Request Cartoon Banner and Avi Set

To whoever would like to do it, I'd like a banner with Betty Boop, Olive Oil, and Little Lulu on it that says "Old School Girls" and my name. I'd like that in a red or light blue. Don't care about the size as long as I can use it here.

For the avatar, I'd like an animated one that flashes, "Old School Girls" separately. Matches the color of the banner. If you don't have an animator, then if you want to try to make something you'd think I like, go ahead.

Alright hun, I searched for the picture of Lulu and even had my friends help...but all our searching has failed. So I'm asking if you could please supply me with a pic of Lulu...if you can't, I'll keep on searching for you.
