G4 tech tv is going to produce "Colorful!" the animated series, that was adapted from the manga, "Wonderful!"

Has anyone, seen it? And if so, what do you think of it?

And if you read and liked the manga version, what do you think of it being a manga?

Based on Torajiro Kishi's manga of the same name and originally aired as part of the Japanese late-night television program "Wonderful," Colorful! is directed by Ryutaro Nakamura (Sakura Wars, Kino's Journey, Serial Experiments Lain) and features the animation work of Triangle Staff (Sakura Wars, Catnapped!, Macross Plus).

Colorful! starts its 4-episode assault on the world of lingerie on Anime Unleashed at midnight on Fridays this fall, starting with Episodes 1 and 2 on December 2nd!

Well, the OVA already exists and is out on DVD (from ADV)... thus they aren't really producing it, but they [i]are[/i] airing it on American TV for the first time. So that counts for something, right?

I don't think I get G4, but I've always been vaguely curious about Colorful. Panty assault aside, it seems to have an interesting visual style.
