"Did anyone tell you not to sneek into people houses?" A tall guy around 16 told her. He had rock gear on and a guitar swung to his back.

"Blah blah shut up Senji..." Haraku said revealing the name of the guy she was talking about. Yes, Mr. Senji Kuchiki. The guitar man of the band "Addictive Elixir", asshole, and ex-boyfriend.
"Well we do have to practice. Remeber we have a concert to do today?" Senji told her helping her up.
"Well I rember now...do you have a cigerette? Pretty please with sugar on top and candy on the bottom?"
"Yeah yeah...." Senji said and took out a pack. He took one cigerette and put in his mouth. He took another one and gave it to Haraku.
"Thank you, how lovely...." Hraku said as she lite her cigerette. She lite Senji's aswell.
"Well can we start Ms. Bandleader?" Senji told her and gave her the mike.
"Yeah, yeah....just don't go to fast. Rei needs to come with her drum solo in the right time and the bass seems pretty much perfect. We have some work to do guys...."
"We could have done it soooner if..." Senji rolled his eyes

"Whatever, just please tell me your going to change from does baggy boys clothes later right? It makes you look like a thug. Your a rocker not a thug..."

[SIZE=1]Kenshin bounced up, something was on the roof. He looked to his right, but found Haraku gone. He looked up and heard the sound of someone banging the roof apart. He quicky put on his boxers and a shirt and jumped out of his window. Santa? He gripped ahold of the rim of the roof and flipped himself on. A slim figure stood in the middle of the roof. He had white hair that easily was seen. The sun was coming up as the figure smiled at the sight of Kenshin.
"Does Mr. Matsuo live here?" Was he meaning dad? Kenshin was about to answer when he saw a dagger in his hand.
"What the?" The figure attacked him with a swift stab, barely dodging it. Kenshin lost his balance and fell on his back as he slide down the roof. He landing on the front lawn with a thud. His father walked out of the front door, yawning.
"Cleaning the roof?"
"Dad, look out!" Lee didn't have to move, with impossible speed, he grabbed the hand of the dagger of the figure. His expression had totally changed. How did his father do that.
"Lee Matsuo..." The killer smiled as so did his father.
"Tenchi....Thought I killed you 15 years ago....." With great speed, he switch his feet and slammed his right foot right into the killer's gut. Tenchi was knocked out easily.
"Dad.....how did you do that???"
"Kenshin, shut up and let's go. I'll tell you later." He ran inside the house and got the car keys.
"Where we going?"
"We need to leave Kabuki..."[/SIZE]

Kazuma knocked and enterd, he had gone home for the night but decided to return early in the morning. He came in to see Jun making breakfast, she said it was Nyoko, who had stayed the night. This was just a perfect excuse to do it. Haraku text messaged Kenshin and wrote "It's over, Sayonara! ; )". Haraku thought is was a little messed up to put a happy smiley at the end of her text message. Well it was her, Miss Queen Of Mean. She probaly be rocks tossed at her house and sad messages for the next few days untill Kenshin gets over it. She wondered how happy Senji will be in her decision. He make his own personal parade.
Haraku after sending the text message she turned of her phone. She didn't want to know how fast Kenshin might reply. This made her decide not to pick up her phone for the next couple of weeks too. What kind of girl puts a happy face on a break-up message? Of course, he was pissed on why she dumped him, but was soon cleared as the car stopped. His father looked dead ahead. Kenshin looked ahead, but his father had turned off the lights.

[B]"What's up? Are we here?[/B]" He whispered, not knowing why. His father bowed his head as he finally turned on the lights. Kenshin gasped at the horrible scene. Ruins, a city of darkness. Buildings completly destroyed, roads jacked up. It was terrible.

[B]"Welcome to my hometown. A city that has lost it's name long ago. A place i lost most of my childhood in a split second. A city that I [I]destroyed[/I]...."[/B] Hid father answered as he got out of the car. Kenshin stared at the dash-board, unable to speak. His father, a killer? He jumped out and stared coldly at his father.

[B] "Who are you? Did you kill those people with a bomb?!" [/B] He shouted as it seemed as if his father blend in the shadows.

[B] "I was a superstar in high school. I went to parties and hung out with my friends. Then one day, this voice talked to me." [/B] He started to walk around the car, twirling a finger around his head.[B] "That's when everything changed. I transformed into a devil, killing everyone in my sight. With the power of darkness, i even hurt my friends." [/B] He paused and looked into the sky as if to see someone staring down at him.[B] "I killed them... I even murdered the one I loved."[/B]

[B]"My mother?" [/B] Kenshin whispered as his father laughed.

[B]"I wished she was, but your mother was a woman that just wanted power. One of my friends fought her and buried her beneath the earth." [/B] Lee stopped again and stared into Kenshin's eyes. [B]"After i destroyed the city, i went back to see your mother and only found one thing alive. You." [/B] Kenshin looked away, ashamed to find his parents evil.

[B] "This voice i heard... Disappeared when I found you. My feeling says it will now start talking to you. Since I was 16 when i started to hear it and you had just turned 16."[/B] He looked back at the car, ready to hear Kenshin's shouts. He stared at the ground, unable to imagine his father's life. Then he glared at his father.

"I won't be like you and I will never hurt my friends."[/B] He roared as his father smiled. His smiled seemed real for the first time in his life.

"Good." [/B] The world around Kenshin disappeared as he found himself in a field. He was wearing a stupid outfit as he scanned the area.

This wasn't the first time she disappeared out of nowhere. Well it wasn't exactly [I]her[/I] that disappeared but that was beside the point. This one and the other had to be connected. Last time this happened she got into a huge fight. Since the stupidity of Mioko she had to kill someone with her own hands. Haraku looked at her hands as she tighting her hand into a fist and then unwind it over and over again. When she killed that person it didn't bother her into a few days later. Even so after that time it didn't matter much. Why wasn't she not caring about spilling blood?

Haraku sighed looking up at the sky. Why god she had to be such a bitch? Haraku fell back laying on the grass. She can hear Senji nagging at her in the back of her head. He hated self pity and self let down especially if it came out of her mouth. Haraku squinted her eyes as portection against the sun. She put her arm over her face as a shield. Well she was Miss Queen of Mean. She bet her life on it that alot of people thought she was a bitch. Kenshin probaly joined that line of people or maybe was always there to begin with.

Haraku sighed and shook her head. No one knew why she was like that. She been such a outcast. She couldn't really blame it on her second personilaty or her mental illness. Only Senji understood her. He was always there for her and told her never to doubt herself or think to much of things. He understood been in the same orphanage as her. Yet Senji had it easy been the genuis he was. He finished high school and college at 10. He got his own place by 14 by telling the goverment they can have his brain if he got out of that hell hole orphanage. Yet he had to take her with him.

Haraku closed her eyes remebering further back. He was always so nice. She was consider the mental child. She always had the split personilaty problem and her mental illness. She couldn't handle stress or she'll break down into insanity. Haraku was insane by the way she lived and the way she acted. She was considered a freak and the would run so much test on her to see what exactly what wrong with her. They split personility was not that bother them but the hollow look, her instant rage, not able to feel true emotion or pain, and the way she acted under stress which hinted insanity. Yet she was so close to the edge of been locked away to a place were she couldn't hurt anyone or herself. A place called death if the orphanage got there way. Yet she was so far from it now.

Haraku had to grow up since a young age. Mioko is the child that Haraku could never be. The curiosity, exploration, low understanding of things all the things a little child had Mioko had. Senji didn't care how insane she was. He didn't care about her split personility or mental illness. He understood and loved her the way she was. When she would freak and go into insanity he was always there to break her out. He actually loved both sides of her equally. He took her with him when he left the orphanage. He gave her the money to put food on the table and gave her to a good foster home. All through his goverment connections and job which he was growing lazy of doing. He thought of the rock band taking major time off to make it and start it with Haraku as the singer. What was the last time the goverment called him to make some invention for them or something? He been so gone from that so long and got so lazy. Like Senji said "They wouldn't know how to get there heads out of there ass without me." Haraku smiled at her thought which quickly faded. Yet Kenshin... Ahh he wasn't anything. Yet something about him that itched her so badly. Even through all she still had some strange thing that attracted her to him like gravity.

Ahh! She had to stop. She called it off and that was final. He wouldn't like a murder like her anyways. Senji would love her no matter what. She had to stop thinking. She had to put her mind to get out of this place, this tourtament. She had to get out or fight out. She didn't matter if she had to spill some blood in the process![/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]

Kazuma began to walk home for the evening. He was enjoying the cool night air, that was laced with a dull mist. He walked along the endless chain of identical houses, his mind still dancing around the activities of the evening. He was still a little exhausted form all the "work" he had been doing, but he was getting over it. The air was really quite relaxing, and the sound of the cicadas was like a symphony. It always made him feel at peace. He thought on these as he looked down on to the sidewalk as he went along.

He slowly brought his eyes up, expecting to see his house near by. But as he looked around he realized he didn't know where he was. He didn't recognize anything, probably because there was nothing other than the sidewalk, which was also begining to fade away. It was a dark void with no light and absolutly no features of any kind. He looked around himself, but he couldn't bring himself to stop walking, like something was pulling him along by the collar of his shirt.

A small dot of light on the horizon appeared, but this approached him rapidly and the tunnel was engulfed in the light in an instant. Kazuma sheilded his eyes a bit and looked around. It was hot and very bright, so much so he could barely see at first. He slowly opened his eyes and brought down his arms from his face. He had gone from Kabuki and was standing in this barron desert before him. The sand was soft and red, like a thick rust color. The dunes of the sand seemed more like mountains by there shear size.

There were a few stray bushes with leaves dried to thorns, but other than that there seemed to be no sign of any life. The heat was incredible, it had only been a few minutes and he was already dripping sweat. He thought back and remeberd when this had happend before. But that time he had gone to an arena, this was a desert. What was happening to him?

He walked to the base of one of the massive dunes and used it for shade from the skin frying sun. The images from his last disappearance were starting to return to him. That large man with the axe, and that sword he had that seemed to come from no where. Kazuma could feel the blood of the man run warm over his hands again, but less then the idea of killing him, what upset him most was how much he enjoyed the act.

Was he going to kill again here? This was still yet to be seen. He was isolated out here, he was all alone. That was weighing on his mind more then the fact of where he was. Would he be attacked by yet another stranger, would he kill yet another person to stay alive. So many questions and no answers for them. He leaned back against the mountain of sand as the sun rolled back, casting an even greater shadow.

She would look like the perfect prey for any massive, big teeth, carnivorous animal. Well there nothing better then some exploration. Wait didn't curiosity kill the cat? Haraku started to walk around. She was trying to get rid of her bordem. Yet walking around didn't seem to help much. She wonder if there wasn't anything exicting around her? No matter what culture or place they had to have some kind of entertainment. Haraku just hoped that SHE wasn't the entertainment.

Haraku spotted a human shape figure. Hopefully it was a human. She stepped closer not getting too close. She squinted her eyes getting a better image. There he was, Kenshin. Yep out of all the people she knew it had to be Kenshin she found. Why not a nice rabbit? She would even take a angry tree stump. Hey, even a huge hungry looking bear would be better. Ahh but not him! He was wimpy, corny, and had the IQ of a garden snail! He proballly get her into more trouble if she searched around with him.

Haraku sighed and thought she really had no choice. Kenshin was the only human she seen so far. Haraku took a big breath and walked up to him.
"Yo.." Haraku said waving sheepishly at him.

"Oh it's you Haraku.." Kenshin said

"Your not mad at me right? Your not going to make angry phone calls?" Haraku scracthed her head.

"Hnn... about what?"

"For dumping you over the phone. Not only tha but putting a happy face after the message..."

[SIZE=1] Kenshin gazed around the grassy area as she talked about the break up message. This tournment was becoming more odd every corner. Does anything here have to do with him?

[B]"Now Mr.Romeo why not explore with me? We can cover more ground that way. Don't tell me your not as curious about this place as me?"[/B] She asked as Kenshin spotted movement from afar.

[B] "Get down!"[/B] He pushed her to the side as a figure cut between them. Was more as a it as it geowled like a dog and was the size of a bear. Was this the so called 2nd round? Kenshin reacted fast, showing himself in front of the beast. He glanced back at Haraku, who was getting up.

[B] "Kenshin."[/B]

[B]"Shut up."[/B] He whispered as the beast was ready to bounce on top of him.

[B] "Kenshin look!"[/B]

[B]"I said shut the fuck up!!" [/B] He turned to see three other beast surround them. four against two? Can Haraku back him up? He turned around to face the three as he cracked his knuckles.

[B] "If you can handle just one, it would be great help." [/B] He spat as he got ready to attack, the fiends were wanting blood. He roared as he charged the beasts. He attacked the middle one, thrusting his foot into the jaw of the animal, knocking it out cold. The two both bite him on his arms as blood sprayed across the grass. He turned to see Haraku backing away from the other hungry fiend. He pulled back, but was stopped as it fell to the ground, dead. a man stood behind it as Haraku's face lit up.

[B] "Senji!!"[/B] She rushed over to him as Kenshin now noticed the pain of the animals. He groaned and slammed his elbows in both of the animal's gut. They fell to the ground as Kenshin checked his arms. Shit, they were in bad shape. He tore his shirt into two sections and wrapped them tightly around his arms. Judging by Haraku's happiness, she dumped him for this guy. He spit blood from his mouth as he approached the couple.

[B]"You guys alright?" [/B] Kenshin asked as Senji and Haraku turned to him. What was he in all of this? A fighter in the tournment? Howls came from the hill behind Kenshin as more of the fiends were coming.

[B] "Let's talk later. We need to escape."[/B] Senji whispered quicky as they fled away. That was Kenshin's line, not his. He flashed back to his father from the last time he saw him. It still affected him and that wasn't good. He can't worry about that right now, he needed to focus on Haraku's safety and anymore friends that have turned up here.[/SIZE]

Senji looked a bit hurt for a sec and bounced up again " That hurts Haraku.."

"Yes true I do have to say, yet the boy over there seem to try to take the glory. I think a little fear have strucking in the heart of Haraku. Which is strange that never happens. You can of killed way more of does guys then him with a hand tied behind your back. Okay a little exeggeration, but you could have kicked alot more ass. Who is he anyways"

"Ugh" Haraku rolled her eyes and yanked her hand away from him. Senji stood up and looked at Kenshin. He gave him a angry warning smile that said [I]"She's mine and if you touch her I'll kill you. No one well find your body, I got connections like that"[/I]

"Let's find others sha'll we?" Haraku said yanking Senji's arm

"Of course.." Senji said looking away from Kenshin. He stared at Haraku yet was soeaking to Kenshin " I think you need to speed up slow poke. Anartica icebergs move faster then you...but i guess your too dumb to find the humor in that joke"

"You must understand my postion. Haraku is very...very dear to me. I think I owe some thanks to you for protecting her. If you wish that it is best to leave by yourself that is fine. Yet i do not think it is wise. You see you never know what around the corner. Is better to travel in group...just something a must force if you willing to walk with us. No looking at Haraku, no breathing Haraku's air, no even thinking about Haraku okay?"

"Must you apply that to ever guy you meet..." Haraku rolled her eyes.

"Yes I must insist, your my one true treasure, everything I have. Your beauty and brains are un-canny...I know there some guys that can't help themselves. I can barely hold myslef down.." Senji said kinda and lovinly to Haraku. He ran ran his fingers threw her hair and cuped his hand over her cheek. He stared at her for a few seconds then remebered he still had Kenshin to deal with.

[B] "Alright fine, I'll travel with you guys."[/B] They nodded and turned around as they began to walk once again. Then Kenshin stopped again as he stared at Senji. Calling him a monkey, eh?

[B] "Senji, there behind us!!"[/B] He roared as he turned around, right when he did Kenshin popped him on the jaw. He sent all his force into his fist, blood stricken out of his mouth. He fell to the ground with a hard thud as Kenshin jumped over him. If hit him in the temple, he would have died like the guy in the first round. He put his foot on Senji's chest as he grinned evily.

[B] "Next time you piss me off, I'm not just going to kill you, but also your bitch."[/B] He spat in his face as he groaned. He agev one last look at Haraku and walked away towards the east. He had never been that angry at someone like that before, except his father. Now that he was alone, he could focus on task at hand.
