Guest Mokuba_Mew
Okay I'm saddly still in the approval stage. I submitted a wallpaper and it was approved. Then today I get a deletion notice stating that first the image was blurry and second that I didn't modify it. Normally I wouldn't argue over a deletion. But this one got my blood boiling. To accuse me of not modifying a wallpaper and say it was blurry! Okay one of the characters has her panties showing. If they had told me in the deletion notice that was the reason then I would have accepted it. I never thought it would be approved. But to accuse me or not modifiying one mad me mad! {Updated} Sorry, Sorry, I didn't know yahoo wouldn't let you see the full size pics. Try this it should show the full size of both pics now. Okay first here's the original picture. http://zoe_madison.250free.com/tmm026.jpg Now here's the wallpaper they deleted claiming it was blurry and unmodified! http://zoe_madison.250free.com/ichigo_berry.jpg Now can you honestly tell me that that is blurry?!
Delta
Um...*raises a hand* could your provide a link to a full-sized version of the wallpaper you made? At the size it's in, it's pretty hard to tell it it's too blurry for theOtaku. But still, you did put in some effort in extracting the subject and rendering the background. That should merit some points.
Desbreko
I'm no authority when it comes to theOtaku submissions, but that wallpaper is really blurry. The original picture has a lot of jpg artifacting which was only made worse by upsizing it to 1024x768 and recompressing it. If I were you I'd look for a higher quality version of the original image to use in the wallpaper if you plan on resubmiting it. Though I'd agree that extracting the image and setting it against a new background should be enough to get it accepted, provided the image quality issues are worked out.
