Andromeda-the starship's sophisticated artificial intelligence system Trance Gemini-a beautiful young female alien of a completely unknown species. Telemachus Rhade - is Lieutenant Commander of the Andromeda Ascendant. Seamus harper-Seamus Harper is the Andromeda's irascible engineer and fix-it man. -ME story: The Commonwealth spanned three galaxies and a myriad of cultures. Dylan Hunt, captain of the starship Andromeda, was frozen in time and awoke three centuries later to find the Commonweath had fallen.
