anyting that she could avoid. The pace was fast, yet managable for a long period of time. She noticed that Suzu was keeping up despise his...tendacy to be very graceful. Ruby was at the end of the line, looking over his shoulder. She knew she wouldn't have a chance to get to speak with him about what was bothering him.

Sashanea's steps were quite explict, Kalysta followed them almost as directly. All she could hear was the normality of the forest, things creeping in on the forest floor for example. It didn't seem that long after they had started to stealth their way across the land, avoiding Orcs, Ruby stopped them.

"What is it?" She hissed in a low whisper. He shook his head to indicate not to speak. What was it that he had heard. She heard nothing other than their feets scraping the ground. Maybe he's seen soemthing. She held her breath. But what had he seen?

Sashanea glanced behind the group. The terrain wasn't too difficult considering. 'But who could have possibly been following us, and in that forest of all places? A better question, why were we being followed.'

She looked steadily around the surroundings after they had stopped. Kalysta looked at her, and she just shrugged in reply, Sashanea hadn't heard anything either. She didn't know what it was. 'Good thing I already grew board of these rocks, or I might end up wandering off somewhere unpleasant.' Her mind almost ran away with thoughts of where she could have found herself relocated to.

A moment later she spotted signs of recent travel. A messy, poorly organized travel where it looked like some creatures had not been able to finish their meal. The Elf tapped Kalysta and Suzu on their shoulders and nodded her head in the direction as if to say, Do you happen to see what I see?

Unknown the the group they had come across the remains of a recently disbanded ork band. The hasty disbaning had been the work of Judas's men, along with a group from another unit of troops. The path happened to be the overlap of the two units scout area and they were still hanging around. All of them kept silent, nine in all, with one other fetching Judas. They were carefull to stay out of sight, or atleast well enough so that the four travelers wouldn't notice them. The scout that had gone to get Judas returned,
"Captains heading up the path now, he'll be waiting for them when they continue on, orders are to follow them, force them foward, and trap them when they get to the captain." the sentance was whispered so softly the wind could barely hear it, but the scouts all could read lips and they knew exactly what to do.

Nobody made a sound, they didn't want to force a fight, they simply waited for the group to move forward.

Javen awoke in a dim lit tower. "What the hell. Was that some kind of bad dream?" He went to move his left arm and found something heavy. He looked and found his arm was made of metal wth weird desgins in them.

A man came out of the shadows. "They are called runes they give you strength." He picked up a rock and threw it at Javen who caught it and crushed it with his new hand.

"I like. Thanks" He turned to leave when the man cleared his thraot"

"You are not allowed to leave. You are my new test subject"

Javen thought to himself. "Okay" He walked over to the guy, grabbed him by the throat and crushed it then walked off leaving him dead. Javen made it back to th cave and found his sword. He grabbed it with his normal hand and tugeed but the sword didn't move. He grabbed it with the left and pulled it free. "Hmmm." He st dwon and began cutting the same pattern into his other arm, sopping to make sure he didn't lose to much blood

(yuckie lol)

Suzu dashed in front of the group he smelled fresh blood. He hid behind a rock and saw a group of Orcs disecting a human body.

"Yuck nasty crap" He said.

An Orc heard this and walked over. He raised his hands high to kill Suzu barly touching the arm with his balde the arm slide right off. Another one came he turned around avoiding a side slash and slashed its head off.

Another one came from the front he jabbed stabbing it he twirled his blade to his back slicinf one in half. The last one fell to the ground scared but with a jerk reaction caought suzu off guard leaving a scar between his eyes(like squalls from FF8). He winced in pain and immediatly killed it.

The group just came around the rock to see his face bleeding, puddles of blood on the ground, dead bodies, a blood covered blade, and a blood covered Suzu.

Ruby continued with the others along the trail. They were moving quickly and silently, Sashanea looked bored, but she was still taking things seriously. When Sashanea motioned to them indicating that there was signs of recent travel, Ruby swore under his breath. Either it was Orcs or those who had been following them.

?Suzu, take a quick look ahead? Suzu grinned and dashed in front. Ruby motioned to the Elves to stay put while he took a moment to check behind them. No one was in sight, and he didn?t see any movement. I don?t like this. He thought. Something is wrong.

It was looking like they had already been caught in a trap. He couldn?t see it, and he didn?t have any proof, it was just his instincts telling him that they had already been out maneuvered. They couldn?t go back and it was highly likely someone would be waiting for them before they got to the desert. Ruby sighed, if they were lucky it would be someone semi friendly to their cause, otherwise, well, not much he could do about it.

Ruby walked back to where the Elves were waiting. There was no sign of Suzu so he motioned for them to follow him. They barely walked around some rocks to find Suzu standing over the body of a dead Orc, blood streaming down his face.

?Here.? Ruby said tossing Suzu a small flask of spirits. Suzu caught it and looked at Ruby questioningly. ?Use it on that cut or it?ll get infected, and change out of those clothes. Be sure to carefully wrap them up or the smell of blood will attract trouble.?

Ruby and the others turned their backs on Suzu and kept watch while he quickly poured a bit of the spirits on the cut washing the blood off and then wrapped his bloody clothes up and stashed them away once he had changed.

?Be careful, I think we?ve been flanked by either Orcs or those who were following us.? Ruby said

?How can you be sure?? Sashanea asked.

?I?m not.? Ruby replied, ?It?s just a feeling. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. I think we are being herded in a specific direction. Why else would we find an abandoned camp? Even Orcs wouldn?t leave a meal behind unless they had no choice.?

Sashanea thought about that for a moment and replied, ?True? she paused and smiled a tiny smile. ?I grow tired of all this sneaking around I say we ambush them.?

Ruby just smiled and continued on. The others followed for a while until once again Ruby motioned for them to stop.

?Now what?? Sashanea asked a bit irritably.

?You wanted to ambush them, well here?s your chance.? Ruby said pointing towards some campfires in the distance. ?Based on the placement it looks like a small band of Orcs.?

?Good? Sashanea said. ?Any particular plan? Or shall we just rush them??

Ruby pointed to a small ridge overlooking the campfires and said. ?How about we use that to drop in unannounced??

The other?s nodded in agreement and they quickly and quietly moved to the ridge overlooking the Orcs. There was a huge bolder at the top and Suzu walked over to it with a grin.

?Care to help me with this?? He whispered.

Ruby grinned and with the help of the two elves they pushed the bolder over the edge. It fell landing on top of an Orc smashing it?s skull in and then bounced though the camp a bit before picking up speed and rolling through the camp as it was on an incline. The Orcs scattered like mad in an attempt to avoid being smashed by the bolder.

Before the Orcs could even realize what had happened Ruby gave a fierce battle cry and leaped down slicing an Orcs head off and neatly stabbing another one before the others even realized what was happening.

Suzu and Sashanea followed suit cutting a path through the remaining Orcs while Kalysta stayed up on the ridge calming taking out Orcs with her arrows. Her aim was true as arrow after arrow found it?s way through either their throat or eyes, killing them instantly.

Ruby smiled, as the next group of Orcs rushed them. They were going to have to do better than that to stop him and the others.

Suzu looked around and he was acting very serious. Ruby looked at him questingky.

"Something weird is goin on" he said to Ruby

Ruby looke more suprised.

"When I found that group of Orcs they were disecting a human body like a doctor."

"Very odd" Ruby replied.

Suzu jumped up drawing his blade and came down killing one. He ducked and stabbed another orc in the waist.

"This is too easy" Suzu said.

Suzu looked in the distance to see his dreaded enemie the black rider.

Some of the scouts exchanged glances, "well, best laid battle plans are all doomed to fail." one whispered, still silent as the grave. "To true. we better make shure they get to the captain alive though." The other nodded, "but they still can't know of us." some of the other scouts smiled, "The orks have that taken care of, all they get to know is that some body is watching them." The rest of the scouts nodded and spread out, they took up places out of sight and begain firing with bow and arrow on any orc not already in combat with the group. This made the orcs panic, and that made them stupid, and that made them easy to kill...

After a good large half of the orcs were dead the scouts started to sneak away, one by one untill they were all gone. They made sure to leave enough orcs to occupy the group untill they were back out of sight compleatly.

"Think the know about us?" some one smiled, "lets see, thats at least fifty orcs with arrows in them...yea, they know someone is here..." the others smiled.

Sashanea was knocking off orcs as easily as the others, when one tried to get her from behind while she was preoccupied with another. Turning around to minimize injury as much as possible if she was unlucky in her parry it fell dead by an excellently placed arrow. Looking up on the ledge, she smiled and gave Kalysta a thumps up thanks.

'Wait?' she almost stopped dead short suddenly when it hit her that the behavior of the band had changed. It was even more panicky. The only reason she had noticed was because of her short attention span and easily got distracted enough to actually pay attention to what seemed to be going on in their tiny little brains. They were stupid, but not like this.

After all of the orcs left were finally dispatched, Sashanea met the rest of the group in the center of the field. "I believe you were right. There are those keeping an eye on us. But they seemed to have helped us, for the moment," she said.

Ruby nodded, he had seen the unaccounted for arrows also. "We don't have much of a choice but to continue on." The two elves looked at each other, and then nodded. They understood what it possibly meant if indeed they were herded into a trap.

Javen walked dwon the path as a group of kalsin surrounded him. "Briong on you mindless beasts" Several jumped at him but were knocked away with the punches from his enchanced arms. He grabbed the jaws of one and broke the mouth wide open. Blood was caoughed up all over him. Soon the entire group was killed and Javen was covered in thick blood. He sheated his sword as he kept on his path. He would need to rest soon since he was weary from blood loss. That meant the group would be pulling away from him even more. They should be reaching the camp about now.

Ruby?s world narrowed to the intense concentration of facing the current target. It was almost like being in a trance as his sword parried, stabbed and sliced through the enemies. He focused on the here and now relying on his sixth sense to tell him what was occurring outside of his swords reach.

Block here, step side and thrust here, spin and slash here. Like a dance of death he completely lost himself in the fight. A strange buzz followed by the thud of an arrow hitting a body caught his attention as even though he did now show any eleven features his hearing was almost as good as the elves in the party.

It was different from the arrows that Kalysta had been shooting. I was right they are still following us. Ruby thought. Again and again he caught the sound of the arrows that were not from Kalysta and just like her, they never missed their mark. The Orcs began to panic, making it easier for him and the others to finish them off. A few abandoned the fight and simply ran for their lives.

Even the black rider that had been watching from a distance turned around and left. Ruby raised an eyebrow at that, as they would never leave unless a force far stronger than they were was around.

Ruby met up with everyone in the center of the field.

?I believe you were right. There are those keeping an eye on us. But they seemed to have helped us, for the moment,? Sashanea said.

Ruby just nodded.

?We don?t have much of a choice but to continue on.?

Ruby just shrugged, ?We could just camp out here and wait for who ever is following us to come here, but it might irritate them as it seems they want us to continue. I don?t think they would have helped us if they didn?t want us to get there alive.? He didn?t bother to mention that just cause they wanted them alive right now didn?t mean they wouldn?t kill them once they walked into whatever trap they had set. Ruby sighed, he really needed to stop being so cynical. After all they might be part of the group Javen had mentioned before he died.

?I can?t believe the black rider left!? Suzu exclaimed changing the subject.

Ruby smiled, ?Riders are cowards when faced with a force stronger than they are. If the arrows weren?t enough, the fact that they left is definite proof that someone is following us and keeping an eye on us as well.?

?I say we move on, I?d rather find out what?s going on instead of waiting here for them to come to us.? Ruby said.

The others looked at each other and nodded in agreement. They quickly picked up their stuff they had left on the ledge and then took a moment to gather a few useful items from the dead Orcs. Once again Ruby led them off in the direction of the desert. They would be there in only a few hours.

Judas sat on a stone next to the path, about an hour behind him was the desert that the four were headed toward, and they would arrive shortly. A few soldiers had set up with him and they all waited for the group to arrive. Judas knew that the group was strong, but they had been facing orcs and forest creatures, a feat yes, but against an army like his, so well trained and battle hardened, he doubted they stood any chance, of course he also doubted they would be looking for a fight when they arrived. A look out signaled that they had come into sight, so the soldiers all stood, with Judas at the center of the group of about twelve, a few rangers hidden behind them, and the ten scouts following the group. Of course Judas never expected to need all these men, but it was well worth being safe, he wasing going to take any more chances after the things he had seen, and friends he had lost because of assumeing things.

As the group walked into view he raised a hand, "Stay travelers, I am Iscar Judas, captain of this the 23rd Allied Legion. We are not here to do battle, unless your intent is such. I assure you that you are out numbered and trapped. I have heard of your victory over many creatures, and quite the force of orcs, but we are not orcs, so I suggest you not be arrogant and think us as easy to defeat as such. If you choose to fight, you will die."

Judas let his hand fall to his side, "Shall we speak?"

The procaution was a bit harsh, but it had been a long time since Judas had given any warning or call to an unknown force, mostly because he knew every move of every other friendly unit in the area, and no travelers had come his way for some time.

Besides, he thought, if any of them had any military training then they would have expected this to be one of the two things that could have happened, the other being that they would have been greated by arrows in place of words.

Ruby continued to walk forward even after spotting the group of men waiting for his group. He continued forward until their leader raised his hand indicating they should stop. Ruby did so and the others stopped along with him. He patiently listened to what the Captain had to say, as he was well aware that they could have easily killed him and the others. Ruby carefully made sure to keep his movements calm and unhurried. He could see at least 13 to 15 soldiers surrounding the Captain and it was clear to him that they were well trained. And that didn?t account for the others he could not see.

Their armor was worn and beaten from hard use and their stances alert and watchful. Facing Orcs was one thing, but well trained soldiers another. Their group was too small to take them on. Suzu stiffened at the mention of being arrogant enough to think that they could defeat them and Ruby reached over and grabbed his shoulder. Puzzled Suzu turned to see what Ruby wanted. Ruby just shook his head indicating that Suzu should not anger them. Suzu sighed and removed his hand from the hilt of his sword.

Their Captain let his hand fall to his side, ?Shall we speak??

Ruby stepped forward and nodded his head slightly in respect. He had heard of Iscar Judas when he served as a military Captain, but he had never met him. Ruby wondered if he was the Judas that Javen had mentioned that they would meet.

?I am Ruby Chaos, former mercenary Captain of the Amber Squad.? Ruby saw Judas raise an eyebrow at that statement; after all it was pretty well known how he and his company had been overrun by the enemy and nearly destroyed. Ruby didn?t regret it as his group had chosen to stand their ground despite being hopelessly outnumbered. They had given the regular army the time they needed to evacuate the civilians caught by the unexpected attack in that region. Far more lives had been saved than had died that day.

Ruby continued, ?I am leading this group in search of the Scion. We were originally led by Javen Ilkar but he was killed by a cave troll during our journey.? He paused for a moment before continuing, ?Javen instructed us to find a man named Judas who would help us with our journey.?

Ruby left it at that after all Iscar Judas would tell them soon enough why he had deliberately cornered them. There were many possibilities as to why he would wish to speak to them. Ruby waited for the Captain to reply.

Sashanea looked from one to another as the two military personnel talked. She tried to listen, she really did. It was a noble effort, but not a successful one. The Elf looked about the surroundings, as if she could spot those men that were hidden. As soon as she heard Ruby say something about Javen telling them to find somebody named Judas, she snapped back to full attention as she turned her head slightly to face forward. She had forgotten all about that little detail, and wondered if this indeed was that same Judas. Fairly strange way to meet somebody, but it wasn't the first time she was in this position.
