posting articles

I didn't have any idea where I could go to ask this, so I hope someone here can answer my question, or at the very least, direct me to a board where someone might know.

I have recently read Echinacea's article on his/her views on fan art and fanfics, but there were a few things I disagreed with, so I decided that I wanted to post an article stating my views on the topic. However, it wasn't until I was a quarter of the way through typing that I realized that I had no idea how to go about doing this. :animeswea

So to make a long story short, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to post an article. Do you need to e-mail someone your article? Is there a board you go to to post articles? I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks! :animesmil

You can post the article anywhere. It's going to be your own piece of work, so it's totally legitimate. However, if you want the article to garner any attention, you have to post it in a place that has some popularity. On top of getting it online, you have to spread it to the right audience. Particularly, those people that have read the article you are responding to. That's your key audience.

Also, you'll want to reference the article in your paper, since people need to know what you are against. So, yeah, at the beginning, just have a "this is in response to http://whatever.net" and you are all set.

If you're logged in to myo, that should take you to the right place. (If not, go to the "articles" section of the site. On the left-hand column there's a link that says " Submit Articles." Click that. You'll be able to take it from there. :))
