This is Kubo Taito's Bleach universe.
Raiyuu's party are fleeing Soul Society.
JJ's party are pursuing.
I have a sneaky suspicion fighting will ensue...

[b]Guidelines[/b][/CENTER]
- Only release one level of a character's Zanpakuto [Soul Cutter] per post.
- Don't switch between characters mid-post, wait for the next one. Obviously character A can act in character's B's post, but the post is entirely from character B's perspective.

[b]Name[/b] Sato Ryuji.
[b]Appearance[/b] A little shorter than average. He has black hair in a high ponytail and bangs framing his face, not unlike [url=http://fungkurs-network.net/images/basiliks/yashamaru.JPG][u]this guy here.[/u][/url]
[b]Personality[/b] Ryuji is a show-off, and has been known to take on Shikai-released opponents with his sword still sheathed, in order to make their defeat more embarrassing. Attack those close to him and he'll lose all self-control.
[b]Concentration[/b] Hakuda.

[b]Zanpakuto
[indent][size=1]Name[/b] Tatsumaki [Whirlwind].
[b]Appearance[/b] The four sides of Tatsumaki's hilt-guard are slightly folded around like the blades of a fan. Ryuji wears the sword diagonally across his back, hanging from his belt, with the hilt at his right hip and the point by his left knee. He holds it underhanded.
[b]Shikai Call-out[/b] Sasayake [Whisper]
[b]Shikai[/b] [spoiler]The curled panels of the hilt-guard expand and fold out like a satellite dish or the petals of a flower, forming a shield at the blade's base. In this form Tatsumaki hoses out Ryuji's Reiatsu [Spiritual Pressure] in a beam about a metre across. Tatsumaki being a wind-element Zanpakuto, all this beam of Reiatsu does is shunt opponents away. Getting near Ryuji with Shikai Tatsumaki pointed at you is like trying to walk against a gale, but it won't actually cause you any damage.[/spoiler]
[b]Bankai[/b] Aoryu Tatsumaki [Blue Whirlwind Dragon] [spoiler]Ryuji's Bankai seems unnatural at first; it appears to have changed the appearance of his own body. But on closer inspection it becomes clear that the enormous leathery wings are sprouting not from Ryuji's back, but from the tiny, spindly dragon clinging to his robes. A beat from Aoryu Tatsumaki's wings can send buildings flying in the opposite direction, and if folded across each other they form a near-impenetrable defence. Oh, and if the dragon clings on tight enough, he can lift Ryuji and allow them both to fly.[/spoiler][/size][/indent]

Shimagawa Yukiko

[B]: Appearance :[/B]
An average built woman. She has dark brown hair which is always pulled back by a clip with a Ume (Japanese Plum) in it.

[B]: Personality :[/B]
Yukiko is very unsure of herself. Her skills in healing are on par to none, but she can never feel good about anything she does. Even in the heat of battle, when she?s needed most, she still stutters and it has caused her more than one injury.

[B]: Concentration :[/B]
Kidou ? Bakudoku (I?m assuming the healing spells fall under this category. ^^??)

Eiei (Forever)

[B]: Appearance :[/B]
Eiei is a simple katana with a light pink saya and an intricate flower design running up the tsube.

[B]: Shikai [Initial Release] Call-out :[/B]
?Aisuru? (Love)

[B]: Shikai :[/B]
[spoiler]Eiei changes itself essentially into a bo staff, losing it?s pink color tone. It doesn?t however lose the flower patter which encircles the entire staff. The design serves more than just the purpose of being pretty, it is the focus point of Eiei. When Yukiko focuses enough energy, she can slam Eiei into the ground and cause a small-space shield to appear. As long as Yukiko still has energy and Eiei stays rooted in the ground, the shield is maintained.[/spoiler]


[B]: Bankai [Full Release] :[/B]

Amatsu Jukoku Supin* [Heavenly Time Spin] [spoiler]Eiei once again undergoes a change in appearance, narrowing itself out even more and also gaining a spearhead at the end. Once again, the flower pattern is visible and it finally is colored, showing its true form of an Ume. The trick behind is the spearhead. Finally giving Eiei a point from which to release its full power, Eiei can finally attack. By twirling Eiei around, she can release energy in the form of a whirlwind, which guards Yukiko?s back. No matter what direction it may be facing.[/spoiler][/color]

Ichiguchi Yasou

[B]: Appearance :[/B]
Yasou?s raven dark hair flows down to his shoulders. He almost never pulls it back, but when he does, it means he means business. Yasou is only a couple of inches bigger than the average guy, but he has used that to his advantage, keeping himself in top physical shape.

[B]: Personality :[/B]
Yasou?s attitude is, go in, attack and get back out. He?s very serious during battle and won?t back down, no matter how bad the odds look. His stubbornness has lead to more than one accident on his part.

[B]: Concentration :[/B]

Jikoku (Time)

[B]: Appearance :[/B]
Jikoku is a simple Zanpakuto, with a red string tied around the hilt being the only thing to set it apart from any other.

[B]: Shikai :[/B]
[spoiler]Jikoku changes into two sais which are not connected. They both almost seem to glow which can sometimes throw opponents off. Jikoku also glows for a good reason. Whenever any part of a blade slices and touches any part of the body of a foe, it halves their reaction time. So not only does the foe have to worry about slowing down, he has to block two attacks at once.[/spoiler]


[B]: Bankai [Full Release] :[/B]
Jikoku Kirite *[Time Slasher] [spoiler]For it?s Banaki, Jikoku doesn?t change it?s form much. The blades on the sais increase in size and the hilts turn dark crimson. That?s not the only change, Yasou?s normal Shinigami uniform is also dyed dark crimson where it once white was. ?s special ability lies in it?s prongs. When told to, then can detach themselves and hover around Yasou, acting as a shield. At Yasou?s command, the prongs will fly off and attack the target. Although in Bankai, Jikoku does not lose it?s ability to slow down time and every slice, whether from the pieces in Yasou?s hand or the pieces flying around will cut his or her reaction time in half.[/spoiler][/color][/center]

I'm still debating a third character, but I figured I'd get the two solid ones up as quick as possible. It's looking like it'll be a two on two spar for now, although a third character may enter the fray a bit later if you don't mind that....

[Raiyuu]

[b]Appearance[/b] Nao's jet-black hair is cut short, and she wears thick-rimmed square glasses. She has a tendency to look at people over them.
[b]Personality[/b] Nao is cold and controlled at all times. She'll calculate the exact amount of force required in battle and apply just a little more. She won't lose her cool, but her absolute confidence in her own abilities can be exploited as a weakness.
[b]Concentration[/b] Kidou - Hadou.

[b]Zanpakuto[/b]

[indent][size=1][b]Name[/b] Henkage [Strange Shadow]
[b]Appearance[/b] Henkage is a tanto [small dagger] with a dark grey saya and hilt-wrap. Nao keeps it in the folds of her kimono.
[b]Shikai Call-out[/b] Chikara kashidase [Lend your power]
[b]Shikai[/b] [spoiler]Henkage's blade fades away into shadow, leaving an outline vaguely visible. Plunging this ghostly blade into the heart of a comrade allows Nao to infuse her reiatsu into them, draining her somewhat but potentially either rejuvenating an exhausted ally or allowing them to reach greater heights of strength.[/spoiler]
[b]Bankai[/b] Haiiroten Henkage [Ashen Heavens, Strange Shadow] [spoiler]The shadowy blade of Shikai Henkage grows into a diffuse cloud that covers the sky, allowing little light through. Creepers and tentacles of shadow twist down from the blanketing mass, seeking out and attaching themselves to spiritual entities. Once a spiritual being is ensnared by the shadow, Nao can redistribute their reiatsu as she sees fit, draining it from enemies and feeding it to herself or her allies.[/spoiler][/size][/indent][/center]
