Hi! ^_^ My favorite movie is Spirited Away. I believe it's directed by Meusaki (that's how it's pronounced anyway...). I really like it! ^_^ My favorite manga is Decendants of Darkness....

My favourites are mostly Ghibli movies. Grave of the Fireflies and Princess Mononoke are in first place, followed closely (in no particular order) by Pom Poko, Ghost in the Shell, Whisper of the Heart, Tokyo Godfathers, and Metropolis.

If you can't tell, it's hard for me to narrow the list down to my all time favourite!

Well, I loved Spirited Away, the first movie by Miyazaki-san I ever saw, and I absolutely fell in love with Howl's Moving Castle (thank you Figueroa-sensei for giving my the heads up. *bows*) I also am rather fond of Nausica and the Valley of The Wind, Laputa: Castle in The Sky, Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Tortoro, and Baron: The Cat Returns.
I saw the first and second InuYasha movies, liked 'em (except for that one part in the second where InuYasha's a full demon and Kagome kisses him. KIKYOxINUYASHA FOREVER! Huzzah!)

My absolute favorite would have to be either Howl's Moving Castle or Baron: The Cat Returns, though. But, when the Fullmetal Alchemist movie comes out in America, that will be up there, too, no doubt.

Hm, my all-time favorite anime movie would probably be Castle of Cagliostro. A Miyazaki film yes, but unlike the works we're more familiar with. Heck, this film's one of my favorite animated movies period. I saw it before I was truly aware of anime (and so was unaware of the actual Lupin III tv show) and just loved the story and the characters.

I don't really watch many anime movies, but if I had to choose a runner-up, it'd probably be Memories. Yes, it's made up of three different stories, but they weren't episodic at all, so I can't really consider them to be episodes. My favorite story in it was definitely Stink Bomb, although each portion of the film had it's own unique story.

I have to agree with Spirited Away. I always loved watching cartoons and anime so when I got a chance to see Spirited Away I took the opportunity to watch it.

It must be 4 years or so ago since I have seen it. But at the time I loved the story and animation. From then, I gained a greater appriciation for anime. The movie was so touching but I can't really remember much after that.

This was the first movie I saw but I have to admit, I haven't seen much after that. All I remember was the story was great and it just increasing my liking of anime.

Did anyone say "anime movie?"
A rhetorical question, of course. I'm just surprised no one's asking for our favorite series this time. Movies! Go studio_ghibli!

Well, my favorite anime movie has got to be You're Under Arrest! The Movie (durrr...). Although some will say that the near-lack of comedy is its weakness, I think the movie was better because of it. It was poised to be an intelligent action flick and I will have none of the clumsy Ken Nakajima the series oh so abused. The characters were drawn more realistically than in the series and the whole of Tokyo, its landmarks and whatnot, were faithfully recreated. It's a rare chance to see them Bokuto police officers act like professionals that's why I heart it. (
plus Tokairin's in it so wheee!
)

My favorite anime movie would be...
I have a few
I am an all time fan of the Samurai X movies.
I would prefer the Reflection over Trust and betrayal but it really does not matter to me which one.
I also love Ninja Scroll.
Another favorite of mine is the imported, english captions only version of Spriggan.
The more death and blood the happier I shall be.

I'm pretty fond of Zeram. It's the Aria Live action movie.

It's a toss up with that and Casshern, the Kashan:Robot Hunter Live action movie.

Possibly Even the First Battle Royale movie.

I guess none of those qualify as anime movies but they're Anime/manga-based.
