I believe a comedian once said that California's four seasons are Wind, Fire, Rain, and Mud.
First it gets really windy, and everything drys out.
Then some a-hole throws their cigarette out the car window, and lights half of the state on fire.
Then it rains, which finally takes out the state-wide inferno.
But then that causes massive mudslides, where houses all over the state slide downhill.

Sadly, it's kinda accurate. I think there's a huge fire every year.

ChibiGoddess, as it currently stands your post is spam. Please try and put more thought and explanation into your posts - see the Rules and FAQ (located on the left sidebar) for more information on OB's post quality policy, or PM a Moderator if you have questions.

It hasn't rained around me for quite a while now, but instead it's been bitterly cold. I look out of the window in the morning, see the clear blue sky and blazing sunshine and assume I can get away without a coat. No dice! Only when it's been cloudy overnight is it above freezing in the morning.

Yay England. But heck, I'd rather live here where it's temperate than somewhere where it's either hot or freezing all the time.

At the moment, its raining really hard here in Maryland, not a pretty picture since I had to walk to school today. But for now it died down but its still very cloudy and grey outside, make you wanna go to sleep, lol :animesigh

Woo, I found a Marylander! =) I live in B-More though, don't know about you.

But honestly, I think the weather here is really not all that bad. If I lived outside, I bet my mind would change quickly though.
Currently, it's 32 degrees Farenheit, and at 8:36 PM (according to weather.com, I do not go outside usually), and when I do go outside, it's after school, and boy is it windy. It usually looks very good though; the sun's out, a bit windy, but otherwise I'm not all that cold. I usually can just skip the jacket or coat and be fine.

Sometimes the mornings aren't all that great though, especially when you have wet hair.

As for the weather in my neck of the woods it is beginning to feel a lot like spring. Weather here in the Pacific Northwest can be a bit of a roller coaster - especially in the late winter early spring. We can have one beautiful clear sunny day followed by snow the next two. Rain, hail, wind...we get what the tv weather man calls: A Winter Medley. In other words, expect anything. :animesigh

Today was a beautiful clear day, very few clouds, sunshine but a bit on the chilly side. Basically a beautiful spring day.

Well as much as I would love to tell you the weather here I really can't because its really starting to act funky.

On monday I think the weather was rather nice with a high of 70 degrees which is pretty average for around here, yet it was the days that followed where the total wierdness began to happen. On tuesday and wednesday the high was 91 and 90 ... I don't know about any of you but I do know that such a sudden switch in weather isnt really normal. Then it wen't back to being cold by the end of the weekend so I am just going to officially label that Weather in Texas is just....wierd.

I personally wan't it to be cold. I love the cold just so much more than the heat because... Well I don't really know I just like it better, its probaly because I lived in the cold growing up and it just kinda grew up on me.

As for the weather I think is starting to do a shift to spring in its own unique way. Texas weather has always been said to be unpredictable and I really didn't believe that till it had just happened to me. So then I must get my mind and body prepared for a humidity that feels as if the sky is pressing down on you and heat that makes you wish you were frozen in an iceberg.

Amazing summers, not-so-cold winters, warm-enough-to-wear-shorts nights, and pants/shorts-days--ah, Southern California. I heart it.

The summers are amazing, you can go to the beach at night with shorts on and it's still comfortable enough to wear a light jacket. Winters aren't so bad, pants and the occasional pair of shorts.

Of course, there is the often 95 F degree weather that makes us sweat, and the unbearable cold winters where you want to take your blankie just about anywhere that will allow you with a blankie. Gosh, I really do love those nights at the beach during the summer where you can wear shorts all night long and just relax with friends around the bonfire. The sunsets are amazing too.

Gah, I want summer to be here now, haha.
