Kazuma ran off and back to his car, then to the store. He had just realized he didn't know what size dress she wore, so he had to think of something else. He returned the dress and started to leave the store, since he was back to square one, he had to think hard and fast. As he was walking out of the store when he noticed a display case on his way just before the door. Inside he saw a silver necklace. It had three butterflies on it, all lined up in a row, the middle one hanging just below the other two. The butterflies wings were colored glass, the first was red, the second blue, and the bottom was purple. He saw it he knew he had to get it for her. He stopped right there and ran to the clerk and asked for the necklace in the display. He brought it out and Kazuma payed for it right on the spot. He set the necklace in it's black velvet box and went back out of the mall. he finally felt confident with the gift he had gotten her. He walked out to the car and placed it in the glove box. He turned to face the mall again and saw the girls coming out with a new companion. Jun ran up to him "Hey, were going out to eat. Care to come with?" Kazuma nodded "Of course. In fact I'll drive. Even though it'll be a tight squeeze." He looked past her and looked to the guy with them now when it dawned on him "Yuki right. We met a long time ago, your Juns' cousin right." He nodded and Kazuma nodded back. Kazuma usherd everyone into the car "So what's everyones opinion of Sushi?" They looked at each other and nodded to Kazuma. He looked to Jun, riding shot gun "What about the birthday girl?" She smiled "Sounds great Kazu-kun." Kazuma started the car and shifted to gear "Sushi it is then. Here we go."

[Kre]

Sakura sat in the back seat next to Kaze. She liked Kaze and had kinda formed a crush on him. She looked down and started to blush a little bit. The drive was pretty smooth and there were turns every now and then which Kazuma turned with ease.

"Are we almost there?" Sakura asked

"Kepp your shirt on, were almost there" Kazuma said.

They made one lst turn into the parking lot and they all got out of the car and looked at the resturant in amazement. It was huge.

"Here we are" Kazuma said.

[FONT=Arial] Kenshin yawned as he got out of his car. He had just took a nap so he would be full awake for the post party. A car came from the street as kenshin dodged out of the way. HIs friends inside the car laughed as Kenshin huffed.
"Jeez Kazuma, your worst then that guy who wants me dead." He yelled as he too was laughing. Kazuma turned aorund and went to his ear.
"What did you get her?"
"I got her a ring."
"You what??!!" He turned red.
"Don't worry, just a 75 cents I got from a 3rd grader. Relax."[/FONT]

[font=Comic Sans MS][size=2][color=royalblue]Jun and everyone else that was invited, met at the front door to the restaurant. Jun loved this place. It had some of the best sushi in town. Also, their hot springs were incredible. The hostess showed them to their private room.[/color][/size][/font]

Kenshin, Haraku, Kazuma, and Nyoko got undressed with no problem and went to the table without grabbing a towel. Kaze undressed and wrapped a towel around his waist. Yumi and Sakura finally undressed, and grabbed some towels too. They all sat down at the table.[/color][/size][/font]

Kazuma took up his chopsticks and started to eat. He leaned to Kenshin, who was sitting next to him "I'm guessing you still don't know about that guy from the basket ball game right." Kenshin nodded lightly "I don't have a clue." Kazuma nodded back "So what do you think we should do? he might come back and attack us again if he finds out your still fine. He might want to finish his work." Denshin hesitated for a minute "I don't know what we should do. But I do know that if he comes back, I'll send him to hell first class." Kazuma nodded "Amen brother." Jun jumped at the two of them "What are you two whispering about over here?" Kazuma started waving his hands "Nothing, just discussing guy things. Anyway...." Kazuma lifted his drink up in a toast "Happy Birthday Jun, and may they all end as well as I promise this one will." Jun smiled and they toasted to it.

Sakura looked down at her food and it looked delicious..She started eating the miso soup first. It was good just as she thought. After that she moved onto the sushi.
She took some and stuffed it into her mouth.

"Yummy" she said as she patted her stomach.

Everyone gave off a little laugh at what she did.She ate more sushi and a tad bit more soup until she was ready for the hot springs.

"I'm full" she said leaning her back up against the back of the chair.

Everyone laughed at the joke. Nyoko's, Sakura's, and Kaze's presents came next. They were all very nice. Nyoko got her a romance novel, Kaze bought her some perfume, and Sakura got her a stuffed animal. Jun set them aside with kenshin's present, and opened up Kazuma's. It was a necklace with three butterflies. It was absolutely beautiful.[/color][/size][/font]

Kazuma got up as Jun shook him, she was jumping with excitement. today was the day of the Firefly Festival, so it was expected. He would give her the last of her presents tonight. He got up and said his goodbyes, he had to go back to his place to get ready for the festival. He walked to the car and drove home. He hoped out of his car and went into his house and changed into some new clothes and washed up, keeping the girls happy his hard and sometimes messy work. He washed off in the shower and put on some fresh clothers. He put on his favorite black leather long coat, it hung to the back of his knees. Under it he wore a plain white T-shirt and he wore blue denim jeans. He rested on the couch for a moment and headed out the door. He headed to the site of the festival, he had agreed to help some of the those working the festival he would help set up the booths.

[font=Comic Sans MS][size=2][color=#4169e1]Haraku dropped Jun off at the festival and waited. Jun heard that Kazuma was going to be here, and she wanted to see if he needed any help. She soon found him.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Comic Sans MS][color=#4169e1][size=2][b]"Hi, Kazu-kun. What do you think of my bodypainting?"[/b] Jun asked as she held onto an imaginary kimono robe.[/size][/color][/font]
[font=Comic Sans MS][size=2][color=#4169e1]The bodypainting was a dark blue, with lines of silver (representing the wind,) blowing gold leaves. There were also red butterflies painted on several different spots on her body. She didn't want to buy herself a kimono, because that's usually an insult to whoever is bringing you to the festival and she wanted to go with Kazuma. She was going to buy a kimono for Nyoko, but she already had one. Jun waited for Kazuma's opinion of her bodypainting.[/color][/size][/font]

Kazuma was working on a booth with one of the local shops. It was a Ramen cart and he was helping set the oven up. Once he finished the wife of the man who ran it approached him. She said she would have felt bad for not rewarding him, so she gave him one of her old kimonos. She told him to give it to his girlfriend. He thought about giving it to Jun, he couldn't remeber if she had one or not. He folded it up and put it in his car, thinking he would wait for her to show up. He hurried about to finish the last few things. Once he had finished he started waiting for the others to show up. First he met up with Kenshin, they talked for a little bit. Both were still worried about this whole thing, but decided not to upset the others. Next he came across Jun. She had her body painted in the fashion of a kimono. It was a beautiful display. She ran up to him "Well, what do you think?" He stared at her for a moment "Wow, you look great. You had your body painted?" She smiled and spun around "I'm glad you like it." She hugged him. He looked her over again "I have something for you. You don't have to wear it, but I want you to have it." He left her quickly and returned with the kimono the woman had given him just a little while earlier. It was a dark blue like the one painted on her and had a patern of red butterfiles on it. She looked at it and hugged him again "Kazu-kun, this is so sweet. I love it." He huggd her back and the two wanderd off into the festival.

Sakura was shoping at the mall. She saw Kazuma and Jun talking. He looked at a shop and walked in. it was painted with people and kimono's. Sakura searched around around the shop for about 20 minuetes. Then she found the kimono she wanted.


"Ohhhh.... its in my size too" she exclaimed to herself.

She walked out of the store with the kimono in a bag. She looked at the door to the left and saw Kaze walked in.She started yelling at him.

"Kaze, i have something to ask you!!!" she yelled at him.

"Okay now I go have fun and later on i have to dance..." Haraku said "it might be a mess..." Haraku loved to dance, don't get her wrong. Yet after that if her friends decide to see her backstage she wouldn't recongnize them. She act diffrent, talk diffrent, and go by a diffrent name. She hated her other side Mioko the little miss perfect. Haraku sighed and finished tying her sash. She looked in her mirror and grinned
"I look pretty don't I?" Haraku smiled "Okay now don't get a big head! Hopefully you don't have to deal with that pain in the ass today. Let's prey he doesn't see you tonight or the dance." Haraku sighed and picked up her other kimono. Before meeting up with her friends she had to drop it of for the show for she can get dress there. Ugh, what a hectic night it was going to be. [/SIZE]

They stopped at the ramen booth he had helped put up earlier and orderd some food There. It was starting to feel like a real date. As they ate, Kazuma saw something that upset him and frightend him. Before going he looked back to Jun "Go get Kenshin. Don't follow me." She came over to him and put her hands on his shoulders "Kazu-kun, you're scaring me." He turned and hugged her "There's nothing to scared of. I'll make sure everything is alright." He kisssed her then ran off after the guy from the night before. He knew that if he was here, it wasn't a good sign.

Kazuma held Jun "It's okay. Let's just try and enjoy the rest of the evening." She smiled and nodded back to him and he kissed her. He nodded to Kenshin who then turned and returned to the others. Jun and Kazuma went back off together in the crowd. Kazuma looked to her "You said something about the hill tonight. Are you still up to it?" She smiled "I'm always up to it." He smiled back to her and kissed her again. The two silently slipped away to head for the hill.

"Time for all hell to break loose..." Haraku said scratching her head " Okay you'll do it Haraku..."

Haraku got backstage and the director told her to get ready. Haraku undress and put on her kimino. She fastened the sash and started work on her hair and makeup. She more her hair up for when she dance her hair wouldn't distract her. She finnally was finished. She looked at herself in the mirror. It wasn't her anymore it was Mioko. The dancing star of the festivals. The talented, pretty, and kind women that treated everyone with respect. Haraku's second side that she had every time she danced. It turned into a split personality problem and her director always called her "Mioko" and never knew her real name. Mioko had no idea of Haraku's life style and attitude. She knew nothing but her love to dance. So as soon as Haraku put on her dancing kimono and that makeup it was a click for Mioko.
Mioko picked up her fan and smiled at the mirror. Her smile cheerful and warm, nothing like Haraku's. Her face look more surprised, happy, and kinder then Haraku's. Mioko got on stage as the announcer annouced her.
"Everyone is time for Mioko are star of the show to entertain you. Clap your hands everyone for Mioko!"
Everyone clapped as Mioko got onstage and the music started. The music was first rough and up beat. Mioko dancing to it aggressively spinning her fan and tossing it up in the air. Then the music got more calm and graceful and so did Mioko dancing. Her steps were elegent and excellent. Each one looked carefully rehearshed. Making her look completly beautiful. Her fan gestures brought out a certain spirit in her. Mioko couldn't look anymore happier on stage. To her friends...Haraku's friends she couldn't look anymore at home. [/SIZE]

[FONT=Arial] Kenshin clapped as Haraku finished her dance. She had danced wonderfully as he was going to yell for an encore when terror struck. A women's scream as people began to panic. A group of gang members showed from afar, looking for blood. The leader in front was no other then him.

[SIZE=1]Mioko heard the cheers of her fans. Mioko bowed and when she looked up again there was disorder. Mioko blinked in confusing. She tighting her grip on her fan and frowned a bit. Who is interrupted her encore? She saw a few people fighting. Some with bats and brass knuckles. Mioko thought there be no fighting in her festival.
Miko jumped in the middle of the fight and yelled at them " WHAT THE HELL YOU THINK YOUR DOING!? THERE BE NO FIGHTING IN MY FESTIVAL YOU HEAR!? YOU HOOLAGANS!" Mioko yelled. Her face turned red with anger. The all stop and looked at her. All that was running in there heads was what a crazy bitch she was. They stood there in shook.
"NOW LEAVE I SWEAR! I GET THE POLICE ON YOU! GET THE FUCK OUT MY STAGE NOW!!!" Mioko yelled her voice turning raspy from her yelling. The people winced and looked at her strange.
"I ain't your mama but i sure can get them. So fuck off now! I SAID NOW!" Mioko growled and the scampered away. They can see that she wasn't joking and the where not wanting to see a angry lady.
One stopped and yelled out " I get you Kenshin when the crazy bitch not here"
Mioko calmed down quickle and sighed. She turned around and found a guy staring at her. SHe stared back not knowing who he was.
"Uhh sorry about that. I didn't mean to cuss...were they after you? Umm my name Mioko..." Mioko bowed
"Uhh Haraku your name is Haraku. Cut the nice act this is not you." The boy said to her
