Stuart
Actually, a quick Google.com search can provide you with a handsome amount of sites which supply a large variety of MIDI files. Just browse around the sites until you find what you're looking for. Also, www.vgmusic.com is peraphs the best video game music MIDI site on the web, If video game music is something you're interested in. If not, browse these sites .

Petie
Stuart has provided you with good resources on how to find Midis. If you already have one you want to use, putting it on your site is very easy. Just go to your myOtaku Backroom, click on Edit Profile, and scroll to the very bottom of the page. If the site where you found the Midi allows direct linking, just put the URL of the song in Midi URL box. Otherwise, you'll need to save a copy for yourself and put it on your own web space first. Now, for a background, you follow a similar procedure. Find the image you want to use on your computer or on a website (though make sure you're allowed to use it if it's from a website), save a copy of it (if it is from a website), and upload it to your own web space. This is a bit easier with pictures because there are free image hosting sites out there. Two good ones are Photobucket and ImageShack. Once you have the URL for you image, just go to Edit Styles in the myOtaku Backroom and put that URL in the Add A Background Image box.
