Guest kuroinuyoukai
If you could change one thing in your life what would it be? I think I would change my weight. I know that sounds petty but all my health and emotional problems stem around my weight. I think if I wasn't so depressed about my weight it would affect every other aspect of my life for the better..
IceRose
The one thing I would change in my life is my pessimistic point of view at times and my sense of judging people before I know them, that has brought me too many problems in the past and I would not like for things to get out of hand again, I mean now I try to be optimistic and lift everyone's spirits up but there is always that time when you feel like crap and accidentally let it out on others. DeathKnight
Nothing with my current self. Although I might be interested if I could be born in a different time. The present is a little bland and boring, you know? Who could pass up on being able to go back to pirate times? Or maybe shimmy a bit further into the future? Or just whenever you felt like it. It might not be as comfortable/full of 'normalcy'/whatever else but at least it wouldn't be boring as hell. Oh well.
Corey
Strength. If I was a little stronger, I would have a much easier time rock climbing. Plus my job would be a bit easier. It's shallow, but also the truth.
Stark
There's a lot of things that could be changed about myself. Too many to be counted, in fact. But, at this point in time, I've come to recognize my flaws and accept them for what they are. On to the question. If I could change one thing, I'd change the way I handle unfamiliar situations. There are moments when I'm literally stuck in Limbo in what to do, and it's not a comfortable place to be. I'd like to know where I'm going and what I'm going to do when disaster strikes, instead of freezing and allowing someone else to take over. I don't like it. I really don't. And I would gove anything to change it.
sbsp13668
I would leave my new school I hate my new school and it's killing me everyone is so mean and selfcentred at this school. :( So I really want to go back to my old school James.S.Bell! :catgirl:
Retribution
I would make myself more outgoing and spontaneous. As I am now, I think things through a bit too much, and I can never take a risk if it puts me out of my comfort zone. I suppose mine is easy to change... but I don't like leaving my little bubble of comfort.
Fyxe
My school situation. It's so... loud and distracting. When I'm in school, I'd just like to get my work done and study, do everythign I need to... so I don't have things to worry about later. And I'd like to be able to concentrate. And, honestly, public shool has made me completely lazy. Now I don't I'd have a very good chance at getting my old habits back. I just like to be left alone in school and take notes, do my projects, but everyone insists on talking to me or bugging me in some way. It'd be nice to be homeschooled, or go to some private boarding school. Where people are more disciplined and courteous. So then teachers don't waste half the period screaming at everyone. >> I also always thought it would be kind of cool to live in those dorms. XD A lot of people don't care about school, or their work. I say I don't, but deep down, I do. And I'd like to be able to keep my grades up and actually be able to study and understand what we're doing. Meh... public school.
Guest Lover of Miroku
I don't really want to change myself but my school is over croweded. Some of my friends have class in trailers. and a few of my classes have ver 30 students . I would change the size of my high school. :animeswea :help: :lecture: :twitch:  I also like the idea of changing thwe time period that i was born. the feudal era always interested me!

But my problem is more that I don't particularly respond well to situations I can't control. That's more because my surroundings have made it easy for me to be that way, considering I'm a homeschooler and all. There's not many places I can go where I'm 'out of my element'. When I am, I generally don't do too well socially. I'm far too shy. Ah, well. I'm getting better as I grow older. I won't even get started on what I'd change physically, the list would be a mile long. Hair, nose, hips, etc. The only things I can honestly say I like about myself are my eyes. Meh.
Kuroshin13
Hm...I really wouldn't change any specific thing about myself, it sort of makes me who I am. I don't fit in with everyone else around me (mostly high school enviorment), and as much as feeling like the least liked person in the grade its also a releif to know I'm not part of all that petty image junk. (small district with about 700 kids in the entire school, 7th-12th grade, way too much drama than the normal, healthy dose). But if I had to choose something, it would be my people skills. I have absolutely no people skills what-so-ever.
Starwind
To be honest, I'm pretty happy with my life. I've acomplished myself in my goals up to this point. I made it in the army, I'm doing well in school, I've got money for college, I love my job, my family is very supportive of my goals and dreams. I honestly don't know what else to ask for from life. I that alone I must say I'm proud to say I wouldn't change anything about my life.
SunfallE
If I could change one thing in my life, it would be to get rid of the two types of arthritis that I have. I can live with not having the perfect body or being rich or other such things. I just get tired of hurting everyday. Other than that, even though I?ve had a lot of bad things happen in my life, I?m pretty happy with who I am.
Marron347
If I could change one thing about my life, I would make myself more confident; I have thrown away so many once-in-a-lifetime experiences because I was too much of a coward to express my inner feelings and talents. I have also been embarrassed for things I did not need to be embarrassed for, because I thought very lowly of myself.
Lozer and Proud
If I could change something about myself, I think it would my entire lifestyle. Everyday I pretty much do the same thing: come home from school, draw, procrastinate on my homework and reports, spend the entire day listening to music and that's about it. Everything I'm currently doing is affecting my grades and because I spend all day locked in my room listening to music, my Ma is beginning to think that I'm "depressed." I know what I should start doing and although I like trying new things for some reason I'm always afraid to take the next step mostly for fear of failure. I hate sucking at stuff and I'm a very competitive person. If what I do doesn't work the way I wanted to I'll feel like everything I did or worked for was a total waste of time and never attempt it again. I want to work on actually focusing on my life after high school. I have a year and a half to go and so far haven't done anything positive with the opportunities I've been presented with at school. At this moment I don't even really know where my life is heading. So I guess, that's what I'll change, my lifestyle. Maybe look for a job, join afterschool activities, or actually try to do me homework for once.
Raiyuu
I would make myself more outgoing and spontaneous.
In changing major personality aspects like that, I'd be worried that I would no longer be the same person. I like being me :animeswea and even if I get a little (all right, a lot) annoyed at myself sometimes for not seizing opportunities when they jump out at me, that hesitation is part of who I am. I'd rather change something ... mental rather than psychological, if you see what I mean? Like change myself so I suddenly know Japanese. Or make myself a faster learner. Something like that. It'd be cool to be able to pick up skills quickly.
Al-araaf
Alot of crap has happened to me over the years, it has caused me to become an emotional scarred lunatic, who studies psychics, ghosts, magic, etc. But if I wasnt this way I wouldnt have my current gf. So all the crap that makes me depressed is actualy sort of helping. She is sort of the same so she chose me over someone normal because she knew we need eachother (and I would have killed myself). Aside from keeping all of that I would change how cautious I am.I have to think through EVERY little detail and the consequences they bring so I hold myself back from doing alot of things. Gavin
Interesting, most interesting. I've mulled over this question nearly everyday for the last few years and really since the only thing in my life I'd like to change is something I can't there's little point in dwelling on such conundrums. Well seeing as I've been trying to trim down a bit over the last few months, I think I'd like to have more energy in order to work out harder in the gym. I can push myself quite hard for about an hour per night, but I think given the opportunity I'd like to be able to work harder than that without getting tired.
OMNOMNOMALY
I think I would change my attention span, so I could concentrate in class and do better all around. Either that, or change my coordination so I'm not so clumsy :animesigh I'd be a better soccer player if my coordination were just a bit better >_>
Shadow Blade
Easy the thing that I long to change is my scrawny frame. What can I say I'm skinny for my age and fragile looking too, my darn skin complexion doesn't help one bit (I'm considered fair skinned-whatever the heck that's suppose to mean) many people consider me ill looking. It's also kinda funny too because whatever I eat it doesn't seem to contribute to my weight one bit, girls consider it a blessing I consider it a mixed blessing. It's also kinda annoying how teachers come up and ask me, "Are you being well fed at home?" Of course no matter how annoying the question is to me, the funnier the question is for my buddies [Shrug]. MindGrinder
I would change what I had done in the past when I was shoplifting. If I had never done it, I would still have my parents trust.
