Magus
I didn't bring back the other thread because it was hard to tell who was being talked to... especially when no one would quote you. (Kind of hard to tell what was being recommended to who) In any case.... Getting into the new year and such I plan to buy more than 1 anime this time. I'm an action-holic. I favor swordsplay (Rurouni Kenshin) and martial arts animes, but I also like gunplay as well. I don't really care much for the romantic type animes (maybe because I'm cold-hearted ^_^) I'm not into the kiddish shows. I don't particularly care for comedy, but if it's in there with the action (something like Samurai Champloo or Cowboy Bebop) I'll give it a whirl. Anyways.... These are the animes I have. Cowboy Bebop (and movie) Hellsing Samurai Champloo Ghost in the Shell: SAC and a few of 2nd GIG (and 1st movie) Rah-Xephon Rurouni Kenshin Yu Yu Hakusho Dragonballz Vandread G Gundam Gungrave Ninja Scroll Currently recording IGPX and currently watching Evangelion. I had Trigun but I have to get it again. That's pretty much it. As you can see, I haven't seen many animes. My resources are very limited. As I don't have the time to download anime off the internet. I can only buy them or watch what's on tv. And these are the animes I will not touch for various reasons. One Piece Naruto Inuyasha Full Metal Alchemist (I get pissed off at this alot) Witch Hunter Robin FLCL Wolf's Rain (same reason for FMA) Edit: I did copy and paste some of this ^_^
QuincyArcher
Well, you have a pretty decent action list going already. First off i would recommend that you keep riding the Evangelion train. as for some series' that you didn't list, a couple i could add would be: Last Exile - While it does have some good action here and there, don't expect off-the-wall gun fights or anything from this series. But it does have a supurb plotline and a very unique and refreshing style and cast of characters. great series if you like suspense. Elfen Lied - Now this series is one of the more extreme. i can only recommend it if you're comfortable with excessive amounts of gore and nudity, but with that said this is a great series with a very deep and twisting plot that can be very emotional at times (in a good way). I highly recommend it Noir - Actually haven't watched the entire series, but what i have seen was pretty decent. Lots of good action involving gunplay though at times it can be a bit farfetched. hope that helps you a bit.
vorboten
the only one i have seen that you didnt list in one way or another is R.O.D. the T.V that was pretty good, kind of slow at first, but the end is cool, the movie is first, then the series happens after the movie, yes it has action, the paper sisters are pretty ruthless lol. Ikillion
Looks like you really do have a good..and plentyful list of animes already. I personaly dont like G Gundam for obvious reasons but alot of the other series are pretty good this is what I recomend Bleach: Now I know you must know what this is but for once this is a show that I think follows pretty well with the manga. Yet nobody ever seems to die but they do get pretty close to the point of death...just so close. Gantz: If you like to see an anime that has tons of violence then this is one for you. The only draw back that I can see is that the characters arnt relly drawn to much detal, like seeing hair that it looks like someone spent 2-3 hours just drawing Well thats all I can recomend as of right now..I may edit this post later on if anything else catches my memory.
Riku
Well, it seems that you're pretty hard to please, but hey, isn't everyone?? XD Anyways, I'm also into action stuff, but I also like humor and romance, so some of my stuff you may not like. But, I totally love FMA!! Just wanted you to know that, since I know there are some stuff in there that make people not like it. Okay, well here's my recomendations: Vampire Hunter D: Blood Lust: It's a movie, but it's a really good movie. Vampires, vampire hunters, demons, horror and blood... a lot of blood. Really good... not too spooky, though. Kino's Journey: It might be a little funny, but all the action and intense drama make up for it dramatically. It's totally awesome. Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. It might be based off of the great literature, but it is so suspenseful and the way that they did the coloring was very beautiful. This one part of an episode almost made me bite my nails because I was wondering what was going to happen! Well, there you go. I might have more, but I can't think of anything right now. Magus
More than likely 1 at a time. Depending on the price I may buy 2. If a box set is like around $60 - $70 I may get it. (I'm a cheap person ^_^)

Its a great action series with gunplay and space ship fightin action. I also recomend Getbackers its an action and comedy with really great fight scenes. Everyone bascily has some power or specialty. They are both great series that you should pick up.
