Fan Art Submission Question

Will it be acceptable if I post up a sketch of a drawing I'm working on, and then later on post up the drawing when I'm finished? So, in other words, I'll have two pics of the same drawing, except one of them is unfinished and the other is the finished version. Basically two different "stages" of the same drawing. Is that allowed?
If anyone can answer that, it'd be great 'cause I've got a sketch in submission already and I'm planning to put up the final version when I'm done inking and everything.

I don't know what the official word on it is, but I know plenty of artists who do it, myself included. I have one line art drawing that I later colored and then submitted again. I'd be interested in knowing the answer to that question as well.[/COLOR]
