[color=purple]hi! well, these are my attemps at taking pictures. i'm not that great, but i just love to take pictures of flowers and clouds..so here is my first picture:

this is actually a weed in a puddle, all i did was zoom in on it and BAM! cute little flowers![/color]

the sunflower is a pretty good shot... the colors looks fuller and distinct .. good focus.. ^^d

same goes for the flowers.. though the subjects are all over the picture... ^^;

good shots though quite typical subjects.. ^^; why not try taking pics of subject w/c can be very interesting.. ^^V ... something that can have this sort of charisma and uniqueness written all over it..

I really like the flowers in the second picture, very pretty. I think the image could be a little more..crisper? I can't exactly say what's wrong...maybe try to up the contrast? Just seems like there's a dark film over it or something...but yeah, very nice images (thumbs up)

[color=purple]thank you all for the comments. well, my moms camera is only a...i think it was a 3.2 pixel fuji...i don't really know...but here is one of my first pictures. i actually really like this one. i think it looks really gewd in black and white.

I've never been really found of black and white pictures XD Although, I can definitly say the bird one is a good picture. The colours match very well and it gives off a certain eerie feeling. The pose is also very excellent in addition to the background. They all go well together to make a nice effect.

The flowers one would have to be one of my least favourtie...although, lilacs are my favourtie flower =D Have you tried tweaking your images in photoshop? I find that just a little bit of playing around with contrast and brightness can really make certain colours stand out in the photos. It seems like it could be brighter...but otherwise, a generally good image. =)

The bird one is really interesting. but a very good image. I think for the flowers, the angle where you were taking it is somewhat awkward since you're almost directly over the flowers. Maybe try to take the pic at a different angle. and like Kune said, maybe try to bring out the colors in photoshop if you have it :)

Those are really good pictures, i havent seen the smaller flowers b4 though, but they are still beautiful.

...And a bird?

I love the sunflower picture best: the yellow's really vibrant but it's easy on the eye, and the woodplank background gives it a warm, nature-y feel. The colors in them wildflowers and hydrangeas pictures are pleasing to the eye too. However, I've noticed that them flower pics are a bit off-center. What I mean is, had you moved a [i]bit[/i] to the right (wildflowers) or to the left (hydrangeas), the picture would've been perfect. But don't worry, it's such a minor problem that it took me a good while to see it!

(I'm a bit scared of the bird picture but it does look good in b&w.)
