Guest arielrel
First just a quick bit about Blümchen. She was an incredibly ground breaking techno artist way back in the mid 90s who released 4 albums before the year 2000. Her music was way ahead of its time and even now her music is equally comparable to and, in my opinion, better than the recent DDR craze. You could say she's the German version of Ayumi Hamasaki (Ayu). Her language of choice, for the majority of her songs, is German, however the producers did try an english crossover album back in 1996 but then gave up as the lyrics didn't translate too well to the beats in english. Although she temporarily retired in 2000 she has recently re-emerged with new material (more along the pop-side of the genre scale) and was last year in the RTL Grease Mania production performing "Hopelessly Devoted to You". i like ot think of her as happy rock the majorty does to most tho sound a bit popish altho some are in a rock section as to faye wong... knowing german i thin kher music is pretty good. my favorite song i Hand in Hand (Gewalt is Doof) 4rm her cd "Die Fanedition" [strike]Jasmin (Die Fanedition) in two zip-files:[/strike] [Link Removed] [Link Removed] Enjoy!
