RPG Chaos Eaters: The Evolution [M-LVS]

"Here" Diaga took out a case of regualr looking bullets.

"I have plenty at my house."

"these arn't ordinary. Regualr bullets won't kill them. These are made of certain elements and big long words the researchers back at the base use. All I know is that they get the job done" He watched Chase run off. "Now back to business. Any of you got any weapons that you can help me and Mea with?" He looked at the rest of the students as his phone rang. "Damnit Brady, Alright you and Scott and whoever else is with you meet us in the main hall. I got some stuff that might help" He and the rest f the group took off towards the main hall.

[Darth Vectis]

[COLOR=DarkGreen][SIZE=1]After Diagas orders, Brady quickly dialed up Scott.
[B]
"Scott, We have to go to the main hall. Hurry up and move there before more arrive."[/B] Brady closed his phone and looked at his arm where the cuts were.

"Should get this clean up soon. But first got to get to the main hall."[/B] Brady drew his other blade and jogged through the halls.

"Now if I could remember where it bloody is."[/B] Brady said as he disappeard through the halls.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[color=#DF2020][FONT=Century Gothic]Lilith streached and yawned "So in this situation what your going to do? There some civilians..."
"Well when we get to the main hall and meet up with the rest we'll equip you guys to fight the eaters.." Diaga said
"Well I see that..you just gave Chase a gun.." Lilith said and rubbed her eyes away from sleep "Well get this over my patience is going thin. I have much to do"
"What is more important then fighting this eaters?"
"Well my family. Yet nether less I'll help. I guess I have no choice anyways since i seen the thing. Don't worry I'm don't wine , follow orders, and know how to take care of myself. Anyways i do that for others.." Lilith said and yawned
" Hnn sleepy?"
" Yeah...i didn't get sleep. I was on the roof and slept there. I woke up and tore down the roff door...i guess that why the eater was following. The noise?"[/FONT][/COLOR]

[Starwind]

Ross took ahead of Scott. As they ran they heard more of them, they were in pursuit. Scott stopped and told her to keep running, he turned and drew his blades and showed down with the lowly two who had come after him. The first made itself the obvious domminant and charged first and moved mouth first through Scotts blade. It fell with a single move as Scott preped for the next one, which was already on the move. It was clinging to the walls, jumping back and forth trying to confuse him. He saw into the monsters deciet, they weren't the smartest of beasts. It jumped from the wall to the ceiling and found itself split down the middle by Scotts blade. As the monster fell he got the call from Brady telling im where to go. After recieveing his oreders he hung up and went in pursuit of Ross He turned the corner running at full speed. He found her standing outside a door, she was saying it was locked. Without hesitating he jumped and put his foot to the door and in made a horrible snap as the metal frame popped an the door swung open. SHe stopped and just stared at him for a moment. He just stared back to her "What?" She shook it off "Never mind. Let's just find this stuff and get out of here." She quickly went off into the room and searched for the hydrochloric acid.

[Stark]

Vandalism. She was about ready to tell that to Scott, tell him that people don't just go around kicking open doors, when she realized that it was useless anyway.

Who cared? They got what they needed.

"We need to go to the Main Hall." Scott explained. "Do you know where it is? I got lost somewhere along the line."

"Yeah," Ross replied, holding the tightly sealed container carefully, "I know where it is." She pointed down the hall, "It's very close--if we head this way we should get there in no time."

Scott appeared to be in a hurry. "Well? Come on," He took hold of her arm again, but she pulled away.

"Let's not run this time, all right? If this stuff spills we're all screwed."

[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"I'll bring up the rear," [/COLOR] Mae said gesturing to a tag-a-long Eater that half looked like it was trying to follow the group without being noticed.
[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"Don't get lost."
"I won't,"[/COLOR] Mae grinned.
[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"What-?"[/COLOR] Lilith started to question.
[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"Here,"[/COLOR] Mae said pulling out a small knife and handing it to the girl. [COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"Take my extra knife for now, but don't loose it all right?"[/COLOR]

She turned back to the chaos eater as the others continued on, staring the thing in the eyes. Mae stepped toward it, and it took the bait and attacked. Jumping out of the way and righting herself with a cartwheel, she threw a dagger at its back hitting it square in the back of what should be the neck. It writhed about to scream out, but Mae guided her blade to finish it off. Wiping the blood off, she jogged to catch up with everyone.

[color=#Df2020][FONT=Century Gothic]Lilith started to play around with the knife. Twisting and spining it around. She threw it up and catched thrusting the knife to thin air.
"Don't hurt yourself.." Mae said jogging back towards them.
"Huh? I won't..." Lilith said.
"Mae look over there.." Daiga said nodding his head to the direction to a few eaters.
"Well we finally see a flock..." Mae said
Lilith whistled "Wow does things sure are ugly. So we're going to fight them?"
"We?" Diaga said
"Ofcourse...you need all the help you can get. I not going to stand here and look pretty.." Lilith said frowning[/FONT][/COLOR]

[Deadpool]

"Too late for that. But you anit the only one" He glnaced at Mea right as he took out his shotgun and blasted on ein the chest before taking out the shoulder of another. "We need to hold this place until the rest arrive" He turned as more eaters began appearing out of the rooms and staris.

[Starwind]

They were moving to slow, Scott was worried by this. They were sitting ducks, they had to watch themselves. Ross seemed to be just as worried, but she seemed more worried about spilling the acid. She seemed almost oblivious to the fact that they could very well be surrounded. A growl could be heard in the distance, one of the beasts was drawing closer. Scott drew his blades and walked backward as he heard the growls coming closer. He could hear there claws dragging on the ground, as he did he turned to Ross "You go on ahead. I'll catch up." He ran off toward teh monsters and saw them standing in anticipation. There were four of them, they seemed starved. One would assume that a starved opponent would be easier, but the truth of the matter was they were more like animals, and animals are far more dangerous when starved. There drowl was a hideous green and there eyes seemed to glow at the sight of Scott standing before them. Instead of wating like usual, they all charged at once. They were trying to over whealm Scott with quick and numerous attacks. They swung one after the other, as Scott ducked and rolled away from there savage attacks, being ever catious to not be hit. He felt his foot slip on the saliva of the creatures that staind the floor, they saw this and all moved quick. Scott was off balance, but he had to act quick. Without any thought, he struck and caught one across the face and another in the throat. Those two fell and the other two stumbled over the fallen bodies in front of them. Scott tried to regain his balance as the other two rapidly approached. He threw teh blade in his left hand and caught one square in between his eyes. The other still charging, mouth a gap, going for the bite. Scott booted it once in the throat and put his blade in his right hand throught the bottom of his head and out the top. The creature fell limp and stopped moving. Scott pulled his knife free and moved it off of him. He then went and retrieved the other knife he had thrown. He turned and started to return to join Ross. As he headed back the creature he had speared through the head, showed it's last signs of life. It suddenly jumped and tried for a bite, but Sott managed clear as the beas moaned and fell to the ground. He kept his eye on it to make sure it was really dead as he walked around the corner. He saw Ross just up ahead, he called out to her "Clean up in aisle 3." As he took up a jog to catch up with her. He looked to her "Well, you wanted to help. Take that stuff and get to work on disolving those bodies as best you can."

[Stark]

?Right.? Ross smiled at the joke Scott had made, marveling over how anyone could be so playful in such a serious situation. She obeyed her orders, quickly moving over toward the area where Scott had some from, all the while careful not to spill the Hydrochloric Acid. She didn?t trust the school janitors not to use Clorox while cleaning the floors, and if any spilled there could be a chemical reaction that resulted in Chlorine Gas.

Chlorine. About as bad as Hydrochloric Acid if it was breathed in.

She came upon the scene, and impassively examined the dead Eaters. Carefully, she stepped among their fallen forms, making certain that she didn?t slip on any excess blood or saliva that littered the floor.

Out of the corner of her eye she saw a movement, and her defenses immediately went active. Without thinking she drew her gun, pointing it at the source of the movement, and fired.

Upon further investigation, she realized that it was just a residual nervous reaction. The creature?s system had shut down, but that didn?t stop the random currents from jumping through its nerves.

Ross laughed aloud. She really was on edge. If she continued to react that badly to such minor stimuli, then someone was bound to get hurt. She put her gun away.

It wasn?t long after that Scott came running up.

?What happened?? He demanded.

Ross looked up from her work, and smiled. ?Nerves.?

[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"Right."[/COLOR] Mae had met Diaga's glance and for that moment, every receptive nerve point was shut down. It took only milliseconds between then until she was 'back online' as if nothing had just occurred. An automatic reaction.

[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"I'll start over here,"[/COLOR] she said casually pointing to the stairs closest at the rotunda. The girl poked Lilith on the shoulder. [COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"Just incase I need to say it, keep your wits about ya and try to have a pair of eyes in the back of your head."[/COLOR]

[Horendithas]

[COLOR=Indigo]Kei watched as Heart finished practicing and then came over to take a seat and rest. Other students began to enter the gym, some in uniforms others who were not. Heart had barely sat down when a chilling screech came from somewhere in the school.

Kei jumped to his feet at the same time Heart did. The other students froze as well looking towards the entrance to the hallway.

?What was that?? Heart asked Kei.

Kei shook his head. ?I don?t know.?

In all his life Kei had never heard anything like that before. Something was wrong, he started to move towards the doors, which were open to the hallway and stopped when he caught movement. Heart was right behind him and accidentally ran into him, she started to say something but Kei motioned her to be quiet.

Heart followed Kei?s instructions and said nothing further. Heart stood behind Kei and slightly to the right so that she could get a better view of what was moving in the hallway.

Kei couldn?t make out what it was but its movements were unnatural. Thinking it might be some type of animal on the loose he pulled out a band that was tucked into the sash around his waist and in a matter of seconds pulled up his long hair and specially bound it at the nape of his neck like he did for martial arts competitions.

He motioned for Heart to slowly move backwards as it was better to avoid confronting wild animals that were loose. One of the creatures moved close enough to the door that Kei and Heart could see that it was black with red patches on it. He heard her gasp in surprise and then stifle the sound to avoid attracting its attention.

[I]What the hell is that thing?[/I] Kei thought. He watched, as the thing seemed to be considering entering the gym. Some of the girls at the other end of the gym caught sight of the creature and began to scream in panic. Instantly the creature turned towards the noise and charged the panicking girls. Kei swore under his breath and intercepted the creature with a powerful kick to its side. It went flying across the gym and hit the wall. Within a matter of seconds it was back on it?s feet and lunging towards Kei.

Kei grabbed the closest thing he could find, one of the chairs. He threw one directly at the creature and while it knocked the chair aside he swung with all his might with another chair hitting it in the head on the side. The creature was knocked over by the blow and before it could get up again Kei closed in and used the chair to ram one of the legs through its head. There was a sickening wet crack as the skull gave way and black blood splattered all over the floor around the creature.

?Kei! Watch out! There are more of them!? Heart cried out.

Kei turned to see more of them coming in from the hallway. [I]Damn![/I] He thought. [I] If only I had my blades![/I] Kei grabbed another chair and prepared himself.

?Heart! Get the others into the locker room and barricade the doors! Quickly!? He said.

Heart didn?t even hesitate, she ran over to get the girls who were frozen in panic into the locker room where they would be safer. One of the creatures saw her running and turned to chase her. Kei cut the creature off with a swing of the chair sending it flying. The two remaining creatures began to move in on Kei.

I need my blades! [/I]Kei thought. [I] Chairs aren?t going to work for long![/I] He slowly backed up towards the door where Heart was dragging the girls to. If he was lucky they could all barricade themselves inside. [/COLOR]

[color=#DF2020][FONT=Century Gothic]Lilith scratched her head "Well been a mother a three help? I bassically do have eyes behind my head...I don't get scared that easily anyways.."
"Mother of three?" Mae looked at her strange
"There my siblings...i take care of them. Anyways I won't scream and run away. They just get to me faster anyways..." Lilith shrugged "I'm sane most of the time.Lets get this "thing" hunting over with."[/FONT][/COLOR]

[Darth Vectis]

[COLOR=DarkGreen][SIZE=1]As Brady made his way down the hallways to find the main hal he heard screams of an Eater and screams of girls.
[B]
"Oh no, they found the volleyball game. Crap."[/B] Brady sped off towards the gym and saw a couple of eaters slowly making there way towards the locker room and the kid known as Kei. Brady rolled his eyes and groaned.
[B]
"And I though it would be an easy day."[/B] Brady bolted and jumped right on the back of one of the eaters, he brought it blade up and severed the creatuers head with a swift blow. Brady looked to see the other eater almost on top fo Kei.
[B]
"Use this."[/B] Brady said as he threw Kei one of his blades, Kei snatched it up and slashed down at the monster. Brady walked over to Kei and shook his head at him.
[B]
"Now was anyone scratched or bitten by these creatuers before I got here."[/B] Kei shook his head with a straight face.
[B]
"What are these things? Who are you?"[/B] Brady sighed and walked around Kei to the doors of the locker room, he tapped on it with his blade and he suddenly heard people moving around. He smiled and spoke through the door.

"Everything is alright now, Kei took care of them."[/B] Brady stepped away from the door and sheathed his weapon, he snatched the blade from Kei and stashed it away like the other. The door cracked open and a single eye pecked through the crack. Seeing everything was ok the girls slowly came out and Brady left the gym, Kei chased after him. Heart followed Kei. They caught Brady as he was walking down the hallway. Kei moved infront of him.

"Stop, What the hell was that?"[/B] Brady cracked his neck.
[B]
"Everything will be exlpained later, follow me and you will find your answers."[/B] Brady drew one of his blades and handed it off to Kei.

"You seem to know how to use these pretty well, this will cover you if we come across anymore eaters. Now where is the main hall."[/B]
[B]
"I know where it is."[/B] Heart said and took the lead, Brady drew his other blade and followed behind her, Kei covered the rear.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[Starwind]

Scott was watching Ross boil down the bodies when he heard the screaming and screeching. The monsters had found there way to the populous "Damn it. Ross, I'll be right back." He ran off listening to the screams which were dying down. By the time he was getting close it had gone silent. He wrapped the corner in just enough time to see Brady with two students with him. Scott walked to him "Every thing all right." Brady nodded "Yeah. They had there volleyball game and the beasts happend to stummble in." Scott nodded "Damn it. Means alot of them saw it right." Brady smirked "Actually they were all in such a panic, I don't think they really got a good look at what was coming after them. The only ones who got a good look at them was these two." Scott sighed "Well, we're still gonna need crowd and information control. I'll call headquarters and have them send a team to intercept any media that might try to show up." Scott looked back to the two who were with him "So, who are you two exactly?"

[Stark]

"The girl is Heart Kelyn--a star on the varsity Volleyball team. The boy is another new kid, Kei Wilder--and he is [I] so happy[/I] to be here." Ross answered for the trio. She had followed Scott, not much appreciating being left out of any action, and decided to use her fount of who was who at school for a greater purpose.

"Ross..." Heart whined, casting a look that crossed between dispair and irritation.

Ross smiled sheepishly. "Sorry, I couldn't help it."

Scott cast her a look as well. "Did you finish?"

Again, Ross smiled. "Yep, and we still have plenty left," She gestured toward the container that was held firmly in her hands.

Heart paled when she saw the label. "Don't tell me that you--"

"Raided Mr. Long's room again?" Ross finished for her. "Yep."

She turned to Brady and Scott. "Media, huh?" He chuckled a bit. "Don't worry, I'll stay quiet."

Of course she would. Aunt Kari need not know about this fiasco.

[Apherion]

She shook her head at Ross.

"You know, one of these days he's going to figure out he's not losing his mind, and figure out a student's stealing." Heart whispered to her.

"Yeah, but I'm too good to get caught." Heart's head fell.

"You're right about that." Heart looked up at the two that Ross seemed to know. They both were in all of her classes, but she didn't pay too much attention to their little intros. Then she remembered one was going to call headquarters to something.

"Hey, what headquarters are you talking about? And what in the world were those freak creatures?" She had just lashed out with the words, wanting answers. She realized as soon as they had left her mouth that she didn't intend for them to come out angry.

"Sorry, I'm just... Just exactly what was it that Kei was fighting, and I was running from?" She was a bit shaken about some things, even though she forgot about when Ross decided to say that she was the star of the Varsity team. She didn't like it when people just memorized titles, especially guys, and tried to befriend her. Fake and she saw through it easily. She sighed heavily and leaned against the hall's wall.

[Starwind]

Scott just sighed in frustration "Brady to you mind explaining to them, I've been doing it all day. This has been some undercover operation huh?" Brady chuckled and nodded. While stayed to explain as best he could to the trwo of them Scott went around the corner to call headquarters and keep them iformed of the situation. After that he immediatly called Diaga to let him know they had picked up two more stragglers and that they would meet them out front of the school. He told him the infection was too bad and the eaters were becoming too bold for them to hang around, and he explained the happenings in the gym. He nodded and hung up, he left the hall and returned to the others. He wavedt hem along so they might all leave together. He looked to Brady "Change of plans, get out of this place and we'll meet up with the others out front. If they attacked the gym it means there really dominant now and too dangerous to hang around here without properly preparing ourselves." Brady nodded and they waved the others along.

Chase fired a couple rounds at an eater, killing it, "Hey, how much longer is it going to take the rest of your 'team' to get here? We need to move and soon."

"Chis out. If we stay the way we are, then the only way they can get close is if we run out of ammo." Diaga said, looking down the hallways.

"Well, I think this is some major bullshit." Chase said, anger growing in his voice.

"Don't let that anger blind your vision, or we are as good as dead." Mae said, looking to make sure no more eaters came up behind them.

"Yeah, yeah, I know. Hang on a second." He looked down the halls then a smile crossed his face. "I have a stupid idea that might just work." Chase fired another round at an eater then turned to Diaga.

"Somehow, I do not think I will like this very much." Diaga frowned then shot another eater.

"Probably not, well in any case, we need more firepower. IF you give me about ten minutes, I can make it to my house, get some guns and ammo, then meet you back here."

"I already said, normal bullets won't kill them." Diaga frowned, then turned to Lilith.

"Hey, more guns sounds good to me." Lilith answered im remark to Diaga's glance.

"Wether or not they will kill them is not the answer. It would slow them down alot wouldn't it?" Chase said, handing the gun back to Diaga. "Whatcha think?"

[Horendithas]

[COLOR=Indigo]Kei could see that the creatures would be upon him before he could get to the safety of the locker room door. [I]Damn![/I] He thought. At least Heart had managed to get the others to safety. He debated making a run for it when another one of the students entered the gym. Before he could cry out a warning the other student pulled out a set of blades and swiftly took out one of the creatures.

?Use this.? He said and tossed one to Kei. He caught the blade without a second thought and swiftly cut the remaining creature down.

[I]Where the hell did he get this?[/I] Kei thought to himself. It was the nicest blade he had seen since he left his country and came to attend school here.

He didn?t get to think too much about it as after a few questions and following him to find out what was happening he took the blade back and then turned around and handed it to Kei once again.

Heart followed him as well. Kei was confused but he wanted to know what the hell was going on in this school. And just what those strange creatures were. And why was he worried about someone being scratched? Were they infected with something?

Within a very short time they ran into more students from his class. But after hearing a bit regarding headquarters and hiding it from the media he was beginning to wonder if the others weren?t even students.

Kei mind raced furiously with the possibilities until he caught the tail end of Ross saying ??Kei Winder?and he is so happy to be here.? Kei just raised an eyebrow at that statement.[I] I really need to pay attention. [/I]He thought. [I] This is just too confusing.[/I]

He waited until they finished explaining a little and then followed along as they headed towards where the others were.

[I]Well this is certainly the strangest first day of class I?ve ever had.[/I] He thought as the hurried down the hallway.

[Deadpool]

Diaga watched as the others came into view. "No need. Everyone out now" He kicked the front door open and took his gun from Chase. "Pile into that van out there" He began firing as they pran out of the school and climbed into the back of the van.

Chase stared at him. "You drive a van? How lame"

"Not what I prefer but that van could fall off a cliff and still look brand new. It is a V-10 too, so i am not complaining" He hopped into the driver's seat as Chase climed up into the machine turrent. "I prefer SUVs or trucks"

"Hey look at this" He pulled the trigger as a stream of bullets tore apart several windows. "Whoops"

"please don't touch that"

"Gotcha"

Diaga took off down the road then turned on a side street he pressed a button on the console as a wall of a building slid back revealing a garage with rows of vehicles. Diaga parked as everyone got out. "Alright. grab as much ammo as you can get if you are going to use a gun. We will split up into several teams so everyone can get their weapons and things. Ross and Scott, take the V-10 armored van" He motioned back to the van with the turrent on top and another in te back behind the doors." Kie and Brady will take the gunner car." He pointed to a silver Chevy Corvette convertible with a turrent mounted in the passenger seat. "Heart and Chase will take the truck" He pointed to a huge V-8 Dodge Ram with a rocket launcher mounted on the bed and a small fixed machine gun on the hood. "Lilith and Mea are with me. We got the SUV. As soon as everone is done meet here" He climbed into a lifted black 4-Runner, that had two small machine guns mounted on the side and a rocket launcher pointing out the back window. 'Let's go, before the infestation gets any worse"

Mae didn't need long at all. She knew just where to find her 'collection'. Picking up the small black briefcase, she headed back over to Diaga to wait for everyone else. [COLOR=DarkSlateBlue] "I'm set," [/COLOR] she said a bit too chipper.
[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"You going to be ok?" [/COLOR] he asked.
[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"Yea, I have a pair of earplugs just incase." [/COLOR] Mae tried lamely at a joke. [COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]"They've already sent out a team to infiltrate the media, we should be fine in that department. Many of the other civilians have already evacuated the building. But why did they return here, of all places? There has to be something missing from the puzzle."[/COLOR]

[color=#DF2020][FONT=Century Gothic]"Well alright..whatever you say.."Lilith looked for anything that she can actually use.
"Ohh what is this...?" Lilith picked up a magnum gun. She was always fascinated by magnum guns. Yet the only problem is that the only had a few bullet to hold. Anyways the sure were powerful. Lilith picked up a dagger, just incase she ran out of bullets.
"I guess I'm ready..."Lilith scratched her head "well how long we have to wait..i'm get extremly bored..." [/FONT] [/COLOR]

Chase walked up to the truck and smiled, "I always did have a thing for old Dodges. Its a shame we have to take it into a place like the school, but I would barly trust anything else." He looked into the cab and admired all of the switches and knobs. "Diaga, remind me to read the instruction manual later." He smled and realized that he made a joke.

"Wow Chase, I didn't think you would be able to do that. Makeing a jake takes talent." Ross said with a big smile.

"Hey, shut it will ya. No time to be making fun of people." He cursed under his breath as he walked over to the gun rack and pulled a nice pistol down. He looked it over for a second then slid it back behind his shirt.

"Hey, Chase, give us a cell number. We will need to be in contact while in the school." Diaga said, putting Chase's number into his phone, then giving it to everyone else.

"Now, here is a real gun." Chase said to himself as he grabbed the M-16 with the laser scope off of the wall. "Just make sure you don't hit any tamates with that." Heart said, looking at the gun.

"Trust me, I won't" Chase smiled, grabbed a few boxes of ammo then set everything into the truck. He climbed into the driver's seat and cranked it up and smiled. "Man that sounds good." He revved it a little then shut it off. "I am ready."

[Stark]

Ross glanced at the gun she already had with her, then at the rest of the supplies. As much as she loved her little gun, she knew that she would need something else.

Besides, it didn't feel quite right when she only had one of the twins with her.

Heart peered over her shoulder. "Don't say it," she said to Ross. "Please. You've probably broken enough rules as it is."

"What?" Ross asked, "I'll have you know, if anyone tries to snatch me up out of nowhere, I'm not going to go without a fight. Besides, no one knows that I have this except you guys." It was paranoia, she guessed. It made her uncomfortable to think of all those young women who got snatched and killed not even a mile from their homes.

"Watch those reactions, will ya?" It was Scott. "I really don't want you to jump and shioot me."

"Right." Ross nodded, took up another gun of a similar make, and some extra ammunition should she run out. "I'll work on that," She smiled at everyone, dropped the guns and ammo in her bag, and made it known that she was also ready.
