I don't remember much about Pokemon, but is it alright that Crash caught the Weedle in the park, but the next posting member of my team takes us, say, across the road to the Pokemon Safari area?[/size]

I also suggest that each and every one of us reads every post through thoroughly, otherwise this could just end in confusion. Take in what Pokemon each person captures, as well as how many pokeballs each team has left. It will just make this challenge a lot easier on all of us.

Of course the teams are in the same area, and since there is only one individual creature per kind, both teams can't capture the same Pokémon.

What comes to your second question, each Pokémon in the evolution line is counted as separate individual, so there's e.g. one Charmander, one Charmeleon and one Charizard roaming in the Safari.

[b]Edit[/b]: A note regarding claiming - I only do it when I have set the stage for the showdown with the next pokemon, and I try to avoid doing it often. Obviously claiming doesn't mean anything as such in the context of the game, but it'd be polite if people respected the claims, especially when doing otherwise could screw with what people have already written. If you do begin to set up the next scene in the post beforehand I strongly advise issuing a claim at the bottom of the post.[/size]

Hear hear! I haven't posted as much as some people on both teams and I'm still sick. If I see another pokemon after this challenge it will be far too soon. I think the spurt we Lotuses put on was rather surprising, considering the lead you guys had to begin with.

I'm greatly impressed with the tenacity of White, Wraith and Baron though. I mean, its practically only you guys holding your team up and you are still doing a great job. Kudos to you guys! ^_^

[spoiler]Although an Espeon would've been pretty cool...[/spoiler] there are just too many I'd want to have fer miself. At least I got Latios and Latias. They were really cute in the fifth movie -^_^- I'm happy with who I have so far.

Well, if you read Diglet post, I think its safe to say I have given up on coming up with exciting ways of catching pokemon heh ^_~.

Doukeshi's post may have been amusing, but it's not that far from the truth. You don't have to make the capture that interesting, because that is kinda difficult, but the chase should be a good read anyway.[/size]
