Anime I need a bit of help finding a movie!

Hi, I'm not sure if you could help me but I thought I would give a try any ways. Okay I while back maybe 1999-2000 there was some anime on paper view and well I saw it a few times and well I can't figure out the name of it I think it might have had Sons in the title but I'll try and explain what happened, I hope you can bare with me as far fetched as some anime goes, It had some guy that was an angel he fell to earth becoming a fallen angel, he then became a girl and ended up at a school with nuns and all and showed out found a friend to help lead an arm that hates god and all, I can barely remember what all happened but I know it was Adult anime from some very graphic sex scenes, but from what I remember it was really good!!! could any of you help me in finding this great movie?

so nobody knows? i mean i can add that when he found this friend (a girl) they had sex but he as a fallen angel is a she. sons of _____ i think is the name or _____ ___ my sons, something along those lines
