Sasuke sat atop one of the taller buildings in Konoha, so recently repaired to its former glory after the attack by Shadow. The wind ruffled his dark hair and after minutes of silence he turned to his right, looking at the other ninja gathered around him. The Sand ninja would arrive soon and the journey to Shadow would begin.

First, a squad of ninja would be sent, about 30 of them, to scope out the area. They would launch the surprise attack before Shadow could alert it?s own army. After enough damage was done, this squad would retreat back into the forest where an army of amassed Konoha and Sand ninja would be waiting, reading for an all-out war.

Of course, the ninja in the country of Fire where unaware of the Shadow?s alliance with Mist, and their spies had not yet returned to report their findings. These spies would never return, as their heads were currently displayed proudly at the gates of the Village of Shadow. They could never carry on the message of ?Don?t attack, they are far too powerful?,

The Yamikage?s strength has almost tripled since the last attack was launched, and only dark rumours surround where he has managed to get this extreme strength from.

Ginmaru peered into the distance, the position of the Konoha ninja meaning that they could just see beyond the edge of the dense forest surrounding the village. With his keen eyes, he spotted a group of about 20 coming toward the village. He stood from his crouch and pointed a gloved hand towards the group, others on the roof now starting to notice too.

[B]?Someone let Tsunade-sama know,?[/B] he said, his voice giving away his excitement, [B]?We?re gonna have ourselves a war pretty soon.?[/B][/COLOR][/CENTER]


Sorry about the delay/short intro post. Basically, I?d like to start everyone off with the usual ?introduction posts?. The Sand ninja are about a day?s walk away from Konoha currently, so it can be a pretty short description of the journey there. As I said, there are approximately 20 ninja, so feel free to use NPCs as much as you want.

Konoha ninja, I imagine you?ll be discussing strategy, getting your weapons ready and doing some last minute intense training. Whatever takes your fancy. When the Sand ninja arrive I?ll make a ?neutral? post, sort of moving us into the next section and explaining what?s going to happen. After that, it?s a free for all.
