Anime Cowboy Bebop Vs. Scryed

Now, we all know that voice actors commonly do voices in many types of anime and different series. What I'm wondering is if the guy who voiced Spike on Cowboy Bebop is the same person that voices Kazuma on Scryed. I'm pretty sure it is, but I'm curious to know if anyone knows for sure?

Yep. I don't really like his role in Scryed though.... Don't fit him (Steven Blum) for some reason... IMO. I guess it's because I so use to him playing roles such as Spike, Shishio or Roger Smith. He sounded a little wimpy in scryed for some odd reason.... (maybe that attempt at a higher pitch voice or something....) *shrugs*
