Discuss Doctor Who RPG

[SIZE=1]Yeah, well I?m not sure what I?m going to do for it yet but I?m thinking of basing it around the time war, if it were just the Doctor then there would be a limit of characters. If it isn?t about the time war then it?ll be about a number of Time Lords, possibly renegades like the Doctor himself. I don?t want to stick completely to the series, it wouldn?t be fun if we can?t make things up that were never mentioned and really should never have happened, would it? Heh.

Depending on the storyline I?ll be doing there will be both Time Lords and humans, maybe even some aliens tagging along, as well. Also, depending on the storyline again, there may be a villain; if it?s to do with the time war then I can?t see there being any villains since the war really involved the Daleks. But I haven?t decided anything yet, that?s why I?d be grateful for any ideas.

Anyways, the question is: would anyone be interested? Oh, and any ideas? It?s kinda tricky to do, especially the storyline. If anyone wants to lend a hand just post your ideas here if you?d be so kind, =)[/SIZE]

[size=1]You're right, the storyline would be kinda tricky. I think basing it around the Time War is a good idea, though. It would be interesting to kind of delve a little deeper into this event which is mentioned but not elaborated on throughout the show.

I was planning on making at least a Doctor Who-style RP, but I found it difficult to come up with a decent storyline. I'm sure, however, that combining our creative talents we could probably come up with something pretty special, if you'll have me.

I've really gotten into Doctor Who since the new series started, and I especially liked the Christmas Special. 'Twas excellent entertainment.

So, yeah, I'd be interested in participating if not helping in the creation of this RP.

[COLOR=DarkOliveGreen]The storyline would be tricky, but fun. You could always take a specific storyline from Doctor Who and then spin off in a direction that the show didn?t cover. There are certainly plenty of storylines to consider from the series. But then that?s part of the problem I?m sure since there are so many of them.

I haven?t seen any of the newest Doctor Who since it?s not aired where I live in America. But I?ve seen nearly all the episodes of the first seven. So I?m definitely interested in being part of it if you?ll have me.
