ANYWAY. I love your style, everything is nice and crisp, full. Oh, god, that just sounds so [I]weird[/I]. I don't know how to explain. In general, I like how you coordinate your colors... but sometimes they get to be a little too... neon. You know? Sometimes a lesser tone is easier on the eyes.
I enjoy looking at your backgrounds, always something to find. Maybe I'm just easily amused like that, oh well. I like how you put x's into your backgrounds a lot. It's always fun to have a little signature touch.

Overall, very nice. I want to see some more, Keyblade Wielder.

Man, commenting on graphic art threads makes me sad. I haven't had Photoshop for over a year. I've lost my banner-making groove and I want it back! ;_;[/color][/size]

Well...where to begin...lol.

Overall I think your work is beautiful. Some of them catch my eye more then others, but the blue ones are bomb..because blue owns everything. :P

My favorite has to be the Ed alone picture, especially the little caption on it. It totally goes with the image, and it just seems to fit his pose and makes it so I can almost feel the weight on his shoulders. The only thing I don't like, however, is how he's hued red. I think it might have been better to leave him alone in stock color, but still kept those scan lines that I can't do, XD.

Overall, your work is superb in my book. Since I haven't seen you're past exploits of artsy goodness, however, I can't say "Nice improvement."

But I can say this....SQUEEEEEEEEE!*pounces and steals artsy talent!* XDDDDD

Right what do I think of your new picture? Well I don't know who the guy is but that doesn't stop me from liking it. I wanna know how you did all those cool background effects. Oh and that font effect is cool too, you'll have to show me how to do that as well some time.

Let's see, I can't really say how you could improve cause I'm not as good as you but if it was me I would have made your stamp a different color maybe so it would stand out more. Maybe that wouldn't be a good idea I'm not sure, anyways it's really good and I like it a lot.

[b]Happy Mothers Day[/b]- Gorgeous. The dark colors aren't particularly Mother's-Day-ish, but the image itself is wonderful. Probably one of your best pieces. A few things I noticed, though. You can see a very faint grayish line around the edges of some parts of her hair. Maybe it could have been darkened/blended to fit better in the image? And the font looks a teensy bit awkward where it is. Maybe it should be a bit bigger? Maybe a different placement? I really couldn't tell you how to make it better, though.

The background is awesome. I must ask -- Did you make the brushes used in this one, or download them? If you made them, then I bow down to the ulitmate master-person-of-graphics. I you downloaded them, then it's still good, but I must advise you to make your own.

Also... Little note, I [i]love[/i] the border. Awesomeness.

[b]Love[/b]- That's cool, the quote is basically the oposite of what's in my current banner, hah. 'Love is just a word', 'Love isn't just a four letter word'. Looks like we dissagree =P

I do notice that the 'isn't just a four letter word' font is extremely blurry. The image looks nice overall, but I'd say that Sakura blends just a little too much with the backround. The stock should stand out just a bit more [;

But beautiful background! All pretty and spark'ly.

[b]Sasuke [1][/b]- This has major potential. Nice background. Awesome grungy font. Perfect dashed border. Great use of scan-lines, not over-done. I would have chosen a better stock, though. A colored one. Too much blue is choking out the banner. A clean, colorful image of Sasuke and maybe a bit more interesting brushwork would have make this one of my favorite banners of all time.

[b]Sasuke [2][/b]- !!! Wait a minute, look at the background in that avatar... Goodness, I'm in love with it! The stock not so much, for reasons as stated above, but the [i]background[/i], gosh. It's pixel-ish and cute! Loves it.

[b]Take my hand[/b]- This is nice, over-powered scanlines take away from the image a bit though. Careful with that. Yet again, nice border, but you use the dashed one quite a bit, try using a singe white pixel border inside a single black pixel one. It honestly looks awesome on 99.9% of banners.

[b]It's my fault[/b]- I notice that most of the time you don't capitalize the letters. I think that the 'I' in 'it's' and the 'F' in 'fault' should be in caps. At least the 'I'. Same as above, the 'T' in 'take' should be in caps, I think.

This banner looks cool, especially the background. I'd suggest maybe less opacity on the scanlines? Yeah. They get in the way a bit when they're so prominent.

I love Vector art; it?s the simplicity of the shapes that grabs me. I especially love this piece it?s awesome considering it?s your fist (then again I don?t pretend to know anything about vector). I don?t know what it is about the alignment of the second ?rain? but it seems a little ?funny? to me?

I too love the rain drops; the piece is beautifully done keyblade, the different sizes in the drops makes for a rather nice effect. *whishes she had paint/Photoshop ever so badly* Blue is one of my fave colors which is why I love it even more. Over all, wonderfull job.

I love your other stuff as well; ?Happy Mothers Day? Is simply beautiful, I ADORE the background. I?m a big fan of your work.

[SIZE=1][COLOR=Sienna]Great now I'm another screaming fan (Lol), why it is because I love the rain even if it's in graphics. Your piece is simple and clean, which is very good in my opinion. The raindrops are done perfectly and it has a good distance in each of them (Their not clustered). I also love the cloud/s with the stripes going across it. Now the only thing I would have to point out is the fact that I agree with [B]Illusion[/B] (Upon the text rain). The alignment of the second rain text seems a bit out of place or just shouldn't be there? Than again what do I know about vectors?

Overall, you couldn't even tell that this was your first vector. You did a wonderful job and I commend your patience on making the raindrops with the pen tool. I do hope you make more vectors and share them with us. If I forgot to mention this, you have great talent with the graphics (I love all your work). [/COLOR][/SIZE]

Once again, I mostly used the pen tool, copying and rotating. It took me awhile, but I really adore it. I love the fading sqaures by "Being Free" and the squares haning from the clouds. Vectoring is so neat. :3

*ahem* Ok, sorry I havn't commented in a while, but here we go! The vectors are awesome although why would you want rain to go away? I love rain! But luckilly for you I love this artwork too. I'm glad you actually told me what a vector is so I can comment on it, the colors, or should I say color, works well with the theme. And it works cause I don't think anyone will be thinking of the sun when they look at it, go rain!

The second vector is even better in my opinion. Makes me feel alive! for some reason. The shapes and overall design of the piece works well with each other, so great job! *thumbs up*

And the banners, all of them are great! And yes, guys do love giant robots you're right. You'll have to give me some tips sometime.

Oh my, I think I'm in love...with your work that is (LOl). I simply love your second vector, not only for its colors...but the boxes! The boxes you created are creative in the sense that it's hanging from the clouds(Look...it's raining boxes!). That idea was genious I say and a bag of chips with some dip. This piece is like V.2 of the first vector you created, simple yet a bit complex. I do love this piece, but it does have its faults (In my opinion). Such as the lines (Where your quote is)...I think it would be better with fewer lines...or something else. But than again it does look alright (I really don't know about vectors...). Other than the boxes being my favorite part of this vector, I also love your qoute. I do say the [B]Be Free[/B] part was a nice touch in the bottom right corner.

I love the blue tone used and it's a good picture (Cloud right?).

Now in ths piece, I think that the picture doesn't go with the background you created. Now don't get me wrong...the background is very well done and random. The colors are blended well with the fonts you used, it's just the picture that seems a bit out of place.

I love this banner...it's my favorite! Not only, because it's Loveless (The latest hit yaoi romance)...but the nice shade of pinkish purple (Hey give me credit with the naming) used. The picture is adorable and a nice fit to your simple background. Again the boxes I love it (The positions are excellent) and lets not forget the fonts used, very loveless like.

[B]Other banner-[/B]

Th picture is very funny as well as the qoute used, but I do think the banner is a bit crowded. I do like the little mech in the corner and the font with the fading background (however it's called).

[B]Rock Lee Banner-[/B]

Did I get his name right? Anyhow, this banner would be better if you would have done the bottom left corner different. Other than that it's a good mix picture and the qoute suits him.

[B]Cloud Banner-[/B]

Hmmm...the banner seems to be clustered and the brushes or itmes used for the banner doesn't seems to match with the pitures used.

Ahhhh...I love this one very much. This banner seems so cute and dreamy. I do love the pictures used of Sora and the blue shades you used to make your banner. The text is very well placed and the fonts are nice. Me love it very much.


Overall, I am now one of your biggest fangirls (I know you have many). You are very talented in graphics (Agian you have patience with the pen tool for your vector piece) and I do hope you continue to post more...don't let this thread die or I'll hunt you...okay I won't.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[b][COLOR=#CC3366]Being Free[/b][/COLOR]: I love the slogan and the bars that lead up to the main title and with the squares. However, it's a bit too bright for me and I'm not too sure I like the clouds as much. For some reason, is it just me or can I see them looking like puppies? I have no idea, other then that I really love it but the background just isn't my favorite. I'm really into to multi-color pieces so that could be why.

[b][COLOR=#CC3366]Avatar[/b][/COLOR]: It was a cute avatar, I really did like it even though I found it a bit simple and plain. Mostly because I love the image and the fact that it appears ghost-like appeals to me somehow. I also really care for the border but other then that, it just seems that it needs a bit more detail to make it really stand out.

[b][COLOR=#CC3366]Banners[/b][/COLOR]: I really loved the 3rd, 4th, and 5th banner the most. First excellent job on # 3 it looks fantastic, especially where you placed the text and the mixed characters. It looks blended but appears to look done professional. I simply love it! The 4th one you selected great images and made it appear clean cut and simple and I still adored it. The 5th one is just fantastic as it provides so many details to look at and your images are also [i]gorgeous[/i]!

One of the banners, that I didn't care for was the Kingdom Hearts one. I found it to be too commonplace and not professional looking. It also seemed to be as not as high of quality and a bit too blurred on Sora for me. The loveless banner was also very cute even though it was bright, it really suited the image.

Keep up the great work Keyblade Wielder! I definately have to check this thread more often, you have definately have skills in making graphics. I'm envious, I wish I could do something like this. Hope to see more soon. [/SIZE][/COLOR]

I really like this piece, it might have to do with my love of Riku too, but....

I like the effects you've used but I'm not really liking the greenish tinge on the left half, to me it looks a bit odd.

One of my favourite parts is the torn look to it at the top but it'd work better if it was transparent instead of white. I really like the 3 photo thing on the right side, but I would have had a different picture for each, since there's already a large version of it, and the other three are the same beside the fact they're in original colour and the middle one's darker.

I [I]do[/I] love how you've got young Riku on the left and older Riku on the right with the transition. I must say I like the right half better and the katakana is a nice touch. Though I am having trouble reading the line above "SIMPLE AND CLEAN", all I can make out is "found in your heart".

But yeah, I think it's good. I'm not much of an art critic ><;; But I do like your OB Worm contribution ^^[/COLOR]

I'm glad I inspire you, and it's nice to see that you're using elements of other artists' work within your own, while still putting in your own style.

Personally, I prefer the way you've done your first two Riku banners. In fact, I'm incredibly impressed by them. They look totally professional and expertly finished, plus the colour treatment you've used blends very well. Also, it's a style unique to you, which is very important in my opinion.

I'm not too keen on the way your finished the last three banners. They look a little blurry as you've faded them into the grey, which doesn't compliment the sharpness of the stock very well. But the stock has been extracted very well, and again the colours are nice.

If I were you, I'd work more along the style of your Riku banners, because they really are very impressive.[/SIZE]

The riku banners are probably the best ones up there right now besides the other huge riku banner before. The only thing I notice about alot of your pieces, is that when yu use the color blue, you tend to over saturate it or you over contrast it. I also noticed that your older pieces tend to be only monochromatic, but i can tell for the newer pieces there have been more color and variety. I love the improvement ^_^

The hayate piece, the stock is a little too sharpened though. but still deserves [COLOR=Red]<3333[/COLOR] [I was sad too :(]

I must say I'm bad at forgetting to check up on the Art Studio as of late, but your most recent banners are simply lovely.

The two Riku ones being my favorite, let me say that I love how you incorperated the different stocks. Also, you are getting simply superb in your choice of fonts, the secon one in particular.

I'm pressed for time, so I'll just comment on my favorites, mkay? Mkay.

Fool for Life- Fot the life of me I can't figure out who that is. Anywho. I'm inpressed with anyone who can properly fade the banner into OB's background. Awesomeness. Everything flows. It seems a bit different in terms of style, though. Still good, though, it's awesome.

Card Captor Sakura- Awe, I'm in love with the image and the color scheme. The low-opacity scanlines do wonders for this banner.

Hayate- Awe, I know what you mean =( Yeah, this would be a favorite except... Well... It does look [i]too[/i] much like Zeke's style, what with the butterflies and such. But other than that [and the slight over-sharpenization of Hayate], it's amazing.



Overall, awesome.

You're a very talented artist, but try not to take other people's styles. I remember when I started photoshopping in January, my piece's looked identical to Retribution's (except worst, hah).

I've noticed that a lot of your banners are starting to look a hell of a lot like Jamie's (although starting to steer away from that with the new Riku ones, which are lovely by the way).
