When Ceres got her balance she stayed to watch the battle and also to see what the outcome would be just in case she might have to battle Alex if Reign lost. [I][COLOR=MediumTurquoise]Aw man. I still can't see why Alex wants to be powerful. It still doesn't make any sense that Reign's dark side would emerge in a time like this. But thinking about all this is just making me more confused than before. Oh well I just have to stay here and watch Reign till the very end.[/I][/COLOR]

They all drew five cards each and Star started off first."I play the spell card Hoenn's guardians. This allows me to summon[COLOR=Red] Latias[/COLOR](1200ATK/700DEF and [COLOR=Blue]Latios[/COLOR](1500ATK/900DEF)! It also gives my monsters 500 ATK and DEF points each," said Star.

[B]"I lay one card face down and play the monster Man Eater Bug(500ATK/600DEF)! Your move,"[/B]said one of the shadow riders.

"I play [COLOR=DarkSlateGray]Cyber Dragon[/COLOR] in attack mode and lay down two face downs. Your turn," said Zane.

[B]"Very well then, I play Masked Dragon in attack mode(1200ATK)! I also play the the field spell, Mountain Range. This card allows me to rise the attack of any dragon type monster card by 500 attack points. Your move,"[/B]said the other shadow rider.

"Pathetic, I attack Man Eater Bug with [COLOR=Red] Latias[/COLOR]," said Star.

[B]"Ha, you activate my trap, Tribulation. This card sends your attacking monster to the grave yard,"[/B]said the shadow rider but the card disappeared as soon as he activated it."[B]What the?"[/B]

Oh,I forgot to mention that [COLOR=Red] Latias[/COLOR] is uneffected by traps and spells as long as Hoenn's Guardians out so you can't avoid this attack," said Star as her monster attacked him.

Ceres was still watching when Alex attacked Reign with ine of his monsters. Noe Reign's life points were down to 1000 but Ceres knew that Reign could beat Alex.

"Reign! You can do it and I'll be right here with you," shouted Ceres.

"[COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]Thanks Ceres[/COLOR]," replied Reign.

[Xerxes]

"Your life points are now down to 2800 and now I will also attack you with [COLOR=Blue]Latios[/COLOR]! Which now leaves your life points at 800. Your move," said Star.

[B]"Fine then, I play the spell card Whisking Whirlwind! Now I can get rid of one of your spell cards and chose to get rid of your Hoenn's Guardians card,"[/B]said the shadow rider.

"No! That means he....." started Star.

[B]"That's right, I can use this card on you, Tribute to the Doom. Now I send your [COLOR=Red]Latias[/COLOR] to the graveyard. And I end my turn,"[/B]said the shadow rider.

"I use the spell card Power Bond and summon [COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]Cyber Ultamite Dragon[/COLOR](4000ATK/2000DEF) in attack mode. Also with Power Bond, my dragon gets doubled the attack points which means its attack points are 8000. Now I attack your Masked Dragon," said Zane," and now your life points are down to zero."

[I]Reign smiles at Ceres[/I] [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]"I now activate Swords of Revealing Light and I play one card face down! Now I attack your face up monster!" [/COLOR] "You activated my trap! Magical Hats!" [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]"Not so fast! You activate my face down card! Trap Jammer! Now Hayabusa Knight attack his monster![/COLOR] [I]Alex's life points hit zero[/I] [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]"NOW RETURN TO THE SHADOWS FROM WHICH YOU HAVE COME!"[/COLOR] "I may vanish but Marik is still very much a Shadow Rider Leader! You will not beat him so easily![I] Alex vanishes to the shadow realm along with the millennium rod.. Reign walks over to Ceres and smiles again[/I] [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]"Come on we have to get back to the academy.. I have visions that Marik might be going there he too is after the sacred cards"[/COLOR]

[Xerxes]

"Ha, now there is only one of you left. I attack you with [COLOR=Blue]Latios[/COLOR] directly!" shouted Star as she made his life points hit zero,"Yea, we won."

"Yeah," said Ceres to Reign, "Hey um Reign? I think that I might have a little trouble walking so...could you... like help me?"

"Sure of course. Anything for you Ceres," replied Reign with a smile.

Reign bent down and Ceres hopped onto Reign's back and they were off.

[Deathsye]

Adamu was still wandering the darkness of the Soul Prism. He was losing hope. " I am never going to get out of this... Toshiro...Ceres...Star... I have been a fool to think I could take on Alex." Meanwhile in the Academy one of the last shadow riders go down. "This was almost too easy." Said Toshiro. "[COLOR=SeaGreen]Maybe... but don't short change your self."[/COLOR] replied The Keeper. Inside the Prism " I should just except that i will never get out of here." Adamu fell to his knees. In the Academy, "[COLOR=SeaGreen]This is bad..." [/COLOR] said The Keeper. "What?" asked Toshiro. "I can hardly feel Adamu anymore I think he is giving up." "He is stronger then that! I know it! Can't you do something!" "[COLOR=SeaGreen]No... I can't. The Prism that has sealed Adamu should have dissipated when Alex was defeated. But it hasn't there must be something more going on here then I know[/COLOR]."

After Zane and Star took down the last of the shadow riders in the underground of the abandon dorm, they went back to look at the prism that was sitting near the front of an important message."I wonder what these pair of hyroglyphics say," said Star.

"I don't know. But can't you read them to see what they say?" asked Zane.

"Not really. These ones are more complex than the others but I'll give it a shot." Star looked at the hyroglyphics until she saw something.

Reign and Ceres were off to the abandoned dorm and they stopped in front of the gate. "Well we're here. But I have this strange feeling that is somewhat distrubing," said Ceres as she got down from Reign's back.

"Yeah. You're right there is something strange going on here," said Reign.

''It must be the aura that I sense or it must be that the shadows really do exist here."

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go in."

And both Ceres and Reign ran into the building where they found Zane and Star.

[Deathsye]

"[COLOR=SeaGreen]What foul will would attack this place..." [/COLOR] The keeper wondered. "[COLOR=SeaGreen]how can the Prism still be intact[/COLOR]." The Keeper paced. Back and forth talking whispering. "What are you whispering about?" asked Toshiro. "I[COLOR=SeaGreen] was wishing the Pharoah was here. He would know exactly what to do.[/COLOR]" he replied. Then suddenly it hit him,"[COLOR=SeaGreen] Marik! He has to be on this island! It all makes sense! The one known as "Alex" was controlled by Marik himself! How could I be so stupid...[/COLOR]" The Keeper punched the wall. "[COLOR=SeaGreen]Where ever Marik is is where we will find a way to free Adamu." The Keeper and Toshiro took off for the Abandoned Dorms.[/COLOR]

[Xerxes]

"I found something!" shouted Star.

"What did you find?" asked Zane.

"It looks like that the hyroglyphics are saying: 'The evil will once again return and is searching for the one who has the special power. The evil will come unexpected and is ready to find the 'true one'. Well that's what that part says,but the other part is more terrifing than this one. It says: 'The chosen one is to have a tremendous power that cannot be contained. She will have the decision of whether to save the world or destory it. She has the power of...." said Star when someone came in.

"Well, it looks like I have found the chosen one. The prophecy didn't tell me that she would be so cute," said a voice.

"Who are you?" said Zane who went in front of Star to protect her.

"Me, well, I am Marik," said the voice.

Ceres and Reign dashed through the tunnels and passed Toshiro and The Keeper and they finally found Zane and Star standing there with Marik.

"If you want to know what the rest of the prophecy says is that the chosen one has undelible powers that she has barely any knowledge of. She will never know until she is told and the rest of it is all old," said Ceres.

"You are correct. Just what I would expect from the one who sees the future," said Marik.

"So I guess that even my own commard is in for the gold. Marik, I guess that even you have done low things but the only thing that I have to say is the rest of the prophecy. Even if it's old the one to guard the star is the one that is to divine in power and will never reveal herself until she is told."

"Wait! what does this have to do with me? I don't get any of this and who is the star and who is the one with diivine power that will never reveal herself unless told?" asked Star.

"Sorry but I guess I have no choice but to say that the one who is the star is you Star. Just like what is says in the hyroglyphics the star," replied Ceres.

"But you also forgot the one with divine power and the one with that is your friend Ceres. She is the Keeper of the divinity and has the form to prove it," said Marik.

"Keep your mouth shut Marik! I'm only supposed to reveal myself if I'm need and I can take care of myself thatnk you!" shouted Ceres to Marik.

"Fine do what you want. But the one I want is Star. I know that you have other plans for me Ceres. Oh and I forgive you for leaving me 2 years ago."

"Shut up! I told you that I hate you since you knew that all you wanted form me was my power! I dumped you because of that and sinces then you still haven't forgotten!" shouted Ceres.

[Deathsye]

[COLOR=SeaGreen]"MARIK!!!"[/COLOR] yelled The Keeper as he ran into the room where Star and the others were. "Adamu you got out of the prism?" asked Alex. "[COLOR=SeaGreen]No his soul is still inside, I am the Keeper of the Millienium Sword and Rod. Marik I will seal you away for good. And in doing so will free the boy from your prison of souls." [/COLOR] Marik grined a foul smile. "So you got out of my Soul Prism. No matter you will go back soon enough." [COLOR=SeaGreen]"Not this time Marik." [/COLOR] The other were confused.

"Well I guess that you have something that I want. Ceres, I want your divinity and Star's power to rule the world and make it my own," said Marik.

"Well that ain't gonna happen since I'm never going to join with you again. You know that I hate you and that I want you to stay away from my friends!" shouted Ceres.

[Deathsye]

[COLOR=SeaGreen]" Nor will you ever darken this world again Marik. You and you machinations end here!"[/COLOR] said The Keeper. Marik laughed, "[COLOR=DarkRed] Have you forgot the last time we fought? Hmp. You never stood a chance against my power. You were always weak Magi(Ma-Jy). You were one of the lowest on the Pharaoh?s court. You were least then nothing to the rest of us." [/COLOR] said Marik.

Magi looked down at the ground. He knew this to be true. He was but a mere ant compared to Marik. "[COLOR=SeaGreen] Marik... I have no idea why the Pharaoh chose me to guard the Sword and Rod.... he must have saw something in me that no one else could... I can't betray his trust. And now I will not betray these young people because I am weak.... I will never let you hurt anyone ever again!" [/COLOR] said Magi.

[I]Reign looks at his former master and laughs[/I] [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]"You forgot one important thing Marik!"[/COLOR] [I]Marik looks at Reign with a questioned look on his face[/I] [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]"You forgot that I have the three god card's."[/COLOR] [I]Reign holds them up and rip's them to shreds[/I] [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]"No more will these cards be a threat!"[/COLOR]

"All right Reign!" said Ceres with a satisfied look, "So Marik answer this question. I know that you want Star but first you have to know what the consequence is and how it will effect you."

[Xerxes]

[I]"I have a special power that I didn't even know about and now I found all this out? This is just way to confusing. I just wanted to be a normal girl who goes to an awesome school and has cool friends. Not fighting evil and then finding out about an amazing power that I didn't know I had."[/I]thought Star to herself while everyone was yelling at each other.

[Deathsye]

"Well... this is it..." Adamu said falling down in the darkness of the Prism. His body at the feet dissappearing. Magi felt this and a bead of sweat fell from his brow. He started to get aggitated from all the yelling including his own ramblings finally he yelled out"[COLOR=SeaGreen]Shut up! We will never defeat Marik like this... I don't know your rolls in this... but I know what mine is... and it is liberating the soul of Adamu and finally taking back the Milleinium Rod. And doing this prove that I am not the fodder that was in the Pharoah's court so long ago and i will prove I am the one and only protector of the Sword and Rod!"[/COLOR] Magi activated his duel disk. [COLOR=SeaGreen]"Who will join me?!" [/COLOR] he asked the others.

"Well I guess I can't argue with that Magi but I'll join you and defeat Marik," replied Ceres.

"Well this is just like before and now I'll show you what it means to be truely powerful," said Marik.

"But you do know that this is a two-on-one duel and I believe that we might have a chance in saving Adamu, Magi," said Ceres.

[I]But the only thing that worries me is that I can sense that Adamu isn't doing so well and that he's giving up in everything.[/I] thought Ceres.[I]Okay. I just have to find Adamu.[/I]

Ceres was consentrating and then found Adamu. She said to Adamu, "Don't give up Adamu! You know that you can do it so just hang in a little while and we'll bring you back. I promise."

"But I can't believe that. I'm just useless and can't anything," said Adamu.

Ceres walked over to him and shouted, "Adamu! Get a hold of yourself! You have friends that are trying to help you right now and I'm here to tell you that Magi and I are dueling to set you free! So you better suck up right now!" Then Ceres left and went back to reality.

[Xerxes]

"Ceres has a point there you know," said Star as she appeared out of nowhere in front of Adamu after Ceres left.

"What are you doing here? I thought that...." said Adamu when Star cut him off.

"Look, I don't know what I have to do with all of this and slowly it is all coming back to me but you have no reason to give up! We all want to see you again! No one would go to this much trouble to help you! Now suck it in and believe in your friends!" said Star.

"I guess you have a point. Alright, I will believe in all of you and wait for you guys to save me."

"That's the spirit! Now I have to go."

"Okay so is there anyone else who wants to battle me?" said Marik.

"Well it looks like that it's only the two of us Magi. And besides, we'll save your friend," said Ceres as she smiled to Magi.

The duel disks were activated and the duel began.

[Deathsye]

[COLOR=SeaGreen]"Let's do this Marik!! If it alright with you two I would like to go first." [/COLOR] Asked Magi. The Star replied, "Make it a good play." "Right. First i will draw my cards." Magi draws five cards. [COLOR=SeaGreen]I play one monster card face down! And then play two spell cards and end my turn! You go next Star." [/COLOR] said Magi. Marik stood there with a smirk on his face as he waited for the others to take their turns.

Star said," I summon [COLOR=DarkGreen]Raquaza[/COLOR]( 2000ATK 1500DEF) in attack mode. I also play the spell card [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]Air Lock[/COLOR]. This allows all dragon-flying type monsters to attack first of every turn with a direct attack." When she was done she waited for Ceres to draw.
