Deadpool
Troy closed and locked the door behind him then set the alram. He didn't really think they needed the alram, considering his senses were better, but every bit of protection helps. He went into his room and shut the door so Marie couldn't see. He took off his shirt and gazed at the marking on his chest. He had seen it when he was doing research on what hos species could do and noticed it meant revenge, which was excatly what he was after. He cut it painfully into his chest so that he would never forget what he was meant to do. "Soon it will be time" OOC: Alright: Vampires people since you two are elders of rivals but not enemy vampire tribes, so basically you are rivals, until word of the two Lycans get out. bleached, you are just to learn things about the vampires until the story gets to where I can put the plan into action. Guest bleached
June walked down the street. The immage of the girl killing that guy would not go out of his head. He really did not want to stay and see what the cops had to say, so he split. Just great, another murder, and he was a witness. How would you explain what he saw though. A girl shooting a mans head off, then jumping to the top of a roof. They would lock him up and say he was crazy. "Well, this has been an interesting night. Wonder what will come next." He stopped and sat down on a nearby bench. The half moon looked peaceful, yet like it was hiding something. He turned his head when he heard some movement, then saw the cat that had made it. He let out the breath that he was holding then looked back up at the sky. Suddenly, he remembered the story his grandfather had told him. "June, listen to me. If you are ever cornered in a dark ally, and there is a full moon, do not run. There will be no getting away." The look in his eyes showed the experience that any old man would have. "What on earth are you talking about? You think there are werewolves out in the dark or something?" June laughed, then stopped as his grandfahter stood up. "I know there are boy. Look here." He pulled his shirt off, revealing a long scar that ran from his shoulder to his waste. "That is not the only one. There are more, but do I have to go into details?" June shook his head, then swallowed hard. He had never seen his grandfather this serious. "Grandpa, how did you survive the attack? What did he look like, and what did he do to you?" June was on the edge of his seat. He leaned forward as the old man sat back down. "I will say one more thing on the matter. Being cornered by a man is one thing, but a woman is much worse. Never let yourself be fooled by a woman that is never there when there is a full moon. You may not know the entire story." The old man put his shirt back on then stood up. Slowly, he made his way into his room and shut his door, locking it behind him. In a flash, June was back in the streed, looking up at the sky once agian. "So, have you changed anyone recently?" He laughed to himself as he heard something else in the ally next to him. Slowly, he stood up, grabbed his pistol that he keeps under his jacket, and made his way into the ally. Kiba_the_Chosen
The night was crisp and clean. Even the lingering scent of the smoke in the distance smelled clean. The moon was quite visible in the sky and the wings of vampires could be seen flying to a manor at the end of an extensive court yard. The spurting of water and the flapping of wings filled the air around the manor. This was the Kinatsu manor. Mr. Kinatsu was the only heir to this fortune. This one son was the only heir to the third division of vampire elders. After a few seconds of a clean wind flowing through the air came a rush of a few vampires. The sound of an orchestra played as everyone entered. On the manor there was a big mahogany door with a few guards standing outside of it. There was a small mistress outside the door checking on the one with the checklist. On top there was an old stone wall. It was a rather big building for two stories but that was the point of a manor. On top of the second level outside on a balcony holding his head up high Teru looked at the moon. It was only half of a moon but he still felt a small concern on the inside. The scar of seeing his father lost was reopened. He sighed and then walked back into his room. From outside his bedroom door he could hear the music coming from the lower level. He sat there looking at the floor for a bit and then looked back outside. There was a small knock on his door. ?Teru it?s time.? A girl?s voice said from the other side of the door. She came through the door closing it right behind her. She was the same height as Teru and had blue hair. She had somewhat of a nerdy look to her but she was beautiful to Teru. She kept her glasses loose on her face as she straightened out her hair. ?Is there anything wrong?? Teru still stared off outside. ?Teru?? She said again. Teru snapped out of his trance and responded to her. ?Oh yes?? Teru said looking directly into her eyes. ?It is time for the speech.? She said a little meekly. Teru turned to her and looked into her eyes deeply. ?Yes would you mind accompanying me?? Teru said hooking his elbow and grabbing her arm lightly. She took her left hand and pressed her glasses up a bit and nodded. Together they came out of the room and looked down to the huge party of people at the first level. They walked about half way from the room to the steps before everyone started clapping. Someone?s voice came booming over the crowd with a microphone. ?And now ladies and gentlemen comes the owner himself of this great manor. The only heir to his father?s business legacy, Teru Kinatsu.? They walked down the steps as the orchestra played. They reached the fist floor and everyone started conversing again. The announcer came on again. ?And now Winter the beauty.? She came down with and orchestra intro as well. Teru made a small scowl at her but then resumed his formal like face. She too made a small scowl at him and then went into the crowd. ?You?ll get her someday.? She said. ?Leanne you?re absolutely correct. With those werewolves not plaguing us anymore I can focus on becoming better than the second.? Teru said quietly as to not attract interest in the crowd. In the crowd?s point of view vampires were just war-like creatures that only had a few respected citizens. Half of this group was human and half of this group was vampires so he had to keep his thoughts to himself. Teru kept in his dance as the music went along. He kept thinking to himself what if the lycans come back. But then he just says to himself that they won?t and he keeps on dancing. The song cut and the announcer came back on again. ?And now for the feast.? He said while the clock struck nine. A vast amount of chefs brought out quite the feast. Everyone sat down to have a bite to eat. Winter and Teru sat at opposite ends of the table. It was a long rectangular table with the first division sitting on the end, the second division sitting on the left, and the third division sitting on the right. Everyone ate to their hearts content and loved it. Even the vampires somewhat indulged themselves. After the meal was over the first elder stood up after clinking his glass with his fork. ?I have an announcement. This has been the greatest year of the feast yet. I would like to thank Mr. Kinatsu for sponsoring the feast at his great manor. I would like to begin this year with the annual speech. First you Kinatsu.? Teru stood up and cleared his throat. ?Thank you head elder, thank you everyone. I was a lad when my father died and I wish to carry on his legacy. With this legacy it has prospered the economy of the world around us. I also like to thank you all for contributing to another good year.? Kinatsu sat down as a round of applause was delivered from the crowd. ?Very good Kinatsu and now for Ms. Winter.?
Disenchanted
Winter stood clapping to Kinatsu?s speech; this was merely for show of course. She gently cleared her throat before speaking her voice was mild and easy to listen to, it had a sweet feminine quality that could only come from one who had lived for as long as she. Even though they were rivals Kinatsu could not deny the fact that Winter had a soothing voice. She made a slight curtsey before she spoke. ?Thank you High Elder, good evening everyone, indeed as Kinatsu stated this has been another good year. In light of that fact I to would like to thank you all for making it a success. As in previous gatherings I would like you to all raze your glasses to those who have fallen in the past by the hand of a Lycan or other.? All those present at the gathering razed their glasses and paid tribute to their fallen comrades. It was something Winter did every gathering, she sat and everyone clapped as the high elder made another short comment and there were some more smaller speeches. After everyone had finished it was time for the part she enjoyed the most about these gatherings, the main waltz. As the time was drawing nearer Winter was growing impatient, as per tradition the High Elder would have first dance, followed by Kinatsu, as he was holding the event, and then finally Winter. She watched as each took the dance floor, the movements of the female?s gowns was simply beautiful, the music was eerily haunting, as was fitting for such a dance. Winters hand was taken by a very handsome vampire, his name was Eldanus, he was a cousin of her husbands. He could not attend the occasion as he was in the foreign states attending to diplomatic matters so Eldanus took his place. Winters elaborate dark green gown fluttered as she moved to wards the dance floor, her hand in Eldanus?. They swayed to the music along with the other two pairs. After 10 minutes of dancing everyone else joined in the waltz. The night was young and air was fresh, Winter smiled, this would be a good night indeed. thezerosystem
Marie was trying to decide what the devil to do with her hair when she heard the low buzz of the alarm systems being set. She paused, listening. She didn't smell anything unusual, so she assumed it was Troy. She tunred back to the task at hand and sighed. It was growing dangerously tempting to whack the whole mess off. But she wasn't sure how Troy would handle it... He liked her hair, he was always staring at it, and heavens knew she was about the only thing that could distract him from his quest for revenge. Marie turned in her seat to call to him, dinner was in the oven and she wasn't going to be home to take it out, but stopped. He shuffled past her room and into his own without saying hi the way he normally would have. She grumbled to herself. It was going to be one of those nights then. To be killed by your father, or to watch your father die... She thought perhaps that Troy had it worse. She would not be at peace untill she had killed the vampire she had once called 'father', but afterwords... She would go on with her life, she supposed. But Troy... Marie doubted anything could ease the pain of loosing someone you still loved. She didn't want to think about that. She pulled her hair up into a half bun and pinned it there, letting the rest of her curls cover her bare shoulders. Perhaps she was beautiful, she'd had enough men tell her so... She gave up and pulled on her jacket. Marie was not...pretty...not the way the princesses in the ols storybooks were supposed to be. She was just a little too tall, her bones were just a little too solid, and well, she was just too brown. Brown hair, brown eyes... she was too earthy to be pretty. It was another reason she hated Vampires. They made her feel like a cow. She didn't bother leaving a note for Troy. He knew where she worked. She didn't think to expect anyone to still be poking around her alley shortcut, so the sudden question from the shadows caught her off guard. "So, have you changed anyone recently?" She yelped. "Damn-I have got to find a new shortcut." She rounded on the voice angrily. "What are you trying to do give someone a heart attack!?!?" The question registered... "Oh....crap." Kiba_the_Chosen
The music was suited for such and event. Teru danced in a smooth fashion. Leanne waltzed with him as the night grew. At about eleven all the humans started to leave. Everyone else stayed though. Human after human left until all that was left was a room full of vampires. As they walked away Teru started to form a small smile. As the dance went on his smile grew bit by bit. ?Teru this was a lovely evening. How about taking it through the night?? Leanne asked trying to get his attention. ?Oh yes!? He said a bit startled. His fangs were now showing to the group and an aura around him bent the view of objects in the view behind him. The head elder took the stand as the orchestra stopped playing. ?I would like to thank all you vampires for the earlier years of war. I was there to command you all and all your comrades are worshipped for what they have done. Tonight I would like to pay special regard to Kinatsu?s father for leading the war into our advantage. After his father?s death Kinatsu took the stand as the general and the third elder. With his way with war he was able to knock down the lycans to a small few. Also the second elder, Winter, I would like to thank her for organizing the last extermination of the lycans. I hope you will all have a good night. I will take my leave now.? The head elder transported as he walked out the doors. Now Kinatsu stood at the microphone. ?I would also like to thank all our comrades in the earlier war. I would also like to give thanks to my father for creating his great legacy. I hope to become greater than he was yet there are no promises. Good night everyone.? As Teru finished a few vampires left but there was just a small group of Teru?s friends and a group of Winter?s friends. All of them were having a conversation. Teru walked over to Leanne. ?I hope you had a great night tonight Leanne.? Teru said appreciatively. ?I did Teru. And now if you will excuse me I?m going home. Will I see you tomorrow night?? Leanne asked. ?Maybe sooner.? Teru said as she left. Both Teru?s and Winter?s friends left after a few minutes. Now all that was left was a small mess to clean, Teru, and Winter. ?I hope you know that this was a formal occasion.? ?Indeed I do. And now I beg your pardon to leave.? Teru said a little snobbishly. Winter just gave a small nasty look and walked out the door. Teru started to pick things up from the gathering. ?And now I?m left alone in peace.? He said as he picked up the last of what was there. He walked upstairs into his room and walked back to the balcony. There he looked up at the moon and remembered the night he saw his father killed. A small grunt and it was cleared from his mind. He went back to his bedroom door restless. He couldn?t get to sleep at this time so he went down the hall to his library. ?Maybe I could find something here to keep me occupied.? Teru glanced at the books and found one that had a red cover. It was different than the rest in there. Most were all grey and black. He took it out for a bit of reading. Without looking at the title he just started on a random page. He flipped through the pages until he came to page 1200. ?What?s this?? He picked up a letter. On it only had the visible words ?On the night of the 1200th gathering power will come to? and it left off. ?Power? To whom?? Teru argued with the letter. Dated on the bottom was the year of the first gathering and his father?s signature. ?What did he know?? He pondered a bit and took the book back to his room. He closed the door behind him while he was focused on the book. ?Hey Teru.? Leanne?s voice said from the balcony. ?Leanne what are you doing here?? ?You see my house at the moment has just been destroyed. I thought I?d come back here.? Leanne said as she took a step into the room. ?Wait it was destroyed. By what may I ask?? Teru set the book down and looked at Leanne. ?Well they said it was an old house and it collapsed in on itself. I thought that thing was going down anyway.? Leanne sat on a chair and fiddled with a few pens. ?Oh?well?uh I have a guest room prepared.? He said a little nervous. ?Ok.? Leanne said. As she walked past him she noticed the book on the table. ?Hey what?s with the book?? ?Oh it?s nothing.? He said but Leanne snatched it away anyway. Instead of flipping straight to a random page she looked at the title. ?Lycans? Why would you read up on this? They are extinct aren?t they?? Leanne asked as she handed the book back to him. ?Well you see I found this in the book.? He handed the letter to her. She read it over and came to a conclusion. ?Well obviously since he put it in that book it must mean that?lycans?are?back.? She stopped and started becoming nervous. ?I heard the stories Teru I don?t want them to come back.? ?Don?t worry even though I hate to say this Winter did a thorough job of eliminating the last of them. We have no need to worry about my father?s talk.? Teru said trying to comfort her. She nodded and went off to her room. Teru though sat on the bed and read into the lycan book. He took a glance at the table of contents. Chapter One-The lycan Chapter Two-History of lycan Chapter Three-The life of a lycan Chapter Four-Enemies of the lycan Chapter Five-How to kill a lycan Chapter Six-Lycan?s Revenge The pages were numbered and it just so happened that chapter six started on page 1200. ?I thought the lycans were all killed. None of them should be left.? He took a look through the pages until he got to page 1200 again. The end of the book was at page 1800. ?Chapter Six-Lycan?s Revenge. After a defeat they lycan always has thoughts of revenge. The lycan condition though can also be considered a virus. Transmitted through birth or a bite a human can become a lycan. After a lycan?s brethren have fallen it gets a huge burst of energy. This energy is also called revenge. Only the lycan can channel this feeling into energy. With this energy and on a night of the full moon these lycans can have the energy to take out even the best of their natural enemy, vampires.? Teru set the book down and left it on that page. He only glanced at the page once more and then lay down on his bed. He had a small bit of fear but he just reminded himself of what his rival did and eventually drifted off to sleep.
Guest bleached
June looked at the girl through the shaddows. He stopped where he was and looked at her harder. "What are you looking at? Have you never seen anyone walking through the ally before?" There was a small hint of anger in her voice, but she was trying to hide it. "I, uh, well, yes I have. Tell me something. Have you ever killed anyone before?" June watched her take a step back. He took a step back as well and walked out into the street. "Why are you asking me something like that? Do I look like I have killed anyone before?" She took a step closer to him, and finally fallowed him into the street. "Well, to be honest, I saw you a little while ago. You shot the guys head off, then jumped onto the roof in one jump. It was incredable, but scary at the same time." June put his pistol back in its holster, and set a hand on the hilt of his sword. "How do you know it was me? Are you sure it was. Could have been anybody. And whats to say that I can jump onto the roof anyways. What do you think I am, a vampire?" She let out a small smile, and then put her hand on her side. "No, I do not think you are a vampire. I should know better than that. You are something rare, something that many people think do not exist." June said, letting his blade slide out a little. She took a step closer, a strange look in her eyes. "And what do you think I am exacally? There is nothing else out there that can describe what I am." "You are neither a wolf, nor a human. You are both at the same time. Tonight, I saw you kill a man, and going by the look in your eyes, you will kill agian. And because we are both here, and there is noone else, you may just go after me, am I right?" June took in a deep breath as the girls phone rang. She hesitated, then picked it up. "Hello. Oh, Troy, hello. What is it? No, I am on my way to work. Yes, I know, but something has come up. I found a guy that had seen me a little while ago, kill that guy. Yes, he is right here. Fine, I will wait for you. Oh, and Troy, he knows. He is pretty smart. Ok, bye." She hung up the phone and then looked at it for a second before turning back to June. "Let me guess, that was the guy that has been one longer than you." She nodded and smiled. "And you are about to meet him. Hope you are ready." June took in a deep breath and let it out slowly. He sat down on a bench and sighed again. "Well, grandpa, I guess you were right about being cornered by a woman than is not really a woman." He looked up at the moon agian and sighed, once more. "Looks as though you are not done changing people around here."
Deadpool
Troy hopped into his truck after finsihing his call with Marie. "So someone else does know" He saw a mna walking down the street and figured it was him. He parked the truck and climbed out. The man slowly began to reach behind me for what Troy figured was a gun, considering the he could pick out the swords. "I am not here to fight" The man obvisouly didn't trust him, Troy could tell that much by the man's breath. "So what do you want to do?" "Just to talk. And don't bother even shooting me, It won't do you mucxh good" He brushed the hair out of his face as he looked out of the moon. "You know who we are. If you want to talk about what I will kill next or if it even bothers me at all, don't bother, I have lived almost ten of your lives so killing, blood, wars, they are all the smae. know what I need you to do is keep quiet" "And why should I do that?" "Because if you don't, not only will the vampires track you down, and most likely make your life miserable, but you will become my enemy as well. I am not here to take ovr the world, or use humans for my own twisted pleasure as the vampires do but merely here for revenge, then I can live the remainder of my life in peace. So just don't hinder me from my path and you will save yourself a lot of trouble." The man obvisouly was confused. "Uhh, ok" "I am glad we both are reasonable men. now if I were you I wouldn't sty out at this time at nig...." He stopped at looked up as three figures jumped from the rooftop and landed next to them. "This is the reason why?" The man instantly pulled out his sword and gun. "Stay back, I am warning you" Troy frowned as one of the vampires began to laugh. In a flash the vampires head came clean off as Troy dealt a massive blow making the others tack several steps back. "What are you a Purebreed?" "Ahh, so these are Half-breeds?" The man seemed to be even more confused. "What are Pure and half breeds" One of the other vampires walked forward. "We are half-breeds, humans turned ot vampires by a bite. Purebreeds are born that way and get to become Elders" Troy smiled. "Just cut his head off, that will get him to shut up" He knocked him to the side and took out the on behind him, then turned to see the other vampires head rolling on the ground. "Nice one...now if you excuse me" He walked back over to his truck and took off down the road. Severalhours later he came to the city's train station as a red train was pulling up. 'Ahh, the train has arrived" He climbed out as the train manager began to walk towards him. "I'm sorry, but this is an exclusive tra..." Troy cut him off with a swift blow to the head taking it clean off. He had practiced that little move for some time now and it worked like a charm every time. He pulled out his two Berettas and kicked the door open catching about fifteen vampires off guard. One who was the Elder leading this party began to laugh. Troy recongized him as Alden. Alden walked over to the front and cracked his knuckles. "You really think you can rob us. Those bullets will not kill us, but you will make a fine meal considering we are all quiet hungry from the trip" Troy smiled as he squeezed the trigger hitting two vampires in the head, who fell to the ground and began to wince in agony. Soon their bodies began to smolder as a blueish white light came out of them. Alden frowned as he looked at his fallen comrades. "UV capsules" He turned back to Troy. "How did you get those and how did you know that we were vampires?" Troy smiled as he fired two more shots then aimed one at Alden keeping him form advancing. "Let's say it is a long story, to long to tell but I thirst for revenge, I thirst for vampiric blood. You will be my first test to see if I am ready to face the High Elder" "Andrew, you a simple human are no match even with your special bullets." Troy smiled as he dropped both guns. "We shall see?" "What are you up to human?" Alden snapped his fingers as one of the Purebreeds with him charged Troy only to be snapped in completely in half. "what the?" Troy tensed his muscles as he began to change. "My day for revenge will come and you cannot stop me" Choas broke out in the train car as the vampires went into a state of panic considering their wasn't supposed to be anymore Lycans alive. Troy killed thtme left and right when a punch to his jaw sent him sliding back across the train car. "You are weak" "You don't know how wrong you are" Alden lunged again Troy shoved his claws deep into Alden's throat. "for years I am trained and dreamed of killing my first Elder. Consider this an honor, Alden to die by the hands of Tory son of Cameron, Head Lycan" He smiled as Alden's eyes went wide before his head went rolling to the ground. Troy wrapped it up and stuck it inside a box as he changed back and took off his now shredded clothes. He changed into his spare clothes and drove up to the manson where the vampires were at. He took the head out once more and created several slash marks over Alden's lifeless face. "They will know that the war has began" He set the box on the doorstep and rung the bell before taking off into the night.
Kiba_the_Chosen
The sun shone in Teru?s room but didn?t reach his bed. He got up with a slight moan. ?Oh it is good to be a vampire. Only have to sleep a few hours.? Teru walked up to his desk and got on a small cream. This was like the basic sun tan lotion but it blocked out the UV rays one hundred times better. ?This?ll allow me to see what?s up.? Teru finished putting on his lotion and got on his shirt. Next he got on his business shirt and then started to get neat. He tucked his white shirt in after he got on some dress pants and walked out the door. Leanne was awake already sitting at the breakfast table. She had a worried look on her face. ?Good morning.? She jumped as he said it. She looked at him for a bit then lunged for him. ?You will protect me right? Please say you will protect me.? ?What from dear?? She gave him the newspaper that was lying on her chair. ?Oh my god.? He said in astonishment. ?One of the elders was murdered.? ?That isn?t the end of it. They found signs of a lycan?s job. Even though they have been extinct for such a long time they have come back.? ?Just like my father said in his letter. Tell me what was the moon like last night?? He asked her in a hurry. ?It was a full moon. But for a moment it looked full.? ?So the moon actually becomes full when a lycan?s out. I will have to check this book for some clues.? He said as he pulled the book from behind him. He took out something from his pocket and wrapped the book in it. It was a brown sack with a small leather string. ?I hate to admit this but I might have to ask Winter for help.? ?Alright but I hope you know what you will be getting yourself into.? *imagination ?Ha ha ha Teru of the shadows scared of lycans coming back. You sound like such a wuss Kinatsu. I?m glad I now realize that I?m the better.? *end imagination ?Ya what a seen that would be.? He mumbled to himself. ?I think I will first carry out an investigation on my own. Find out what I can about what type of lycan we are dealing with.? He said confident. ?Leanne I will need your help.? ?What me? But I have a family who worries about me.? She said looking innocent. ?I guess I should tell you this before you get too far into this. Your parents; they were purebreds. Well they were assigned to guard Alden that night. If the paper says that Alden was killed an there were no survivors; your parents they?re-? Teru was cut off by Leannes eyes. She started to get tears filled in them. ?Dear Vampress it isn?t your fault. It is those lycans. Your parents did they?re job. They protected Alden the best they could. ?It may be that but they were on that train not only to guard Alden but they were also retiring from the vampiric guard that night.? She started to cry. ?They were?going to come and?give me a home again. They were going to love the daughter they had for so long but couldn?t cherish.? She started to break out in a greater sob. ?Hey hey don?t have to be like that. Please my dear don?t cry anymore.? He said trying to comfort her. She started to sniffle a bit then she looked back at Teru like her entire personality shifted. ?Those damn lycans are going to fall like by my hand. I?m not going to rest until my parents are avenged.? Her anger brewed and she went upstairs. ?Tough losing her parents. I guess-? He was again cut off but by a door slamming. Leanne came back downstairs with a huge bag. She dumped it all over the table. ?Wha-What?s this?? He said as a whole arrangement of guns and silver bullets were poured out onto the table. ?It is my stash of weaponry. I?ve been practicing this since I was 280.? She picked up a gun with a clip on the bottom. She shoved it in and put it in her belt. ?Alright Teru I?m ready.? She said. Teru opened the front door as the sun came gleaming in. ?The sun is bright today.? ?We both have our lotion on so it doesn?t matter.? Leanne said as she took a step outside. She looked around and then walked to the front gate where there was Teru?s car. ?I?ll be driving then.? Teru said as he got out his keys. She got in as Teru started up the car. ?You know my father was the one that raised me. He thought I could be a great leader. Until he was killed by that lycan. I saw his body fall and turn to dust. When that lycan came after me I did what my father said to do. I let go of myself and let my emotions run rampant. I was able to kill the lycan with a swift silver blade to the back.? ?Your father raised you. What about your mother.? ?I only had my mother until I was ten. She was part of the first lycan attack. This attack failed miserably. They had these special designed blades and fangs coated in some concentrated liquid form of UV light. It was only until later that we found out how to counter it with that lotion mixture. She died that night as she was killing a lycan. My father he was angry enough at the lycans that he was the first elder that became a general in the army. My mother she took out a good one hundred of them lycans before she was clawed in the back. My father won battle after battle. It seems our family has a legacy of being strong. But those lycans like to kill us off faster than we can reproduce.? Teru looked over to Leanne. She was crying a bit in her hands. ?What?s wrong?? ?Your mother; didn?t you grieve over her?? ?I did for awhile until I took under my fathers training. I found it a good stress relief. But after my father was killed; I took it into my hands to destroy every lycan that was left. Then after that Winter came along and wiped out the rest or what we thought was the rest.? ?So where are we going then?? Leanne asked as she looked out the car window. ?We are going to go to the crime scene. After that I?m going to go to Winter and give her evidence of this lycan attack.? Teru said as he turned into the station. They got out of the car and walked into the lobby of the station. They turned the corner and reached platform six. ?What happened here?? He asked another vampire. ?Well Kinatsu we?ve discovered key evidence that it was a lycan attack.? ?Good work officer I will need that evidence.? Teru started to walk to the train. ?Oh yes Kinatsu you will need this to investigate any further.? He said as he tossed him a certification card. ?Thank you!? Teru disappeared with Leanne into the car.
thezerosystem
Troy was off and after the head Vampires, leaving Marie to clean up the few stragglers (which she did- quite enthusiastically) and babysit the human. Which she wasn't so enthusiatic about. Well, until her gun jammed, giving the last vampire an opening to lunge at her with a wicked looking spear- only to loose his head to the weapon of the boy beside her. She glanced up and gulped in relief. "I don't know who's side your on, kid, but I'm officially on yours. Thank you." He still looked spooked, but seemed to mellow a bit. "I don't know about that. My Grandpa warned me about you." "Me?" Shrugging off the aftermath of the battle Marie slung an arm around his shoulders and threw her head back laughing. "You sound like I"m going to eat you or something! Comeon, I'm late for work, but I'll tell my boss you saved my life. Drinks are on the house for you tonight boy." Marie worked at possibly one of the oddest bars in the city. Despite the music, the lights, and the occasionally too rowdy patron, it was a nice place. Marie sat June at the bar and poured him a drink without bothering to clock in. "So what's your name kid?" He eyed her warily. "Don't you care where you're boyfriend ran off to?" Marie laughed again. "Ah, He's a big boy, he can take care of himself." She sobered suddenly, and said quietly. "You must think of us as monsters... But the Vampires slaughtered his family... He has every right to his revenge." They sat in silence for a moment, before he asked. "What about you?" Marie took his drink and downed the rest before refilling it for him. "I don't like vampires, I don't trust vampires... But my Foster mother... Her death saved my life. I would like to see my father die for what he did to us... but his is the only head I have a mark against." "What about that guy in the alley the other day? What did he ever do to you?!" Marie sighed and took the boy's hand, placing the drink firmly in his grasp and raising it to his mouth. "Don't worry, drinking after me won't turn you into anything wierd. You need to unwind a bit. That man...was a very good friend of mine...a long time ago. He wouldn't have enjoyed being a vampire for very much longer. I...It doesn't really matter if you believe me or not, but I wanted to spare him that pain." She tilted her head. "Becoming a Vampire hurts, alot, kid, I know. I was born with Lycanthropy. If Troy hadn't found me, and known how to reverse the effects of the virus, the conflict would have torn my body apart. I don't just owe him my life. I owe him my soul." Then she smiled wolfishly. "But listen to me I'm rambling, and you still look like you're ready to faint. Come dance with me."
Guest bleached
June watched the smile on her face. "No thank you. I cannot dance. Its an old thing I have never gotten rid of." He put the glass close to his face, then fianlly took a drink after looking at it. "Suite yourself. Tell me something, how did your grandfather die? A lycan attack him or something?" The look on her face was one of understanding. "Well, at one point, he was attacked by a woman in an ally. She scared him for life. The night of his first change, she came out of nowhere agian and ripped his head off. Soon after I found her dead, her head had been cut off by vampires." He took another sip of the drink and then set the glass down. "Thats about as bad as our stories." She looked down at the bar then up at him. "But it is impossible to say that your story is worse than anyones. You lived it, not them." "Are you and Troy, was it? Are you two the only ones left?" He looked up at her with a serious look in his eyes. She nodded, then he looked down at the glass agian. "Thought so, the way he acts. Its like he is affraid that something bad will happen. Like he will never be able to do what he thinks is best." June took another sip of the drink, then set it back down. "I know I would be to. If the only thing that was keeping me from killing myself was revenge, then yes, I would be very cautious about what I did." She refilled his drink, then set the bottle back under the bar. "Thats understandable. I know that from when my grandfather died, I searched for about six years for the bitch that killed him, then finally, she came up dead. At that moment, I had nothing to live for. I lived in the woods, pretty much, killing myself." June took another drink, then swirled the glass in his hand. "But, soon after that was over, I realized that until everything that was born from hell is dead, then I could never die." He looked into Marie's eyes, them not changing a bit. "I am sorry to hear that. If I would have known, I would have never come anywhere close to where you were." Her eyes softened a little, then a faint smile crossed her face. "It is not you. The only reason that I did not go after you back there was the fact that I have not seen a werewolf in years. Some how, you have been in hiding, or so I thought. But it turned out that I was not looking in the right place." He finished his drink, then shook his head when she grabbed the bottle agian. "Well, that doesn't answer why you don't try to kill me now." The smile had fadded, and there was a serious look shapping her face. June stood up, then streached. "The reason is simple. I am only human. If I tried to kill you, then I would have wound up either dead, or one of you right now. And frankly, I wish to be neither." He smiled then walked out twards the door. "And where the hell do you think you are going?" She fallowed him half way. "No where. I will be around. Seems as though the vamps know you are still around. Just don't piss me off and I won't stab you in the back." He smiled then walked out the door.
Deadpool
Troy dorve back to the train station to admire his handiwork and discard any evidence that might lead to him. When he got there he found a huge crowd had already gathered. "Well guess I will have to wait till the news" He climbed out and made his way towards the crowd when he saw Teru go into the train car. "Ahh" He walked under the tape when an officer stopped him. Troy could tell by his sent he was a vampire. "you need an access card to get into here" Troy held up his card as the officer looked it up and down. "Uhh Inspector Dufrain. Nice to see you. Sorry about the holdup go on in" Troy smiled then patted the guy on the shoulder. "you can just call me Vincent alright" He passed the vampiric officer and entered the train car. "So what is your opinion on the murder?" Teru obviosouly startled spun arpund. "And you are?" "Inspector Dufrain here to investigate thsi bizarre murder. It looks like a huge wolf came in through here" Teru was obviously not expecting him as he turned around and nodded. "It does look that way" Troy noticed the crowd was thinning as the officers were moving them away. He was thinking to himself the odd of fighting all of these vampires at once and the odds weren't good. All the cops around here had to be vampires so none of the humans would see this mess. He made sure the crowd was gone then stood right behind Teru. "you know those legends about werewolves. This is what this looks like. To me this one wanted revenge" Teru stiffened then spun around as a hand caught him by the back of the neck and slammed him on the ground. "So you are the one" Troy caught the female vampire by the neck. "Don't struggle or I will kill her." He smiled as he felt Teru relax. "That's better. Now i know we are both respectable men so after I tell what i need to I will be going and I expect noone to try to stop me." Teru laughed. "Yeah right" "Well let me just say that this last wolf is still thirsty for Elder blood so i would report this back to your friends so they are prepared and might put up a better fight for this lone wolf" He threw the gril on Teru and quickly made hs way out the door and past the young vampire guarding it. "Have a good day Inspector" He heard Teru shout then drew his gun as a bullet hit him in the head, sending UV rays through his body. Troy sprinted only top be stopped by two more that he knocked to the side. He hopped in his truck and took off down the road then stopped after he had made it quite a few blocks away and checked his entire truck then found what he had heard. "Transmitter" He tore it off along with his license plate and replaced it before turning around and going to his house.
Kiba_the_Chosen
Teru watched as the wolf got away. ?So it is true.? He took only one last glance at the wolf and then turned back to Leanne. She wasn?t hurt but he took her out of the train anyway. ?Teru that was the wolf who killed my parents. I almost failed them.? She said looking at where the wolf had been. ?If he only stayed for a bit longer I could have caught him right there. Just from his hair I could smell the stench of my kin.? He looked at the ground then at the thinning crowd. ?Looks like a little more research as to how to beat these things is in order.? They went to another free platform and got on a train just leaving. ?No protection?? Leanne asked as the train started to move. ?I?m the only protection you will need.? -Late afternoon They arrived in a capital city from the looks of the buildings around them. There in that city was the scent of vampires. All around they were walking like it didn?t matter. Inside this city there was one building that Teru recognized from his childhood. It was in the middle of the city but it had a picture of it on a bulletin board at the station. ?That is where I?m going.? He pointed to the picture as Leanne followed him. He walked down the street and saw there were actually no humans in the city what-so-ever. Eventually after winding roads he came to the building of the Higher Officials that gave the position of Elder. Here was where they decided who would govern the six sections of the world. There were three elders for every section except for Teru?s. Now there were only two. He went through the big double doors and wound up in a lobby. A women was at the desk ready for him to come by. ?What order of business do you have with the Higher Archs.? Teru was expecting a warmer welcome but gave his reason none-the-less. ?I?m here to talk about the past.? Checking the schedule, the assistant found they were open at this hour. ?Go on in.? She said and went back to work. Teru went through the door and entered an empty room. ?We are the members of the Higher Archs. What brings you to the city of the damned Teru of the shadows?? A voice boomed over head. He gave a small gulp and then proceeded. ?I?ve come on my behalf and as well as Winter?s to report the sighting of lycans again.? The crowd he seemed to be talking to was silent. ?I?ve just recently visited a site where the lycan attacked. He came back and assaulted me and this girl here. I?ve reason to believe that this is not the end of the attack.? ?The accusations you are making are serious to the society outside these walls. If you know of what you speak then tell us why have they come back?? Teru stood a moment and reached for his pocket. There he pulled out the brown sack and revealed the red book. ?In here I would like you to notice the title given to chapter six.? Teru held it up high as a force took it upwards. There was a small discussion above but Teru and Leanne couldn?t hear it. ?And what relevance does the title give us?? ?It tells you, if you read in to it, the lycans have a lust for elders and pretty much every vampire around. If this lycan does get its power from fallen comrades then I have a belief this wolf is becoming stronger every night. Soon he will surpass even the might of the Higher Archs. I in fact am having trouble with him currently. He?s shown his face once and I will not forget it.? ?We acknowledge now the fact that these wolves are back but what makes you think they will become stronger than even us?? ?In the chapter it is said that they gain their power from the fallen comrade. With how many we have slaughtered he has a vast amount of power still growing today.? ?Alright we will make a decision by tomorrow morning. Until then you will leave this book with us and remain in the city. In addition to your leave would you like to state anymore last minute facts?? ?Yes my father left this on page 1200.? Teru handed the letter to the shadows above. ?We will then make a verdict by tomorrow. We bid you farewell Teru.? OOC: Where?s Illusion your missing out on all the great story development. Disenchanted
OOC: Eek! Sorry for the lack of posting, school has sucked lately and I couldn?t think of anything good to write. All caught up now XD im determind to see this rp to the end even tho it just started sort of and it isnt mine, perhpaps we may be the first to finnaly finish one in a while ay? on with the show...I think its time that Winter found out her husband is dead. IC:Winter had returned late from Teru?s party, she ordered her driver to take her around the city. It was something she would normally do with Alden but he was away. It was almost dawn when Winter finally decided she had had enough. As she reached the door of her grand mansion high in the hills out of the city the sun had just begun to peek his head over the horizon. She stepped inside into complete blackness as the suns rays hit her door way. She could see perfectly well in pitch black, all vampires could. She made her way into the grand master bed room. She ran her hand over some of Alden?s clothing and smelt his after shave. Winter longed for him to return, they had been together so long. She found her self wondering what she would do if he were never to return home. She hung up her party clothes and slipped on her night gown made of fine red Chinese silk. She drew back the expensive black linen bed sheets and shut her eyes. = = = = = ?Lady! My Lady! Where are you?? Winters butler called out from the top of the grand stair case. She heard the cry from the study, putting down her book of W.B.Yeats Poetry, Winter poked her head out of the study?s doorway. ?What is it William?? The butler came running over to her from the top of the stair case, the study was on the same level, Williams face was serious almost grief stricken. ?My lady please, I must talk with you in private I have terrible news?? The slight smile that once occupied Winter?s face now vanished. A terrible felling worked its way into the pit of her stomach. Indeed Alden was late back from his trip but only by a few hours surely? ?My Lady?I have news regarding your husbands well being?well you must understand?? Winters facial expression went from concerned to almost in tears. ?William if you have something to say by god just say it? William kept looking down at his feet and then up at Winter he wasn?t sure how she would react to this news. He wanted to keep his head and his vital organs in tact. ?It?s Alden?my Lady; Winter?he is dead?? Winter could feel the tears welling behind her eyes, she didn?t want to accept it. Alden dead? It wasn?t possible; he was an Elder and much her senior one of the most powerful. She loved him with all she was worth just because she was a vampire didn?t mean she was immune to sorrow. However, one small thought crept into the back of her mind and it grew with each passing moment. Who killed him? Her grief was replaced with and anger, her anger stood equally with revenge. ?Who is responsible for this!?? Winter yelled causing William to jump; tears were forming in her eyes. ?They believe, due to the extent of the damage, that it was?Lycan? Her face became devoid of all emotion when the words Lycan were uttered. ?Will, leave me?? Winter stood and retreated to the very back of the grand study and entered a room that came off the back, Alden?s study. ?But my Lady?? He was immediately cut short. ?Call all those that need be informed, his funeral will be arranged as soon as possible. Closed casket?? ?I will see what can be done with they body my Lady? ?Thank you Will? Even though she could not see it William bowed to her exited the grand study and closed the large oak doors behind him.? Winter sat culled up in a ball in Alden?s high backed leather chair, everything in his study was as he left it and so would remain as such. Winter sat and cried for a long time, this was a side of her that she would not let anyone see, ever again if she could help it. It was a long time before she got out of the chair, walking over to a large picture hanging on the wall in Alden?s study Winter looked at it. It was a grand masterpiece of their home, in times long past. She took hold of one of its sides and pushed. The picture moved aside easily revealing a large recess. This recess bore a collection of fabulous swords and ancient weaponry. Removing a grand sword from the middle of the display winter lashed his sheath around her waist and looked the blade up and down. It was magnificent in its design, way ahead of the period in time in which it was crafted. The hilt was woven in navy leather inlayed with silver. The blade reached long, with intricate Celtic knots engraved along its length. This was Alden?s most prized blade, and Winter thought it only fitting that his murderer die by it. She walked out of the study ignoring all she passed, Winter entered the large hall used for combat practice, shutting the doors behind her she spoke a quick word to a worried William. ?Interrupt me with important calls if you must?? ?What will be your course of action?? ?Revenge, war if I must, I will hunt down this Lycan as I did countless numbers before, find out all you can...? Alden?s words echoed inside her head as she closed the doors and readied her self for combat practice. How many winters must pass before we are rid of all the violence and killing? All the winters in eternity until all of the Lycans are dead?
thezerosystem
Troy damn near broke the door down storming into the house. The noise of it startled Marie out of a half sleep and she sat bolt upright. The clock glared 3:14 AM in the darkness. Nothing good EVER happened at three in the morning. The air was heavy with the stench of undead...or perhaps more approprietly, re-dead blood. She tilted her head, and took a deeper breath. Not all the blood was vampire blood. Some of it was Troy's. Marie was out of bed and down the hall in less time than it would have taken a human to stand up. She didn't bother with a robe; Troy had bought her pretty much everything she owned, it wasn't like he hadn't seen her in her night clothes before, and besides, she was too furious to think about it. He was in the hall, locking the garage door when she cought him. "Not only do you leave me babysitting some human and run off to have all the fun yourself, come back and track blood all over the carpets-and may I remind you how hard it is to get vampire blood out of nylon?-but you also come home wounded!!!" She smacked him upside the head and ignored whatever it was he snarled at her. "Here." She shoved a towel into his hands. "Leave your clothes in the garage they smell terrible. I'm running the tub. I dont know how I'm going to explain this to the cleaners-" Troy cut her off by grabbing her by the chin. "Marie! Dammit stop freaking out for a sec will you? Have you even heard a word I've been saying? It. Isn't. That. Bad." Marie snapped her mouth shut and just glared at him. Since when had it become like this? More and more often, recently, Troy would just dissapear, leaving her to play the little house wife while he went and had his revenge. And even that, perhaps, Marie could have endured... But waking up to the smell of his blood in the middle of the night... Troy's blood... "Maybe not for you." She hissed. "But if the smell of my blood was what woke you every night..." Marie shook her head and turned and headed up to Troy's room to run the bath. "...wouldn't it bother you? This Lycan's Revenge of yours... Fine. Good. I'm all for it. But I dont want to wake up one morning to find that it's passed to me to take vengence for our people because you're...dammit!" Marie leaned heavily against the wall and runbbed the tears off her face. She hadn't cried in... what? Twelve years? Twenty? "You're all I have left...I don't want my revenge if I have to take yours too."
Deadpool
Troy gently brushed the hair out of her face. "That is why I am not dead yet. This was a one time thing. I had to make a point and get them all worked up." He gave her a hug before walking with her into the kitchen. "Well if you didn't work at night maybe you could help me...Oww" He rubbed his head hwere she hit him again. "Do you have to do that?" Marie reached over and grabbed a frying pan. "How is this?" "I like the fist better." He walked over to the fridge and pulled out a package of bacon and several steaks then began cooking them. "But you should have seen the Elder's face. You have nothing to worry about. as far as they know their is only one Lycan. But I am about to change that." Marie looked at him with a tilt in her head. "And how do you plan on doing that?" "Full moon is in a week from now" He set a plate of food in front of her. "Tomorrow I would like you to make some new friends at your work and bring them over." He sat down and finished his food. "But I can promise you I would never put my burden on your shoulders. I would never do anything to hrt you and you know it" He gave her a kiss on the cheek as he went upstairs and in his room. He sat on the bed thinking to himself. He felt stronger, he felt it everyday. He laid down thinking about Marie. "You don't realize that you are the only thing keeping me from going insane. It is because of you that I am not dead"
Kiba_the_Chosen
Teru left the hall on a good note thinking he made a good impression. There outside in the lobby he kept thinking about the Lycan problem back in the Western town at his manor. Leanne sat on a seat behind him as he paced and waited. ?Teru I hope you know Winter will be coming soon. That was her husband that was killed. She wants revenge.? ?I know how many people related to us were killed by those vile creatures. If they would have never started a war in the first place we wouldn?t be in this mess.? ?Teru I must get my lust for blood before Winter does. Or even kill the lycan that did this together. I know this is a little much to ask but could you ally yourself with winter until this is over. Now that you have got a look at this wolf?s face he is bound to be on the run.? ?I saw his eyes. When he backed out of the train there was more than fear of being killed in there. There was a greater look one with intensity and determination. I believe this look is also a sign.? ?So what if the Higher Archs find that this lycan problem is an extreme one.? ?I don?t know what they will do but somehow they will put a stop to it.? He said still pacing in the lobby. ?They said they would reach a verdict by tomorrow in the morning. Do you think we could walk around this city? It is the first time I?ve been here.? Teru looked at her and nodded. They walked out into the dark city. There was always a cloud over the city making it safe for any vampire. The sun was blocked out here because the Higher Archs lived here. They passed by a few half breeds but there was mostly pure blood here. The scent of it carried through the wind. The lycans could probably smell it about a few miles away. ?Where should we stay?? He asked Leanne as they approached a few hotels. Teru was actually never fond of a casket in his younger days and liked the beds made by humans. His father never stopped him of this practice so it eventually became habit. Leanne too was fond of the beds but was able to sleep in a casket if she wanted to. ?How about this place? It is rather out of the way.? The place was called the midnight inn. They stepped in but it was fancier inside then it was outside. Ultra violet lights illuminated the hall. You could still see your way around if you were human visiting this place but it felt more comfortable for vampires this way. ?Hello sir.? The vampire behind the desk said. ?Yes I have a room reserved here for a Teru.? He said hoping that being famous himself there would be his own reserved room. ?I?m sorry but if you are of a high political stature you will still have to order a room yourself.? ?Alright.? He said and gave him a few dollars out of his pocket. ?Room six on the sixth floor please. Here is your key.? He gave it to Teru. Teru went upstairs with Leanne and went into his room. ?High political stature. Is that what he wants to call me?? He said as he entered his room. ?I?ll tell you something Leanne a guy like that has no respect for the war.? Leanne sat down on the bed and looked out the window. The view of the Higher Archs building was great. ?So how is the room?? He asked setting down a few things. ?It is great. Kind of like my old home.? She said and turned to Teru. ?I was wondering. What happens if you are denied for help from the Higher Archs?? ?They have all the law with in there hands. I can do nothing to stop their decision. But if that is the case then I will have to volunteer myself to fight the lycans.? He started to seem a little scared but then thought of his father. He could almost smell the day when his father was killed. He took a big whiff of the air and then gave a shocked face. ?That smell seems familiar.? He said while he took another whiff. ?What are you talking about Teru?? ?The smell of that lycan. It smells like it has killed before but it has another scent to it. First there is the scent of himself. Secondly I smelled a bunch of blood on his coat. A third scent I noticed but I can?t place is the scent of a female. And finally this smell. It is coming from his blood soaked coat.? ?What do you mean blood soaked? I saw no blood on it.? ?It is soaked from many times before. It was probably washed off.? ?So what do you mean you recognize it?? ?I mean I smelt it before. Sometimes I think you ask too many questions.? ?Well I?m here to make you express your feelings. Think of me as your own personal therapist.? She said with a smile. ?I?ll find out eventually what that smell is but for now I need to wait for the decision of the Higher Archs.? He said sitting down at the desk in the room. ?Teru I know our natural enemy is not only lycan but the sun as well. What makes our strength. The emotion of revenge is what gives them their strength but what about us Teru. What gives us our strength?? ?I?ve never come to realize what made our strength nor have I studied it. I?ve also come to belief that there are two things that could give us our power. And there is a third still in the works. First I think that just being in a group is what gives us our power. A group effort can take out an entire army. Next I thought blood gave us our ability to fight. Just the thought of it makes me smile. Finally this third one says to me something residing in the dark depths of death is the answer. Somewhere in the death of another is what drives our strengths.? ?So what do you mean? Like when your father died you came out just like the lycans with revenge.? ?Not exactly revenge but before my father died I never knew how to teleport my body from one place to another. After he died I wasn?t thinking and I slaughtered the lycan.? ?Interesting theories Teru. So what made it so that you don?t gain abilities from just another vampire from dieing?? ?Well in a way the death of another vampire isn?t the whole story. It is the amount we care for these individuals that runs it. If some other vampire were to die I would get a very small amount of energy, yet, when another closer vampire, like you, were to die I would get a huge burst of energy. I haven?t figured it out yet or how to harness it. But, I do know that the only way we do get it is through death.? ?You?re just the biggest thinker I know Teru. I never thought you actually study.? ?I do this in my extra time. I just wonder if Winter knows this as well. If she comes to this city will she be sent with me?? He wondered for a moment and then gave up on the thought. ?Teru why not get some rest tonight. Tomorrow we will have to stay ready to engage battle.? ?Right. Leanne I want you to know that you can feel free to kill these things as you wish.? ?Works for me.? She said as she turned over and closed her eyes. In the City of the Damned it was always shadowed so you never knew what time it was. The digital clock said it was already eleven O? clock. ?Good night Leanne. In the morning I will return.? Teru said looking out the window and teleporting himself to the streets below. He walked back to the train station and got on a train back to the manor. *Now that I have memorized that area I will quickly teleport back there if anything goes wrong. For now I will just carry out a small favor to ask of Winter.* OOC: I had fun writing this one. The plot thickens and the character development progresses. She had felt the strongest surge of physical energy after finding out about the death of her husband, she knew why this was so but didn?t wish to dwell on the thought. Winter would let grief struck her later, for now it was time to distract herself from the out side world? and memories of him. = = = = = Sweat soaked Winter?s body; she glistened in the soft lighting of the training hall. She had lost track of time in this place, she always did. Winter had had centuries to define her fighting technique; it was a cross between that of a graceful dance and an aggressive fighting style. Odd combinations indeed, extremely hard to master, as will all vampires time was not an issue. She continued to train; gracefully swinging Alden?s blade; strangely she had become in time to the rock music she had on in the background. Almost startling Winter; Three loud knocks were struck on the large doors to the room. Surprising herself she didn?t feel exhausted at all. William entered carrying a tray with a carafe of iced water, still with the concerned look on his face; he was good friends with Alden. He had looked after his family for quite some time and it pained him deeply to loose someone he thought of as a brother. He owed it to Alden to make sure that Winter was taken care of. ?My lady, arrangements for the funeral have been made?all that is left is for you to decide on some details? Winter nodded as she drank, wiping the sweat from her face and limbs she looked up at William. ?How long have I been in here?? He looked at his watch. ?5 hours Ma?am? ?How many times have I told you not to call me Ma?am Will? He smiled at her comment. ?To many times over the centuries to count Ma?am? a small smile crept into the corner of her mouth, but faded as quickly as it appeared. ?Is there anything else William?? He nodded as Winter put down her glass and the carafe, now both completely empty. ?Lord Teru is here to see you? Winter?s eyebrows arched with surprise, what could Teru possible want at this hour? ?Very well, show him to the large meeting room, offer him something to drink, entertain him until I am ready. I wish to freshen up; tell him I will not be long.? William bowed and left her alone again. ?Lord Teru if you would follow me please? Will motioned Teru to follow him; they went around the top level into the East wing of Winter?s house. The meeting room was quite lavishly decorated. Teru sat at the head of a large dining table that sat in the middle of the large room. ?Do you require anything?? ?A drink if you will? William bowed to Teru as he went to fetch an assortment of drinks. = = = = = Teru was not left waiting long for Winter; she arrived 15 minutes later in a plain but beautiful jade green dress. As much as she found Teru? slightly irritating at the best of times; she was in no mood to fight with him, He stood to greet her out of respect and she returned the greeting. Winter sat down in the seat that Alden would have usually took, Teru just happened to be sitting in her seat; She waited for what it was the Elder had to say while she fixed her self some Green Tea. Guest bleached
June slowly made his way down the road. He was confused, as well as sad. He had seen the last two wolves in front of his face, and what did he do? He helped them agianst the vampires. He spat at the ground as a cold wind rushed over him. "So, it looks like the little ones came out for round two." He grabbed one of his swords and pointed it at the ground. He started to take a step closer to the sidewalk as four vampires landed around him. "You boy, you have the stench of a wolf on you. you are in with them, so that means we get to kill you." June smirked a little to himslef as he stood up straight. "You, kill me? Never pin a cat agianst the wall. It will bite back twice as hard." He looked up as the four vampires charged at him. In a flash of light, he was able to cut one's head off. He grabbed the wrist of another, then slid his sword into its neck and sliced out, killing it. "What the hell are you? How are you able to kill two of us, and not even have a scratch?" The third vampire charged at June, and bit into his arm. The vampires eyes went wide as he jumped back. Blood trickled down his chin as he searched June's face. "You, you are no mere human. You are something more, something that I have not seen before. What are you?" June grabbed him by the neck and picked him up. He looked into the vampires eyes, and made it shudder. June blinked, revealing not his normal green eyes, but a cat like golden yellow. "I am your worst nightmare." He droce the vampires heads into the ground, crushing it, then he turned to the last one. ITs eyes were wide open as it tried to walk backwards. "I will give you one chance. If you go and tell your master that they have to worry about more than lycans, I will not hunt you down. I will leave you alone. But, if you do not, you will die in a most horrible way." He smirked as the vampire ran off into the darkness. "Now, that that is over, I think its about time to go and meet up with the wolf." He turned and walked up some stairs. As he reached the door, he rang the doorbell. As he was about to right it agian, the door opened, and Troy was standing there in only a pair of pants. "Well, thats a nice way to answer the door. May I come in, we have to talk about something that will affect us both." Troy nodded and walked into the house, Troy closing the door right behind him. "Well, for you to show up this late at night, there must be a good reason." Troy smiled as he sat down on the couch. "I just let them know that there was more than a couple wolves chaseing them. Soon, both you and I will be the most wanted people on their list. As well as Marie, but they will want us more. We are more of a threat than she is, not to be mean." Troy nodded and made a big sigh. "Well, if thats all, do you have a plan to counter?" Troy asked, standing up and walking to go and get a shirt. "Yes, firstly, we need to get out of this house. They have good noses, and I am sure that if I would not have faught the ones out side of your house, then it would be mesy in here right now." June looked around and smiled. "I think it would be best ot stay at my house for a little while. It is not far, and it is in the woods." TRoy nodded as he went ot wake Marie up. Kiba_the_Chosen
OOC: Well out of convenience I can work around that. Teru waited outside Winter's place and had some second thoughts. *I'll wait till tomorrow. I will then be able to have full confirmation of the higher archs* The decision actually passed rather quickly. Teru awaited his answer in the lobby with Leanne sleeping on a few chairs put together. ?Mr. Kinatsu?? The assistant asked. ?Yes?? ?You and Leanne may see the Higher Archs now.? Teru nodded and woke Leanne up. She got up a little startled. ?It?s time to see them now Leanne.? She nodded and they went into the dark room again. ?Teru Kinatsu Elder. We of the Higher Archs have reason to believe from what we found out in this book that the revenge is a threat. We ask of you to extinguish this threat. Yet, you can?t do this alone. We of the Higher Archs will give you three objects to enhance your power against the lycans. Now with Alden?s death we can give you these three gems. Inside each of these bits of jewelry resides a simple jewel. In inside that jewel though resides the concentrated essence of which we get our power. This necklace is for you Teru. In it has your father?s essence. You will work well with this. Secondly we give you this bracelet Leanne. Inside this contains the first elders. These elders may have lost their lives but are truly great in power. Finally I give you this ring. Inside of it contains Alden?s essence. I want you to give this to Winter. Although these vampires were extremely powerful they still won?t give you enough power to destroy the lycan without harm. From what we can tell you will be pretty evenly matched. Now go back to your town.? The door lit up and Teru thanked the elders and walked out. Leanne followed right after him. ?So Teru what is that you have?? ?Basically it is the mystery I?ve been trying to figure out for the last whatever years. Now I want you to keep this bracelet at all times ok?? ?Alright Teru I?ll just think of it as a gift from you to me.? ?Now I will need a bit faster transport back to town than a train so let?s see how advanced these pieces of jewelry are.? He said getting ready to teleport. They both teleported back to town and there energy was vastly drained but they had enough of it to fend off generals in the vampiric army. ?Where are we?? Leanne asked as she turned around to see a great house. ?We are where I want to be, Winter?s estate.? He went to the door and knocked a few times. It took a bit but a butler opened the door. He looked around until Winter arrived in a Jade green dress. ?What are you here for Teru?? She said politely. ?Well first I want you to accept this.? He took out the ring. She looked shocked and backed away a bit. ?Marriage!? Are you absolutely insane!?? She said looking a little disgusted. ?No not marriage! This is a gem given to me by the Higher Archs. This will increase your power to match evenly with the lycans.? Teru said trying to explain the situation. ?Well as long as it enhances my power I will take it.? She grabbed it right out of Teru?s hands. ?I?ve also come to mention a small little detail.? He said reaching for the sack. ?What detail is that?? ?Oh nothing but the demise of all vampires.? He said as he unleashed the book from the sack. ?This book foretells all that a lycan can do. How it eats, how vicious it can be, how it can be killed, and what happens when its brethren are killed.? ?What does this have to do with the problem at hand? All I see is-? She took a closer look as she was examining the table of contents. ?Lycans revenge?? She questioned as she flipped to page 1200. ?This is astounding.? She said after she read the first two paragraphs. ?So the wolf cheated on my husband?s strength.? ?Not exactly Winter.? Teru said getting ready to point something out. ?The night Alden was killed there wasn?t a full moon. By the end of the month the moon will be full and the lycan will unleash its first attack. As long as we can keep ourselves alive during the night of the full moon we have another chance. We can scout for him while the moon isn?t full and hide when it is.? ?Why hide when we have these.? She said pulling out her ring. ?As I said they only make us equal to his power. I?m just hoping nobody else will be turned into a lycan. They can infect the human race and beat us all. Humans are reliable to us.? ?I see your point not only do we have to do this for the greater good of the vampires but to preserve function in this world.? ?Yes I guess you could put it that way. Look we only got about a week before the full moon appears. We need to find this lycan and keep away from it on the night of the full moon.? ?And what part do you play in this?? She asked looking at both Leanne and Teru. Teru noticed Leanne was being a little quiet. ?Well I?m here to get back at the Lycans for killing my father. I?ve still have a lust for their blood as well.? ?Well as you know Teru Alden was murdered and I?m going to get these lycans no matter what. So what I?m truly looking for is why she has to tag along.? ?Well Ms. Winter? My parents were assigned to guard Alden. They were supposed to retire that night so I too have a lust for killing them.? Leanne said hesitating to mention anything about Alden. ?Alright so we got a party how are we going to find these lycan?? Winter asked. ?Well haven?t gotten that far yet. But the best place we could look is that old bar and inn. I heard stories there before. I?m sure there is bound to be at least one person who knows something about the lycans. Oh yes and if I do remember what was that persons name. Oh ya Marie was working as a bartender for a bit. I?ve always seen her go upstairs though. I think maybe she lived there or something. But one thing is for sure is that whenever she opened that door I could smell blood. It smelled like a lycan but not exactly. That is all I have to go on.? ?Ok so we got a lead. I?ll meet with you tomorrow morning. Then we can go out hunting.? She said directing them to leave. Teru left and took his book. Both Leanne and Teru walked back to the Kinatsu manor. -Kinatsu manor When they came through the door the clock struck one in the morning. ?Let?s get some rest Leanne. Tomorrow we will meet Winter at her place.? ?Alright Teru.? She said as both of them parted for their bedrooms. OOC: Ok a little bit of a rush but what the heck. I guess then it is up to you to develop the story a little more Illusion.
Deadpool
Troy shook his head. "Sorry but I have more important things to do kitty and unlike you I am already hated by the vampires. All this is old news." He turned and yelled up the stairs. "Marie, you ready for a night on the town." June tilted his head confused. "Why are you going out when you are being hunted?" Troy smiled. "I don't care if I am hunted. The odd thing is I grow stronger every time and right now the Lycan race is coming back. New lycans are always at theie strongest when the just turn considering they go insane. I prefer not to get anyone involved but I need the distraction." He grabbed his keys off the dresser. "Besides I could use a little fun every now and then" OOC: Everyone is going to meet at the dance club through some random event that you create, then the fun will really get going. thezerosystem
It was one of the first uneventful trips to work Marie had had in a looong time. Nothing happened. "And that," Lydia smirked at her from the driver's seat. "Is why I drive to work. Really, Marie: Vampires, shootouts, obsessed people who's life goal is to destroy all creatures dark and scary... I keep telling you not to walk to work in this city, you're lucky nothing worse has happened!" Marie loved Lydia. The woman was completely unflappable. As an ex escort currently dating the leader of an underground society Marie knew for a fact was responsible for over half the political assassinations in the last 700 years as well as pretty much every bizzare occurance in the city in the past decade, Lydia had been around the block too long to question anything Marie told her. No matter how outlandish it seemed, Marie was pretty sure Lydia would have a story to top it. She always did. "So, anyway, Troy and I are going to hold a changing under the moon later tonight." Marie checked her earrings in the mirrior. "Know anyone who might be interested?" Lydia hummed. "I'd be interested in observing, if Troy'll agree to that. I know you said he isn't the most social of guys, but I'd like to meet the guy you turned Dominick down for." She glanced at Marie with a sideways smile. "He is still sore about that, y'know." Marie laughed. "Speak of the devil." They pulled up into the parking garage to meet Dominick coming out of the club. Jacket slung over his shoulder, blood black hair hanging loose down past his hips, and a smile that would have made Lucifer nervous, Dominick had never been turned down by anyone before Marie. He leaned over the door and, in a gesture completely spoiling the grace of his entry, leaned over to plant a quick, awkward kiss on Lydia's cheek. "why'd you bring her ?" He drawled, winking at Marie. "Really Lye, you do bring home the most interesting pets." "And you don't" Marie laughed and hopped out of the car. "Hey, Domino, Troy and I are gonna hold a changing later tonight, after the moon rises. Any suggestions?" Dominick mulled it over, clapping the club bouncer on the shoulder as the trio passed inside. "Greg here could handle it, no problem. I wouldn't turn Joe-" Marie opened her mouth but Dominick held up a hand to explain. "He's a giant, he's strong, and he's a genius, but he's a good guy. He has a hard enough time explaining this place to his wife and kids. I don't think he could psychologically handle a 'wolfing', if he did survive it. He has heart problems anyways." Marie gaped. "How do you know he has heart problems?" Dominick smiled cruelly in the darkness of the pulsing lights. "Because my sister slipped during the rituals and clipped out a slice of his left ventrical." He shurgged. "I got Mattie to patch him up, but he made the man promise not to go volunteering himself for any cult sacrifices for a few months. I wouldn't recommend him for a sudden bout of lycanthropy." He wove their way through the crowds to the second level cut away to look down on the dance floor. Lydia was dragging around some poor fellow who looked like he'd never been to a counter culture dance crypt before. Though, to be fair, Dominick's place was a little overwhelming, even for the regulars. Marie browsed the crowd, pointing inconspicously and watching Dominick's response. The music was too loud to converse, so when he nodded or shrugged she made a mental note to keep an eye on said target and kept looking. She loved this place. ============================ ((Do excuse the shamless insertion of my own characters but it was just to perfect I couldn't resist...)) Kiba_the_Chosen
The morning was brighter than usual but Teru got up and did the same routine. As soon as he put on his uv cream Leanne knocked on his door. ?Come in.? He said and Leanne came in with average clothes. ?Wha-What is that?? ?In case you forgot we are going to a bar and Inn they aren?t expecting a high ranking official to prance in there.? She said securing a cap on her head. ?Well I guess it is time for a change in clothes.? Teru said taking one hand and turning his clothes into a black smoke. The smoke twirled around him for a moment then it came back with a whole new pair of clothes. He then wore a black shirt with some jeans. ?How?s this?? He said to Leanne. ?It?s better.? She said already headed out the door. Teru grabbed a few things and left his room. ?So where in town is this bar and inn located?? ?It is in the south west part of town. We will stop off first by Winter?s then head there right away.? Teru said getting out his keys while he approached the car. They got in and he started it. ?After we find out more about the lycans whereabouts we have a better chance of tracking them down.? He then took off in a mad blast. In almost no time they were at Winter?s estate. -Winter?s They got out of the car and came to the door. There they knocked a few times. ?Oh master Teru and lady Leanne please follow me.? Will said directing them to the main hall. At the top of the stairs stood winter in a white dress. ?My lady Teru and Leanne have arrived.? ?Thank you Will now you may leave.? She walked down the steps and reached Teru. ?Now take me to the bar.? She said as they headed out. Teru got opened the doors for both Leanne and Winter. He then got in himself and started the vehicle. ?Are you expecting the lycan to be there?? ?Not likely. After I picked up on his blood scent he probably went and vanished.? Teru then took off. ?The plan I have is just the basic detective work. If he was there then we will track him down. If he?s there we will take him out for good.? Both Leanne and Winter nodded. -Bar and Inn They walked into the bar and inn. When Winter walked in the crowd of partial to total drunken men all went into a riot. Teru walked off to the counter while Leanne and Winter went elsewhere. ?Are you the manager?? Teru asked a husky man behind the counter rubbing down a glass. ?What business you have here?? He asked with a stern face. ?I?m looking for someone I saw here awhile back.? ?Sir, lots of people come and go here I think you have to be a little more specific.? ?I?m looking for a girl named Marie.? ?Oh ya she?s a nice person. She even decided to live here.? ?Live here?? Teru started to question him. ?Ya shes says that she?s in a scoop and asked me to get her out of it. That and her boyfriend.? ?Boyfriend?? Teru asked again. ?Ya she comes in alone sometimes but that guy is always coming in too. They go upstairs and who knows what happens there.? ?Could I see their room?? ?What do you need up there? Are you from the police department or something?? ?Not exactly I just need to go up there.? ?Look bub no one, and I mean no one, that I don?t think is right is going up there.? Teru started to look angry. He grabbed him by his collar. ?No you listen to me.? Teru whispered. ?You don?t let me up there and the sun will be the most treacherous thing in your life.? Teru let him go showing his fangs. ?V-v-vampire. Of course sir just up there.? He said in a whisper. ?I didn?t mean no trouble.? He said directing him to the stairs. ?Leanne, Winter, come along.? He yelled across the bar. Winter muttered something to the men and followed up the stairs. As soon as they opened the door the smell came. ?Yes this is the scent.? Teru said just walking in. There he saw a single bed with a nightstand. There was a window as well with blood strewn all over the floor. Teru bent down and wiped his finger on the floor. Bit of it came up and onto his finger. Then he licked it. ?Definitely lycan blood.? ?So Teru where to next?? Winter asked. ?Teru, if I could make a suggestion, we should look in other spots of town. Maybe we could find them.? Leanne asked. She stepped forward and looked at a piece of paper on the nightstand. ?What?s this?? she asked herself. ?What did you find?? Winter took the paper from her. As Winter read it Leanne revealed its contents. ?Gone for a night on the town be back later. Sincerely, Marie.? ?Night on the town eh?? Teru said taking another whiff of the room. ?Seems like another party has entered their workings. From the smell of things there was also a human here.? ?A human helping a lycan? That is completely up surd!? Winter exclaimed. ?Weren?t they the ones that promised us the position in power for killing these things?? ?Honestly Winter don?t you think that the humans have gotten afraid of our power? But we must hurry up and find these people. If we don?t then the entire town could very well be lycans by the time we find them.? Teru said headed down stairs again. He passed the counter with the ladies but the manager stopped them. ?Hey if you could put in a good word with your bosses I?ll tell you the name of her boyfriend.? ?It?s possible.? ?His name is Troy.? ?Thank you. For consolation for your help.? Teru just nodded to both Leanne and Winter then gave them a small order. ?Take them out if you want. But I?m going to have myself a feast.? He said turning around. Both Leanne and Winter did as well. They bore there fangs. ?As I said we thank you for all your help.? Blood splattered all over the place. The windows were stained red. All of them lie on the floor. Not a single bite mark in them but Leanne, Winter, and Teru feasted on many pints of blood before leaving. OOC: I guess Illusion you could take us to the our destination. Guest bleached
June watched the three people leave in a car, blood all over the front of their cloaths. "Shit, they took out everyone in there." He quickly ran inside and saw all of the blood. His stomach churned a little, right before he ran out of the house. "I gotta call Troy." He dialed in the numbers he was given a little while before. "Troy, listen. Three vampires just came into the bar. Thet killed everyone. And I have a feeling that they know who you are and where, as well as me. They know I am helping you." He listen to what Troy said then hung up. "I really need to get over to where he is and now." He began to run then stopped. He looked to the side of the club and saw a sports bike. He jumped on it and cranked it, then bolted down the road trying to find Troy.
Deadpool
Troy walked into the bar as he hung up after his conversation with June. He counted down slowly and ended at zero as June walked in the door. "Right on time. Let's do this" He weaved his way over to Marie who was talking with several of her friends and caught the end of the conversation. He was about to say something when the man Marie had told him about stared straight into his eyes. "Dominck" Dominck snarled at him. "What do you want Tro...?" His eyes went wide as a hand was around his throat. "Don't ever talk back to me. Now do what you are suppossed to do" He watched him walk off and nodded to Marie as she took out a jar of some potion and began mixing it with people's drinks. "June, just walk around and scratch people. Not deep but enough to make them bleed a little" June scratched his head. "But just scratching won't do anything" Troy licked his fingers as his clawws came out then he licked them too. "Do that then scratch them. That away we don't have to bite them" "What is Marie doing?" "That is a sleep agent. When they change we will be able to control them. Now let's get started. When people start changing with this full moon we have to keep the tiger's and wolves from fighting. We need both if we want to carry on this war." "How did you know I was a tiger?" Troy smiled. "Even in human your eyes have a little more yellow then they should and are somewhat oval. A normal human eye couldn't see this but I can. Plus you smell like a cat." "You don't smell any better" Troy laughed as he walked through the crowd and ran into another one of Marie's friends who by the smell he could take out to be Lydia. "How are you doing today?" He found himself against the wall as Lydia smiled and pushed closer to him. "You must be Troy. Now I see why Marie chose you over Dominck" "Marie chose me" He felt his ears perk up as a smile came across his face and he gently but forcefully got Lydia off of him. "Now I see why Dominck hates me But i really don't care. Several hours later people were layed across the floor in the back and where chained to the ground keeping them from moving as Troy opened up the cieling window allowing the moonlight to wash over them. They began convulsing as Troy caught a whiff. "Vampires" He began to walk out as June grabbed his arm. "I'll comewith you" "No I need you to keep them under control.." He leaned in close to June's ears and barely whispered. "...and to make sure nothing happens to Marie" He walked intot eh bar as the lights were still going as three vampires entered. He recongized the first two as Teru and Leanne but not the third vampiress, which was striking even htough she was his mortal enemy. She bore the scent of Aldean though even though it was fading. "Ahh welcome vampires...what may I get for you?" He had to stall them long enough. He felt power surge through his body as he opened the cieling drapes letting the full moon light come into the room showing him and the vampires. "So you are the wolf that killed Aldean" The third vampire lunged at him intent on killing him right then and there. Troy blinked not ready to fight right then but caught her by the wrist and spun her around pinning her in a hug. He sniffed her hair as he spoke in her ear. "Ahh so this is Aldean's wife...my what a fiesty one...and you do not smell like earth like the others...but you have a certain charm about if I do say so" He threw her back as Teru caught her. "So is this how it is going to be. A fight to the death right here and now. I am sure you can sense the others and that I have grown stronger which is by means that I do not know. But if It is a fight you want then a fight you shall get"
